Bern: Grosser Schweizer Bauern-Protest gegen die Regierung. 1万人以上の怒れる農民達がスイス政府の予算削減計画に反対してベルンで大 規模な抗議行動をした。スイス政府は2018年から2021年迄の農業予算を合計約 8億スイスフラン削減をしようとしている。既に2016年農業でほぼ1億スイスフ ラン農民の予算が削減される。スイスの農民は怒り、スイス政府に約束を守る 様求めている。2014年から2017年までの農業政策で、政府は農家に追加義務を 負わせたが、これまでと同額のみ約束。スイスの農民はベルン政府の約束不履 行に抗議の示威行進をした。ベルンの抗議行動にはスイス全土から農民が参加 した。農民達は国会議事堂前の連邦広場を、横断幕を掲げ大きなカウベルで耳 をつんざくばかりの騒音を鳴らしながら行進した！プラカードには「皆の為の 国産食料」、「我々には信頼出来る政策が必要」、「重労働はいい、ただ働き は拒否」等。農業団体の代表が要望書をスイス政府宛に手渡した。農民は農産 物の価格低下に依る差し迫った債務に不安を感じている。1998年以来スイスの 農業団体は「スイスの農家が居るから安心」キャンペーンを続けている。スイ ス農業は国内の食料自給率を2012年で62%賄っている。［WSNH: 日本の食料自 給率はカロリーベースで41%、現在先進工業国で日本程食料自給率の低い国は 他に無い。昔は日本ではこの値が70%以上の高い数値だった！日本は現在外国 からの輸入に依存する危機に瀕している。］(出典：2015年11月27日付ターゲ ス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版＆20分紙オンライン版) More than 10,000 angry farmer's women and farmers demonstrated impressively against the austerity plans of the Swiss Government (Bundesrat) in Berne. The Swiss Government intends to the cut the budget for agriculture for the years of 2018 to 2021 by a total of about 800 Mio. Swiss Francs (CHF). Already in 2016, almost 100 Mio. CHF shall be saved at the expense of the farmers in agriculture. The Swiss farmers are furious and request that the Swiss Government complies with its promise. Within the agriculture policy 2014 to 2017 the farmers were assigned additional duties, the Government however promised the farmers the same amount of money as until now. With the protest rally the Swiss farmers demonstrate against the breach of promise of the Government in Berne. Farmers from all over Switzerland came to the protest meeting in Berne. The farmers marched to the Federal Square in front of the Parliament Building making an ear- deafening noise with big Swiss-style cow-bells and protest banners! The slogans on the banners were e.g. "native foods for all", "We need a reliable politics" or "Hard working YES, working for nothing NO" etc. The representatives of the farmers union handed over a paper of claims for the attention of the Swiss Government (Bundesrat). The farmers are afraid of imminent debts due to the increasingly lower prices for the agricultural products. Since 1998 the campaign "It's good that we have the Swiss Farmers" is running by the Swiss Farmers Union. The Swiss agriculture covers 62% of the domestic food requirements (self-sufficiency degree gross) in the year 2012. [WSNH: The degree of self-sufficiency in Japan is presently at 41% (on a calories base); no other industrial country like Japan has actually such a low agricultural degree of self-sufficiency. In the past, that degree was still by more than 70% in Japan! Today, Japan is dangerously dependent on foreign imports.] Mehr als 10'000 empoerte Baeuerinnen und Bauern demonstrierten in Bern auf eindrucksvolle Weise gegen die Sparplaene der Schweizer Regierung (Bundesrat). Die Schweizer Regierung will das Budget fuer die Landwirtschaft fuer die Jahre 2018 bis 2021 um total zirka 800 Mio. Schweizer Franken kuerzen. Bereits im 2016 soll zu Lasten der Bauern um fast 100 Mio. CHF in der Landwirtschaft gespart werden. Die Schweizer Bauern sind wuetend und fordern die Schweizer Regierung auf ihr Versprechen einzuhalten. In der Landwirtschafts-Politik 2014 bis 2017 wurde den Bauern zusaetzliche Aufgaben uebertragen, die Regierung versprach den Bauern jedoch gleich viel Geld wie bisher. Mit dem Protest demonstrieren die Schweizer Bauern gegen den Wortbruch der Regierung in Bern. Die Bauern kamen aus der ganzen Schweiz fuer die Protest-Veranstaltung nach Bern. Mit grossen Kuh-Glocken (Treicheln) und Transparenten (Protest-Fahnen) marschierten die Bauern unter einem ohren-betaeubenden Laerm auf den Bundesplatz vor dem Parlaments- Gebaeude! Auf den Plakaten war zu lesen "einheimische Nahrungs-Mittel fuer Alle", "Wir brauchen eine verlaessliche Politik" oder "Hart arbeiten: JA, Umsonst arbeiten NEIN" etc. Die Vertreter der Bauern- Verbaende uebergaben ein Forderungs-Papier zu Handen der Schweizer Regierung (Bundesrat). Die Bauern fuerchten sich vor drohenden Schulden wegen immer tieferer Preise fuer ihre Landwirtschafts- Produkte. Seit 1998 laeuft die