The ferry boat will be built by the Danish shipyard <Soeby Shipyard> and it shall link the island of Aeroe with the Danish mainland from 2017. The Swiss enterprise is going to execute the order together with the Finnish partner Visedo; the Finnish company was appointed as leading partner of the project. The Finnish Visedo was chosen instead of the German Siemens Group. The Swiss tradition-company (established 1909) supplies a high-grade Lithium-Ion battery with a capacity of 4.2 Mega-Watt-hours (MWh); that corresponds to an average battery-capacity of 200 electric-vehicles! Particular features of the Danish electric ferry boat are the modern design and the high efficiency thanks to weight optimizations. With the use of the electric ferry boat, the CO2-emissions can be reduced by 2,000 tons and the Nitrogen dioxide emissions by 41.5 tons per year in comparison to a diesel power unit! The project is part of the Danish Nature-project, which has the goal to provide the inhabitants of that region environment-friendly means of transport. The Swiss enterprise is pleased to be part of that ground-breaking project. The project wiht the electric ferry boat is part of the <Horizon-2020 program> of the EU. Das Faehrschiff wird von der daenischen Werft <Soeby Shipyard> gebaut und es wird ab 2017 die Insel Aeroe mit dem daenischen Festland verbinden. Das Schweizer Unternehmen wird den Auftrag zusammen mit dem Partner Visedo aus Finnland durchfuehren; die finnische Firma wurde zum leitenden Partner des Projektes ernannt. Die finnische Visedo wurde dem deutschen Konzern Siemens vorgezogen. Mit dem Einsatz der Elektro-Faehre koennten im Vergleich zu einem Antrieb mit Diesel, die CO2-Emissionen um 2'000 Tonnen und der Stickstoff-Dioxid- Ausstoss um 41,5 Tonnen pro Jahr reduziert werden! Lack of competence & capability? MERS-Panik in Suedkorea! Mangel an Kompetenz & Faehigkeit? MERSヴィールスの感染が国内で広まっている事に対して、韓国では当局に対す る厳しい批判が有る。「ハンギョレ紙」によると、朴槿恵大統領は「MERSと闘 う代わりにソウル市長との戦争へ向かおうとしている」と言われている。同市 長はヴィールスを「戦争」と宣言して、政府を批判した。これが大統領を挑発 したようだと同紙は書いている。著名な歴史学者チョン・ウヨン博士は朴政権 を「政権運営の力量と能力不足は、MERSそのものよりも恐怖だ」と批判した。 サウディアラビアからの帰国者がMERSヴィールスを韓国内に持ち込んだ。彼は 複数の病院で検査を受け、4件目の医院で初めて正しく診断された！！この患 者は死亡し、現在既に14名がMERSで死亡していて、未だに新しい感染者が報告 されている。当局はこの伝染病で国家非常事態宣言をしたにもかかわらず、「 手遅れと無能な対応」によって厳しく批判されている。外国人旅行者を怖がら せない為に保健省は、感染リスクの可能性を2週間抱え込んだまま警告をしな かった。韓国では病院は過密状態である事が多く、家族は患者に毎日新鮮な食 事を運んでいる！！韓国で首相不在は既に3度目の事態！MERSヴィールスは韓 国経済に打撃を与え、化粧品会社の株が酷い損失を蒙った。国立銀行は今金利 を1.5%下げさえしたが、これ程の低金利はかつてない事。2014年4月の「セオ ル号沈没」事故との比較がある。その当時日本の「産経新聞」のソウル特派員 が、ソウルの路上で聞くことの出来る噂について書いた。この日本人は「大統 領を侮辱した」嫌疑で告発され、7か月韓国から出国を許されなかった。朴政 権はあらゆる手段を使ってセオル号の事故解明の防止をしたと言われている、 と記事は書いた。事故原因の可能性の一つに賄賂もあったと言われている！！ 訪米中止で朴大統領は「可能な事は全てやる」という姿勢を示そうとしている。 (出典：2015年6月12日＆13日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙＆バーゼル紙オン ライン版) http://japan.hani.co.kr/arti/politics/20966.html There is sharp, South-Korean criticism on the own authorities because of the spreading of the MERS-virus in the country. According to newspaper <Hankyreh>, the President Park Geun-hye is said to <lead a war against the Mayor of Seoul instead of fighting against MERS>. The Mayor declared the virus <the War> and criticized the Government. That shall have provoked the President, wrote the newspaper. The famous historian Jeon Woo-yong has accused the Park-Government that <the