There is already a "Panic at Europe's Financial Markets". The investors sell off particularly finance shares (Banks etc.) and invest in apparently "safe haven" such as gold or the Japanese currency (Yen). Many investors fear that the Global Economy stumbles, credit losses increase and therefore the financial industry (Banks) get problems. Swiss Major Bank, but also German and French banks have lost dramatically in value since the beginning of 2016. The European banks index is presently on the lowest level for 3.5 years. Essentially, the financial industry suffers from the following "problems": 1) Weak global growth, an increase in credit losses are to be expected, particularly in emerging economies. 2) Fall of the commodity prices, according to the "IMF" the unsecured debt in oil and in the other commodity fields amount to 3.3 trillion US-Dollars. 3) Extreme low interest rates depress bank earnings. After Japan has also imposed negative interest rates, it is expected that even more banks will follow suit. 4) Permanent Euro-Crisis; European banks sitting on "bad loans" in the amount of 900 billion Euro. The "IMF" comes to the conclusion that the baseline scenario for the future has a "significant downside risk" for the financial world as a whole. The worry about the state of the global economy has increasingly become serious; the US-Dollar dropped against the Japanese currency to 111.02 Yen, which is the lowest level since the end of October 2014. There is a major demand for gold; the precious metal price increased to the highest level since May 2015. Central Banker Yellen received mainly criticism and skepticism on the hearing in the US-Congress. Janet Yellen had to admit that the "Zero Interest rate policy" didn't strengthen the (US-) economy as hoped. Yellen drew a surprisingly negative conclusion at the end of the "Hearing". The US-Central Bank (Fed) kept the interest rates at zero percent for seven years, nevertheless, the economic growth remained "rather disappointing" and the productivity turn out even "very disappointing", Janet Yellen said. Zeitungs-Schlagzeilen wie "Neue Angst vor einer Finanzkrise" oder "eine ratlose (US-) Noten-Bankerin" verunsichern die Anleger in diesen Tagen. Es gibt bereits "Panik an Europa's Finanz-Maerkten". Die Anleger verkaufen insbesondere Finanz-Aktien (Banken etc.) und investieren in scheinbar "sichere Haefen" (save haven) wie Gold oder die japanische Waehrung (Yen). Viele Anleger fuerchten, dass die Welt- Wirtschaft stolpert, die Kredit-Ausfaelle zunehmen und deshalb die Finanz-Industrie (Banken) Probleme bekommen. Schweizer Gross-Banken, aber ebenfalls deutsche und franzoesische Banken haben seit Anfang Jahr dramatisch an Wert verloren. Der europaeische Banken-Index liegt derzeit auf dem tiefsten Stand seit 3,5 Jahren. Im Wesentlichen leidet die Finanz-Industrie unter folgenden "Problemen": 1) Schwaches weltweites Wachstum, es sind vermehrt Ausfaelle von Krediten zu erwarten, besonders in Schwellen-Laendern. 2) Zerfall der Rohstoff- Preise, laut "IWF" belaeuft sich die ungedeckte Verschuldung im Oel- und uebrigen Rohstoff-Bereich auf 3,3 Billionen US-Dollar. 3) Extrem tiefe Zinsen belasten die Ertraege der Banken. Nach dem Japan auch Negativ-Zinsen eingefuehrt hat, wird erwartet, dass noch weitere Noten-Banken nachziehen werden. 4) Andauernde Euro-Krise; europaeische Banken sitzen auf "faulen Krediten" im Umfang von 900 Mrd. Euro. Der "IWF" schliesst mit dem Fazit, das Basis-Szenario fuer die Zukunft sei ein "erhebliches Abwaerts-Risiko" fuer die Finanz-Welt insgesamt. Die Sorge um den Zustand der Welt-Wirtschaft hat sich zunehmend verschaerft; der US-Dollar fiel gegenueber der japanischen Waehrung auf 111,02 Yen, dies ist der tiefste Stand seit Ende Oktober 2014. Es gibt eine grosse Nachfrage nach Gold; das Edelmetall stieg auf den hoechsten Stand seit Mai 2015. Noten-Bankerin Yellen erhielt vorwiegend Kritik und Skepsis beim Auftritt