Kampagne "Gut, gibt's die Schweizer Bauern" des Schweizer Bauern-Verbandes. Die Schweizer Landwirtschaft deckte 62% des inlaendischen Nahrungs-Bedarfs (Selbst-Versorgungsgrad brutto) im Jahr 2012. In India, e.g. the price for chick-peas (pulses) has increased by more than 70% since the beginning of 2014. That is an all time high at the Indian commodity exchange; that has a major social and political impact in India too. They are the most important protein source for the nutrition of the Indians. The weather provoked by "El Nino" has contributed considerably to the rise in prices. Affected is also Peru (fishery); here the sea offshore has significantly warmed-up and therefore the catch of fish declined. In Brazil, the sugar cane cultivation, in Indonesia the palm oil production and in Thailand, the rice crop are affected by it. "El Nino" goes back to the warming of the water masses at the Pacific Ocean; there is a huge potential for damage by that weather phenomenon. Based on US-experts storms, fires, droughts and other disasters, which go back to the "El Nino" of 1997, have caused damage amounting to 100 billion US-Dollar and at least 30,000 people died of it. "El Nino" is also responsible for the price increases at agricultural products- and commodities. Presently, the price increases are still limited thanks to the stuffed stock storages. Next year (2016), turbulences are however expected at the markets. Weather- related price increases can be seen particularly at the "FAO-sub- index" sugar (+17%) as well as at vegetable oils (+6%) [UN-Food and Agriculture Organization]. Based on meteorologists "El Nino" shall reach its climax up to the end of the year; the effectiveness will however remain up to the middle of 2016. There is however no all- clear; "El Nino" could change itself again into "La Nina" as in the extreme years of 1972, 1982 and 1997. Through "La Nina" an above average cooling-down of the equatorial pacific could occur then. The USA were particularly affected by "La Nina"; it caused a strong drought. At the agricultural year 1983/84, there was only a half as much crop compared to the previous year due to it. In South East Asia and Australia "La Nina" causes often strong rainfalls. Dies ist ein Allzeit-Hoch an der indischen Rohwaren- Boerse; gleichzeitig hat dies grosse soziale und politische Auswirkungen in Indien. Fuer die Ernaehrung der Inder sind sie die wichtigste Eiweiss-Quelle. Das von "El Nino" verursachte Wetter hat betraechtlich zur Verteuerung beigetragen. Betroffen ist auch Peru (Fischerei); hier hat sich das Meer vor der Kueste deutlich erwaermt und damit gingen die Fisch-Faenge zurueck. In Brasilien ist der Zucker-Rohr-Anbau, in Indonesien die Palm-Oel-Produktion und in Thailand ist die Reis-Ernte davon beeintraechtigt. "El Nino" geht auf die Erwaermung der Wasser-Massen im Pazifischen Ozean zurueck; das Wetter-Ereignis hat ein riesiges Schaden-Potenzial. Laut Schaetzungen von US-Experten verursachten Stuerme, Feuer, Duerren und andere Katastrophen, die auf den "El Nino" von 1997 zurueckgingen, Schaeden im Umfang von 100 Mrd. US-Dollar und mind. 30'000 Menschen starben dabei. "El-Nino" ist auch verantwortlich fuer die Preis-Steigerungen bei Agrar-Produkten und Agrar-Rohwaren. Derzeit sind die Preis- Aufschlaege dank gefuellten Vorrats-Speichern noch beschraenkt. Naechstes Jahr (2016) werden jedoch Turbulenzen auf den Maerkten erwartet. Wetter-bedingte Preis-Steigerungen zeigen sich besonders bei den "FAO-Teil-Indexen" Zucker (+17%) sowie bei pflanzlichen Oelen (+6%) [UN-Food and Agriculture Organization]. Laut Meteorologen soll "El Nino" seinen Hoehepunkt bis Ende Jahr erreichen; die Wirksamkeit bleibe aber noch bis Mitte 2016. Durch "La Nina" wuerde dann eine ueber- proportionale Abkuehlung des aequatorialen Pazifiks entstehen. Die USA waren besonders von "La Nina" betroffen; es sorgte fuer starke Trockenheit. Im Landwirtschafts-Jahr 1983/84 gab es darum nur eine halb so grosse Getreide-Ernte wie im Vorjahr. In Sued-Ost-Asien und Australien fuehrt "La Nina" oft zu starken Niederschlaegen. According to the newspaper the "terrorism of