That index shows the value (Quality) of a Nationality (Passport); the index was developed in collaboration with Professor Dimitry Kochenov of the US-University Princeton. The company tries to measure the objective value of a citizenship (nationality). The assessment is based on the following indicators: Economic power (GDP) of a country and the development (standard of living, education, etc.), the stability of the country (peace Index ), the freedom of residence and the job opportunities, the freedom of entering and leaving a country (visa restrictions). The QNI-index shall give companies and private individuals indications whether it is worthwile to live in a country, to invest or do business in a country. On many posters was written: "The limit is exceeded" and many people wore black clothes as a sign of mourning. With the impressive, large protest rally the people made it clear that LDP-Premier Abe Shinzo cannot enforce the new construction of a US-base in Henoko with runway. An enforcement is only possible "by force", because the majority of the Parliament of Okinawa and the Governor Onaga Takeshi are against the project. The father of the murdered daughter called on the people of Okinawa to fight unitedly for a closing of all US-bases. "Thus, there is no further victim". The archipelago of Okinawa plays only a subordinate role for the defense of Japan. The USA think that the plan for a relocation of the US-base into the wildlife sanctuary of the bay of Henoko is no longer enforceable due the resistance of the population. (Only) Abe Shinzo still holds onto to the "Henoko- project" in order to prove his "loyalty to the alliance"! The (LDP) Government in Tokyo emphasized so far that Okinawa is depending economically from the US-bases; that argument has become meaningless. Okinawa's subtropical islands have now developed into a popular vacation paradise for Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Japanese!! In his speech at the protest meeting Governor Onaga Takeshi said: "We promised that such an event doesn't repeat"; he was referring to the rape of a 12-years-old Japanese girl by three US soldiers in 1995. At that time, it was said that the US-bases couldn't continue if such an incident would happen again! Nach der Vergewaltigung und Ermordung einer 20-jaehrigen Japanerin durch einen US-Zivil-Angestellten der US-Streitkraefte demonstrierten am Sonntag mehr als 65'000 Buerger in Naha gegen die US-Militaer- Stuetzpunkte. Auf vielen Plakaten war zu lesen "Die Grenze ist ueberschritten" und viele Menschen trugen schwarze Kleidung als Zeichen der Trauer. Mit der eindruecklichen Gross-Demonstration machten die Menschen deutlich, dass LDP-Premier Abe Shinzo den Neubau einer US-Basis mit Landebahn in Henoko nicht durchsetzen koenne. Eine Durchsetzung sei nur "mit Gewalt" moeglich, da die Mehrheit des Parlamentes von Okinawa und der Gouverneur Onaga Takeshi gegen das Projekt sind. Der Vater der Ermordeten rief die Menschen von Okinawa auf, vereint dafuer zu kaempfen, dass alle US-Basen geschlossen wuerden. "Damit es kein weiteres Opfer gibt". Die Insel-Gruppe von Okinawa spielt fuer die Verteidigung von Japan nur eine untergeordnete Rolle. Die USA halten den Plan einer Verlegung der US-Basis in das Naturschutz-Gebiet der Bucht von Henoko auf Grund des Widerstands der Bevoelkerung fuer nicht mehr durchsetzbar. (Nur) Abe Shinzo will noch daran festhalten um damit seine "Treue zum Buendnis" zu beweisen! Die (LDP-) Regierung in Tokyo betonte bisher, Okinawa haenge wirtschaftlich von den US-Stuetzpunkten ab; dieses Argument ist bedeutungslos geworden. Die sub-tropischen Okinawa-Inseln haben sich jetzt zum beliebten Ferien-Paradies fuer Chinesen, Taiwaner, Koreaner und Japaner entwickelt!! In seiner Rede an der Protest-Veranstaltung sagte Gouverneur Onaga Takeshi, "Wir haben versprochen, dass sich ein solcher Fall nicht wiederholt"; damit bezog er sich auf die Vergewaltigung eines 12-Jahre alten japanischen Maedchens durch drei US-Soldaten im Jahr 1995. The motto for the solar power is "local consumption" with "local production". The homeowner will not be charged for the investment in a solar system; "Younergy" will take over all costs. The company takes care of the investment, planning, construction permit and the maintenance of the photovoltaic system. There are "no reasons" anymore for the homeowners to refrain from eco-friendly electricity on the own rooftop!! The homeowner is only obliged to purchase its own solar power produced by the solar panels on the rooftop from "Younergy Solar SA" during 20 years. The current price for the "own solar power" is approximately 20 cents per kilo watt hour (kWh) [ca. Yen 20]. The transport costs (network costs) for this current however are omitted; thus, the "own solar power" cost almost the same price as the normal power. If more solar electricity is produced as consumed by the household, then the surplus electricity is recompensed. The payment of the solar power takes place every three months and there is a fixed pay scale for the electricity during the term in the contract with "Younergy Solar SA". Experts forecast the "model" of the innovative company a great future. The concept is based on the model of the American company "Solar City" (co-founded by Elon Musk / Tesla); the Swiss company has adapted the business model of "Solar City" custom- made to Swiss standards.
