US-Gold Standard (Gold-Medaille) fuer Schweizer Berufsbildung! 米国立教育・経済センター<NCEE>が、スイスの二重職業教育と訓練システムに 関する報告書を発表した。米NCEEの調査によると、スイスの職業教育システム は「黄金標準」を確立している事から、即ち「金メダル」。スイスの職業教育 制度は世界最高水準で、長期にわたるスイスの経済発展の秘密がここにあると 同機関は言う。スイス連邦工科大学ツューリッヒ校経済研究所<KOF-ETHZ>が準 備した見学旅行に2014年6月、米国代表団がスイスを訪問した。その報告書が スイスに最高評価を与えた<NCEE調査>の基になっている。NCEEはスイスの制度 に感嘆し、他に例を見ないスイスモデルに米国は強い関心を持っている。スイ スはその事で2015年1月既にオバマ大統領の<米国の選択>という会議に招かれ ている。<NCEE>はスイスの職業教育制度で次の利点を挙げている：1) 若者の 70%が見習い制度を選択している、2) 職業訓練性は早い段階から実践ティーム に組み入れられて責任を取る事を学び、専門家の指導を受ける、3) 理論は継 続的に実践に応用されている、4) 見習い生は給与を支給される、5) 若い職業 人は訓練終了後「国家資格」(連邦PET免状)を授与され、正規雇用や中等職業 教育に進める。(出典：2015年3月31日付KOFスイス経済研究所) The US-National Center on Education and Economy (NCEE) published a report about the (dual) Swiss Vocational Education and Training System. Based on the study of the <NCEE>-Organization, Switzerland has established a <Gold-Standard> with its vocational education system and gets for that a <Gold-Medal>: The Swiss vocational education system is <World Class>; that is the secret of the long-term Swiss economic success, said the US-Organization. The US-delegates conducted a study journey in Switzerland in June 2014, which was organized by the KOF Swiss Economic Institute Zurich. The report is based on that <NCEE- study>, which awards Switzerland with <Top Marks>. The NCEE is enthusiastic about the Swiss system and there is a great US-interest on the unique Swiss model. Switzerland was already invited to a US- conference <Select USA> by President Obama in that matter in January 2015. The NCEE particularly lists up the following benefits of the Swiss education system. 1) 70% of the youth choose an apprenticeship. 2) Vocational trainees are integrated into productive teams at an early stage, where they learn to take over responsibility. They are coached by experts. 3) Theory is continuously applied in practice. 4) The trainees receive a salary. 5) Upon completion of the training, the young professionals get a <Federal PET-Diploma> as access into a full-time employment or an advanced training course. Das US-Zentrum fuer Ausbildung und Wirtschaft (National Center on Education and Economy) <NCEE> veroeffentlichte einen Bericht ueber das (duale) Schweizer Berufsbildungs-System (Swiss Vocational Education and Training System). Laut der Studie der <US-NCEE> Organisation legt die Schweiz mit ihrem Berufsbildungs-System den <Gold Standard> fest und erhaelt dafuer eine <Gold-Medaille>. Die Schweizer Berufsbildung ist <Weltklasse>, dies ist das Geheimnis des langfristigen Schweizer Wirtschafts-Erfolgs, sagt die US-Organisation. Die US-Delegierten fuehrten im Juni 2014 eine Studien-Reise in der Schweiz durch, welche durch die <KOF-ETH Zuerich> organisiert wurde. Der Bericht basiert auf dieser <NCEE-Studie>, welcher der Schweiz <Beste Noten> erteilt. Die NCEE ist begeistert vom Schweizer System und es besteht grosses US- Interesse am einzig-artigen Schweizer Modell. Die Schweiz war dazu bereits am US-Treffen <Select USA> von Praesident Obama im Januar 2015 vertreten. Die <NCEE> zaehlt unter anderem folgende Vorzuege (Benefits) der Schweizer Berufsbildung auf: 1) 70% der Jugendlichen waehlen eine Berufslehre, 2) Berufs-Lernende werden frueh in produktive Teams integriert, wo sie lernen Verantwortung zu uebernehmen und von Fachleuten begleitet werden, 3) die