The action triggered off confusion among some of the mentioned member countries because those states were not or only partly informed about the activity. The online-report of the newspaper NZZ called that pact in its headline "The Alliance of the Uninitiated". Saudi Arabia however regards itself as threatened by the "IS" (Islamic State) and "al-Qaida". The country is however increasingly under fire because of its radical version of Islam. The power of the Saudi Arabians is said to be based on a "totalitarian orientation of Islam" and the headline of an article is "The terror overtakes its sponsors". The famous economist and philosopher Nassim Nicholas Taleb recently wrote in the magazine "Politico" that the Wahhabi (Saudi Arabian) version of Islam was the "Source of all Problems". He completed his statement with unusually sharp words by writing "Who considers violence in the fight against the jihadist Islam as inevitable should apply that violence against the Saudi Arabian and Qatari financiers of violence." It is willingly overlooked that the apparent ally in Saudi Arabia has itself become a destabilizing force in the Middle East and beyond. The "Wahhabi Brand of Islam" from Saudi Arabia is the ideological basis of the extremists of "IS" and "al-Qaida". According to estimates by the US-intelligence services, Saudi Arabian sponsors continue to finance radical Islamist groups in Syria and elsewhere. Already for a long time, Saudi Arabia does not only export crude oil into the whole world, but also its ideology dominated by religious fanaticism. In an article at the "New York Times" the Algerian journalist Kamel Daoud wrote recently "The IS has a mother, the intervention in Iraq; it has however also a father called Saudia Arabia with its religious-industrial complex". The latest annual report of the human rights group "Human Rights Watch" about Saudi Arabia reported about severe and systematic human rights violations. According to the report at the "New York Times", "the West is waging a war against the "Islamic State (IS)", but not against Saudi Arabia". Even though the country is said to be already the realized Islamic State (IS)!! According to the Saudi Arabian Professor Mrs. Madawi al-Rasheed, who lives in England, "the Saudi Arabians think and act like the IS"!! Der junge Stv-Kronprinz und Verteidigungs-Minister von Saudi-Arabien, Mohammed bin Salman verkuendete kuerzlich, sein Land habe eine Militaer-Allianz aus 34 islamischen Staaten errichtet um den Terrorismus zu bekaempfen. Die Aktion loeste Verwirrung aus bei einigen der erwaehnten Mitgliedslaender, da diese nicht oder nur teilweise darueber informiert waren. Ein Online-Bericht der Zeitung NZZ bezeichnete dieses Buendnis als "Die Allianz der Uneingeweihten". Saudi-Arabien sieht sich jedoch selber von "IS" (Islamischer Staat) und von "al-Qaida" bedroht. Das Land steht jedoch zunehmend in der Kritik wegen seiner radikalen Version des Islam. Die Macht der Saudis basiere auf einer "totalitaeren Auslegung des Islam" und der Titel eines Artikels lautet "Der Terror holt seine Goenner ein" (The terror overtakes its sponsors). Der bekannte Oekonom und Philosoph Nassim Nicholas Taleb schrieb kuerzlich im Magazin "Politico" die wahhabitische (saudische) Version des Islam sei "die Quelle aller Probleme". Seine Aussage ergaenzte Taleb mit ungewoehnlich scharfen Worten, indem er schrieb "Wer Gewalt beim Kampf gegen den jihadistischen Islam als unvermeidlich betrachte, solle diese Gewalt gegen die saudischen und katarischen Financiers von Gewalt anwenden". Es wird gerne uebersehen, dass der angebliche Verbuendete in Saudi- Arabien selber zu einer destabilisierenden Kraft im Nahen Osten und darueber hinaus wurde. Die "wahhabitische Marke des Islam" aus Saudi-Arabien ist die ideologische Grundlage der Extremisten des "IS" und der "al-Qaida". Laut der Einschaetzung von US-Geheimdiensten finanzieren saudische Spender weiterhin radikale islamistische Gruppen in Syrien und anderswo. Schon lange exportiere Saudi-Arabien nicht nur Erdoel in die ganze Welt, sondern ebenfalls seine von religoesem Fanatismus gepraegte Ideologie! In einem Artikel in der "New York Times" schrieb der algerische Journalist Kamel Daoud kuerzlich "Der IS hat eine Mutter, die Intervention im Irak; er hat aber auch einen Vater, naemlich Saudi-Arabien mit seinem religioes-industriellen Komplex". Der neueste Jahres-Report der Menschen-Rechtsgruppe "Human Rights Watch" zu Saudi-Arabien berichtet ueber schwere und systematische Menschen-Rechts-Verletzungen. Laut dem Bericht in der "New York Times" "fuehre der Westen Krieg gegen den Islamischen Staat (IS), nicht aber gegen Saudi-Arabien". TPP: Freihandel nicht beliebt in USA. (Fri. 18.12.2015 Smi) TPPの文書が公表されて以来、米国では協定への反対が増している。