The city explains its development from a "Gray City to a Green City". Last year, even the former Minister of Economics Miyazawa Yoichi said that the city is an energy-political leader; besides, the "green Kitakyushu" is also "nuclear-energy-free"! The City Kitakyushu obtains its power NOT from the " Kyushu Electric "company (atomic power), but it has the electricity supplied by the (local) steelworks. The "green model city" abstains from the use of "nuclear power"; the Mayor Kitahashi Kenji is however "too anxious" to make a "clear statement" against the atomic policy of the (Abe)-Government! Thanks to the women of "Tobata" and their fight against the pollution of air and water, the city is now "green". They became famous with the documentary film "We want our blue sky back" (1965), produced by the "Tobata Women's Association". In 1969 the air in Kyushu was polluted with up to 830 micro-grams particulate matter per cubic meter; that was the sixfold of the allowed legal limit in Japan at that time. No data is known for the City of Kitakyushu, it is assumed that the value was even higher. The former LDP-Government of Sato Eisaku however ignored the well-being of the population; he was just interested in the economic growth of 10% per year, reported the "New York Times". LDP Sato Eisaku is a great- uncle of the present LDP Premier Abe Shinzo; in July 1970 Sato Eisako had accepted reluctantly the establishment of a "Centre for measures against the environmental destruction". In Kitakyushu the most severe environmental regulations of Japan had been implemented. In 2011, the OECD chose Kitakyushu as the first "Green Growth City" in Asia. The city is convinced that electricity is produced locally in the future; therefore it builds off the coast a wind farm, but also two gas power plants and a coal-fired power plant. Today, the environmental protection has become a (successful) export product; know-how from the city goes to polluted industrial cities like Dalian in China. Vor Jahren war die Stadt Kitakyushu der verschmutzteste und giftigste Ort in Japan; heute ist die City Kitakyushu eine "oekologische (gruene)" Modell-Stadt in Japan und sie bezeichnet sich als "The World Capital of Sustainable Development". Letztes Jahr sagte sogar der damalige Wirtschafts-Minister Miyazawa Yoichi, die Stadt sei energie-politisch fuehrend; das "gruene Kitakyushu" ist zudem "Atom- Strom-frei"! Die City Kitakyushu bezieht den Strom NICHT von der "Kyushu Electric"-Firma (Atom-Strom), sondern versorgt sich mit Elektrizitaet vom (lokalen) Stahlwerk. Die "gruene Vorzeigestadt" verzichtet also auf "Atom-Strom"; der Buergermeister Kitahashi Kenji ist jedoch "zu aengstlich" um eine "klare Stellungnahme" gegen die Atom-Polik der (Abe-)Regierung zu machen! Dank den Frauen von "Tobata" und ihrem Kampf gegen die Verschmutzung der Luft und des Wassers, ist die Stadt heute "gruen". Sie wurden bekannt mit dem Dokumentar-Film "We want our blue sky back" (1965), produziert durch die "Tobata Women's Association". 1969 war die Luft in Kyushu mit bis zu 830 Mikro-Gramm Feinstaub pro Kubik-Meter verschmutzt; dies war das Sechsfache des damals erlaubten Grenzwertes in Japan! Suedkorea: Park Geun-hye Regierungs-Partei verliert Wahl. 朴槿恵大統領の保守党「セヌリ党」が選挙で驚きの敗北を喫し、セヌリ党は 議会の過半数を失ったばかりか第一党の座も失った。政府与党は国会の300 議席の内122議席を得たのみ。4年前セヌリ党は未だ152議席勝ち取っていた。 最大の勝者は「中道左派」の「共に民主党」が123議席を得して新しく議会 第一党になった。20年来初めて議会会派になった第三党の新党「国民の党」 の副代表は元ソフトウェア開発者のアン・チョルス（安哲秀）氏。