Theorie wird laufend in der Praxis angewendet, 4) die Lernenden erhalten einen Lohn, 5) nach Abschluss der Ausbildung bekommen die Berufsleute ein <eidgenoessisch anerkanntes Faehigkeitszeugnis> (Federal PET Diploma), als Einstieg in eine Vollzeit-Beschaeftigung oder eine weiter- fuehrende Berufs-Ausbildung. Today, there is (almost) nothing anymore to admire about France. The rate of unemployment is high there, the salaries are low; particularly in Geneva, the French are considered as <cross-border commuters>, which take the Swiss-Romands the <Jobs> away, said the party <MCG> (Movement of the Geneva Citizens). The (new) self-confidence of the Swiss-Romands is awakened; the economy in the Lake Geneva region has increased by 25% in the last 10 years, more than in Zurich and a lot more than in France!! Francois Hollande visited also Lausanne in order to get to know that <Success>. France seems to be on a downward spiral; now, even the Swiss Foreign Minister hands out <advice> to France! Francois Hollande visited the enterprise Ernst Schweizer Ltd., a company of the Swiss <Cleantech-Industry> in the Canton of Zurich. The enterprise successfully educates trainees; Hollande would like to implement the Swiss dual vocational education system in France! The Ernst Schweizer Ltd. is a success-model for energy-efficiency. [WSNH: In the past, French people were described as <arrogant>; it that still true?] Fuer die Romandie (Westschweiz) ist das Nachbarland Frankreich (France) politisch, wirtschaftlich, kulturell und sportlich keine <Grande Nation> (Grosse Nation) mehr!! Der Praesident von Frankreich Francois Hollande ist auf Staatsbesuch in der Schweiz; er spricht dabei ueber das <Wunder Schweiz> (Le miracle suisse) und das Geheimnis der Schweiz (le secret suisse), ist in der Zeitung <24heures> zu lesen. Sogar Aussen-Minister Didier Burkhalter sagt, <Die Schweiz ist auf Augenhoehe mit Frankreich>. Die Bewunderung fuer Frankreich in der Romandie war einmal in der Vergangenheit! Es gibt heute (fast) nichts mehr zu bewundern betreffend Frankreich. Die Arbeitslosigkeit dort ist hoch, die Loehne sind tief: speziell in Genf betrachtet man die Franzosen als <Frontarliers> (Grenzgaenger), welche den Romands die <Jobs> wegnehmen, sagt die Partei MCG (Mouvement Citoyen Genevois). Das (neue) Selbst-Bewusstsein der Westschweizer ist erwacht; die Wirtschaft in der Region Genfersee (Lake Leman Region) ist in den letzten 10 Jahren um 25% gewachsen, mehr als in Zuerich und viel mehr als in Frankreich!! Francois Hollande besucht deshalb ebenfalls Lausanne um sich diesen <Erfolg> erklaeren zu lassen. Frankreich scheint sich auf einer <Abwaerts-Spirale> (downward spiral) zu befinden; jetzt erteilt sogar der Schweizer Aussen-Minister Frankreich <Ratschlaege>! Francois Hollande besuchte im Kanton Zuerich das Unternehmen Ernst Schweizer AG, eine Firma der Schweizer <Cleantech- Industrie>. Das Unternehmen bildet erfolgreich Lehrlinge aus; Hollande moechte die duale Berufsausbildung der Schweiz in Frankreich umsetzen! Die Ernst Schweizer AG ist ein Erfolgs-Beispiel fuer Energie- Effizienz. In the coming three months, many enterprises expect therefore a weaker business. Major enterprises from the manufacturing sector intend to cut their investments too. The Tankan-report was a negative surprise, said the chief strategist of <Daiwa SB Investments Ltd.