Der Schweizer Aussen-Minister Bundesrat Didier Burkhalter erklaerte in einem Interview mit der Zeitung "Schweiz am Sonntag", dass die Schweiz seit mehr als einem Jahr mit Donald Trump Kontakte gepflegt habe. (Wed. 21.12.2016 Smi) 安倍晋三の自民党政府は、長年殆ど停止している高速増殖炉「もんじゅ」を最 終的に断念すると決定した。国は運転期間が30年間で250日に満たない原型炉 にも関わらず、1994年から高速増殖炉「もんじゅ」に一兆円以上の税金を注ぎ 込んできた! 1995年運転開始後間もなく数百キログラムの反応性の高い冷却剤 ナトリウムが漏洩して火災を起こした。以来原子炉は殆ど停止していた。停止 状態でありながら「もんじゅ」の年間維持費は200億円費やされていた。日本 政府の推定によると、福井県の「もんじゅ」の廃炉には30年以上を要し、最低 でも3,750億円かかる。使用済み核燃料は2022年までに原子炉から取り出され ることになっているが、760トンの高濃度放射性廃棄物の最終処分場は日本に は無い！ドイツも1970年代に「高速増殖炉」の建設を開始したが、「安全性へ の懸念」から計画を諦めた。殆どの国は、余りに高額なのでいわゆる「増殖炉 技術」を長年既に諦めている！！加えて増殖炉の為に、強い毒性のある高濃度 放射性プルトニウムの輸送を国内で実施する必要がある。政府が「高速増殖炉 」を維持してきたので、誰も使用済み核燃料棒の最終処分場を真剣に探す努力 はして来なかった。日本の原発の殆どの中間貯蔵所は満杯で、安全対策は殆ど 成されていない。安倍政権はそれにも拘らず「増殖炉」技術の開発を継続する 。この目的の為に古い実験炉「常陽」でフランスとの共同開発が進められる。 (出展：2016年12月21日＆23日付tagblatt.ch & ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) https://www.jaea.go.jp/04/o-arai/joyo/index.html The LDP-Government of Abe Shinzo has decided to abandon ultimately the fast breeder reactor "Monju", which has mostly been staying idle for years. The State has invested over a trillion Yen (ca. 9 billion CHF) in tax money in the fast breeder reactor "Monju", which has been running since 1994, although the prototype reactor operated for less than 250 days in 30 years! Soon after bringing into service in 1995, hundreds of kilograms of the highly reactive coolant sodium leaked and burned. Since then, the nuclear reactor has mostly been switched off. Even in status of idleness, the annual operating expenses for "Monju" amounted to 20 billion Yen. According to estimation by the Japanese Government, the complete decommissioning (close-down) of "Monju" in the Fukui Prefecture will take more than 30 years and will cost a minimum of 375 billion Yen. The spent fuel shall be removed from the reactor by 2022; for the 760 tons of high-radioactive waste, there is no repository in Japan! In the 1980s, also Germany had started building a "fast breeder reactor", but the project was abandoned due to security concerns. Most countries have given up the so-called "fast breeding technology" for a long time, because it is much too expensive!! Besides, highly toxic and highly radioactive plutonium has to be transported across the country again and again for the fast breeder. The Government has held on at the "fast breeder reactor", because nobody has ever seriously looked for a repository for the spent nuclear fuel rods. The interim storage facilities of most Japanese Nuclear Power Plants (NPP) are almost full and only poorly secured. The Abe-Government still insists on continuing to develop further the "fast breeder" technology. For this purpose, the older research reactor "Joyo" and a collaboration with France shall be used. Der Staat hat ueber eine Billion Yen (ca. 9 Milliarden CHF) an Steuer-Geldern in den seit 1994 eingeschalteten Schnellen Brueter "Monju" (fast breeder reactor) investiert, obwohl der Prototyp-Reaktor in 30 Jahren weniger als 250 Tage lief! Bald nach der Inbetriebnahme im Jahr 1995 traten hunderte Kilogramm des hoch- reaktiven Kuehlmittels Natrium aus und gerieten in Brand. Seither war der Atom-Reaktor meistens abgeschaltet. Sogar im Ruhestand betrugen die