There is, however, another Eurostat statistics, which lists up the hours worked throughout the whole working life by countries. This "ranking list" provides information, which countries are actually the "most diligent" based on the number of hours worked. Also under this consideration Iceland is the No. 1 with 86,862 working hours throughout the working life, with 68,783 working hours follows Estonia as No. 2, Portugal is the No. 3 with 68,632 hours, Latvia is the No. 4 with 68,218 hours followed by Switzerland only on rank No. 5 with 66.640 hours. Sweden is the No. 6 with 66.373 hours, Greece is the No. 7 with 65.440 hours, Great Britain is the No. 8 with 64.732 hours, No. 9 is Lithuania with 63.823 hours and Ireland is the No. 10 with 63.735 Hours. Although the Greeks work only 32.3 years, they are in the forefront of the statistics because of their high annual number of working hours. Both statistics, however, do not make any statement about "productivity". Es gibt ein "Klischee" (Redensart), welches von den "faulen Griechen" und "fleissigen Deutschen" spricht. Die aktuelle Arbeits-Statistik des europaeischen Statistik-Amtes "Eurostat" zeigt jetzt, dass dies so nicht stimmt und die Griechen fleissiger als die Deutschen sind, dies unter Betrachtung der geleisteten Arbeits-Stunden im ganzen Arbeitsleben. Die "Eurostat" Statistik stellte eine "Rangliste" ueber die durchschnittliche Dauer eines Erwerbslebens in Jahren auf; darin ist ersichtlich, wieviele Jahre in Europa durchschnittlich gearbeitet wird. Die "fleissigsten" Leute sind in Island, sie arbeiten durchschnittlich 46,6 Jahre im Leben. Die Schweiz ist die Nummer 2, hier wird 42,5 Jahre gearbeitet und die Nummer 3 ist Schweden mit 41,2 Jahren. Auf den Raengen Nr. 4 bis Nr. 10 sind die folgenden Laender: die Niederlande mit 39,9 Jahre, Norwegen mit 39,8 Jahren, Daenemark mit 39,2 Jahren, das Vereinigte Koenigsreich (UK) mit 38,6 Jahren; Deutschland liegt mit 38 Jahren nur auf Rang Nr. 8, vor Finnland mit 37,6 Jahren und Estland mit 37 Jahren. (Wed. 30.11.2016 Smi) スイスの建設会社「ヌッスリ社」は米国パヴィリオンを2015年のミラノ万博 で建設したのだが、この程米国並びにその請負業者「米国の友人達」がスイ スの中小企業の請求書1,360万ドルをまだ支払っていないことが明らかになっ た！未払い請求書の額は従業員450人のスイス企業にとって高額だ。今この件 は米国とスイス間の政治レヴェルで交渉され、未払いの1,360万ドルの請求書 について米国の代表者との二国間会議で度々提起されていた。解決する為の時 間が不足しており、50日後には早くも新しいトランプ政権が発足する。この件 は長い間未解決のままになる可能性がある。米国の法律は、米国政府が公的資 金を万博に使用することを禁止している。その為常に米国外務省から民間機関 に委託され、「ミラノ万博2015」は非営利団体「米国の友人達」に委ねられた。 ジョン・ケリー米国務長官が同非営利団体の資金調達の責任者だったが、必要 な資金調達は成功しなかった。スイス企業の建物は、2015年万博の米国パヴィ リオン「アメリカン・フード2.0」で大成功を収め、6百万人以上が入場した。 米国「ポリティコ誌」の記事によると、米国の万博負債は2015年末2,600万ド ルにも上り、恥ずべき米国の支払慣行の影響を被ったのは合計40債権者。最も 深刻な被害を被ったスイス企業「ヌッスリ社」はこの為スイス政府に助けを求 めた。非営利団体「米国の友人達」は特別にこのプロジェクトの為に設立され、 米国パヴィリオンは6千万スイスフラン以上の費用がかかった。米国のオバマ 政権は2016年12月末までに米国議会が提案された予算申請を許可するよう未だ に期待している！議会の共和党員がオバマの万博破産を解決する用意があるか どうかは疑問だ。 (出典：2016年11月30日＆2016年12月1日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンラ イン版＆ブリック紙オンライン版) The Swiss construction company "Nuessli Ltd." built the US-pavilion at the World Expo (Expo 2015) in Milan; it has been informed now that the USA respectively their contract partner "Friends of the USA" has not (yet) paid the bill of the Swiss SME-company in the amount of 13.6 million US dollars! The unpaid bill is a large sum for the Swiss firm with 450 employees. Now, the matter is negotiated on a political level between the USA and the Switzerland; the unpaid bill of USD 13.6 million was discussed at several bilateral meetings with US- representatives. There is only little time