lack of competence and capability to govern, made more fear than MERS itself>. A South-Korean returnee from Saudi Arabia has brought the MERS-virus into the country. He was medically examined at several hospitals; only just the fourth hospital made the correct diagnosis!! The patient has died and presently there are already 14 MERS-dead; still more new-infections are reported. Even though the authorities declared the epidemic as national state of emergency, there is strong criticism. It is said that <the reaction was too late and incompetent>. In order not to frighten off (foreign) tourists, the Ministry of Health is blamed to have kept back information about possible risks of infection and not issued a warning. In South Korea, the hospitals are often overcrowded and the relatives bring the patients daily fresh meals!! There is already for the third time no Premier in office in South Korea! The MERS-virus has damaged the Korean economy; the share of the cosmetic enterprises have suffered strong losses. The National Bank has now even decreased the prime rate to 1.5%, the lowest level as never before. There are comparisons made to the accident of the <Sewol-Ferry> of April 2014. Then, the <Seoul- Correspondent> of the Japanese newspaper <Sankei> reported about rumors, which could be listened on the streets in Seoul. The Japanese was thereupon accused of <defamation of the President> and wasn't allowed to leave South Korea for seven months. The Park-Government is said to have tried by all means to prevent the elucidation of the Sewol-Accident, reported the article. A possible cause for the accident could have been corruption was also said!! With the cancellation of the US-trip, President Park wants to show that <she does everything possible>. Es gibt scharfe, suedkoreanische Kritik an den eigenen Behoerden wegen der Ausbreitung des MERS-Virus im Land. Laut der Zeitung <Hankyreh> fuehre die Praesidentin Park Geun-hye <einen Krieg gegen den Buergermeister von Seoul anstatt gegen MERS>. Der Buergermeister erklaerte dem Virus <den Krieg> und kritisierte die Regierung. Das habe die Praesidentin provoziert, schrieb die Zeitung. Der beruehmte Historiker Jeon Woo-yong hat der Regierung Park vorgeworfen, der <Mangel an Kompetenz und Faehigkeit zu regieren, mache mehr Angst als MERS selber>. Ein suedkoreanischer Rueckkehrer aus Saudi-Arabien hat den MERS-Virus ins Land gebracht. Er wurde an mehreren Spitaelern untersucht; erst die vierte Klinik stellte die richtige Diagnose!! Der Patient ist gestorben und es gibt derzeit schon 14 MERS-Tote; es werden immer noch Neu-Infektionen gemeldet. Obwohl die Behoerden die Seuche zum nationalen Notstand erklaerten, gibt es starke Kritik weil <zu spaet und inkompetent reagiert worden sei>. Um (auslaendische) Touristen nicht abzuschrecken, hat das Gesundheits-Ministerium Informationen ueber moegliche Ansteckungs-Risiken zwei Wochen lang zurueck behalten und keine Warnung gemacht. In Suedkorea sind die Spitaeler oft ueberfuellt und die Angehoerigen bringen den Patienten taeglich frisches Essen!! Es gibt schon zum dritten Mal keinen Premier in Suedkorea! Der MERS-Virus schadet der koreanischen Wirtschaft; die Aktien der Kosmetik-Unternehmen erlitten starke Verluste. Die Notenbank hat jetzt sogar den Leitzins auf 1,5% gesenkt, so