Klimawandel: Neubauten droht Hitze-Kollaps. (Tue. 24.07.2018) ルツェルン応用科学・芸術大学の技術建築学部の研究者が、最近「気候建物、 気候変動に配慮した計画」という表題の研究を発表した。この研究はジャンリ コ・セッテンブリーニ教授によって「スイス・メテオ」の協力で行われた。将 来気候変動の観点から、暖房より冷房の方が重要になるという、驚くべき結果 が報告された。今日スイスで建設されている建物は、気候変動に対する備えが 無さ過ぎる。ガラス面が多い建物は、将来快適に保つ為に多くのエネルギーを 必要とする。新しい建物はガラスをもっと意識して建てる必要が有る。都市で は間もなく冷房需要の方が暖房需要より多くなる、とセッテンブリーニ氏は言 う。研究者達は、新しい建物では大幅な仕様変更の必要が有ると見ている。理 由は、今の建築家は大きなガラス面を好んで設置する為で、日差しを遮らない 。気候温暖化は古い建物への影響は少ない。古い住宅では気温は僅かに上昇す るだけだが、新しい建物では熱は耐え難いものになる可能性が有る。研究者セ ッテンブリーニ氏にとって行動は喫緊の課題で、気候変動の観点から、「ガラ スの宮殿」の建設は将来推奨できない。対策を講じないままでは、人々は冷房 装置と扇風機を購入するが、大抵は非効率で電力を食う。こうした状況が広ま れば、スイスでの電力消費は急増するだろう。研究者セッテンブリーニ氏は冷 房と暖房を組み合わせた解決策を視野に入れている。地熱暖房は余分な手間を 掛けずに冷房機能を取り込め、しかも電力消費は非常に少ない！将来の気候も 考慮した建築基準があるべきだ。「連邦エネルギー局」はこの研究結果に関心 を抱いている。ついでに言えば、多くの専門家は、日本の大都市が居住には暑 過ぎるようになる事態を恐れている！原因は、コンクリート・鉄骨・アスファ ルトの塊、緑と水面の喪失、車の排ガス、そして数百万台の空調機。 Researchers at the Lucerne University of Engineering and Architecture recently published a study titled "Climate Building, Planning in the Light of Climate Change". The study was led by Gianrico Settembrini in collaboration with "Meteo Switzerland". There were surprising results; in the future, in view of climate change, the cooling system will be more important than heating. Buildings that are being built in Switzerland today, many are too little prepared for climate change. Buildings with lots of glass will need a lot of energy in the future to keep the inside-climate comfortable. With regard to new buildings, it should be worked more consciously with glass. In Cities, the demand for cooling may soon be higher than the demand for heating, says Settembrini. The researchers see great need for action at new buildings; the reason are the large glass fronts that today's architects like to install. These glass fronts let the sunshine unhindered in; the climate-warming bothers old buildings little. In old homes, the temperatures will probably rise only slightly; in new buildings, the heat could become unbearable. For the researcher Settembrini the need for action is urgent. With regard to the climate change, the construction of "Glass Palaces" is not recommended in the future. If you stay idle, then people buy cooling units and fans; many, however, are inefficient and power-guzzlers. If spreaded, that would make electricity consumption in Switzerland soar. Researcher Settembrini's solution are combined heating- and cooling systems. A geothermal probe heating system can also take on cooling functions with little extra effort; this with very low power consumption! There should be construction norms, which also take the future climate into account. The Federal Office of Energy is interested in the results of the study. By the way, many experts fear that it could soon be too hot to live in Japan's Big Cities! The blame lies in the mass of concrete, steel and asphalt, the loss of green- and water surfaces, the car exhaust fumes and the millions of air-conditioning systems. Forscher der Hochschule Luzern, Abteilung Technik & Architektur, veroeffentlichten kuerzlich eine Studie mit dem Titel "Clima Bau, Planen angesichts des Klimawandels". Geleitet wurde die Studie von Gianrico Settembrini in Zusammenarbeit mit "Meteo Schweiz". Es gab ueberraschende Resultate; in Zukunft ist angesichts des Klimawandels das Kuehlsystem wichtiger als die Heizung. Gebaeude, die heutzutage in der Schweiz gebaut werden, viele sind zu wenig vorbereitet fuer den Klimawandel. Gebaeude mit viel Glas brauchen kuenftig viel Energie, um ein angenehmes Klima zu behalten. Bei Neubauten sollte bewusster mit Glas gearbeitet werden. In Staedten kann der Kuehlbedarf bald hoeher als der Heizbedarf sein, sagt Settembrini. Grossen Handlungsbedarf sehen die Forscher bei den Neu-Bauten; der Grund sind die grossen Glasfronten, welche die heutigen Architekten so gerne einbauen. Diese lassen die Sonnenstrahlen