im US-Kongress. It is an "absurdity" (foolishness) to conduct Olympic Winter Games in an area where there is virtually no "natural snow", said the sports journalist of the newspaper "Tages- Anzeiger". On a yearly average 7.3 centimeters of snow falls in "Jeongseon"; for the test races and the Olympics, artificial snow has to be produced. Artificial snow covers only the ski slope; the remaining area is "green" (without snow). Two successful Swiss ski athletes, who participated at the races said "significant words" about the Olympics location. The ski area of "Jeongseon" was set up in no time "out of nothing"; there were intrigues, on which you cannot stand behind it, said the Swiss Carlo Janko. The Swiss Beat Feuz described the trip to the ski area as a "tragedy" as there was nothing around! It seems that the "IOC" not even needs "Winter" (snow) for the background! The German IOC-President Bach had yet "sought" more sustainable and therefore also more environmentally- friendly games with his reform program. The ski area was built in a densely covered forest, where there is absolutely no infrastructure; that is the reason for the clear words of the Swiss athletes. It seems clear already today that the ski slopes will hardly ever be used by ski-lovers after the Games; if they will come ever to "Jeongseon" (at all)! The region is hardly inhabited, despite it, additional accommodations will be built. Environmental groups (Green Korea United) accused the organizers to have cleared off (destroyed) ten thousands, partly 500-years old, holy trees. That was described as an ecological disaster, "The Guardian" reported on September 16, 2015. Vor wenigen Tagen wurden erstmals Olympia-Test-Rennen im Ski-Gelaende "Jeongseon", am Ort der Winter Olympiade 2018 in Sued-Korea durchgefuehrt. Olympische Winter-Spiele in einem Gebiet durchzufuehren, wo es praktisch keinen "Natur-Schnee" gibt ist eine "Absurditaet" (Unsinnigkeit), meint der Sport-Journalist der Zeitung "Tages-Anzeiger". In "Jeongseon" faellt 7,3 Zentimeter Schnee im Jahres-Durchschnitt; fuer die Test-Rennen und die Olympiade muss deshalb Kunst-Schnee erzeugt werden. Kunst-Schnee gibt es nur so weit die Ski-Piste reicht; das uebrige Gelaende ist "gruen" (ohne Schnee). Zwei erfolgreiche Schweizer Ski-Athleten, welche vor Ort an den Rennen teilnahmen sagten "deutliche Worte" ueber den Olympia-Ort. Das Ski- Gebiet "Jeongseon" wurde aus dem "Nichts" aus dem Boden gestampft und es gibt Machenschaften, bei denen man nicht ueberall dahinter stehen kann, meinte Carlo Janka. Der Schweizer Beat Feuz bezeichnete die Fahrt ins Ski-Gebiet als "Trauer-Spiel", da es rundherum nichts hat! Es scheint, dass das "IOC" nicht einmal mehr "Winter" (Schnee) fuer den Hintergrund braucht! Der deutsche IOK-Praesident Bach hatte doch mit seinem Reform-Programm nachhaltigere und somit auch umwelt- freundlichere Spiele "angestrebt". Das Ski-Gelaende wurde in einen dicht bewachsenen Wald gebaut, wo es absolut keine Infrastruktur gibt, deshalb die klaren Worte der Schweizer Sportler. Es scheint schon heute erkennbar, dass die Ski-Pisten nach den Spielen kaum je von Ski-Fahrern genutzt werden; falls sie (ueberhaupt) je nach "Jeongseon" kommen werden! Die Region ist kaum bewohnt und trotzdem werden noch zusaetzliche Uebernachtungs-Plaetze gebaut. Umwelt- Gruppen (Green Korea United) beschuldigten die Organisatoren Zehntausende, teilweise 500-jaehrige, heilige Baeume beseitigt (zerstoert) zu haben. Among young voters (below 30 years) he received 85%, at voters in the working class, it was 65% and 67% of the voters without a college-education supported him. The election slogan of "Bernie" as his supporters call him is "A future to believe in" or on his Website you can read "Nobody who works 40 hours a week should be living in poverty". Another issue of Bernie Sanders is "Getting Big Money out of Politics and Restoring Democracy" !! "Bernie" stands for the values