niedrig wie noch nie. Es gibt Vergleiche zum Unglueck der <Sewol-Faehre> vom April 2014. Damals schrieb der <Seoul-Korrespondent> der japanischen Zeitung <Sankei> ueber Geruechte, welche in den Strassen von Seoul zu hoeren waren. Der Japaner wurde darauf hin wegen <Beleidigung der Praesidentin> angeklagt und er durfte Suedkorea sieben Monate lang nicht verlassen. Die Park-Regierung habe mit allen Mitteln versucht, die Aufklaerung des Sewol-Unglueckes zu verhindern, steht im Artikel. Als moegliche Ursache dafuer wurde ebenfalls Bestechung genannt!! Aerger wegen neuen Handgepaeck-Regeln im Flugzeug! 航空各社は新しい手荷物規則で搭乗客の怒りを買っている。正確には機内持ち 込み手荷物の容積限度が縮小され、持ち込める手荷物量が少なくなる。国際航 空運送協会<IATA>はマイアミ会議で機内持ち込み手荷物の新しい統一外形寸法 を決めた。新しく手荷物は最大で高さ55cm x 幅35cm x 深さ20cm になる。手 荷物の容積は約25%ないし12リットル縮小される、と航空専門家クルトゥ・ホ フマンは言う。これまでこの状況は混乱気味で、各航空会社が独自の規則を決 めていた。基本的に世界中で有効な規則は朗報だ、但し手荷物が縮小されなけ ればの話。スイスの消費者保護団体はサーヴィスの低下と航空各社の傲慢を指 摘、この対策は航空会社の最大利益の追求に資するだけだと！IATAの推奨は確 かに拘束力が無く、規則変更の実施時期も同様だ。IATA専門家のトム・ウィン ドミュラーによると、およそ50社の加盟航空会社が新しい手荷物規則に興味を 示している。ドイツのルフトハンザ、エミレーツ、カタール、キャセイパシフ ィック等9社はこの推奨を近々採用する意向だ！！航空会社の狙いは明らかで、 追加荷物無しの飛行を意味する「飛行だけの切符」は魅力的でなくなる。一方 搭乗客は追加荷物を予約して料金を払うことになる！！多くの搭乗客は新しい スーツケースを買わなければならなくなる！航空専門家ホフマンは新しいサイ ズ限度は時宜を得ていないと批判している。ボーイング7373と787やエアバス A320とA350 等の機内手荷物室は広くなる傾向にあるのに、今IATAは荷物の大 きさの許容限度を制限しようとしている！！ (出典：2015年6月11日付ブリック紙＆ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The Airline companies anger the passengers with new carry-on baggage rules. Precisely it goes about a reduction of the maximum size of the carry-on baggage in the aircraft; less carry-on baggage will be allowed. The International Air Transport Association <IATA> has decided new standard dimensions for carry-on baggage in the aircraft on its meeting in Miami (USA). New is that a carry-on baggage is allowed only the maximum size of 55cm high, 35cm wide and 20cm deep. The volume of a carry-on baggage shrinks therefore by about 25% or about 12 liters, said the aviation-expert Kurt Hofmann. So far the situation was confusing because each airline had its own rules. Basically, a worldwide available standard is good news if only the downsizing of the carry-on baggage wouldn't be made. The Swiss Consumer Protection Organization speaks about a performance cutback and of <arrogant> airlines; the measures are said to serve only the profit-maximization of the airline companies! The IATA-recommendations are indeed not obligatory and the date of a possible implementation of the rules neither. According to the IATA-expert Tom Windmuller about 50 member-airlines had expressed their interests on the new carry-on baggage rules. Nine (9) airline companies among them are the German Lufthansa, Emirates, Qatar Airways and CathayPacific intended to implement the recommendation soon!! The intention of the airlines is obvious: <Flight only-tickets>, meaning flights without additional luggage shall become less attractive. The passengers however should book extra pieces of luggage and pay fees for it!! Many passengers have to purchase new suitcases! The aviation-expert Hofmann criticizes the new maximum-size as not up to date. The overhead compartments in the aircrafts, e.g. Boeing 737 & 787, or at Airbus A320 & A350 are becoming increasingly bigger and now the IATA wants to restrict the allowed carry-on baggage size!! Grundsaetzlich waere ein weltweit gueltiger Standard eine gute Nachricht, wenn die Verkleinerung des Handgepaecks nicht waere. Der Schweizer Konsumentenschutz spricht von Leistungsabbau und von <arroganten> Airlines; die Massnahme diene nur der Gewinn-Maximierung der Fluggesellschaften! Die IATA-Empfehlungen seien zwar nicht bindend und der Zeitpunkt einer moeglichen Umsetzung der Regeln ebenso wenig. Nordkorea Raketen-Tests seien nur ein Schwindel (Bluff). 