ungehindert rein; die Klima-Erwaermung macht den Altbauten wenig aus. In alten Wohnungen werden die Temperaturen wohl nur wenig steigen; in Neubauten koennte die Hitze einmal unertraeglich werden. Fuer den Forscher Settembrini ist der Handlungsbedarf dringend. Mit Blick auf den Klimawandel wird vom Bau von "Glas-Palaesten" inskuenftig abgeraten. Bleibt man untaetig, dann kaufen sich die Leute Kuehlgeraete und Ventilatoren; viele sind jedoch ineffizient und Strom-Fresser. Bei einer Verbreitung, wuerde dies den Stromverbrauch in der Schweiz in die Hoehe schnellen lassen. Forscher Settembrini sieht als Loesung kombinierte Heiz- und Kuehlsysteme. Eine Erdsonden-Heizung kann mit wenig Zusatzaufwand auch Kuehlfunktionen uebernehmen; dies bei sehr niedrigem Stromverbrauch! Es sollte Bau- Normen geben, welche auch das kuenftige Klima beruecksichtigen. Das "Bundesamt fuer Energie" interessiert sich fuer die Resultate der Studie. Nebenbei, etliche Experten befuerchten, dass es in Japan's Gross-Staedten bald zu heiss zum Leben werden koennte! Die Schuld liegt bei der Masse an Beton, Stahl und Asphalt, dem Verlust an Gruen- und Wasserflaechen, an den Auto-Abgasen und an den Millionen von Klima-Anlagen. It is planned to take the last German brown coal power plant off the grid in 2038; as early as 2022, the last German Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) will be shut down. However, there is a contradiction with the climate policy; the burning of brown coal is one of the worst CO2 polluters of today. On the other hand, Germany wants to play a pioneering role in climate policy. It is therefore about fundamental issues in the "Hambacher Forest". Umweltaktivisten wollen dies verhindern; jetzt ist bei einer Raeumungs-Aktion der Polizei ein Journalist gestorben. Er stuerzte durch eine Haengebruecke, welche zwei Baumhaeuser verbindet. "RWE" beharrt darauf, das Waldstueck bei Koeln so rasch wie moeglich zu roden, da "RWE" Nachschub an Braunkohle brauche und es gehe um Arbeitsplaetze. Die Umwelt-Schuetzer sind teilweise bereits seit acht Jahren im Wald; es soll verhindert werden, dass die letzten Urwaelder und seltenen Arten zerstoert werden. Ein Viertel der Strom- Versorgung in Deutschland kommt aus Braunkohle und rund 12% auf Steinkohle; es geht nicht darum von heute auf morgen aus diesem Energie-Traeger auszusteigen. Es ist geplant das letzte deutsche Braunkohle-Kraftwerk 2038 vom Netz zu nehmen; bereits 2022 soll das letzte deutsche Kernkraft-Werk (AKW) abgeschaltet werden. Es besteht jedoch ein Widerspruch mit der Klima-Politik; die Verbrennung von Braunkohle zaehlt zu den schlimmsten CO2-Verursachern, welche es gibt. Deutschland will andererseits eine Vorreiter-Rolle in der Klima- Politik spielen. Es geht also um grundsaetzliche Fragen im "Hambacher Forst". "Es sei eine Art Rueckzugs-Gefecht, weil man merke, dass das Braunkohle-Zeitalter dem Ende entgegen gehe", steht im Bericht. Buerger, Gemeinden, Hausbesitzer und Landwirte etc. fordern in einem "Braunkohle-Moratorium" eine Aussetzung der Rodungs-Vorbereitungen. Es geht auch um die Umsiedlung von Doerfern und Enteignungen von Hausbesitzern, berichtet "dw.com vom 23.08.2018". Deutschland schaffte die Energie-Wende; im ersten Halbjahr 2018 wurde erstmals mehr Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien erzeugt als aus Kohle. In der Kategorie "Familienleben" fiel die Schweiz im Index auch zurueck; dafuer zwei Gruende genannt, die schlechte Verfuegbarkeit von Kinderbetreuungs-Plaetzen und deren hohe Kosten. Die Lebens-Qualitaet, die hohe Qualitaet des Gesundheits- Wesens und der Schulen wird aber von den Auslaendern in der Schweiz geschaetzt. Der 41-jaehrige Brite Andy Peaple, ein IT-Experte lebt seit mehr als 7 Jahren hier und ist ueberzeugt am "Besten Ort der Welt" zu leben". Die Kritik von anderen Expats kann er nicht verstehen!
