(Thu. 06.09.2018) 臓器移植で問題が一つ解決されるが、別の問題が起こる。臓器移植を受け入れ た人々の多くが、移植後癌に罹り、そのうちの何人かは何度も罹っている。そ の理由は知られているが、避ける事は殆ど出来ない。記事には、数年の内に二 つの異なる腫瘍に侵された患者について書かれており、これは臓器移植を受け た患者の非典型例では無い。癌に罹るリスクは2倍から6倍に高まる。全世界で データ収集をしている「国際心肺移植学会」に依ると、臓器移植を受けた患者 の3人に1人は10年以内に癌を発症している！それどころか生涯に2人に1人以上 だと、米国ノースカロライナのデューク大学小児癌専門医のアレクサンドラ・ ボルストは2017年に書いた。「これは劇的で、余りにも見過ごされてきた。」 臓器移植を受けた患者は今や移植不全ではなく、癌で死んでいる。頻発する癌 疾患の最大の原因を医師達は、臓器移植患者が生涯服用しなければならない薬 にあるとみている。異物の臓器を体が攻撃しないよう、免疫抑制剤を服用しな ければならないので、弱った免疫システムが癌の発症を促進する。臓器移植を 受けていない正常人との比較では、皮膚及び口唇癌、リンパ腫と生殖器の腫瘍 のリスクは、時に100倍にもなる！ヴィールスとバクテリアは弱った免疫系を 容易に攻撃出来る。癌の危険性はほぼ回避することは出来ない。臓器移植を受 けた子供は、同年の子供より200倍もリンパ腺癌に罹る頻度が高い。癌の流行 は移植医療の進歩の代償！ An organ donation will "solve" one problem, but it is followed by a "different problem". Many recipients of a donor organ contract cancer after the transplant, some even several times. The reason for this is known, but it can hardly be avoided. The article reports on a patient who fell ill in few years with two different types of tumors; this is not untypical for organ recipients. They have a two- to six fold increased risk of getting cancer. According to the "International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation", which collects data worldwide, every third organ recipient develops a tumor within 10 years of a transplant! In fact, it is even more than every second based on a lifetime, wrote the US-cancer specialist Alexandra Borst of "Duke University", North Carolina in 2017. "This is dramatic and too little respected." Organ recipients are no longer dying of graft failure, but of cancer. The most important reason for the frequent cancer diseases see the doctors in the medicine, which the organ recipients have to take their whole life. So that the body does not repel the foreign organ, the medicine has to fight their defense forces. A weakened immune system promotes the development of cancer. In comparison with the normal population without a donor organ, the risk for skin and lip cancer in particular, for lymphomas and tumors on the genital organs is increased, partly up to a hundredfold! Viruses and bacteria also have an easy time against a damped immune system. The risk of cancer can hardly be avoided. Children who have received an organ are 200 times more likely to be affected by lymph gland cancer than peers. The cancer epidemic is the price of progress in transplant medicine! Mit der Organspende wird ein Problem "geloest"; darauf folgt aber ein "anderes Problem". Viele Empfaenger eines Spende-Organs erkranken nach der Transplantation an Krebs, einige sogar mehrmals. Der Grund dafuer ist bekannt, es laesst sich aber kaum vermeiden. Im Artikel wird von einem Patienten berichtet, welcher in wenigen Jahren an zwei verschiedenen Tumor-Arten erkrankte; dies ist nicht untypisch fuer Organ-Empfaenger. Sie haben ein zwei- bis sechsfach erhoehtes Risiko, Krebs zu bekommen. Laut der "International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation", welche weltweit Daten sammelt, entwickelt jeder dritte Organ-Empfaenger innert zehn Jahren nach einer Transplantation einen Tumor! Es sei sogar mehr als jeder zweite auf die Lebenszeit gerechnet, schrieb die US-Kinderkrebs-Spezialistin Alexandra Borst von der "Duke University in North Carolina" im Jahr 2017. "Dies sei dramatisch und werde zu wenig beachtet". Organ-Empfaenger sterben zunehmend nicht mehr an Transplantat-Versagen, sondern an Krebs. Den wichtigsten Grund fuer die haeufigen Krebs-Erkrankungen sehen die Aerzte in den Medikamenten, die Organ-Empfaenger das ganze Leben einnehmen muessen. Damit der Koerper das fremde Organ nicht abstoesst, muessen die Medikamente ihre Abwehr-Kraefte daempfen. Ein geschwaechtes Immunsystem beguenstigt die Entstehung von Krebs. Im Vergleich mit der Normal-Bevoelkerung ohne Spende-Organ, ist besonders das Risiko fuer Haut- und Lippen-Krebs, fuer Lymphome und Tumore an den Geschlechts-Organen erhoeht, teilweise bis zu hundertfach! Viren und Bakterien haben gegen ein gedaempftes Immunsystem ebenfalls ein leichtes Spiel. Die Krebsgefahr kann fast nicht vermieden werden. Kinder, welche ein Organ erhielten, sind 200-mal so oft von Lymphdruesen-Krebs betroffen als Gleichaltrige. Die Krebs-Epidemie ist der Preis fuer die Fortschritte in der Transplantations-Medizin! (Tue. 11.09.2018) スイス、見習い(研修生)が自分で稼いだ賃金をどのように管理しているかを調 査で初めて示した。驚きの結果で、若者達の行動は可なり保守的だった。この 調査は「プログノース」研究所が「スイス州立銀行協会」の依頼で実施した。 スイスの見習いの平均給与は764スイスフラン(約76,400円)。29%の見習いが家 で食・住の費用を負担している。86%の男子は「オンライン・ショッピング」 での買い物を好む。35%は一貫して倹約家で毎月幾らかを残しておく。59%の見 習いはお金を使いたがらないが、決めた貯金の目標額にいつも達するとは限ら ない。6%は頓着せず、お金を貯めようとしない。70%の見習いは経済的な疑問 に対して家族に助言を求める。56%が、経済問題が教育で十分扱われていない と感じている。初めての調査結果は、基礎的職業教育を受け始めた見習いがど の様に自分の賃金を扱い、金銭感覚を持っているかについて、結論を導く事が 出来る。「プログノース」はこの調査の為に、39分野の職業教育から1,000人 の見習いに質問した。現在ベルンで「スイス技能2018」が開催されており、こ れは職場と競技で、135種類の異なる職種の最も優れた若手専門家を見る事の 出来る唯一の機会だ。 For the first time, a study shows how apprentices (trainees) manage their self-earned wages in Switzerland. The result surprised; the young people behave rather conservatively. The study was conducted by the Research Institute "Prognos" by order of "Association of Swiss Cantonal Banks". The average Swiss apprentice wage is CHF 764 (about Yen 76'400). 