IS in Western Europe isn't a military, but a political problem". The French Hollande was the first to speak about "an act of war" against France. He wanted to justify the state of emergency and further security measures with it. [WSNH: Besides, it is election campaign in France and Mr. Hollande had so far poor poll ratings. In October 2015 the unemployment figure reached a new record level with 3.590 Mio. people. The unemployment rate is at 10.5% (by April 2015)]. Even the German Federal President Gauck spoke (thoughtless) of a war in the context of the terror in Paris. The editorial of the newspaper concludes with the statement that the "War against the Terror" by US-President George W. Bush after "9/11", has despite certain military success, led in the result to the today's "failed States". The basis for the rise of IS is said to have been laid in those states. At the Swiss TV-program "Arena" of November 20, 2015, the German Middle East expert Ulrich Tilgner addressed the handling of the West with Saudi Arabia. He pointed out that punishments, which were executed in the power territory of IS, were also practiced in Saudi Arabia! Ulrich Tilgner said that President Hollande speaks against the IS and at the same time, he goes to Saudi Arabia where he sells French armaments worth billions. "Something doesn't fit together here", Tilgner meant! According to Tilgner, there is only a "half-hearted criticism" on the terror in the Muslim world; he suspects the religious power of Saudi Arabia behind it. Another newspaper article reports that the Islamic terror is the worst in the Arab World. The local people are said to be angry about the indifference of the West about it. As samples the 120 dead of Khan Bani Saad (Iraq) of July 17, 2015 are mentioned; nobody is said to remember anymore that tragedy in the West. Another attack in Beirut (Lebanon) killed at least 41 humans in November 2015. Der Leitartikel in der grossen Schweizer Zeitung "Tagesanzeiger" schreibt ueber die "verfehlte Krieg-Rhetorik" von Staats-Praesident Francois Hollande. Laut der Zeitung ist der "Terrorismus des IS in West-Europa kein militaerisches, sondern ein politisches Problem". Der Franzose Hollande sprach als erster von "einem kriegerischen Akt" gegen Frankreich. Damit wolle er den Ausnahme-Zustand und weitere Sicherheits-Massnahmen rechtfertigen. [WSNH: Es ist zudem Wahlkampf in Frankreich und Hollande hatte bisher schlechte Umfrage-Werte; im Oktober 2015 erreichte die Arbeitslosen-Zahl im Land einen neuen Rekord-Stand von 3,590 Mio. Menschen. Die Arbeitlosen-Quote ist 10,5% (Stand: April 2015)] Sogar der deutsche Bundes-Praesident Gauck sprach (leichtfertig) von einem Krieg im Zusammenhang mit dem Terror in Paris. Der Leitartikel der Zeitung schliesst mit der Feststellung, dass der "Krieg gegen den Terror" von US-Praesident George W. Bush nach "9/11" trotz gewisser militaerischer Erfolge, im Resultat zu den heutigen "gescheiterten Staaten" (failed States) gefuehrt habe. In jenen Staaten sei die Basis fuer den Aufstieg von IS gelegt worden. In der Schweizer TV-Sendung "Arena" vom 20.11.2015 spricht der deutsche Nahost-Experte Ulrich Tilgner den Umgang des Westens mit Saudi-Arabien an. Er weist darauf hin, dass Strafen, welche im Machtgebiet von IS vollzogen wuerden, ebenfalls in Saudi-Arabien praktiziert wuerden! Ulrich Tilgner sagte, Praesident Hollande spreche gegen den IS und gleichzeitig gehe er nach Saudi-Arabien, wo er franzoesische Ruestungs-Gueter fuer Milliarden-Summen verkaufe. "Hier passe etwas nicht zusammen", meint Tilgner! Laut Tilgner gaebe es in der muslimischen Welt nur eine "halb-herzige Kritik"am Terror; er vermutet dahinter die religioese Macht von Saudi-Arabien. In der arabischen Welt sei der islamistische Terror am schlimmsten, berichtet ein anderer Zeitungs-Artikel. Die lokale Bevoelkerung aergere sich ueber die Gleichgueltigkeit des Westens dazu. Es werden die Beispiele von 120 Toten von Khan Bani Saad (Irak) vom 17. Juli 2015 erwaehnt; im Westen erinnere sich niemand mehr daran. Ein anderer Anschlag in Beirut (Libanon) toete mindestens 41 Menschen im November 2015.