韓国では 誰も「セウリ党」の敗北を予想していなかったと報じられた。与党は選挙結 果を受け入れ、同党のスポークスマンは、「国民は我々に対して余りにも失 望したのだ」と言った。朴槿恵大統領は残された在任期間中「レームダック」 になりそうだ。2017年末彼女の後継者が選ばれる。「労働市場の自由化」を 実現する事は困難になる！投票率は58%で12年来これ程高かったことは無かっ た。選挙運動の焦点は特に経済と社会問題だった。ソーシャルメディアでは 市民が保守党 (セヌリ)がこの国を「地獄の朝鮮」にしたと不満をぶちまけた 。特派員は財閥子弟の限られた若い韓国人が「金の匙」で、上流中産階級は 「銀の匙」で生活していると報じた。一方残る大方の韓国人は殆どが良い教 育を受けていてさえ「汚い匙」しか持てない！多くの保守党支持者は年配者 で家に籠っていたが、若者の多くは投票所に行った。[WSNH: 日本国民も安倍 政権への不満を次の参議院選挙で意思表示すべきだ！SEALDｓ等若い有権者が 投票所に行くことも重要だ！！] (出典：2016年4月14日付srf.ch/news & ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The Conservative Party "Saenuri" of President Park Geun-hye suffered a surprising defeat in the elections in South Korea; "Saenuri" lost not only the absolute majority in parliament, but the party is not even anymore the "strongest force." The government party got just only 122 assemblymen in the 300 seats counting National Assembly; 4 years ago "Saenuri" had won even 152 seats. The Big Winner is the "moderate- left" "Democratic Party of Korea" (Minjoo or MPK) with 123 assemblymen; it became the "strongest party" in parliament. For the first time in 20 years a "third party" in faction size is again represented in Parliament; it is the newly-founded "People's Party"with the co- chairman, the ex-Software developer Mr. Ahn Cheol-soo. In South Korea no one expected the defeat of "Saenuri" is reported. The party accepted the election result and the party spokesman said: "the People are deeply disappointed by us (Saenuri)". For the remainder of the term, President Park Geun-hye will likely become a "lame duck"; the end of 2017, her successor is elected. It will become difficult to implement the controversial "liberalization of the labor market"! The turnout of voters was at 58%, never as high as 12 years ago. The focus of the election campaign was particularly on economic and social issues. In the "social media" the citizens scolded the "Conservatives (Saenuri)" for having changed South Korea into a "Hell-Country" or as they called it "Hell-Jeoson" (Korea of Hell). The correspondent reported that few young Koreans, the children of the so-called "Chaebol" (Korea's large corporations) lived with a "Golden Spoon"; the young of the "upper middle class" with a "Silver Spoon". The large rest of the Koreans had however only a "Dirty-Spoon" despite a mostly good edcuation! Many of "the Old", the loyal voters of the "Conservatives" stayed at home; however many of the young went to the ballot-box. It is important that the "Japanese Young-Voters" (SEALDs etc.) go to the polls!!] Die konservative Partei "Saenuri" von Praesidentin Park Geun-hye erlitt bei den Wahlen in Suedkorea eine ueberraschende Niederlage; "Saenuri" verlor nicht nur die absolute Mehrheit im Parlament, sondern die Partei ist nicht einmal mehr die "staerkste Kraft". Die Regierungs-Partei kommt noch auf 122 Abgeordnete in der 300 Sitze zaehlenden National-Versammlung; vor 4 Jahren hatte "Saenuri" noch 152 Sitze gewonnen. Grosse Gewinnerin ist die "gemaessigt-linke" "Demokratische Partei Koreas" (Minjoo oder MPK) mit 123 Abgeordneten; sie wird neu die "staerkste Partei" im Parlament. Erstmals seit 20 Jahren ist eine "dritte Partei" in Fraktions-Groesse wieder im Parlament vertreten; es ist die neu-gegruendete "Volkspartei" (People's Party) mit dem Co-Vorsitzenden dem ex-Software Entwickler Ahn Cheol Soo. In Suedkorea hat niemand mit der Niederlage von "Saenuri" gerechnet wird