jaehrlichen Betriebskosten fuer "Monju" 20 Mrd. Yen. Laut Schaetzung der japanischen Regierung wird die vollstaendige Still- Legung von "Monju" in der Praefektur Fukui mehr als 30 Jahre dauern und im Minimum 375 Mrd. Yen kosten. Der verbrauchte Brennstoff soll bis 2022 aus dem Reaktor entfernt werden; fuer die 760 Tonnen hoch-radioaktiver Abfaelle gibt es in Japan kein Endlager! Auch Deutschland hatte in den 1980er Jahren mit dem Bau eines "Schnellen Brueters" begonnen, das Projekt wurde aber wegen Sicherheits-Bedenken aufgegeben. Die meisten Staaten haben die so-genannte "Brut- Technologie" schon lange aufgegeben, weil sie viel zu teuer ist!! Es muss zudem immer wieder hoch-giftiges und hoch-radioaktives Plutonium fuer den Brueter durchs Land transportiert werden. Die Regierung hat am "Schnellen Brueter" festgehalten, da nie ernsthaft ein Endlager fuer die abgebrannten Kern-Brennstaebe gesucht wurde. Die Zwischenlager der meisten japanischen Atom-Kraftwerke (AKW) sind fast voll und nur schlecht gesichert. Die Abe-Regierung besteht trotzdem an der Weiter-Entwicklung der "Schnelle-Brueter" Technologie. Dafuer soll der aeltere Forschungs-Reaktor "Joyo" und eine Zusammenarbeit mit Frankreich dienen. The program to overcome the US- economic crisis cost 831 billion US-Dollar; the Republicans found it too expensive and setting the wrong priorities. Obama promised to end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan; under Obama the way of warfare has changed, more drones and fewer soldiers. The USA is now militarily active in more countries (fight against terrorism) than before the term of Obama. Critics say that Obama has withdrawn the US-troops from Iraq too early; the power gap caused the terror organization IS to grow. President Obama considers it to be his greatest failure that he couldn't unify the country in his term of office. The headline of the English newspaper "The Guardian" is: "Pity the sad legacy of Barack Obama". They write: In March 2009, Obama met with Wall Street leaders. Obama said: "I am on your side and I want to protect you, he promised them." And not one Wall Street criminal executive went to jail. Der Bericht ueber die Bilanz zu acht Jahre von US-Praesident Barack Obama traegt den Titel "Was hat Obama den Afro-Amerikanern gebracht?". Er war der erste afro-amerikanische Praesident; dies ist historisch und entsprechend hoch waren die Erwartungen der Menschen. Damals sagte der neue Praesident, jetzt breche eine Zeit an, in der die Hautfarbe keine Rolle mehr spiele. Professor Calvin Warren von der "George Washington Universitaet" bilanziert, dies sei fuer die Afro-Amerikaner ein wichtiger Etappen-Sieg im Kampf gegen Rassismus und fuer Gleich- Berechtigung gewesen. Das Programm zur Ueberwindung der US-Wirtschaftskrise kostete 831 Mrd. US-Dollar; die Republikaner fanden es sei zu teuer und setze die falschen Prioritaeten. Obama versprach die Kriege im Irak und Afghanistan zu beenden; unter Obama hat die Art und Weise der Kriegsfuehrung geaendert, mehr Drohnen und weniger Soldaten. Die USA sind heute in mehr Laendern militaerisch aktiv (Kampf gegen Terrorismus) als vor Obama. Kritiker sagen, dass Obama die US-Truppen zu frueh aus Irak abgezogen habe; die Macht- Luecke habe die Terror-Organisation IS gross werden lassen.
