The "Isle of Man" once again hit the headlines in the "Paradise Papers". The British protect "their" tax haven and alone in 2017 the island was supported by 300 Mio. Pounds. Without the support of British tax money, the administration of the island could not "survive". The financial industry is the most important industrial sector of the "Isle of Man". There is a lot of wind and rain on the island, but the rich in the world always find a dry little place for their money there. The "Paradise Papers" reveal the tax tricks and obscure practices in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Gibraltar or the Channel Islands, all under the control of the (British) Crown. The British Government has no interest in more rigorous controls of the Crown-Colonies and dependent Overseas Territories, as long as they successfully attract international capital. Only the British "Labour Party" speaks of tax fraud; the British society is suffering severe damage, "from a super-rich elite" that despises the tax system, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said. In the criticism is the British Formula-One driver Lewis Hamilton, who has procured tax-free a private jet by an instrument of the "Isle of Man". Hamilton had to pay no value-added tax (VAT) based on a trick; according to the paper "Guardian" this trick has been worth 1 billion US-Dollars in the past 6 years. Critics say, the Isle of Man is not only lacking in transparency, but the GB-Government in London is allowing too much. There is no capital gains tax, no tax on purchase of real estate and no legacy tax on the island. The corporate tax is just 10%. Zukunftstag: Maedchen & Jungen lernen Berufswelt kennen. 国家未来の日は、スイスで2001年いわゆる「全国娘の日」から始まった。「国 家の未来」の狙いは、少年少女達に、性別に依存しない開かれた職業の選択と 人生設計を促す事。この日、5年生から7年生の少年少女達は、親や縁故者に彼 等の職場へ引率され、格別面白いプロジェクトに参加する為招かれた。スイス 全土で数百の企業、組織、職業訓練校、大学が彼等の為に門戸を開いた。学校 に行く代わりにこの日、10代の青少年は普段とは違う作業領域や生活領域を知 り、生きていく為の経験を学ぶ。彼等は職業世界の多様性を目撃する。国家未 来の日は、早期に職業の選択と人生設計で男女平等を促進する。これは学校と 職場と家庭の協力プロジェクトだ。国家未来の日には成功の歴史がある。「未 来の日2017」には、3,200人の少女達が企業、建設学校、専門大学を訪れたり、 工芸技術を試したり、林業に開眼したり、実務を行ったりした。1,900人の少 年達の関心も高かった。航空会社「スイス」にとって未来の日には長い伝統が ある。テレビ局SRFは、農場で搾乳等を試みる若者達を報道した。 (出展：2017年11月9日付 srf.ch & Internet Media) The National Future Day was born in 2001, as the so-called "National Daughter Day" in Switzerland. The goal of the "National Future Day" is to promote the open, gender-independent career and life planning of female and male pupils. On that day, girls and boys of the 5th to 7th grade of school are invited to accompany their parents or attachment figure to the workplace or to participate in exciting special projects. Hundreds of companies, organizations, vocational schools and universities all over Switzerland are opening their doors for it. Instead of going to school that day, the teenagers get to know atypical areas of work and areas of life, making experiences for their lives. They discover the diversity of the professional world. The National Future Day thus promotes early equality of women and men in the choice of career and in life planning. It is a co-operation project between the school, working life and parents' house. The National Future Day is a success story. At the "Future Day 2017", 3,200 girls visited companies, construction schools, universities, universities of applied sciences, and tested their craftsmanship; discovering forestry professions or did practical work. Also the 1'900 boys showed very big interest. For the airline company "Swiss", the Future Day has a long tradition. The TV station SRF reported on teenagers, who gained experience on a farm, doing milking. An diesem Tag sind die Maedchen und Jungen der 5. bis 7. Klasse eingeladen, ihre Eltern oder Bezugs-Personen an den Arbeitsplatz zu begleiten oder an spannenden Spezial-Projekten teilzunehmen. Hunderte von Firmen, Organisationen, Berufsfach-Schulen und Universitaeten in der ganzen Schweiz oeffnen dafuer ihre Tueren. Anstatt in die Schule zu gehen, lernen die Jugendlichen an diesem Tag