Hacker-Angriff auf Wasser-Versorgungs-System Ebikon (LU). エビコン市当局の情報によると、水道供給IT設備が2018年11月ハッカー攻撃を 受けた。システムは今年秋に設置されたばかりで、ハッカー攻撃を防ぐ事が出 来た。ハッカー攻撃の結果、セキュリティー・レヴェルが引き上げられた。IT システムのソフトウェアが、ロンドン(英国)と韓国からの数千回もの悪意ある 問い合わせで身動きが取れなくなった。エビコンの水道施設長によると、シス テム・オペレーターは攻撃を記録し、市当局に報告した。ポンプ制御、貯水槽 の監視、水泥棒に警報を発する等のネットワークへ侵入する試みだった。優れ た暗号のお陰で、ハッカーは不首尾に終わった。システム・オペレーターはハ ッカーのIPアドレスを追跡し、攻撃元を特定する事が出来た。ネットワークに 接続せず独立して動作する操作制御は、ヨーロッパ最新のオペレーティング・ システムだ！セキュリティーにもかかわらずハッカー攻撃が成功すると、オペ レーターはシステムを停止して、手動で装置を操作する。ルツェルン近郊のエ ビコンは26.500人に水を供給している。システムはアドゥリゲンスヴィル、ブ ッフライン、ディエーリコン等の自治体にも接続されている。配管システムは デジタル化されているので、地下に設置されたセンサーでより迅速に水漏れの 場所を特定できる。これで水道管の破損は1週間以内に修繕される。水の損失 とそれに伴う費用が更に削減できる。ハッカー攻撃の理由は不明だ。通常、犯 罪行為は世界のどこからでも始まる。ツューリッヒの水道供給施設も既にハッ カーの被害を受けており、「エネルギー・水・ルツェルン(EWL)」も同様だ。 水道事業は国際的にも特に関心を持たれている。[WSNH: 安倍政権は日本の水 道事業を民営化する法律を可決した。世界の180都市が、民間事業者による水 質悪化と水道料金の値上げで、民営化から再び元に戻している！] According to the municipality of Ebikon (LU), the IT-infrastructure of the water supply system was attacked by hackers in November 2018. However, the system, which was only installed this autumn, was able to ward off the attacks successfully. The security level has been increased as a consequence of the hacker attacks. The software of the IT-system has been "pinned" several thousand times by evil requests from London (UK) and Korea. According to the Head of the water supply Ebikon, the system operator has registered the attacks and informed the municipality. It were penetration attempts into the network, which controls, for example, pumps, monitors water reservoirs and strikes alarm in case of water theft. Thanks to very good encryption, the hackers had no success. The system operator traced back the IP- addresses of the hackers and was able to determine the origin of the attackers. The stand-alone operating control system is the newest operating system in Europe! Should a hacker attack be successful despite the security, then the operators can shut down the system, operating the equipment manually. The Lucerne suburb of Ebikon supplies 26,500 people with water. Other communities, such as Adligenswil, Buchrain or Dierikon are connected to the system too. The piping system has been digitized so that water leaks can be more quickly located and detected with built-in ground sensors. It makes it possible to repair pipe breaks within one week. Water losses and associated costs can so be further reduced. The reasons for the hacker attack are unclear; usually, it are criminal activities, which are started from anywhere in the world. Also the water supply system of Zurich became already victim of hackers, likewise "Energy Water Lucerne (EWL)". The water supply system attracts international attention too. Das System, welches erst diesen Herbst installiert wurde, konnte die Angriffe jedoch erfolgreich abwehren. Die Sicherheits-Stufe wurde als Konsequenz auf die Hacker-Angriffe erhoeht. Die Software des IT- Systems wurde mehrere tausend Mal von boesartigen Anfragen aus London (UK) und Korea "angepinnt". Laut dem Leiter der Wasser-Versorgung Ebikon habe der System-Betreiber die Angriffe registriert und die Gemeinde informiert. Es habe sich um Eindringungs-Versuche ins Netzwerk gehandelt, welches beispielsweise Pumpen steuere, Wasser- Reservoire ueberwache und bei Wasser-Diebstahl Alarm schlage. Dank sehr guter Verschluesselung hatten die Hacker keinen Erfolg. Der System-Betreiber verfolgte die IP-Adressen der Hacker zurueck und konnte so den Ursprungs-Ort der Angreifer ermitteln. Bei der autonomen Betriebs-Steuerung handelt es sich um das neuste Betriebs-System in Europa! Sollte trotz der Sicherheit ein Hacker-Angriff erfolgreich sein, dann koennten die Betreiber das System herunterfahren und die Anlagen manuell bedienen. Der Luzerner Vorort Ebikon versorgt 26'500 Leute mit Wasser. Es sind weitere Gemeinden, wie Adligenswil, Buchrain oder Dierikon an das System angeschlossen. Das Leitungs- System wurde digitalisiert, damit mit den eingebauten Boden-Sensoren Lecks schneller lokalisiert und erkennt werden. Leitungs-Brueche koennen dadurch innert einer Woche repariert werden. Wasser-Verluste und damit verbundene Kosten koennen so weiter reduziert werden. Die Gruende fuer den Hacker-Angriff sind unklar; in der Regel sind es kriminelle Machenschaften, die von irgendwo auf der Welt gestartet werden. Auch die Wasser-Versorgung Zuerich wurde schon Opfer von Hackern, ebenso "Energie Wasser Luzern (EWL)". Die Wasser-Versorgung stoesst auch international auf besonderes Interesse.
