The Government of Premier Abe Shinzo has approved now legal bills, which expand the role of the military considerably. In the future Japan shall not only defend itself, but it is even allowed to fight on the side of allies. This shall be possible even if Japan isn't directly attacked. As <Allies> are called e.g. the USA!! The legal bills shall now be passed by the Japanese Parliament. It is feared that Japan's decades-long commitment to pacifism will end by that! Outside of the residence of Premier Abe in Tokyo, about 500 citizens protested against the legal bills. According to surveys about half of the Japanese population shall be against the amendments of the laws! The Japanese Government intends to have the legal bills passed in the current parliamentary session. The Government party LDP and its alliance partner Komeito have a majority at the Parliament. Article 9 of Japan's constitution bans warlike activities. The German TV-station <ZDF> broadcasted a documentary film under the title: <Standing Army>, the secret strategy of the US-military bases in September 2014. The documentary film reports about the network of US-military bases, which spans the globe. It explains also the US-strategy, which is behind that concept. The film is now just only on Youtube available. At the report sheet to the video is written that there are today more than 700 US-military bases in about 130 countries around the world! Almost every single war conducted by the USA is said to have produced new military bases. The aim of the USA shall be to subordinate the people of the earth and the entire raw materials of the planet to the national US-interests! Critics speak about the <US-Empire>, a network of interests from politics, arms industry and military!! Die Gesetzes-Vorlagen sollen jetzt vom japanischen Parlament verabschiedet werden. Es wird befuerchtet, dass Japans Jahrzehnte- lange Bekenntnis zum Pazifismus damit zu Ende geht! Vor dem Amts-Sitz von Premier Abe Shinzo in Tokyo protestierten zirka 500 Buerger gegen die Gesetzes-Vorlagen. Gemaess Umfragen soll zirka die Haelfte der japanischen Bevoelkerung gegen die Gesetzes-Aenderungen sein! Die japanische Regierung will, dass die Gesetzes-Vorlagen in der laufenden Parlaments-Periode verabschiedet werden. Die Regierungs-Partei LDP und ihr Buendnis-Partner Komeito verfuegen ueber eine Mehrheit im Parlament. Artikel 9 von Japans Verfassung verbietet kriegerische Aktivitaeten. Der deutsche TV-Sender <ZDF> hat im September 2014 eine Dokumentation (Film) unter dem Titel <Standing Army>, die geheime Strategie der US-Militaer-Basen gesendet. Das Film-Dokument berichtet ueber das Netz von US-Militaer-Stuetzpunkten, welches die Welt umspannt. Es erklaert auch die US-Strategie, welche dahinter steckt. Der Film ist jetzt nur noch auf Youtube abrufbar. Im Begleit-Text zum Video steht, dass es heute mehr als 700 US-Militaer-Stuetzpunkte in zirka 130 Laendern rund um die Welt gibt! The Campus shall become the <CERN of Brain-research>; already about 400 researchers work on the location. The site is the former compound of the pharmaceutical Group <Merck Serono>; it has a surface of 40,000 square-meters. The number of researchers shall be doubled in the future, said the President of the EPFL Lausanne, Patrick Aebischer. The new <Campus Biotech> is based on a co-operation between the University of Geneva, the EPFL Lausanne and the family Ernesto Bertarelli, the founder of the pharmaceutical enterprise Serono. The location is situated in middle of the City of Geneva, near the site of the United Nations (UN). The Human Brain Project has its domicile also on the compound. The new Campus is also regarded as an interface between research and industry. Here on the compound, particularly the research in the field of neuro-science (medicine, biology and psychology) is in the focus. The Campus is a <flag-ship of research> and Federal Councilor Ammann emphasized in his speech the indispensable role of the Campus. (2) Japan's NRA-Behoerde missachtet eigene Sicherheits-Vorschriften! (2) (Thu. 07.05.2015 Smi) 石橋克彦教授によると、地震は原子力発電所に原発事故の「ドミノ効果」をも たらす。福島の災害は彼の理論(原発震災)を完全に証明した。100kmないしそ れ以上遠く離れた周波数1から2.5ヘルツよりも小さい地震でさえ、深刻な破壊 の原因になる可能性がある。日本に在る原発で100km以上震源地から離れてい るものは一つも無い。地震は構造に破壊的な影響を及ぼす事から、米原子力規 制委員会は福島の事故以後、原発に全周波数の分布を検査するよう要求してい る。原発の敷地に落下したクレーンや核燃料棒の冷却プール等も又深刻な原発 事故を誘発する。