At Ferrostaal, the conflict of interest is no less problematic, because the company was also selling armor goods and warships at that time. Based on the contract, Bach should provide "worldwide consulting services"; such as establish contacts with Governments and authorities, etc. Besides, Bach was directly involved in the sale of goods; he was promised a special bonus of up to 29 Mio. Euro. "Ferrostaal" is also said to have benefited from the influence of Bach as IOC-Vice President. IOC-Bach responded to the article of "Tages- Anzeiger" with surprise, criticizing omitted facts. Bach said that he had been business lawyer at that time; his duties at the IOC, he performed in a honorary post. The ethics committee of the IOC announced that Bach had always adhered to the IOC-rules. In fact, Thomas Bach's side income is not illegal, but it is morally disreputable! According to Correctiv, the "ethics-code" of the "IOK" is however formulated "spongy". It is said to be left up to the IOC- members themselves to report conflicts of interests. Das Schweizer IOK-Mitglied Dennis Oswald sagte in einem Interview mit dem "SRF-Radio" im 2013, "Bach benutzt seine Position, um fuer die Gesellschaften, die er vertritt, Vorteile herauszuholen." Es gab weitere heikle Vertraege von Bach, von 2000 bis 2008 liess er sich von der deutschen "Siemens" mit zuletzt 400'000 Euro jaehrlich fuer Berater-Taetigkeiten entschaedigen. Siemens profitierte von den Olympischen Spielen (2008) in Peking besonders; laut einem frueheren Bericht des Senders N-TV betrug das Auftrags-Volumen von Siemens damals in China zirka 1,1 Mrd. Euro. Bei der Firma "Ferrostaal" ist der Interessen-Konflikt nicht weniger problematisch, da das Unternehmen damals ebenfalls Ruestungs-Material und Kriegsschiffe verkaufte. Laut Vertrag sollte Bach "weltweit Beratungs-Leistungen" erbringen"; etwa Kontakte zu Regierungen und Behoerden erstellen etc. Zudem war Bach direkt am Verkauf von Guetern beteiligt; ihm wurde ein Sonderbonus von bis zu 29 Mio. Euro versprochen. "Ferrostaal" soll ebenfalls vom Einfluss von Bach als IOK-Vize-Praesident profitiert haben. Fuer die Olympiade im Jahr 2008 in China lieferte der Konzern Maschinen fuer die Herstellung von Medaillen, Sammler- und Gedenkmuenzen. IOK-Bach reagierte gegenueber der Zeitung "Tages-Anzeiger" mit Befremden auf den Artikel und kritisierte ausgelassene Fakten. Bach sagte, er sei damals von Beruf Wirtschafts-Anwalt gewesen und seine Aufgaben im IOK habe er im Ehrenamt ausgefuehrt. Die Ethik-Kommission des IOK teilte mit, Bach habe die IOK-Regeln stets eingehalten. In der Tat sind Thomas Bach's Neben-Einkuenfte nicht illegal, aber jedoch schon moralisch anstoessig! US-Trump did not act in self-defense and without a mandate of the UN-Security Council, therefore it is a "Breach of the International Law". Nevertheless, the Western regimes clapped applause to US-Trump, notably the German Regime, who liked to act as a "spearhead" for the International Law!! Ein Kommentar zum US-Militaer-Schlag gegen Syrien in der "Sueddeutschen Zeitung" spricht von einem "Rueckfall in die Welt der Willkuer" betreffend Voelkerrecht. Die US-Bomben gegen Syrien verstossen gegen das Gewalt-Verbot das Herzstueck der "UNO-Charta", schreibt der Journalist. US-Trump handelte nicht in Selbst- Verteidigung und ohne Mandat des Sicherheits-Rat, es ist also ein "Bruch des Voelker-Rechts". Trotzdem klatschen die westlichen Regimes Trump Beifall, besonders die deutsche Regierung, welche gern als "Vorkaempferin" des Voelker-Rechts auftrat!! There is little traffic at these "secondary" border crossings; on the average, there are 90 vehicles during the week and 110 vehicles on weekends, of which 20% are Swiss vehicles. With this measure, the authorities want to fight the cross-border crime. The closure reduces the escape routes for criminals; it is known that there are "dangerous criminal organizations" in Italy, said Ticino State Councilor Mr. Norman Gobbi in a newspaper interview. In Italy the control measures are called "anti-Italian"; an Italian news portal-site said that "Trump reflexes" are at work. The oldest nuclear power plant in France has long been regarded as a safety risk and there have been frequent breakdowns and incidents. There were always tensions between France and the neighboring countries of Switzerland and Germany because of this nuclear power station; it is located only 40 kilometers north of Basle. In 2014, activists invaded the ground of the nuclear power station and unveiled a huge banner with the text "STOP Risking Europe!". French President Hollande had originally promised to shut down the 40-years old nuclear reactors by the end of 2016.