to find a solution because the new Trump Government will be in office already in 50 days. Then, the case could remain unresolved for a long time. According to an US- law, it is forbidden to the US-Government to spend public funds for world exhibitions. The mandate is therefore always awarded to a private institution by the US-Foreign Ministry; for the "Milano Expo 2015", it went to the non-profit organization (NPO) "Friends of the USA". US-Foreign Minister John Kerry was responsible for the fundraising of the NPO Group; but he was unable to get the necessary money. The construction of the Swiss company made the American Pavilion "American Food 2.0" at the "Expo 2015" very successful; more than 6 million people visited the place. According to a report by the US-magazine "Politico" (see link), the expo debts of the USA amounted to even 26 million US dollars at the end of 2015; affected by the "embarrassing" US-payment morale are a total of 40 more creditors. The Swiss firm "Nuessli Ltd.", which is most severely affected, sought therefore help from the Swiss Government. The NPO "Friends of the USA" was founded especially for that project and the US-pavilion cost more than 60 million CHF. The Obama administration hopes that the US- Congress will still approve the budget (money) for the submitted application at the end of December 2016! It is questionable whether the Republicans in the Congress are ready to solve the Expo-bankruptcy of the US-Obama. Die Schweizer Baufirma "Nuessli AG" baute den US-Pavillon an der Welt- Ausstellung (Expo 2015) in Mailand; jetzt wurde bekannt, dass die USA respektive ihr Vertragspartner "Friends of the USA" die Rechnung des Schweizer KMU-Unternehmens in der Hoehe von 13,6 Mio. US-Dollar (noch) nicht bezahlt haben!! Der offene Rechnungs-Betrag ist eine grosse Summe fuer die Schweizer Firma mit 450 Mitarbeitern. Jetzt wird die Sache auf politischer Ebene zwischen der USA und der Schweizer verhandelt; die nicht bezahlte Rechnung von 13,6 Mio. USD sei bei mehreren bilateralen Treffen mit US-Vertretern angesprochen worden. Die Zeit fuer eine Loesung wird knapp, da schon in 50 Tagen die neue Trump-Regierung im Amt sein wird. Der Fall koennte dann auf lange Zeit ungeloest bleiben. Laut einem US-Gesetz ist es der US-Regierung verboten oeffentliche Gelder fuer Welt-Ausstellungen auszugeben. Der Auftrag wird deshalb jeweils durch das US Aussen-Ministerium an eine private Institution erteilt; fuer die "Milano Expo 2015" ging er an die Non-Profit-Organisation "Friends of the USA". US Aussen-Minister John Kerry war fuer die Mittelbeschaffung (Fundraising) der NP-Gruppe verantwortlich; es gelang ihm jedoch nicht das noetige Geld zu beschaffen. The picture in the newspaper article shows the ruins of a press center for the Olympics, which collapsed two months ago and the wreckage remained. A construction worker points to a (new) tennis stadium, on which he has built. Now, three months later, the family man no longer knows how to feed his children! He is unemployed and without future; the visitors have gone, the profits went to abroad and everything was like a dream, the man said. The "City of Miracles" became a "stage" of a dramatic aberration; there are no more funds from investors and no more federal funds; the accounts of the Federal State were blocked. Rio de Janeiro's about 1,000 "favelas" are again a "war zone"; state employees (e.g. policemen, fire-fighters) receive the wages only in installments, pensions are