Experimentelles Wohnhaus aus Abfall-Stoffen. (Sun. 11.02.2018) スイスの研究機関「EMPA」が、既存の古材で如何にモダンに建てる事が出来る かを示した実験用の新建築を発表した。このプロジェクトは「アーバン・マイ ニング・アンド・リサイクリング」を略した「Umar」と言う。7個の居住部分 (モジュール)が既存のコンクリート構造の中に1日で組み込まれる。「巣」と 呼ばれる建築構造の建物は、他の革新的なプロジェクトで既に利用されている 。このプロジェクトの一環で、2人の学生が1戸のアパートに居住し、特別な建 築技術を経験出来る。世界初の実験は5年間の試験期間を設けている。「EMPA」 の研究には、カールスルーエの「KITインスティテュート」のディルク・E・ヘ ーベル教授とシュトゥットゥガルト大学軽量構造インスティテュートのヴェル ナー・ゾーベクがプロジェクトに参加している。ヘーベル教授は「廃物を資源 」と考え、持続可能な建築資材に利用する。廃材建築は同教授の専門分野で著 作がある。スイスのEMPAは使用済みで後に再利用可能な材料で住宅を建てた。 新しい建築ユニットの外壁は木材とアルミニウムと銅。壁部分は飲料箱とジー ンズ布で、様々な材料が断熱材に利用されているのが見える。浴室にはリサイ クル・ガラスと金属箔が使用されている。工業生産ラインでは同様の方法が既 に造船所で存在している。クルーズ船の船室も同様に組み立てラインで生産さ れている。部品は組み立て現場に運ばれ、解体の際は材料表示と材料計画のお 陰で、建物は再び適切に注意深く個々の部品に分解する事が出来る。海運業界 には、既に再利用計画と資材の在庫管理規定がある。 (出展：2017年2月11日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版) The Swiss Research Institute "EMPA" shows with an experimental new building, how one can build modern by the use of existing recycling material. The project is based on "Urban Mining & Recycling" shortly called "Umar". The seven residential modules (cubes) were installed into the existent concrete structure in one day; the building structure of the house called "Nest" has already been used for other innovation projects. As part of the project, one apartment (module) is inhabited by two students; they can make experiences with the special building technique. There is a 5-year trial period for the world-wide unique experiment. Besides researchers of the "EMPA", Professor Dirk E. Hebel of the "KIT-Institute" in Karlsruhe and Werner Sobek, of the Light-weight Construction Institute of the University of Stuttgart are involved in the project. It is about the use of sustainable construction materials, in which Professor Hebel considers "waste as raw materials". Building with garbage is his discipline, whereof he has written a book. The Swiss EMPA had a three-room apartment built, which consists of used and later re-usable material. The storefront of the new building unit consists of the materials wood, aluminum and copper. The wall elements are made of beverage cartons and denim fabric; it is visible that different materials were used for the insulation. For the bathroom, elements made of recycled glass and metal foil were used. Similar methods of industrial production of rooms already exist at shipyards; the cabins for cruise ships are also produced on the assembly line. The modules are then delivered to the assembly site. Upon break-off, thanks to material identification and material plans, a structure can again be functionally and carefully disassembled into the single components. In the shipping industry, there are already rules, which require a recycling plan and an inventory of the materials before the ship is scrapped. Die Schweizer Forschungs-Anstalt "EMPA" zeigt mit einem experimentellen Neubau, wie mit bestehendem Altmaterial modern gebaut werden kann. Das Projekt basiert auf "Urban Mining & Recycling" kurz gesagt "Umar". Die sieben Wohn-Module wurden an einem Tag in die existierende Beton-Struktur eingebaut; die Gebaeude-Struktur des "Nest" genannten Hauses diente bereits fuer andere Innovations- Projekte. Im Rahmen des Projektes wird eine Wohnung (Modul) durch zwei Studenten bewohnt; sie koennen Erfahrungen mit der besonderen Bautechnik machen. Es gibt eine 5-jaehrige Test-Phase fuer das weltweit einzig-artige Experiment. Nebst Forschern der "EMPA", sind Professor Dirk E. Hebel vom "KIT-Institut" in Karlsruhe und Werner Sobek, vom Leichtbau Institut der Universitaet Stuttgart am Projekt beteiligt. Es geht um die Verwendung von nachhaltigen Bau-Materialien, wobei Professor Hebel "Abfaelle als Rohstoffe" betrachtet. Bauen mit Abfall ist sein Fach-Gebiet, worueber er ein Buch geschrieben hat. Die Schweizer EMPA liess eine Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung bauen, welche aus gebrauchtem und spaeter wieder verwendbarem Material besteht. Die Fassade der neuen Gebaeude-Einheit besteht aus den Materialien Holz, Aluminium und Kupfer. Die Wand-Elemente sind aus Getraenke-Kartons und Jeans-Stoff; es ist sichtbar, dass verschiedene Materialien fuer die Isolierung verwendet wurden. Fuer das Bad wurden Elemente aus Altglas und Metall-Folie genutzt. Aehnliche Methoden der industriellen Fertigung von Raeumen gibt es schon bei Werften; die Kabinen fuer Kreuzfahrt-Schiffe werden ebenfalls am Fliessband hergestellt. Die Module werden dann an den Montage-Ort geliefert. Beim Abbruch kann, dank Material-Kennzeichnung und Material-Plaenen, ein