Many media and more than 60% of the voters see no need for new elections, according to a survey. The voters expressed the assumption that Premier Abe wanted to distract with it from his scandals; besides, the biggest opposition party is in trouble. With fiscal-policy gifts to the Japanese, Shinzo Abe tries again to get the favor of the electorates. According to the (Abe)-Government and the Tepco Group, these recovery works are postponed by another three years !! The population remains calm, but their anxiety is tangible. The Energy- and Nuclear Expert, Mr. Mycle Schneider pointed out to the high risks that will result from the delayed recovery of the spent nuclear fuel rods, in another interview. Any further Earthquake or Tsunami could cause far worse consequences than the original disaster on March 11, 2011. The Tepco Group is a power company and has no experience with the dismantling of a ruined nuclear power plant. For that work, the best international experts, had offered assistance, but since there were no partners on the Japanese side, nothing had happened, says Mr. Schneider. Es wird noch wenigstens bis ins Jahr 2050/60 dauern, bis die Atom-Kraftwerk-Ruinen in Fukushima abgebaut sein werden. Dafuer werden auch viele Milliarden ausgegeben. Viele der jungen Studenten verlieren jegliche Kontrolle und die Polizei steht im Dauer-Einsatz. Solche unschoenen Szenen sieht man nicht nur in Brighton, sondern landesweit in England. Total betrunkene Studenten liegen oder schlafen auf der Strasse; oft finden sie den Weg nicht mehr ins Studenten-Wohnheim zurueck. For that, the experts analyzed the health systems of eight industrial countries, namely the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Singapore, Germany, France and Australia. Since Switzerland introduced the Health Insurance Act in 1996, the health spending has doubled. Also in 2018, the health insurance premiums shall increase between 3.5% and 5%. The experts compared in each case two systems in terms of costs and results; the better system was qualified for the next round like at a Football World Cup. The quality is more important than the cost; in Germany, the medical services are cheaper, but the quality of care is then again better in Switzerland. The experts say further that "Switzerland has the better quality and better access to services, even if they are more expensive." That shows a 124-pages, confidential program, which listed up all the activities. The total costs were Swiss francs (CHF) 523'519. The transport costs alone amounted to CHF 263'483, while the journey with the special train of the Swiss Railways SBB alone cost CHF 92'305.