29% of apprentices contribute to the costs of eating and living at home. 86% of the youth prefer shopping in (physical) shops to "Online Shopping". 35% are consistently economical and put some money aside every month. 59% of the apprentices are reluctant to spend the money. However, they do not always reach the defined savings goals. 6% are easy-going and without any tendency to save money. 70% of apprentices seek advice from their family when it comes to finance issues. 56% feel that financial issues are too little treated in education. For the first time, the results of the study make it possible to draw conclusions about how the apprentices deal with their self-earned wages and what attitude to money they bring with them at the beginning of their basic vocational training. "Prognos" interviewed about 1,000 apprentices from 39 different fields of education for the study. At present, "SwissSkills 2018" is taking place in Berne; it is a unique opportunity to see the best young professionals in 135 different professions at work and in competition. Die Ergebnisse der Studie lassen erstmals Rueckschluesse zu, wie die Lehrlinge am Anfang ihrer beruflichen Grundbildung mit dem selbst verdienten Lohn umgehen und welche Einstellung zu Geld sie mitbringen. The pressure on the Government (Bundesrat) to build up defensive measures against the takeover of Swiss companies by foreign investors has increased. The President of the CVP-party, National Councilor Gerhard Pfister criticized the Federal Government with the words: "Only the Swiss Government remains naively liberal". "Most countries prevented the takeover of strategically important companies by China," said Pfister. Germany wants to tighten the rules to prevent the sell-out of security-relevant German firms. Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard wants to slow down the "Chinese desire to buy" in Switzerland and demands action. In recent months, the Chinese have bought several Swiss companies such as the firms Syngenta, Bally, Sigg, Gategroup, Swissport and Mercuria. The agro-group Syngenta was taken over by the Chinese state-owned company "ChemChina". So far, Chinese can take over Swiss companies without conditions, Swiss investors do not have this opportunity in China. In Deutschland will man die Vorschriften verschaerfen, um den Ausverkauf von sicherheits- relevanten deutschen Unternehmen zu verhindern. Bundesraetin Doris Leuthard will die "chinesische Kauflust" in der Schweiz bremsen und fordert Massnahmen. In den letzten Monaten kauften die Chinesen mehrere Schweizer Unternehmen wie Syngenta, Bally, Sigg, Gategroup, Swissport und Mercuria. Der Agro-Konzern Syngenta wurde durch die chinesische Staats-Firma "ChemChina" uebernommen. Bisher koennen die Chinesen Schweizer Firmen ohne Auflagen uebernehmen, Schweizer Investoren haben diese Moeglichkeit in China nicht. He threatened with sanctions against the "ICC"; the reason for this are possible investigations of the court against US-soldiers and intelligence officials of the CIA. The "ICC"-judges were threatened by Bolton with financial consequences and entry bans in the USA, if the court should proceed against citizens of the USA, Israel or other allies. It is about possible war crimes in Afghanistan; US- military and CIA members are accused of torturing or brutally treating prisoners. Most of the actions are said to have happened between 2003 and 2004. The "ICC" said that he was not deterred by US-criticism and would continue his work in accordance with the State of Law principles. Now, the Novartis subsidiary shall be going public; Alcon has an estimated market value of between 25 and 30 billion Swiss Francs (CHF). Geneva is designated to be the new global Headquarters; this means an upgrading for the existing Geneva Alcon location. After the going public, Alcon will employ up to 700 people in Switzerland; this are 50 more employees than before. The company will have its legal Headquarters in Fribourg, where Alcon has already a location with around 300 people today. Shareholders and authorities still have to agree to the spin-off; the spin-off is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2019. For one year, a 4-years research project has been underway, including scientists from the University of Berne and the ETH Zurich. At the center of the research work is the bed of the "Vierwaldstaetter-Lake" and its characteristic. "Vierwaldstaetter-Lake" still has the potential for a Tsunami, but such events are rare, said Professor Donat Faeh of the "Swiss Seismological Service". The basis for the investigation is an Anti-Bribery Convention by "OECD" (Organization for Economic Cooperation), which was signed in 1997. A majority of industrialized countries pursues the fight against corruption in export business "not or only half-hearted". Only 7 out of 44 countries fought bribery by companies or individuals.