バラク・ オバマの米国政府は目下米国議会で賛成票を得るのは困難な状況。オバマ大 統領はTPPでは自分の党からも批判されている。6,000頁に及ぶTPP協定書は、 およそ30冊のバインダーに収められている。NGO組織「パブリック・シチズン 」のメリンダ・セントルイス女史は協定文書を読んで、「オバマ政権はTPPを 近代的で進歩的な協定として売り込もうとしているが、事実は全く別の話」 と言った。TPPは以前の自由貿易協定とほとんど変わらない、と彼女は言う。 低賃金の国への仕事のアウトソーシングが強化される。TPPは大企業を大幅に 優遇し、外国の金融会社は初めて金融市場の規制を訴えることが出来るよう になる。食品の安全性はTPPで緩和される！特に異論があるのは外国人投資家 と国との紛争規定。企業は、政府によって不利な立場に置かれていると信じ る場合、国を超法規的仲裁に訴えることが許される。こうした例は既に存在 しており、企業はそれによって国民の税金で補償されていた！NGOの代表によ ると、全体としてTPPは悪！NGOは既に以前から、TPPは「大企業の要望リスト 」ではないかと恐れていたが、現実にそうだったとセントルイス女史は言う。 オバマは、TPP協定について新しく労働者と環境の保護規定を施行する可能性 が有ると常に主張している。NGO「パブリック・シチズン」はここで明確にオ バマに反論、保護手段は以前から既に存在しているが、これまで実施されな かったと。米国労働組合と環境保護団体は異口同音に労働者と環境の保護は 不十分だと判断し、TPPを拒否している。反対に共和党上院議員のオリン・ハ ッチ氏は、保護が余りにも多く、労働者と環境の規定は貿易に有害と言う。 シンクタンク「ケイトー研究所」のサイモン・レスター氏は、紛争解決手続 きは疑わしいと考えている。投資家は何故その様な超法規的手段に訴える事 を許されるのか、他に誰か居るのか？(出典：2015年12月18日付srf.ch/news) Since the text of the "Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP)" has been made public, opposition against the agreement has increased in the USA. The US-Government under Barack Obama finds it difficult to win votes for the TPP-Agreement at the US-Congress at present. President Obama gets criticism from his own party about the TPP- Agreement. The 6,000 pages of the TPP-Agreement fill about 30 folders. Mrs. Melinda St. Louis of the "Public Citizen", a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), has studied the text and says: "The Obama- Government tries to sell TPP as a modern, progressive agreement, but the facts tell a totally different story." The TPP-Agreement hardly differs from previous Free-Trade-Agreements, says Mrs. St. Louis. The outsourcing of jobs to low-wage countries will be strengthened with it. TPP favors corporations (groups) largely; foreign finance companies could file a suit against financial market regulations for the first time. The health protection regarding to foods shall be loosened (become less strict) under TPP! Particularly controversial is the regularization of conflicts between foreign investors and states. Here, companies are allowed to sue states at out of court arbitrative boards if they believe to be disadvantaged by regulations. There are already examples of this; Corporations had to be compensated with taxpayers' money thereby! According to the NGO-representative, the TPP-agreement as a whole is bad! The NGO had already feared before that the TPP-agreement would become a "wish list of the large corporations" and that has actually happened, says Mrs. St. Louis! US-Obama always claimed that due to the TPP-agreement newly protection provisions for jobholders and the environment could be demanded and enforced. The NGO "Public Citizen" contradicts Obama clearly here; those safeguards have already existed before, but they were so far never enforced. US-Labor Unions and Environment protection associations judge unanimously that the protection for workers and environment is insufficient. They refuse the TPP-agreement. For the Republican Senator Mr. Orrin Hatch on the contrary, there is too much protection. He finds the provisions for workers and the environment harmful to the trade. Simon Lester of the think tank "Cato Institute" holds the referred dispute settlement procedure as dubious. Why investors are allowed to call such an out of court procedure, but nobody else? Seit der Text des "Transpazifischen Freihandels-Abkommen (TPP)" oeffentlich ist, nimmt der Widerstand gegen das Abkommen in den USA zu. Der US-Regierung unter Barack Obama faellt es derzeit schwer, im US-Kongress Stimmen fuer das TPP-Abkommen zu gewinnen. Praesident Obama bekommt Kritik aus seiner eigenen Partei am TPP-Abkommen. Die 6'000 Seiten des TPP-Abkommen fuellen zirka 30 Ordner. Mrs Melinda