untypische Arbeits-Gebiete und Lebensbereiche kennen und machen Erfahrungen fuers Leben. Sie entdecken die Vielfalt der Berufswelt. Der Nationale Zukunftstag foerdert damit fruehzeitig die Gleichstellung von Frau und Mann bei der Berufswahl und bei der Lebens-Planung. Es ist ein Kooperations-Projekt zwischen Schule, Arbeitswelt und Elternhaus. Der Nationale Zukunftstag ist eine Erfolgs- Geschichte. Now just before, 100 party members have announced their resignation; they accuse President Macron of "undemocratic methods". The newspaper article shows Macron as a "Boxer" with the "Le Monde" headline: "Velvet Smile, Iron Hand". Many Frenchmen consider President Macron as a "Robin Hood of the Rich". At the party congress, the movement "LRM" shall become a real party; in an open letter, members of the party make serious accusations against the party leadership. They complain of the "personality cult of President Macron", about the "command of the elites" and their "arrogance" in the party. There is no internal democracy in the "Macron Party"! The people who say this publicly must remain anonymous because they have been intimidated and threatened by the LRM leadership. The 750 delegates wouldn't be elected, but mostly determined by the "Top" and one fourth allotted. The only candidate for the office of party leader, Mr. Christophe Castaner, a close "intimate of Macron", could only be "confirmed" by the congress. Mr. Castaner has already assembled the party office. One of the 100 dissidents said: "The ideas and commands come from the top and we have to implement them literally as in a sect". He refers to that as a leadership-method of the 18th century. Experts, knowing the party "LRM" estimate that today only 10% of the members are active; above all, there are disappointed ex-Socialist voters. The "LRM movement" was never intended as a grassroots democratic creative movement, despite its Internet appearance. After being elected, the Paris elite- school graduate Macron made it very clear that he is going to rule "vertically" (top down) and not "grassroots democratically"! "LRM" is, as usual in France, an intelligently crafted voting machine in the service of Macron; that shows his initials "E and M". Die Leute, die dies oeffentlich sagen, muessten anonym bleiben, da sie von der LRM-Spitze eingeschuechtert und bedroht worden seien. Der einzige Kandidat fuer das Amt des Partei-Chef, Christophe Castaner, enger "Macron-Vertrauter", koenne der Kongress nur noch "absegnen". Er habe auch das Partei-Buero bereits zusammengestellt. Einer der 100 Dissidenten sagte: "Die Ideen und Befehle kommen von oben und wir muessen sie wie in einer Sekte wortwoertlich umsetzen". Er bezeichnet dies als Fuehrungs-Methode wie im 18. Jahrhundert. Kenner der Partei "LRM" schaetzen, dass heute nur noch 10% der Mitglieder aktiv sind; es gibt vor allem enttaeuschte Ex-Sozialisten-Waehler. Die "LRM-Bewegung" war gar nie als basis- demokratische Kreativ-Bewegung gedacht, trotz Internet-Auftritt. Nach seiner Wahl hat der Pariser Elite-Schul-Absolvent Macron deutlich klargemacht, dass er "vertikal" und nicht "basis-demokratisch" regieren werde! The new study has just been published by the "London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM)" in the journal "The Lancet Planetary Health". The "Swiss TPH" (Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute) was part of the international research team. The "Swiss TPH" has analyzed the data of the study for Switzerland. The study compared the heat and cold-related mortality at 451 sites in 9 regions and 23 countries of the world. The study used 85 Mio. cases of death between 1984 and 2015. Climate change is a challenge for the health systems. According to the "Swiss TPH" heat- related mortality could be reduced by taking appropriate measures in the field of public health. Unless actions are taken by 2090-99, a net increase of (+) 3.5% in temperature-related fatalities is expected in Central Europe by the end of this century.