> in Tokyo. Japanese groups are <afraid> to do investments in their own country, despite Abenomics. Instead of spending money for investments, companies concentrate on efficiency. That doesn't correspond to the plan of the Government of Abe Shinzo, which intended to accelerate the economy with lower interest rates. A sample of it is the enterprise <Daikin Industries Ltd.>, a manufacturer of air conditioners, which implemented many measures without spending money for that. In order to increase the production output at the plant in Kusatsu (Shiga-ken), the company built their own robots as well as equipments and employs many temporary workers instead of buying new machines, said Daikin-manager Mr. Ogura Hirotoshi. The enterprises in Japan <stockpile> a total of 730 billion US-Dollar in cash without spending a part of it for investments. Many enterprises manufacture now again in Japan in order to benefit from the weaker currency (Yen). That led however so far not to additional spending. According to Saito Taro of the research institute <NLI Research Institute>, the easing of the monetary policy didn't lead to higher investments at the same time. The fiction of the <Bank of Japan> and the Abe-Government on this was wrong!! According to chief economist Takeda Atsushi of the research institute <Itochu>, the Abe- regime can do little to increase the investments by the Groups. In view of the excessive Yen-strength after the bankruptcy of the US- Lehman Brothers (finance crisis 2007), the enterprise in Japan don't want to take any risks, said Takeda-san. Zuerich Marathon: Japanische Spitzen-Laeufer am Start. 2015年4月19日のツューリッヒ・マラソンに二人の日本人トップ・アマチュア ランナーが出場する。28歳の川内優輝と36歳の坂本喜子。坂本さんは3人の子 供の母親で2014年輝かしい成績を残した。二人の走者は日本では有名なマラ ソンのスター。川内さんは国際的にも尊敬されているマラソン走者。2011年 東京マラソンで2時間8分37秒の記録で3位になり、アマチュアは多くの日本人 プロ選手達より早かった！！彼は学校の事務職員として働いている。走る装 備(靴と衣類)は運動用具店からの借物。川内さんは毎日13時から21時まで勤 務し、練習は午前中にしている。彼の成績ではプロへの転向も可能だが、彼 はアマチュアの身分に誇りを持っている。アマチュアとして「自分の自由」 を守れると川内さんは言う。2013年には11回、2014年には13回もマラソン大 会で走った。プロフェッショナルは年に2回か3回の走りに集中する。マラソ ンを走る事で川内さんは喜びを感じ、マラソンを高度な訓練と考えている。 マラソン前夜川内優輝は伝統的な日本のカレーと約1kgのお米を食べると強 調した。ツューリッヒでは、ツューリッヒ・マラソンの組織委員長ブルーノ ・ラフランチの日本人妻がこのメニューを彼の為に調理する。マラソン競技 場には沢山のケニアやエチオピアの選手が勝者になるので残念ながらいささ か退屈、関心が薄れて来た。二人の日本人トップ・ランナーのスタートは、 組織委員長にとっても新しいハイライトで、ツューリッヒでこの二人の日本 人トップ・ランナーが参加する事を誇りに思っている。組織委員長も元マラ ソンランナーで1988年の別府大分マラソンの伝説の勝者。 (出典：2015年4月17日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙＆今日のスポーツ紙) At the Zurich Marathon on April 19, 2015, two Japanese Top amateur- runners are on the start; there are the 28-years old Kawauchi Yuki and the 36-years old Sakamoto Yoshiko. Sakamoto-san is a triple mother and achieved brilliant results in 2014. The two runners are celebrated marathon-stars in Japan; Kawauchi-san is also internationally a very prestigious marathon runner. In 2011 he finished as third at the Tokyo-Marathon in a time of 2:08:37 hours and was as amateur even faster than many Japanese professional runners!! He works as employee at a school administration; his sport equipment for the race (shoes and clothes) are only borrowed from his outfitter. Kawauchi-san works daily from 1 pm. to 9 pm. and trains in the morning. With his performance he could switch to the professionals, but he is however proud of his status as amateur. He