of "reliability and honesty" and for the US-Americans, he embodies the future. The major Swiss newspaper "Blick" explains in an article with the headline "Why America hates "Billary"? (Billary = Bill & Hillary Clinton). The USA despises the "Greed and Sanctity" of Hillary and Bill Clinton, wrote the article. The "Blick" listed up 10 issues, which speak against "Billary"; many consider "Hillary" as much too arrogant. The Clintons left the "White House" with a mountain of debt and today they own a fortune of 110 Mio. US-Dollars. They piled up the money with lectures at the "Wall Street" and at "dubious rulers". For the young voters, the so-called "Millenials" however, "Bernie" is a person, "who does what he says". The "Millenials" were marked (impacted) by the collapse of the Bank "Lehman Brothers" in the year 2008, which drew the whole world into crisis. It was also the "Greed of the richest percent (1%) of the USA", which awaked the young people. Sanders success is also a late victory for the Occupy-Movement (We are the 99%), which has politicized young US-Americans. Sanders criticizes the Free-Trade Agreement "Nafta" because it is a disaster for Mexico and he is against the agreement with the EU called "TTIP". Sanders wants to reform the US-elections campaign funding; enterprises should no longer be able to influence the presidential elections with their millions of US-Dollars. Hillary Clinton acts non-credible; she criticized the "Wall Street", but had to admit to have collected 600,000 US-Dollars for their lectures at the banks!! The "Clintons" stand for the "Past", the young voters however want Bernie Sanders who stands for the "Future". Der US-Senator Bernie Sanders gewann die Vorwahlen bei den Demokraten gegen Hillary Clinton deutlich mit 60% gegen 39% in New Hampshire; damit uebertraf er fast alle Umfragen. Bei jungen Waehlern (unter 30 Jahre) erhielt er 85%, bei Waehlern aus der Arbeiterklasse 65% und 67% bei Waehlern ohne College-Ausbildung. Das Wahl-Motto von "Bernie" wie ihn seine Unterstuetzer nennen ist, "A future to believe in" oder auf seiner "Homepage" ist zu lesen "Nobody who works 40 hours a week should be living in poverty". Ein weiteres Thema von Bernie Sanders ist "Getting Big Money Out of Politics and Restoring Democracy"!! "Bernie" steht fuer die Werte "Glaubwuerdigkeit und Ehrlichkeit" und fuer die US-Amerikaner verkoerpert er die Zukunft. Die grosse Schweizer Tageszeitung "Blick" erklaert in einem Artikel mit der Schlagzeile "Warum hasst Amerika "Billary"? (Billary=Bill & Hillary Clinton). US-Amerika verachtet die "Gier und Unantastbarkeit" von Hillary und Bill Clinton, schreibt der Artikel. Der "Blick" listet 10 Punkte auf, welche gegen "Billary" sprechen; viele betrachten "Hillary" als viel zu arrogant. Die Clintons verliessen das "Weisse Haus" mit einem Berg Schulden und heute besitzen sie ein Vermoegen von 110 Mio. US-Dollar. Das Geld haben sie fuer Vortraege an der "Wall Street" und bei "dubiosen Herrschern" eingesteckt. Fuer die jungen Waehler, den so-genannten "Millenials" hingegen ist "Bernie" ein Mensch der "tut, was er sagt". Die "Millenials" praegte der Kollaps der Bank "Lehman Brothers" im Jahr 2008, welcher die ganze Welt in die Krise zog. Es war ebenfalls die "Gier des reichsten Prozent (1%) der USA", welche die jungen Menschen aufruettelte. Sanders Erfolg ist ebenfalls ein spaeter Sieg fuer die Occupy- Bewegung (We are the 99%), welche junge Amerikaner politisiert hat. Sanders kritisiert das Freihandels-Abkommen "Nafta", weil es fuer Mexiko eine Katastrophe sei und er ist gegen das Abkommen mit der EU "TTIP". Sanders will die US-Wahlkampf-Finanzierung reformieren; Unternehmen sollen die Praesidentschafts-Wahlen nicht mehr mit ihren Millionen US-Dollar beeinflussen koennen. Hillary Clinton wirkt unglaubwuerdig; sie kritisierte die "Wall Street", musste jedoch zugeben 600,000 US-Dollar fuer ihre Reden vor den Banken kassiert zu haben!!
