(Mon. 01.10.2018) 「プロ・セネクトゥーテ」の依頼による調査で、50歳以上の世代に対する窃盗 事件の規模に関する情報が初めて提供された。損害額と被害者数は、この分野 で対策を講じなければならない事を示している。調査によると、55歳以上の4 人に1人が過去5年間に詐欺の被害に遭った。5人に1人は経済的な損害を被って いた。被害総額は、調査の外挿に依ると、年間4億スイスフラン以上にもなる。 調査は54歳以上の1,257人を対象に行われ、結果はスイスで54歳以上の270万人 の住民に及んでいると推計される。155,000人以上の人々が過去5年間に、公共 の場で盗難に遭っている。62,000人以上の人が現金自動預払機(ATM)から金を 盗まれた。6万人の人が見知らぬ者から「鍵や財布を失った」という口実で金 をせびられた。47,000人以上がインターネットの偽造広告の被害者で、39,000 人の人々が注文した事の無い商品に代金を支払ったらしい。被害者の28.2％は 男性で、女性は23.3％。55歳以上の人が最も被害に遭った割合が多く、仏語圏 では36.5％、ドイツ語圏では22.8％、ティチーノでは11.7％。騙された高齢者 の61％は金融被害にあった事を誰にも話していない。 For the first time, a study by order of "Pro Senectute" provided information on the extent of property crime at the expense of the generation over 50. Based on extrapolation of the study, the amount of loss is more than CHF 400 Mio. per year. More than 155,000 people have been robbed in public space over the last five years. Over 47,000 people were victims of faked advertisements on the Internet and 39,000 people apparently paid for goods they had never ordered. 28.2% of the victims are male, the number of female is 23.3%. With a share of 36.5%, people over 55 years were most affected in western Switzerland, 22.8% in German-speaking Switzerland and 11.7% in Ticino. 61% of the cheated seniors did not talk to anyone about the financial abuse suffered. Die Summe des Schadens sowie die Zahl der Opfer zeige, dass man auf diesem Gebiet handeln muesse. Laut der Studie wurde jede vierte Person ueber 55 Jahre Opfer von Betruegereien in den letzten fuenf Jahren. Jede fuenfte Person erlitt dabei einen finanziellen Schaden. Die Schadensumme betraegt gemaess Hochrechnung der Studie mehr als 400 Mio. CHF pro Jahr. Die Studie befragte 1'257 Personen ueber 54 Jahre und rechnete die Resultate auf die 2,7 Mio. Einwohner ueber 54 Jahre in der Schweiz hoch. Mehr als 155'000 Leute wurden in den letzten fuenf Jahren im oeffentlichen Raum bestohlen. Ueber 62'000 Personen wurde am Geld-Automaten (ATM) Geld entwendet. 60'000 Leute gaben Unbekannten Geld unter dem Vorwand wie "Schluessel oder Geldboerse verloren". Ueber 47'000 Personen wurden Opfer von gefaelschten Anzeigen im Internet und 39'000 Leute bezahlten offenbar Waren, die sie nie bestellt hatten. 28,2% der Opfer sind Maenner, bei Frauen sind es 23,3%. Schweizer Gebuehren-Abfallsack: Nur Genf lehnt ihn ab. 課税ゴミ袋は43年後ほぼスイス全土に導入されたが、カントン・ジュネーヴだ けが導入を拒否し続けている。ゴミの集収と廃棄処分の費用負担を、課税ゴミ 袋で廃棄者に負わせるアイディアはザンクトガレン市から始まった。1975年、 有権者は課税ゴミ袋導入に賛成した。しかし、この先駆的な制度がスイス全土 に導入されるまでには、数十年を要した。当初、住民は課税ゴミ袋が導入され ていない隣村までゴミを捨てに行った。スイス市町村会によると、「ゴミ捨て 観光」は、スイスのほぼ全ての自治体で課税ゴミ袋が導入されると、事実上消 滅した。ゴミの量はリサイクルされる量が増えた為、1人当たり約30％減少し た。2000年にはドイツ語圏のほぼ全域で課税ゴミ袋が導入されたが、仏語圏の 幾つかのカントンがこれを拒否した。連邦裁判所の判決に基づいて、残る最後 のカントンも導入せざるを得なくなった。現在、唯一カントン・ジュネーヴだ けが拒否している。ここでは、ゴミは税金か定額課税かは任意。自治体やカン トンで課税ゴミ袋の見かけは異なる。ツューリッヒの色は「白」、ベルンは 「青」、ニドゥヴァルデンは「赤」。袋の大きさはいろいろで、17リットル、 35リットル、60リットル、110リットル。大きさによって値段は、1.30スイス フラン、2.5スイスフラン、4.20スイスフラン、7.60スイスフラン。 The taxed waste-bag is implemented (almost) country-wide in Switzerland after 43 years; only the Canton of Geneva refuses it. The idea of collecting waste in bags with costs and imposing the disposal costs to the waste producer comes from the City of St. Gallen. In 1975, the voters said YES to fees for the waste bag. But, it took decades for this pioneer act to be implemented throughout the country. Initially, residents disposed of the waste in neighboring villages where no fee for the waste bag was in use. According to the Swiss City Association, the so-called "waste tourism" has virtually disappeared, as almost all communities in Switzerland have a fee for waste bags. The amount of waste per person has been reduced by about 30%, because of a better recycling. In the year 2000 almost everywhere the "waste- fee-bags" were introduced in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. However, a number of Cantons in the French-speaking Switzerland still refused it. Only on the basis of a Swiss Supreme Court ruling the last cantons have introduce the taxed waste-bag too. Now, just only the Canton of Geneva refuses it; there, the waste is charged by taxes or a flat fee as well as on a voluntary basis. Depending on the city and canton, the "waste-fee-bags" look different; in Zurich, the color is "white", in Berne it is "blue", in the canton of Nidwalden it is "red". The bags are of various sizes; 17 liters, 35 liters, 60 liters and 110 liters. Depending on the size, a bag costs CHF 1.30, CHF 2.50, CHF 4.20 or CHF 7.60. Den