Bauwerk wiederum zweckmaessig und sorgfaeltig in die Einzel-Teile zerlegt werden. In der Seefahrt existieren schon Regeln, welche einen Recycling-Plan und ein Inventar der Materialien vor dem Abwracken eines Schiffes verlangen. Previously, there was already a warning by the European Aviation Authority "EASA". The engines are in use on the new Airbus medium-haul jet "A320 Neo". According to the US-authorities, there is a risk of an engine failure during the flight. The European "EASA" issued a so-called emergency airworthiness directive. The US-engine manufacturer has announced a rapid solution to the problem. The problem with the engine has a serious impact on the airline companies; the affected aircrafts must remain grounded so that they can be repaired. A total of 43 engines are affected in 32 Airbus A320 Neo aircrafts. According to Airbus and "Pratt & Whitney", it was decided to stop all deliveries of the "A320 Neo" for the time being. The aircraft is the latest member of the "A320 Airbus" family; short- and medium-haul aircrafts have long been a bestseller at Airbus. "Neo" means "New Engine Option". The new engines shall be kerosene-saving; already at the start of the "A320 Neo program", there were difficulties and technical problems. According to Airbus, about 30% of the 113 "A320 Neo models" delivered so far are said to be affected by flight restrictions. Zuercher Hilfswerk baute Berufsbildungs-Zentrum in Nepal. (Wed. 31.01.2018) ツューリッヒに本部がある国際支援組織「ロクパ」がネパールに職業教育セン ターを建設していたが、2018年3月4日開設される。4階建ての建物の建設費は 100万スイスフランで、資金調達の目標額は大きかったが、多くの個人と財団 が惜しみなく寄付をした。建物の広さは地上階が240平方メートル以上で、様 々な用途に使用される。学校のキッチン付ホテル専門教育センターは地上階 に在る。１階の女性用作業場では毎年最多15人の女性が裁縫、編み物、機織 りの訓練を受ける。2階では、7部屋の「ロクパ・ゲストハウス」が有り、3階 の住宅2戸は賃貸される。ネパールの大地震が建設を遅らせた。スイスの建築 技師と地震の専門家が建築計画を検証した結果、修正が必要だった。ネパー ルは深刻な貧困状態にあり、教育を受けない多くの子供達が路上に暮らす。 ネパールで観光はますます重要になってきているので、教育を受けた若い人 材には恒久的な仕事を見つける良い機会がある。支援団体「ロクパ」は助け を必要とする人々を支援し、16カ国に代表部を置いている。ツューリッヒ出 身のレア・ヴィラー女史は「ロクパ」の代表で創設メンバー。 (出展：2018年1月31日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The international aid organization "Rokpa" based in Zurich built a vocational training center in Nepal; this will be opened on March 4, 2018. The costs for the four-storey building amounted to CHF 1 Mio.; the funding was challenging, but was generously supported by many private donors and foundations. The building has a floor area of 240 square meters and is used for various purposes. A hotel business staff training center with a school kitchen is located on the ground floor. A women's workshop on the first floor trains up to 15 women a year as seamstress, knitter or weaver. On the second floor, there is the "Rokpa Guest House" with 7 rooms and on the third floor are two apartments, which are rented. The severe earthquake in Nepal delayed the construction; a native Swiss construction engineer and earthquake specialist checked the construction plans and adjustments were necessary. In Nepal there is great poverty and without education many children end up on the street. Because tourism is becoming increasingly important in Nepal, educated young people have a good chance of finding a permanent job. The aid organization "Rokpa" supports people in need and is represented in 16 countries. The Zurich woman Mrs. Lea Wyler is President and Founding Member of "Rokpa". Das Gebaeude verfuegt ueber eine Grundflaeche von 240 Quadrat-Metern und wird fuer verschiedene Zwecke genutzt. Ein Hotelfach-Ausbildungs-Zentrum mit Schulkueche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Eine Frauen-Werkstatt im ersten Stock bildet bis zu 15 Frauen pro Jahr als Naeherin, Strickerin oder Weberin aus. Im zweiten Stock gibt es das "Rokpa-Guest House" mit 7 Zimmern und im dritten Stock entstehen zwei Wohnungen, welche vermietet werden. Das schwere Erdbeben in Nepal verzoegerte den Bau; ein Schweizer Bau-Ingenieur und Erdbeben-Spezialist ueberpruefte die Bau-Plaene und es wurden Anpassungen notwendig. In Nepal herrscht grosse Armut und ohne Ausbildung landen viele Kinder auf der Strasse. Weil der Tourismus in Nepal immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt, haben ausgebildete junge Leute gute Chancen auf eine feste Arbeitsstelle. Now, the Foreign Minister however had to admit that he had "borrowed" the story and that he was never ever present at the meeting with Putin. There are corruption allegations against him when he was still Finance Minister of Guatemala. Employees of the organization are said to have celebrated sex parties with prostitutes in Haiti and Chad.