しかし日本の原子力規制委員会(NRA)はこれらの事を「川内 原発」の再稼働の許可で考慮しなかった！！九州電力は川内原発では僅か3つ の「自社で選択」した周波数でしかテストをしなかった。しかし「内陸地震」 は1909年に震度7.7が実証されているにもかかわらず、考慮されなかった！！ 前回の地震は川内原発からわずか100kmしか離れていない所で発生した。佐藤 曉(元GE)は、地震のリスクは、低い周波数は確実に過小評価されると言う。福 島の地震は5分間続いたのに、川内原発では僅か30秒の揺れしか計算されてい ない！！NRAの基準は、将来強い地震の可能性も考慮する様要求している。し かし九州電力は前の地震しか考慮していない。政府は(間もなく来る)震度9の 南海トラフ「メガ地震」さえも警告しているのに、九州電力は之を知りながら 考慮していない。日本の<NRA>は独自の規則と反対の処理を許可した！！九州 電力は琉球トラフの震度9.1の地震に備える川内原発の全ての原発の試験もし ていない！試験は地震司令センターの為だけにしか行われていない。日本海側 は僅かしか調査されていないので、福井県に在る14基の原子炉の原発事業者は 、申請書には意図的に地震を低く計算している。それでも稀ではあるが非常に 大きな地震がそこで起きた歴史的実証がある。高浜原発は「津波指標」を低過 ぎる設定をしたにもかかわらず、日本の <NRA> は安全性を認めた！！石橋克 彦教授は、日本の大地震と原発事故を「神々による度重なる重大な警告」と受 け止めている！！[WSNH: 日本は神々を挑発しない方がいい！] (出典：2015年5月7日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙＆derbund.ch) According to Professor Ishibashi Katsuhiko, an earthquake can trigger off a <Domino-Effect> in a nuclear power plant (NPP), which leads to a nuclear disaster. His theory (Genpatsu-Shinsai) was fully confirmed by the nuclear disaster in Fukushima. Low earthquakes with a frequency of 1 to 2.5 Hertz (Hz) can cause severe destructions even in a far way distance, such as in 100 kilometers or farther. NO nuclear power plant in Japan is more than 100 km away from a possible epicenter!! Earthquakes have a disastrous impact on structures, the US-nuclear commission NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) requests therefore since Fukushima that a nuclear power plant must be checked over the entire frequency spectrum. On the nuclear power plant ground, falling cranes, cooling ponds for nuclear fuel rods etc. can also trigger off a severe nuclear plant disaster. Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) however hasn't considered those facts when issuing an operating license to the <NPP Sendai>!! The company Kyushu Electric has tested for the NPP Sendai only three <self-selected> frequencies. The <Intra- plate earthquake> however wasn't included even though it was proved with a magnitude of 7.7 in the year 1909!! The former earthquake occurred only in a distance of 100 km away to the NPP Sendai. Sato Satoshi (ex General Electric GE) engineer said that the risk of earthquakes with low frequencies are considerably underestimated. For the NPP Sendai was calculated with a duration of vibrations of only 30 seconds even though the Fukushima-earthquake lasted nearly 5 minutes!! Japan's NRA-rules demand that also future possible strong earthquakes have to be considered. The data of Kyushu Electric however has based only on past earthquakes. Even the Government warns about a (early) <Mega-Earthquake> at the Nankai-trough with a magnitude of 9; that was however ignored <on purpose> by Kyushu Electric. Japan's NRA has allowed that approach contrary to its own rules!! Kyushu Electric hasn't tested also an earthquake with a magnitude of 9.1 at the Ryuku- trough for the entire nuclear power plant of the NPP Sendai! The test was only made for the command center. The Japan Sea side is less explored that is why the nuclear power plant companies in Fukui-ken, 14 nuclear reactors, calculate on purpose with <low> earthquakes in their applications!! Even though there are historic evidence for rarer, but very strong earthquakes there. At the nuclear power plant Takahama, the <Tsunami-Standard> was assumed on a too low level, even though Japan's NRA has approved its safety!! Professor Ishibashi Katsuhiko considers the strong earthquakes and the nuclear power plant incidents in Japan <for increasingly more serious warnings by the Gods>!! [WSNH: Japan should provoke the Gods!] Laut Professor Ishibashi Katsuhiko kann ein Erdbeben einen <Domino- Effekt> in einem Atomkraft-Werk (AKW) ausloesen, welcher zu einer Atom-Katastrophe fuehrt. Die Katastrophe von Fukushima hat seine Theorie (Genpatsu-Shinsai) vollstaendig bestaetigt. Niedrige Erdbeben mit einer Frequenz von 1 bis 2,5 Hertz koennen sogar in grossen Entfernungen, 100 Kilometer oder mehr, schwere Zestoerungen anrichten. KEIN AKW in Japan ist mehr als 100 km von einem moeglichen Erdbeben- Zentrum entfernt!! Erdbeben wirken sich verheerend auf Strukturen aus, deshalb verlangt die US-Nuklear-Kommission <NRC> seit Fukushima, dass ein Atom-Kraftwerk ueber das ganze Frequenz-Spektrum zu pruefen sei. Auf dem AKW-Gelaende koennen umstuerzende