US-Dollar oder mehr; der Wert des Immobilien- Besitzes ist darin nicht eingerechnet. Dies zeigt der "Global-Wealth- Report" von "Boston Consulting Group"; in den USA waren es 14,7 Mio. Leute, in China 1,3 Mio. Leute und in Japan 1,1 Mio. Leute, die dieses Kriterium erfuellen. Bei der "Millionaers-Dichte" (Density of Millionaires), also dem Anteil der Millionaere an der erwachsenen Bevoelkerung befindet sich die Schweiz aber weltweit an der Spitze mit 7,5%; siehe Link NZZ. Eine Studie von Christian Frey, welcher an der Universitaet Luzern und bei EconomieSuisse arbeitet, zeigt was Millionaere zum Wohlstand der Schweiz beitragen. Fazit: "Einen Grossteil unseres Wohlstands bezahlen die Reichen". Ohne die Reichen waere unser Wohlstand deutlich geringer. Der Grund dafuer liegt besonders im progressiven Steuer-System und bei der AHV (Alters- und Hinterlassenen- Versicherung). Bei den Steuern gilt "Wer mehr verdient, zahlt mehr". Es ist aber ueber-proportional mehr; "die Einkommens-staerksten 1% der Bevoelkerung erzielen 11% aller Einkommen, sie bezahlen jedoch 24% der Einkommens-Steuern", sagt Autor Frey aufgrund seiner Studie. Seine Studie zeichnet ein Gesamtbild aller Einkommens-Steuern; enthalten sind Bundes-Steuern, Kantons- und Gemeinde-Steuern. Betrachtet man den Steuer-Beitrag der reichsten 10%, dann wird es noch deutlicher. "Die Einkommens-staerksten 10% bezahlen die Mehrheit aller Einkommens-Steuern in der Schweiz". Ueber 50% der Ausgaben fuer Schulen, Spitaeler, Strassen, fuer Eisenbahn und weitere oeffentliche Aufgaben kommen also von den Einkommens-staerksten 10 Prozent. Dies ist aber nicht genug; diese 10 Prozent der Reichsten leisten auch einen grossen Beitrag an die "AHV"; laut Autor Frey wird die "AHV" zu einer eigentlichen Reichen- Steuer. Die AHV-Renten sind limitiert; es gibt eine Maximal-Rente. Die Lohn-Beitraege an die AHV sind jedoch nicht beschraenkt, diese bezahlt man auf dem gesamten Einkommen. Besonders die Spitzen-Verdiener leisten einen grossen Beitrag, sagt Frey. Beispiel: Verdient jemand eine Million Franken pro Jahr, so zahlt er jaehrlich 42'000 CHF in die AHV ein. Verdient jemand nur CHF 50'000 pro Jahr, zahlt er nur CHF 2'100 AHV- Beitraege. Der Einkommens-starke erhaelt im Alter aber nicht mehr Rente als der Einkommens-schwache. Frey hat die Vermoegens-Steuern nicht untersucht, da es auf Bundes-Ebene keine gibt. Da die Vermoegens-Steuern noch progressiver sind als die Einkommens-Steuern, zahlen die Reichsten auch den groessten Teil der 7 Mrd. CHF Vermoegens-Steuern, welche die Schweiz pro Jahr einnimmt. Fuer Angestellte in privaten Haushalten, die pro Woche fuenf und mehr Stunden fuer den gleichen Arbeitgeber arbeiten gelten neue Mindest-Loehne. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung betraegt der Ansatz zwischen CHF 19.20 und CHF 21.10 pro Stunde.
