Europaeischer Solar-Preis 2016 fuer Berner Haus. 権威ある欧州ソーラー賞2016が「ソーラー建築と都市計画」部門でスイスのリ フォーム事業「アンリカー」に贈られた。引退した建築家アンリカー夫妻がエ メンタールに在る崩れかけた「ベルン風家屋」を修復して、記念建造物保護と 太陽エネルギーの持続可能な指標にした。引退したばかりの建築家は4年前に この家を散歩の途中で見つけた。夫妻はベルンの旧市街に住んでいて、2か所 目の住まいを捜していた。彼らは「荒れ果てた家」を、可能な限り現存する建 物の素材を生かして修復した。1765年に建てられた家は地元の職人によって完 全に復元された(写真参照)。屋根の全面は太陽光パネルで覆われ、今では「小 規模太陽光発電所」になった。夫妻は旧市街の家に太陽光発電装置を設置する ことが出来なかったので、自家用の電力を他の場所で発電(エコロジカルに)し ようとした。屋根の上の新しい太陽光発電装置は年間9万キロワット時発電出 来るが、夫妻はその10％しか消費しない。この住宅の太陽光発電装置は必要な 電力の3.5倍発電すると「ソーラー・エージェンシー・スイス」は計算した。 夫妻は余剰電力を「BKW(ベルナー電力)」に売り4,500スイスフラン得ている。 消費電力に2,500スイスフラン支払っているので、差し引き2,000スイスフラン の収益になる。ソーラー屋根は設置費用がかかるが償却出来るし、太陽光パネ ルの寿命は50年。 (出典：2016年11月24日付デア・ブント紙) The prestigious European Solar Prize 2016 went to the Swiss renovation project "Anliker" in the category "Solar architecture and urban planning". The retired architect couple Anliker restored an almost decayed "Bernese house" in the Emmental valley sustainable and made it a key-reference project for monument protection and solar energy. The newly retired architects discovered the house during a walk in the countryside four years ago. The couple lives in the old town of the city of Berne and looked for a second place of residence; they renovated the "decayed house" from the ground, using the original components as far as possible. The house, built in 1765, was completely renovated by local craftsmen (see pictures); the entire roof was covered with solar cells and is now a "small solar power plant". Since the couple could not install solar cells on their old town-house, they wanted to produce (ecologically) their own electricity consumption elsewhere. The (new) solar system on the rooftop produces 90,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity per year; the couple however consumes only 10% of it. The own solar system generates 3.5 times more electricity than needed; that showed a calculation by the "Solar Agency Switzerland". The unused electricity is sold by the couple to the local "BKW" (Bernese power stations) receiving a payment of 4,500 CHF; for the self-consumed electricity, they pay 2,500 CHF. The surplus is therefore CHF 2,000 .--. A solar roof, however causes additional costs in order to be able to pay for it, the lifespan of the solar cells would have to be 50 years. Der angesehene Europaeische Solar-Preis 2016 ging in der Kategorie "Solar architecture and urban planning" an das Schweizer Renovations- Projekt "Anliker". Das pensionerte Architeken-Ehepaar Anliker restaurierte ein fast zerfallenes "Berner Haus" im Emmental nachhaltig und machte es zu einem Vorzeige-Objekt (key-reference project) fuer Denkmalschutz und Solar-Energie. Die frisch pensionierten Architekten entdeckten das Haus bei einem Spaziergang auf dem Lande vor vier Jahren. Das Ehepaar wohnte in der Altstadt der Stadt Bern und suchte einen zweiten Wohnort; sie renovierten das "zerfallene Haus" von Grund auf, wobei sie moeglichst die urspruenglichen Bauteile verwendeten. Das im Jahr 1765 gebaute Haus wurde durch lokale Handwerker vollstaendig renoviert (vgl. Foto); das ganze Dach wurde mit Solarzellen bedeckt und ist jetzt ein "kleines Solar-Kraftwerk". Da das Ehepaar auf ihrem Altstadt-Haus keine Solarzellen installieren konnten, wollten sie ihren eigenen Strom-Verbrauch anderswo (oekologisch) produzieren. Die (neue) Solar-Anlage auf dem Hausdach produziert pro Jahr 90,000 Kilo-Watt-Stunden (kWh) Strom; das Ehepaar verbraucht jedoch nur 10% davon. In Switzerland too, the media are accused of operating "mainstream journalism" that suppresses disagreeable truths. Trust in the media continues to be relatively high in Switzerland; based on a survey, 50% said, they had confidence in the offered news. According to the "FOEG study", 31% of people in Switzerland abstain from the classical media. They are "news- deprived", which no longer pay for information and above all use "social media". Such people are hardly interested in politics, says the study. 21% are referred to as "Global Surfers", who consume superficially international free-of-charge media and only read free newspapers in printed form. In the USA, confidence in the media has fallen to an "all-time low" according to a "Gallup survey". 32% say, they had "a great deal or fair amount of trust in the media". In the year 1976, the media confidence was at the highest level in the USA with 72%. The latest headlines about the media are: Lying Mainstream Media, Fake-News, Post-truth, Filter-bubble, Algorithm). "Lying Mainstream Media" are often referred to as "State Media" that don't dare "to address the real problems of the citizens". "Fake news" are false news that get a much bigger echo (attention) than "real" news. With false news, money can also be earned. "Post-Truth" was chosen as the international "Word of the Year" by the "Oxford Dictionary". It means that people are no longer interested in the facts. "Filter- bubble" means that "users" only read information, which meet their view of the world, on the basis of "Likes" and "Clicks". Newspapers, on the other hand, make experiments with an "algorithm", which checks texts before their publication about their coverage (range of influence). "Facebook" is already ahead in this field. "Fake-News" sind falsche Nachrichten, die ein viel groesseres Echo (Aufnahme) erhalten als "echte" Nachrichten. Mit falschen Nachrichten kann auch Geld verdient werden. "Post-Truth" wurde als das internationale "Wort des Jahres" erkoren vom "Oxford Dictionary". Es meint, dass die Leute gar nicht mehr an den Fakten interessiert seien. "Filter-bubble" bedeutet, dass "User" nur noch Informationen lesen, welche ihrem Weltbild entsprechen, auf der Basis von "Likes" und "Clicks". The announcement of Donald J. Trump to get out of the "TPP", caused severe irritations in Japan. Trump wants to arrange bilateral trade agreements instead of free trade agreements. After a meeting in the capital Lima, Premier Abe said "Without the USA, TPP is meaningless." For Abe Shinzo, the admission of failure was painful. He had pushed through the participation of Japan to the "TPP" against hard opposition inside his LDP-party, against the farmers, against the pharmacists and physicians. After the election victory of Donald J. Trump, Japan caused attention in the trade history with a joke. It was Japan that ratified as the first country the controversial TPP-Treaty on November 9; after the victory of Donald J. Trump, it was however clear that "TPP" was now "stone-dead"! Japan's economy fears the failure of Abe's "TPP dream" less; but a "nightmare" would be an US-exit from the free trade zone "NAFTA". According to Martin Schulz, economist at the "Fujitsu Research Institute" in Tokyo, Abe has kept the negotiations on a free trade zone with the European Union (EU) on a "low fire" (low level); that could now have dire consequences. "Japan has betted too long on the wrong horse," said the economist. After the drama surrounding the Ceta-Agreement with Canada, many states in the EU have little desire for a new deal. Economist Schulz foresees the rebirth of a Japanese idea, however, under a stronger Chinese leadership, it is called "RECP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership). Donald J.