Kraene, Lagerbecken fuer Brennstaebe etc. ebenfalls einen schweren Atom-Unfall ausloesen. Japans NRA (Nuclear Regulation Authority) hat dies bei der Betriebs- Bewilligung an das <AKW Sendai> nicht beruecksichtigt!! Die Firma Kyushu Electric hat fuer das AKW Sendai nur drei <selbst gewaehlte> Frequenzen getestet. Das <Intra-Platten-Erdbeben> wurde nicht beruecksichtigt, obwohl es 1909 mit einer Staerke von 7,7 nachgewiesen wurde!! Das damalige Erdbeben ereignete sich 100 km entfernt zum AKW Sendai. Sato Satoshi (ex General Electric GE) sagt, dass das Risiko von Erdbeben mit tiefen Frequenzen deutlich unterschaetzt werde. Fuer das AKW Sendai wurde nur mit einer Erschuetterungs-Dauer von 30 sec. (Sekunden) gerechnet, obwohl das Fukushima-Erdbeben fast 5 Minuten dauerte!! Die NRA-Rules verlangen, dass ebenfalls starke moegliche Erdbeben in der Zukunft beruecksichtigt werden. Kyushu Electric hat sich jedoch nur auf fruehere Erdbeben abgestuetzt. Sogar die Regierung warnt vor einem (baldigen) <Mega-Erdbeben> im Nankai-Graben mit einer Staerke von 9; dies wurde von Kyushu Electric <bewusst> nicht beachtet. Japans <NRA> hat dieses Vorgehen, entgegen den eigenen Rules zu gelassen!! Kyushu Electric hat ebenfalls fuer ein Erdbeben der Staerke 9,1 im Ryuku- Graben nur die Kommando-Zentrale, nicht jedoch die Atom-Reaktoranlage vom <AKW Sendai> getestet! Die Japan-Meer Kueste (Japan Sea) ist weniger erforscht, deshalb rechnen die AKW-Unternehmen in Fukui-ken (14 AKW-Reaktoren) bewusst mit <tiefen> Erdbeben bei ihren Gesuchen!! Obwohl es historische Nachweise gibt, fuer seltenere, aber sehr schwere Erdbeben dort. Beim AKW-Takahama wurde der <Tsunami- Richtwert> zu tief angenommen, trotzdem hat Japans <NRA> die Sicherheit bestaetigt!! (Sun. 17.05.2015 Smi) 米国とジョン・ケリー米国務長官はこの程突然中国が創設したアジアインフラ 投資銀行(AIIB)の設立に基本的に同意した。しかし米国人ケリーによると、特 定の条件を満たしている必要がある。ジョン・ケリーは、「我々はAIIBを歓迎 し、世界銀行とアジア開発銀行(ADB)の様な既存の機関と共同融資のプロジェ クトを奨励する」とさえ言った。以前米国はAIIBの設立を何度も公式に批判し た！[WSNH: 米国は信用できないし、信頼に値しない。日本は中国絡みでは米 国を信用してはならない。米国は中国に強く依存している。米国は、米国の利 益が損なわれる場合、中国に反対する行動は決して出来ない！] The USA respectively US-Foreign Minister John Kerry approve now basically and suddenly the organization of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) established by China (PRC). According to US- Kerry certain conditions have however to be met. John Kerry even said <We welcome the AIIB and encourage it to co-finance projects with the existing institutions such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Previously, the USA has publicly criticized the organization of the AIIB several times! [WSNH: The USA are not credible and trustworthy. Japan shouldn't rely itself on the USA with regard to China (PRC). The USA are too strongly dependent on China. The USA will hardly ever take action against China if their own US- interests are negatively affected by it!] Die USA respektive US-Aussen-Minister John Kerry stimmen jetzt ploetzlich dem Aufbau der von China (PRC) gegruendeten Asiatischen Infrastruktur-Investment Bank (AIIB) grundsaetzlich zu. Laut US-Kerry muessten jedoch bestimmte Voraussetzungen erfuellt werden. John Kerry sagte sogar, <Wir begruessen die AIIB und ermutigen sie, Projekte mit bestehenden Institutionen wie die Weltbank und asiatische Entwicklungsbank (ADB) mit-zufinanzieren>. Vorher hatte die USA den Aufbau der AIIB mehrmals oeffentlich kritisiert! [WSNH: Die USA sind nicht glaubwuerdig und vertrauenswuerdig. Japan sollte sich nicht auf die USA verlassen, wenn es um China (PRC) geht. Die USA sind zu stark von China abhaengig. The 25-years old seaman and weapons technician William McNeilly was doing military service the past two years. He was also assigned to the <Vanguard- submarines> of the Royal Navy; those are equipped with nuclear weapons According to his own data, a nuclear weapons disaster would only be <a question of time>. He has published now a 17-pages online file, which lists up the different safety failings. Shortcomings by access to high-security areas of the submarines are mentioned. Security cards are said to be checked neglectfully or reading machines for security codes didn't work etc. Besides, it is reported about a fire in the missile-manhole of a submarine. The submarines are docked at the harbor in Faslane in Scotland. The blames are confirmed by other members of the Royal Navy.
