Dadurch wird eine Effizienz-Steigerung erhofft; deshalb entscheidet immer haeufiger eine Software, welche Kandidaten es in eine engere Wahl schaffen oder zu einem Bewerbungs-Gespraech eingeladen werden! Beim "CV Parsing" besteht fuer die Bewerber das Risiko, dass sie wegen fehlender Schluessel-Woerter aussortiert werden, obwohl sie eigentlich zum Stellen-Profil passen wuerden, sagt ein Experte. Im Bericht von "20min.ch" werden den Lesern einige Tricks gezeigt, wie diese die "Bewerbungs-Roboter" ueberlisten koennen. Man soll den Lebenslauf (CV) "roboter-freundlich" gestalten. Laut einem anderen Experten wird der Einsatz der "Filter-Software" fuer einfachere Stellen bald zum Standard gehoeren. "CV Parsing" wird dafuer in Kuerze flaechen-deckend eingesetzt. In den USA will ein abgelehnter Stellen-Bewerber zusammen mit anderen Abgelehnten vor Gericht gegen die Programmierer der Software "Kronos" klagen und die Software verbieten lassen. The Gotthard Base Tunnel (GBT) consists of two 57 km long single-lane tubes; including all connecting- and access shafts, then the tunnel system reaches a length of over 152 km !! Thanks to the new Gotthard Tunnel, the travel time from north to south is about 30 minutes shorter in a first step. From about 2020, after the opening of the Ceneri base tunnel, the journey time between the German-speaking Switzerland and Italy will be around 60 minutes faster. The ongoing trial operation showed that the passenger- and freight trains reached the planned speed. The passenger trains run through the tunnel at a speed of 200 kilometers (km) per hour. The freight trains run at 100 km per hour with a trailer load of max. 1,600 tons in north-south direction and with 1,400 tons load in south-north direction. Since the middle of October, on Thursdays and Fridays up to 16 passenger trains and up to 90 goods trains run through the new tunnel per day. Until the start-up, the "SBB railway" will have carried out about 5,000 journeys with goods- and passenger trains. In addition, on the extraordinary test days, 48 passenger trains and 40 freight trains pass through the Gotthard Base Tunnel instead of taking the panoramic route. Der Gotthard-Basis-Tunnel besteht aus zwei 57 km langen einspurigen Roehren; werden saemtliche Verbindungs- und Zugangs-Stollen mitgezaehlt, dann erreicht das Tunnel-System eine Laenge von ueber 152 km!! Dank des neuen Gotthard-Tunnel wird die Reisezeit von Norden nach Sueden um rund 30 Minuten kuerzer in einem ersten Schritt. Ab zirka 2020 nach Eroeffnung des Ceneri-Basis-Tunnel wird die Fahrzeit zwischen der Deutschschweiz und Italien insgesamt um rund 60 Minuten schneller sein. Bis zur Inbetriebnahme wird die "SBB" zirka 5,000 Fahrten mit Gueter- und Personen-Zuegen durchgefuehrt haben. Trump's (DJT) election victory. In general, Abe's LDP party prefers a Republican at the "White House," because this political party is considered less protectionist, but military harder. This time, the people of Abe didn't even prepare for the possibility of a US-President Trump, but were fully committed to a "President Clinton". The election of Trump now confuses Shinzo Abe's foreign policy strategy. Diesmal haben die Leute von Abe sich nicht einmal auf die Moeglichkeit eines US-Praesidenten Trump vorbereitet, sondern sich voll auf eine "Praesidentin Clinton" eingestellt. Die Wahl von Trump bringt Shinzo Abe's aussen-politische Strategie jetzt durcheinander. Premier Abe musste in aller Eile einen Brief an den neuen Praesidenten schreiben, worin er sich bewundernd ueber Trump's Faehigkeiten als Geschaeftsmann aeusserte. Dabei hat sich Abe Shinzo selber fuer ein Treffen mit Trump in New York eingeladen; dies fand bereits diese Woche statt! Unter dem Druck von US-Praesident Obama hat Premier Abe einige umstrittene Massnahmen getroffen; zum Beispiel neue japanische Militaer-Doktrin mit Armee-Einsatz an der US-Seite (gegen Japan's Verfassung), "Versoehnung" mit Suedkorea, kein Abe-Besuch mehr im Yasukuni-Schrein auf Druck von Obama usw. Gegen grossen Widerstand "peitschte" Abe Shinzo noch letzte Woche das Abkommen TPP durch das Parlament (Unterhaus). Die Ratifizierung von TPP passierte gegen den Willen vieler Abgeordneter der eigenen LDP-Partei. Dies hat Abe Shinzo viel politisches Vertrauen gekostet.
