The danger to people in garages is thereby increased, especially in the case of an unfavorable ventilation situation. However, there are new risks in underground garages, which are badly ventilated. The "Association Swiss E-Mobility" takes the result of the study "very serious". To date, however, no fire of an electric car at a charging station in Switzerland is known. Car fires are not uncommon; the insurance companies "Allianz Suisse" and "Zurich" register approximately 400 to 550 damage reports each year due to vehicle fires and smoke development. However, there is no evidence that EV-vehicles catch more often fire than ordinary cars. An international research project of Astra has investigated the consequences of battery fires in a tunnel; the result of the study was published in the report "Electric Mobility and Road Tunnel Safety, Hazards of Electric Vehicle Fires". Specialists see a need for action in poorly ventilated underground garages. Road tunnels are however already prepared for such events. Eine Studie im Auftrag des "Bundesamts fuer Strassen (Astra)" zeigt, dass beim Brand der Batterie bei Elektro-Fahrzeugen (EV) sehr giftige Substanzen freigesetzt werden. Die Gefaehrdung von Personen wird in Garagen dadurch erhoeht, insbesondere bei einer unguenstigen Lueftungs-Situation. Strassen-Tunnels, mit korrekter Ausruestung, koennen die Schadstoffe, welche beim Brand eines Elektro-Autos austreten, dank leistungsfaehiger Entlueftungs-Anlagen abfuehren. Es entstehen jedoch neue Risiken in Tiefgaragen, welche schlecht belueftet sind. Die Lade-Stationen fuer Elektro-Fahrzeuge sind in Tiefgaragen oft nicht guenstig platziert, z.B. in der Naehe von Zugluft, sagte der Studienleiter. Bei einem Batterie-Brand wuerden die giftigen Gase und Daempfe in die Tiefgarage geleitet; kritische Schwellen-Werte fuer Menschen koennten ueberschritten werden. Der "Verband Swiss E-Mobility" nimmt das Resultat der Studie "sehr ernst". Bis heute sei aber kein Brandfall eines Elektro-Autos an einer Lade- Station in der Schweiz bekannt. Auto-Braende sind bekanntlich keine Seltenheit; die Versicherungen "Allianz Suisse" und "Zurich" registrieren zirka je 400 bis 550 Schadens-Meldungen durch Fahrzeug- Braende und Rauch-Entwicklung pro Jahr. Farmers and vegetable growers need a lot of water; the larger water consumption of this year is then visible in the Water Bill. Note: In the event of an emergency, the residents are responsible for sufficient drinking water for the first three days; at least 9 liters per person. Kubikmeter pro Tag. Der Zuerichsee ist das fast unbeschraenkte Wasser-Lager des Kantons; der See liefert 40% des Trinkwassers, weitere 40% sind Grundwasser und 20% Wasser kommen aus Quellen. Die Zuercher Gemeinden sind zudem mit riesigen Leitungsrohren vernetzt. Die Gemeinden sind oft in so-genannten "Gruppen-Wasser-Versorgungen" organisiert. Mittels dieser "Trinkwasser-Autobahnen" sind diese wieder mit anderen Wasser-Versorgern verbunden. Die Landwirtschaft und Gemuesebauern brauchen sehr viel Wasser; der groessere Wasser- Verbrauch dieses Jahr ist dann in der Wasser-Rechnung sichtbar. Hinweis: Bei Eintritt einer Notlage sind die Einwohner selbstaendig fuer genug Trinkwasser fuer die ersten drei Tage zustaendig; mind. 9 Liter pro Person. Nach dem 4. Tag ist die zustaendige Gemeinde fuer die Bereitstellung einer Mindestmenge Wasser verantwortlich. The Government of Abe Shinzo supported the candidate Sakima Atsushi; however, Tamaki Denny, who was supported by a broad alliance of opposition parties, was elected. The turnout of voters was 63.24%; the winner was Tamaki Denny with 55.1% (396,632 votes); Sakima Atsushi reached 43.9% (316,458 votes). The election could lead to trouble between Tokyo and Washington. Tamaki- san demands that the presence of US-troops on the island must be reduced. The US-base Futenma should be moved away from Okinawa and not relocated to Henoko within Okinawa. Tamaki Denny is the son of a US- Navy soldier and a Japanese woman; his father left the island before he was born. The New York Times wrote in an editorial: "Toward a Smaller American Footprint on Okinawa. It's time for Washington and Tokyo to find a compromise." In particular, sanctions that threaten humanitarian aid and the safety of air traffic must be lifted immediately. The court allowed a lawsuit from Iran demanding an interim injunction against the US-measures. The decision of the UN-Court is binding; but there is no way to enforce the judgment. The USA terminated the "Iran Nuclear Deal Framework" and put sanctions into force. According to a ruling by the UN-Court, these sanctions could violate a 1955 friendship agreement between the two countries. A definitive verdict is expected at the earliest in one year. This rule must be met by the end of 2019. By the end of 2021, there must be at least two women if the board has five members. With six board members and more, there must be at least three women. If you do not comply with, you can be fined between US-Dollar 100,000 to 300,000. According to Bloomberg, major US-companies like "Facebook" or "Tesla" are affected as well. The new US-law also refers to research results on this topic, including from the bank "Credit Suisse (CS)". A "CS-Study" concluded that companies with women on the Governing Board are more successful. Every two years, the "CS-Study" makes a report titled "Progress in the Boardroom".