St. Louis von der "Public Citizen", einer Nicht-Regierungs-Organisation (NGO), hat den Text studiert und sagt: "Die Obama-Regierung versucht, TPP als modernes, progressives Abkommen zu verkaufen, aber die Fakten erzaehlen eine ganz andere Geschichte." Das TPP-Abkommen unterscheide sich kaum von frueheren Freihandels-Abkommen, sagt Mrs St. Louis. Die Auslagerung von Arbeitsplaetzen in Billig-Lohnlaender werde damit verstaerkt. TPP beguenstige Konzerne weitgehend; auslaendische Finanz- Unternehmen koennten erstmals gegen Finanzmarkt-Regulierungen klagen. Der Gesundheitsschutz bei Lebensmitteln werde unter TPP gelockert! Besonders umstritten ist die Regelung bei Konflikten zwischen auslaendischen Investoren und Staaten. Firmen ist es hier erlaubt vor ausser-gerichtlichen Schiedsstellen gegen Staaten zu klagen, falls sie sich durch Regulierungen benachteiligt glaubten. Es gibt bereits Beispiele dazu; Konzerne mussten dabei mit Steuergeldern entschaedigt werden! Laut der NGO-Vertreterin ist das TPP-Abkommen insgesamt schlecht! Die NGO habe schon vorher befuerchtet, dass das TPP-Abkommen eine "Wunschliste der Gross-Konzerne" wuerde und dies sei tatsaechlich eingetreten, sagt Mrs. St. Louis! US-Obama behauptet stets, dass wegen dem TPP-Abkommen neu ebenfalls Schutz-Bestimmungen fuer Arbeitnehmer und die Umwelt eingefordert und durchgesetzt werden koennten. Die NGO "Public Citizen" widerspricht hier Obama deutlich; diese Schutzbestimmungen gab es schon vorher, sie wurden aber bisher nie durchgesetzt. US-Gewerkschaften und Umweltschutz-Verbaende urteilen einstimmig, dass der Schutz fuer Arbeiter und Umwelt ungenuegend sei. Sie lehnen das TPP-Abkommen ab. Fuer den republikanischen Senator Orrin Hatch gibt es dagegen zu viel Schutz. Er findet die Bestimmungen fuer Arbeitnehmer und Umwelt schaedlich fuer den Handel. Simon Lester von der Denkfabrik "Cato Institute" haelt das genannte Streitschlichtungs-Verfahren fuer fragwuerdig. (Fri.. 18.12.2015 Smi) Schweizer Diplomatin mit OSZE-Medaille geehrt. スイスの外交官ハイディ・タリアヴィーニ女史がOSCE(欧州安全保障協力機構) のメダルを授与された。式典と授与はウィーンでOSCEのランベルト・ザンニエ ール事務総長から渡された。このスイスの外交官は2014年ウクライナのOSCE特 使に任命された。この任務をスイス人女性はウクライナ東部紛争解決の為精力 的に遂行した。「三者協議」でスイス人外交官が果たした主導的役割は、ウク ライナ、ロシア、OSCE議長から全会一致で称賛された。長年外交官を務めた女 史は8か国語を話し、通訳無しでロシア語で交渉を主導した。彼女は国連から 委嘱されて他の国々でも活動してきた。「新ツューリッヒ紙」は彼女を「勇気 ある女性」又は「スイスの優れた外交官」と称した。 (出典：2015年12月18日付ブリック紙オンライン版& admin.ch) The Swiss diplomat Mrs. Heidi Tagliavini was awarded with the medal of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe). The honoring and awarding ceremony was carried out by the OSCE Secretary General Mr. Lamberto Zannier in Vienna. The Swiss diplomat had been appointed as OSCE Special Envoy for the Ukraine in the year 2014. In that capacity, she committed herself tirelessly for a solution in order to arrange a settlement in the Eastern-Ukraine. The leadership role of the Swiss diplomat in the "trilateral contact group" consisting of the Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE-President was praised unanimously. The long-time Swiss diplomat speaks eight (8) languages and she led the negotiations without an interpreter in Russian. The Swiss was active by order of the United Nations (UN) in other countries too. The newspaper "Neue Zuercher Zeitung (NZZ)" called the Swiss also as "Mrs. Courage" or as "Switzerland's outstanding diplomat". Die Schweizer Diplomatin Frau Heidi Tagliavini wurde mit der Medaille der OSZE (Organisation fuer Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit in Europa) ausgezeichnet. Die Ehrung und Preis-Uebergabe erfolgte durch den OSZE- General-Sekretaer Lamberto Zannier in Wien. Die Schweizer Diplomatin war im Jahr 2014 als OSZE-Sonder-Gesandte fuer die Ukraine ernannt worden. In dieser Funktion setzte sich die Schweizerin unermuedlich fuer eine Loesung zur Beilegung des Konfliktes in der Ost-Ukraine ein. Die Fuehrungs-Rolle der Schweizer Diplomatin in der "Trilateralen Kontakt-Gruppe", bestehend aus der Ukraine, Russland und dem OSZE- Praesidenten wurde von der OSZE einstimmig gelobt. Die langjaehrige Schweizer Diplomatin spricht acht (8) Sprachen und sie fuehrte die Verhandlungen ohne Dolmetscher auf Russisch. Die Schweizerin war ebenfalls im Auftrag der UNO in anderen Laendern taetig.