shortened and the Christmas money is omitted. For beer, cigarettes and gasoline, there are higher taxes. The Central Government declared the "Rio case" a (negative) example; in that context the new Brazilian Finance Minister said: "Someday the bill comes, and one has to pay it". The second important issue was the arrest of the former governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro; he helped to bring the summer Olympics to the city. The justice accuses him of the stealing and "washing" 66 million francs; it is about the bribe money payments with regard to large public (construction) projects, for example the construction of the Olympic park and the Olympic village. The ex-governor is said to have received 7% of the contract amount from construction companies. The ex-governor is a member of the "Brazilian Democratic Movement Party" like the new and current President Michel Temer! [WSNH: The justice in Brazil is "not afraid" to investigate against the (political) elite and to accuse them in court. If there should be bribery or irregularities in Japan in connection with "Tokyo 2020", the Japanese justice would have to examine "courageously" as well. Sometimes, there is the impression that the Japanese justice system is "not independent," especially when it comes to an accusation against LDP-party members or when innocent people are condemned.] Drei Monate nach den Olympischen Spielen ist der brasilianische Bundes-Staat Rio de Janeiro pleite und jetzt wurde der Ex-Gouverneur Sergio Cabral wegen Bestechung verhaftet! Das Bild im Zeitungs-Artikel zeigte die Ruinen eines Presse-Zentrums fuer Olympia, welches vor zwei Monaten einstuerzte und liegen blieb. Ein Bauarbeiter zeigt auf ein (neues) Tennis-Stadion, welches er mitgebaut hat. Jetzt drei Monate spaeter, weiss der Familien-Vater nicht mehr wie er seine Kinder ernaehren soll! Er ist arbeitlos und ohne Zukunft; die Besucher sind weg, die Gewinne gingen ins Ausland und alles war wie ein Traum, meinte der Mann. Die "Stadt der Wunder" wurde zu einer "Buehne" einer dramatischen Fehl-Entwicklung; es fliessen keine Investoren-Gelder und Bundes-Mittel mehr; die Konten des Bundes-Staates wurden gesperrt. Rio de Janeiro's zirka 1,000 "Favelas" sind wieder "Kriegsgebiet"; Staatsangestellte (Polizisten, Feuerwehr-Leute etc.) erhalten den Lohn nur noch in Raten, Pensionen werden gekuerzt und das Weihnachts-Geld faellt aus. Fuer Bier, Zigaretten und Benzin gibt es hoehere Steuern. Die Zentral-Regierung erklaerte den "Fall Rio" zum Lehr-Beispiel; der neue brasilianische Finanz-Minister meinte damit folgendes: "Irgendwann kommt die Rechnung, und einer muss zahlen". Das zweite wichtige Thema ist die Verhaftung des ehemaligen Gouverneur's des Bundes-Staates Rio de Janeiro; er half mit die Sommer Olympiade in die Stadt zu bringen. Die Justiz wirft ihm vor, er habe 66 Mio. CHF gestohlen und gewaschen; es geht um Schmiergeld-Zahlung (Bestechung) bei grossen oeffentlichen (Bau-) Projekten, beispielsweise beim Bau des Olympia-Parks und des olympischen Dorfes. Der ex-Gouverneur soll von Bau-Unternehmen 7% der Auftrags-Summe erhalten haben. Der ex- Gouverneur ist Mitglied der "Brazilian Democratic Movement Party", des neuen und jetzigen Praesidenten Michel Temer! There is room for 18 students and the new academic studies course offers a Federal diploma as Designer FH (Fach-Hochschule). The "HEAD" is an University of Applied Sciences; it welcomes more than 700 students from 40 different countries.
