Bezahle Schweizer SBB-Fahrkarte mit Rechnung. (Tue. 19.06.2018) スイス鉄道「SBB」は、新たに切符の購入を請求書で清算するサーヴィスを始 めた。SBBの切符をオンラインやアプリで購入した人は、今後月毎の請求書で 支払う事も出来る。スイス人はクレディットカードでの支払いを好まない。 オンラインで購入してさえ請求書で支払おうとする。市場調査研究所「GFK」 によると、80％のスイス人はオンラインで注文しても支払いは請求書を選択す る。ヨーロッパでこれ程多いところは何処にも無い。クレディットカード又は 決済サーヴィス「Paypal」の利用はわずか15％。「SBB」にとってこれが問題 で、オンライン又はアプリでの購入はこれまでデビット又はクレディットカー ドで支払わなければならなかった。SBBには、インターネットかアプリ経由で 切符を販売するほうが安上がりだが、窓口販売の職員に支払う給与でSBBの負 担は多くなる。その為しばらくの間SBBは、「高齢の女性」が「切符」はオン ラインで買いましょう、という広告を掲示板に掲載した。請求書による購入 は、顧客に大変人気があるが、販売側にはそれ程好ましくない。手間がかかる （請求書の送付、督促、不払いリスク等）ので、SBBは請求書の切符販売を請 け負う社外提携先を探した。取立代行業「イントゥルム・グループ」の「バイ ユノ」がSBBの代行業務を引き受けた。乗客はSBBの切符を購入し、月末「バイ ユノ」から請求書を受け取る。「バイユノ社」はその金額を、請求書が直ぐに 支払われるか否かに関わらず、SBBに支払う。SBBは「バイユノ」の手間とリス クを補償する。1日に1万枚以上の切符が「バイユノ」で支払われる。SBBの顧 客10万人が「請求書で購入」する選択肢に登録している。支払い不履行は1％ から3％で、この数字は平均より幾らか低め。SBBの顧客がこの選択肢を利用す るには信用審査に合格する必要が有る。この調査はイントゥルム社が行い、そ の際所得データは不要だ。 The Swiss railway company "SBB" now offers its passengers the Ticket Purchase by Invoice. Fuer die SBB ist es billiger Fahrkarten via Internet oder App zu verkaufen; Schalter-Personal den Lohn zu bezahlen kostet die SBB mehr. Seit einiger Zeit macht die SBB deshalb mit einerer "aelteren Dame" Werbung auf Plakaten, man solle die "Billette" Online kaufen. Kauf auf Rechnung ist bei Kunden sehr beliebt, weniger jedoch beim Verkaeufer. Der Aufwand ist gross (Versand der Rechnung, Mahnung, Ausfall-Risiko etc.); fuer den Billett-Verkauf auf Rechnung suchte die SBB einen (externen) Partner. "Byjuno" eine Firma der "Intrum-Gruppe" erhielt den Auftrag der SBB. Der Fahrgast kauft sein Billett bei der SBB und bekommt Ende Monat eine Rechnung von "Byjuno". Die Firma "Byjuno" leitet den Betrag an die SBB weiter, unabhaengig davon, ob die Rechnung sofort bezahlt wird. Die SBB entschaedigt "Byjuno" fur den Aufwand und das Risiko. Taeglich werden mehr als 10'000 Billette mit "Byjuno" bezahlt. 100'000 SBB-Kunden haetten sich fuer die Option "Kauf auf Rechnung" registriert. Der Zahlungs-Ausfall betrage zwischen 1% und 3%; dies sei etwas tiefer als im Durchschnitt. Damit der SBB-Kunde die Option nutzen kann, muss er einer Bonitaets-Pruefung zu stimmen. Diese Pruefung fuehrt die Intrum AG durch, wobei keine Einkommens-Daten noetig seien. Germany has profited massively from the "Rescue of Greece". This confirms a reply from the German Government to an inquiry by the "Green Party". Since 2010, there have been gains from the purchase of Greek Government Bonds under the "Securities Market Program (SMP)" of the "ECB" (European Central Bank), which accrued to the (German) Bundesbank. Kindler sagt Deutschland hat von der Krise in Griechenland massiv profitiert. "Es kann nicht sein, dass die Bundes-Regierung mit Milliarden an griechischen Zins-Gewinnen den deutschen Haushalt saniert", kritisiert Kindler. Griechenland habe hart gespart und seine Verpflichtungen eingehalten. "Jetzt muss die Euro-Gruppe ihr Versprechen auch einhalten", sagte er. Das dritte Kredit-Hilfs-Programm an Griechenland von 86 Mrd. Euro laeuft im August aus; es ist eine Rueckkehr an den Kapitalmarkt geplant. Die Puenktlichkeit im Luftraum in Europa ist bedroht; das Problem duerfte sich in den naechsten Jahren verschaerfen. Die Fluglotsen beaufsichtigen in Europa 11 Mio. Fluege im Jahr; dies sind rund 30'000 pro Tag. Im Jahr 2024 werden es 11,3 Mio. sein. Bis im Jahr 2040 nimmt die Anzahl um zirka die Haelfte auf 16,2 Mio. Fluege pro Jahr zu, schaetzt "Eurocontrol". In der Schweiz werden es laut Schaetzungen rund 1'000 Fluege mehr pro Tag werden. Laut "Eurocontrol" werde die Zahl der dauerhaft ueberlasteten Flughaefen bis 2040 deutlich steigen, sofern der Luftfahrt-Sektor nicht reagiert.