Gebuehren-Abfallsack gibt es nach 43 Jahren (fast) in der ganzen Schweiz; nur der Kanton Genf allein weigert sich diesen einzufuehren. Die Idee, Abfall in kosten-pflichtigen Saecken zu sammeln und die Entsorgungs-Kosten dem Verursacher zu uebertragen, kommt aus der Stadt St. Gallen. Im Jahr 1975 sagten die Stimmbuerger JA zum Gebuehren- Abfallsack. Bis diese Pionier-Tat in der ganzen Schweiz umgesetzt werden konnte, ging es jedoch Jahrzehnte. Anfaenglich entsorgten Einwohner den Abfall noch im Nachbar-Dorf, da es dort keine Abfall- Sackgebuehr gab. Laut dem Schweizer Staedte-Verband ist der so- genannte "Abfall-Tourismus" praktisch verschwunden, da fast alle Gemeinden in der Schweiz Gebuehren-Abfallsaecke haetten. Die Abfall- Menge habe sich pro Person um zirka 30% reduziert, weil mehr rezykliert werde. Im Jahr 2000 waren in der Deutschweiz fast ueberall die Abfall-Gebuehren-Saecke eingefuehrt. Mehrere Kantone in der franzoesischen Schweiz lehnt dies jedoch ab. Erst aufgrund eines Bundesgerichts-Urteil mussten die letzten Kantone den Gebuehrensack ebenfalls einfuehren. Jetzt weigert sich einzig noch der Kanton Genf; hier wird der Abfall ueber die Steuern oder eine Pauschalgebuehr verrechnet und auf Freiwilligkeit. Je nach Stadt und Kanton, sehen die Gebuehren-Abfallsaecke anders aus; in Zuerich ist es die Farbe "Weiss", in Bern "Blau", im Kanton Nidwalden ist es "Rot". The country has enough plutonium to build thousands of nuclear bombs. The material comes from the reprocessing of fuel rods from nuclear power plants. Japan has a total of 47 tons of plutonium, which would allow the country to build about 6,000 nuclear warheads. 37 tons of the plutonium stock are in reprocessing plants in France and Great Britain, the remaining 10 tons are stored in Japan itself. The fast breeder nuclear reactor "Monjou" in the Fukui prefecture should have burned plutonium, but the plant never worked and the Government decided in 2016 to shut down and dismantle the reactor after countless mishaps. There are only 4 nuclear reactors in Japan that can use so- called MOX fuel rods with plutonium. With it, the "plutonium mountain" can not be reduced by far. With its own reprocessing plant "Rokkasho", which goes into operation in 2021, several tons of new plutonium will be added each year. A number of experts see Japan already today as a "virtual nuclear power". Especially China, but also North Korea criticize repeatedly the large plutonium storage of Japan. However, family doctors often simply do not have enough time for home visits. There are hardly any home visits by doctors in Switzerland. The business model of the Swiss medtech "Start-up" company "DocsVisit" prefers home visits instead of offering digital technologies such as telemedicine etc. On the "DocsVisit" platform, the doctor can simply be ordered to the patient's home. Thanks to the mobile diagnostics, physicians can easily identify and treat many diseases at home. "DocsVisit" includes everything, a family doctor usually offers; only emergency medicine is excluded. Family members too can book a doctor's appointment online. The green spot in Sushi captured the world; there are hardly any coffee bars left without avocado salad, avocado toast or avocado smoothie on the menu. Avocado is referred to as a "Super Fruit" because of its minerals, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. Especially in Europe and the USA, the sales of avocado reaches record after record. Already 9,000 years ago, the avocado tree was cultivated in the mountainous rainforests of southern Mexico and central America without damage. In order to satisfy the (huge) demand on the world market, the avocado tree was pulled out of its natural habitat. That was followed by the agricultural mass production, which needs space. Near Lima (Peru) there are 28,000 full-grown avocado trees in one field; they need 290,000 liters of tap water per day. That's more than 100 Mio. liters of water per year! The production of avocado consumes huge amounts of water; consequences are drought and fires as well as deforestation. In an area of Mexico where there used to be pine forests, there are now avocado plantations. An avocado tree consumes about as much water as 40 pines trees produce! In Mexico, the drug cartels discovered the business with the "green gold" (avocado) already years ago. The largest avocado producers are: Mexico, followed by Peru and the No. 3 is Chile.
