Trump announced that South Korea would have to pay 1 billion US- Dollar for the controversial missile defense system "THAAD" (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense). With that statement, Donald Trump indirectly supports the favorite for the Presidential Office, Mr. Moon Jae-in, from the "Left Liberals". Mr. Moon always demanded that the decision about a deployment of "THAAD" should be left to the next (new) Government. The conservative party of ex-President Park, however, has together with the US-Pentagon already accomplished facts; "THAAD" is almost ready deployed! The "Left" in South Korea also presents technical arguments against "THAAD"; it refers to Theodore Postol, a rocket expert of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge (USA). The expert says that the US-manufacturer has never successfully tested THAAD and manipulated the conditions for the test, so that he had to succeed. Missiles from North Korea in the direction of Seoul would never ever rise to the heights, for which THAAD was developed. Besides, the capital Seoul is almost on the inner-Korean border, while the THAAD defense system is located 250 kilometers further south. That is why THAAD could never reach the attack missiles from North Korea timely, says US-expert Postol. China is also angry about the deployment of THAAD in South Korea; the Chinese say the USA have "broken their word". Because of THAAD, the Chinese are exerting economic pressure on South Korea! Trump criticized the "horrible Free Trade Agreement (FTA)" of the USA with South Korea and threatened to cancel it. With these statements, Donald Trump supports the "Left-Liberals" with their candidate Moon Jae-in. Trump's statement, "It would be an honor for him to meet Kim Jong-un personally," led to great surprise. Controversial statements from the USA, who has to pay for the THAAD-costs, leave the impression, that there is no reliance in the USA. All this, helps the candidate Moon Jae-in. US-Foreign Secretary Rex Tillerson said last week that the USA has no intention of overturning the regime of Kim Jong-un. The response on it was, that the "Korea conflict" could not be solved militarily. If Moon Jae-in is elected, it is expected that he will try to resume the dialogue with North Korea. Die Aussage von Trump, "es waere ihm eine Ehre, Kim Jong-un persoenlich zu treffen", fuehrte zu grossem Erstaunen. Widerspruechliche Aussagen der USA, wer die THAAD-Kosten bezahlen muesse, hinterlasse den Eindruck auf die USA sei kein Verlass. Dies alles hilft dem Kandidaten Moon Jae-in. US-Aussen- Minister Rex Tillerson erklaerte letzte Woche, die USA habe keine Absicht, das Regime von Kim Jong-un zu stuerzen. Das Echo darauf war, dass sich der "Korea-Konflikt" militaerisch nicht loesen laesst. Sollte Moon Jae-in gewaehlt werden, wird damit gerechnet, dass er versuchen wird, den Dialog mit Nordkorea wieder aufzunehmen. Although Premier Abe has the necessary majority in the Parliament for a constitutional change, he would still have lost a plebiscite about it so far. The "North Korean crisis" is now used by Abe Shinzo to influence the opinion of the Japanese citizens. Premier Abe has triggered off missile alert exercises in some cities, thereby the people had to go to the shelters. Ten days ago, when a North Korean test rocket exploded, then all subway trains were stopped in Tokyo, due to a possible attack from North Korea. [WSNH: South Korea, the direct neighbor of North Korea did not take such a measure!] Premier Abe has now surprisingly proposed to keep the Peace-Paragraph, because he knows that it has been undermined long ago by several reinterpretations. According to a new survey by "NHK", 57% were opposed to a change of Article No. 9 of the Constitution and only 25% were in favor of it. Just last week, a survey of "NHK" found out that 82% of the respondents were "proud of the current constitution, which advocates pacifism". Pacifism means peaceableness, non-violence. Die Bekanntgabe eines Datum fuer die Verfassungs-Aenderung sind "neue Toene" von Abe Shinzo; bisher hat er es vermieden darueber zu reden, obwohl die Reform das wichtigste Anliegen seiner politischen Laufbahn ist. Es liegt ein LDP-Entwurf von 2011 fuer eine neue Verfassung vor; dieser orientiert sich an der Vorkriegs-Verfassung, er beschraenkt die "Rechte des Individuums" (Menschen), besonders der Frauen! Im Wahlkampf im letzten Sommer ging Abe Shinzo nicht auf den Entwurf ein, da eine Mehrheit der Japaner die aktuelle Verfassung unterstuetzt. Vor zehn Tagen explodierte eine nordkoreanische Testrakete, damals wurden alle U-Bahn-Zuege in Tokyo angehalten, wegen eines moeglichen Angriffs von Nordkorea. The Swiss is said to have acted on behalf of the Swiss intelligence service (NDB). The case goes back to a story in the year 2010. At that time, the German state of "North Rhine-Westphalia" bought stolen Swiss bank data from German customers of Credit Suisse; the Germans paid several million Euros for it. According to Mrs. Corina Eichenberger, member of the parliamentary supervisory authority on the Swiss intelligence service (NDB), the Germans had made "illegal economic espionage" in Switzerland then, buying from criminals, illegal bank data on CDs. The Swiss intelligence service NDB wanted to find out within the scope of the espionage defense, who had given the order to purchase such Data-CDs. Based on information, of the now arrested Swiss, the Swiss authorities had issued arrest warrants against three German tax investigators. The "suspicion of intelligence-based economic espionage" exists against the Germans. Even then, the Swiss Federal Councilor, Hans-Rudolf Merz, requested that the data records criminals be brought to justice. Now, the Swiss Ambassador in Berlin was "invited for an interview" by the German Foreign Ministry in the wake of the spying affair. There is also the guess that the time of the arrest of the Swiss national by the Germans is no coincidence. Aufgrund der Informationen des jetzt verhafteten Schweizers, hatten die Schweizer Behoerden Haftbefehl gegen drei deutsche Steuerfahnder erlassen. Gegen die Deutschen besteht der "Verdacht auf nachrichtendienstliche Wirtschafts-Spionage". Schon damals verlangte der Schweizer Bundesrat Hans-Rudolf Merz, die Datendiebe muessten zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden. Jetzt wurde die Schweizer Botschafterin in Berlin vom deutschen Aussen-Ministerium im Zuge der Spionage-Affaere "zu einem Gespraech eingeladen". Es besteht auch die Vermutung, der Zeitpunkt der Verhaftung des Schweizers durch die Deutschen sei kein Zufall. Nordrhein-Westfalen steht vor Landtags-Wahlen und diese koennen fuer die "SPD" schwierig werden. Zudem sind Bundestags-Wahlen im Herbst, weshalb die "SPD" den Fall fuer den Wahlkampf nutzen will.