2015年5月18日付「日経アジア・レヴュー」でさえもが「米国は密かに北朝鮮 のミサイルはハッタリと言っている」(スパイ・ゲーム)と報じた。北朝鮮の衛 星テレビ放送は2015年5月9日のロケット発射実験の映像を公表、これらの写真 はSLBMロケット(潜水艦発射弾道ミサイル)発射の証明の筈だった。写真の分析 を基にこの程専門家達は疑惑のミサイル発射は「明らかに」偽造で、「フォト ショップ(ソフト)の修整」だと言う。ミュンヘン工科大学のミサイル技術のド イツ人教授ロベルト・シュムッカーは、「北朝鮮のハッタリ」と言った。「無 意味な騒音の数々」だと。同教授は、北朝鮮のプロパガンダをより正確に検証 する材料はこれで十分、その為の「スパイ活動は必要無い」と言う！シュムッ カー教授によると、北朝鮮は2012年既に大陸間弾道ミサイルのダミーで世界を 欺いた。ドイツの専門家に依ると、「金正恩の脅威」は米国の手中で弄ばれて いる。これらは米国が、日本と韓国に米軍基地の駐留を容認させる為の説得材 料になる！！ (出典：2015年6月5日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) Even the newspaper <Nikkei ASIAN REVIEW> dated May 18, 2015 reported with the headline <US quietly calls North Korea's missile bluff> (Spy games). The state-run TV-station of North Korea published pictures of the missile launch on May 9, 2015; the pictures should have proved that a SLBM-missile (submarine-launched ballistic missile) was fired. Based on the analysis of the photographs, experts say now that the alleged missile launch was <obviously> a fake (bluff). The experts speak about a <Photoshop-(software) manipulation>. The German Professor for missilery at the <Technical University of Munich>, Mr. Robert Schmucker, said: <North Korea bluffs>. <A lot of noise about nothing>. He said that it is sufficient to study the material of the North Korean propaganda more accurate; there is <no need for Intelligence-Services>! According to Schmucker, North Korea has deceived the world already in the year 2012; at that time, it demonstrated Intercontinental missiles on mobile launching platforms, which were only dummies (mock-ups). According to the German expert the <Threats of Kim Jon-un> play also into the hands of the USA. Those (threats) help the US-Americans to convince Japan and South Korea that they should tolerate the US-military bases in their countries!! Der staatliche TV-Sender von Nordkorea veroeffentlichte am 9. Mai 2015 Bilder ueber den Raketen-Test; die Bilder sollen beweisen, dass eine SLBM-Rakete (submarine-launched ballistic missile) abgeschossen wurde. Aufgrund der Analyse der Fotos sagen jetzt Experten, der angebliche Raketen-Start, sei eine <offensichtliche> Faelschung. Die Experten sprechen von einer <Photoshop-Manipulation>. Der deutsche Professor fuer Raketentechnik an der <Technischen Universitaet Muenchen>, Robert Schmucker, sagte: <Nordkorea blufft>. <Viel Laerm um nichts>. Er sagt, es genuege, das Material der nord- koreanischen Propaganda genauer zu studieren; dafuer brauche es <keine Geheimdienste>! Laut Schmocker habe Nordkorea die Welt schon im Jahr 2012 mit Attrappen getaeuscht als es Interkontinental-Raketen auf mobilen Abschuss-Rampen vorfuehrte. Gemaess dem deutschen Experten spielen die <Drohungen von Kim Jong-un> auch den USA in die Haende. Diese helfen den US-Amerikanern, Japan und Suedkorea zu ueberzeugen, dass sie die US-Militaer-Stuetzpunkte in ihren Laendern tolerierten!!
