Sie ist die zehnte Militaer-Pilotin, aber bisher machten alle das Helikopter-Brevet; vor 2004 war es Frauen nicht moeglich Kampf-Jet-Pilotin zu werden. Es brauchte dafuer eine Aenderung des Militaer-Gesetzes. Chollet begann ihre Ausbildung mit 17 Jahren im Rahmen der fliegerischen Vor-Schulung (Sphair); im Gymnasium entschied sie sich dann fuer eine Laufbahn als Militaer-Pilotin. Bei "Swiss Aviation Training (SAT) absolvierte sie die Ausbildung fuer die zivile Berufs-Piloten-Lizenz und schloss den "Bachelor in Aviation" an der Zuercher Hochschule fuer Angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW) in Winterthur ab. Ihre Grundausbildung zur Militaer-Pilotin an der Pilotenschule schloss sie mit dem Brevet Ende 2017 ab. Die Ausbildung auf dem Kampf-Jet "F/A-18" dauerte nochmals acht Monate. Fanny Chollet ist jetzt Berufs-Offizierin im Range eines Oberleutnants. In der Freizeit treibt die Pilotin viel Sport, um "fit und gesund" zu bleiben, dies sei in ihrem Beruf sehr wichtig. Guaido had phoned in this matter on Wednesday with the Swiss (Federal) President Ueli Maurer, "claimed" Guaido in an interview by the Mexican TV channel "Televisa". "This information is not correct," Reuters quoted a spokesman for the Swiss Foreign Ministry. "There was no phone call between Mr. Guaido and Maurer!" Alcohol-drinking seniors are endangering themselves, becoming aggressive to caregivers and harassing their inmates. There are more and more older people, for this reason, the number of older alcohol addicts increases too. The alcohol addiction of older people has long been trivialized and tabooed, says the Head of the Zurich specialist office on the Prevention of substance abuse, Mr. Domenic Schnoz. Viele dieser Leute leben in Altersheimen oder sind von Spitex-Organisationen betreut. Der Umgang mit Sucht-Problemen stellt diese Organisationen vor immer groessere Probleme, zeigt die noch unveroeffentliche BAG-Studie. In 16 EU-countries, a majority feels that their vote counts in the European Union. 43% of the Europeans have a positive image of the EU; this is the highest level since autumn 2009. 36% of the respondents have a neutral image of the EU and 20% have a negative image. The trust in the EU remained stable at 42%, the highest level since autumn 2010. The trust prevails in 17 EU-countries; the highest levels were in Lithuania, Denmark and Sweden. In all 28 EU-member states, the majority of respondents feels themselves as "EU-citizens"; the "Free Movement of the EU- citizens" is supported by a majority of the respondents (83%). In 2017, 82 out of 100,000 residents were imprisoned; the number of detained foreigners with foreign residence has risen particularly sharply. In the category pre-trial confinement and preventive detention, on the average, 25% of the prison inmates had a Swiss passport, almost one third were foreigners with Swiss residence, and 45% were foreigners with residence abroad. The number of detained foreigners with Swiss residence had once increased from 28% to 37%, but now it is again the same as at the beginning of the observed period. However, the share of detained foreigners with residence abroad has increased sharply; it was 41% in the first decade, 43% in the second decade and 52% in the third decade. The increase is partly explained by the increase in foreigners who are not legally stay in Switzerland. The package included 20 bundles of 10,000 Yen notes, totaling one hundred million Yen (about CHF 900,000). These bank bills were however in a poor condition, muddy and sticky; they had obviously become wet. According to the Governor Nakamura Tokihiro, a handwritten letter was enclosed with a request to use the money for "a Good Cause". The prefecture had the bank bills checked for authenticity by the "Bank of Japan (BOJ)". "BOJ" is obliged to replace damaged banknotes with new ones, provided that their authenticity can be checked. "BOJ" officials will now detach the glued banknotes from each other, according to the bank. The police were also informed, but there is no theft. The prefecture accepts the money now as a gift; it will be used for the reconstruction assistance after the July 2018 storms, which killed 19 people. Ehime was so far only with scandals, disasters or tourism topics in the national media. A big media headline was that Premier Abe Shinzo, apparently provided in a secret way his golfing and study friend Kake Kotaro, the license for a veterinary-medical Faculty in Ehime, even though veterinarians and experts opposed it.