berichtet. Die Partei akzeptiert das Wahl- Ergebnis und der Partei-Sprecher sagte: "Die Menschen sind zutiefst enttaeuscht von uns (Saenuri)". Fuer die restliche Amtszeit droht Praesidentin Park Geun-hye zur "lahmen Ente" (lame duck) zu werden; Ende 2017 wird ihr Nachfolger gewaehlt. Es wird schwierig werden, die umstrittene "Liberalisierung des Arbeits-Marktes" umzusetzen! Die Wahl-Beteiligung war mit 58% nie mehr so hoch wie seit 12 Jahren. Im Mittelpunkt des Wahlkampfes standen insbesondere wirtschaftliche und soziale Themen. In den "sozialen Medien" schimpften die Buerger, die "Konservativen (Saenuri)" haetten das Land zu "Hell-Jeoson", zum "Hoellen-Korea" gemacht. Der Korrespondent berichtete, wenige junge Koreaner, die Kinder der "Chaebol" (Koreas Gross-Konzerne) lebten mit einem "goldenen Loeffel"; die Jungen des "oberen Mittelstandes" mit einem "silbernen Loeffel". Der grosse Rest der Koreaner hingegen haette trotz meistens guter Ausbildung nur einen "Dreck-Loeffel"! Viele "Alte", die Stamm-Waehler der "Konservativen" blieben zu Hause; viele Junge gingen dagegen an die Wahl-Urne. Chinas wirtschaftliches Wachstum wird immer stark beschoenigt. 4月15日中国当局は2016年第一四半期の経済成長率を発表した。国内総生産 (GDP)が6.5%から7%の範囲で再び増加していることは間違いない。従って国 内総生産は中国政府の要件を満たしている。ツューリッヒに在る独立系コ ンサルタント会社「ウェラースホフ＆パートナーズ(W&P)」は中国の経済成 長率を独自に計算して大幅に異なる結果を得た。"W&P" によると、中国の 国内総生産は前年同期比で5.7%伸びただけ。 中国の公式統計の粉飾は分か りきった事。"W&P" のGDP統計は30以上の経済部門の生産と販売データに基 づいているので、非常に信頼性が高いと自ら判断している。しかし"W&P" は農業とサーヴィス部門の数値は中国の公式データに依存せざるを得ない。 "W&P" によると、2016年第一四半期の冷却期間の後、中国は今不況の瀬戸 際にさえ居る。工業と建設部門は既に不況に突入していると "W&P" は言う 。これで済んでいたのは、これまで唯一悪化していなかったサーヴィス部 門のお蔭だった。 (出典：2016年4月6日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版) On April 15, the Chinese authorities are going to release again the data about the growth of the Chinese economy in the first quarter 2016. There is little doubt that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has increased again in the range of 6.5% to 7%. The GDP meets the requirements of China's government with it. The independent consulting company "Wellershoff & Partners" (W&P) in Zurich makes its own calculations about the Chinese growth; those show significantly different results. According to "W&P" the Chinese "GDP" increased only by 5.7% compared to same period of last year. The extenuation of the official statistics in China is said to be "commonplace". The "GDP statistics" of "W&P" is based on the production- and sales data from more than 30 economic sectors; "W&P" judges them as quite believable. For the agriculture and services sector "W&P" has to come back on the official (Chinese) data. According to "Wellershoff & Partners", China is "now even on the brink of recession", after the cooling-off in the first quarter 2016. The industry and the construction sector are already in recession, said "W&P". It was only thanks to the services sector, that it hasn't become worse so far. Am 15. Die Beschoenigung der offiziellen Statistiken in China sei eine "Selbstverstaendlichkeit" (Binsenwahrheit). Die "BIP-Statistik" von "W&P" stuetzt sich auf die Produktions- und Verkaufsdaten aus mehr 30 Wirtschafts-Sektoren ab; diese gelten bei "W&P" als ziemlich glaubwuerdig. Fuer den Agrar- und Dienstleistungs-Sektor muss "W&P" jedoch auf die offiziellen (chinesischen) Daten zurueckgreifen. Laut "Wellershoff & Partners" bewegt sich China nach der Abkuehlung im ersten Quartal 2016 "jetzt sogar am Rande der Rezession".