can keep <his freedom> as amateur, said Kawauchi-san. He ran 11-times a marathon in 2013 and in 2014 he did it even 13-times.; professionals concentrate on two or three races (marathons) per year. The running of marathon is a joy for Kawauchi- san and he considers a marathon as a high-level training. On the eve of a marathon, Kawauchi Yuki eats a traditional Japanese Curry with about 1 kilogram of rice, he emphasized. In Zurich, the Japanese spouse of the Zurich Marathon Chief Bruno Lafranchi prepares that meal. The marathon scene has unfortunately become a bit boring and less interesting with the many winners from Kenya and Ethiopia. The start of the two Japanese top runners in Zurich is for the Marathon- Chief a new highlight and he is proud that the Japanese run in Zurich. The event-chief is an ex-Marathon runner and winner of the legendary Beppu-Ohita Marathon in the year 1988. Am Zuerich Marathon vom 19. April 2015 sind zwei japanische Spitzen- Amateur-Athleten am Start; es sind dies der 28-jaehrige Kawauchi Yuki und die 36-jaehrige Sakamoto Yoshiko. Sakamoto-san ist 3-fache Mutter und erzielte 2014 Glanz-Resultate. Die beiden Laeufer sind gefeierte Marathon-Stars in Japan; Kawauchi-san ist auch international ein sehr angesehener Marathon-Laeufer. 2011 wurde er am Tokyo-Marathon Dritter in 2:08:37 Stunden und war damit als Amateur schneller als viele japanische Profi-Laeufer!! Er arbeitet als Angestellter einer Schule in der Verwaltung; seine Ausruestung fuer das Rennen (Schuhe und Kleider) hat er nur geliehen von seinem Ausruester. Kawauchi-san arbeitet taeglich von 13 Uhr bis 21 Uhr und trainiert am Vormittag. Mit seinen Leistungen koennte er zu den Profis wechseln, er ist jedoch stolz auf seinen Status als Amateur. Als Amateur koenne er sich <seine Freiheit> bewahren, sagt Kawauchi-san. Er lief im Jahr 2013 11-Mal einen Marathon und 2014 sogar 13-Mal; Profis konzentrieren sich auf zwei oder drei Rennen (Marathons) pro Jahr. Das Laufen eines Marathon macht Kawauchi-san Freude und er betrachtet den Marathon als hoch- stehendes Training. Am Vorabend eines Marathon isst Kawauchi Yuki ein traditionelles japanisches Curry mit etwa 1 Kilogramm Reis, betont er. In Zuerich kocht ihm die japanische Ehefrau des OK-Chef des Zuerich Marathon Bruno Lafranchi dieses Menue. Der Marathon-Schauplatz mit den vielen Siegern aus Kenia und Aethiopien ist leider etwas langweilig und weniger interessant geworden. Der Start der beiden japanischen Spitzen-Laeufer in Zuerich ist fuer den OK-Chef ein neuer Hoehepunkt (highlight) und er ist stolz, dass die Japaner in Zuerich dabei sind. The radiation level (radioactivity) inside the reactor of Fukushima amounts to 9.7 Sievert per hour; that kills a human in one hour. The Chief Justice President Higuchi Hideaki of the District Court of Fukui justified his verdict against the restart with a lack of safety standards and the earthquake safety. The location of the Takahama-plant is strongly earthquake-threatened and there were already huge (mega) Tsunamis at that site!! Higuchi-san made a verdict against the restart of nuclear reactors at the Oi-nuclear plant already last year. Higuchi-san spent his career at local, lower courts; he is therefore not part of the <Elite Judiciary>, which makes <Government-pleasing> verdicts, says Nishikawa Shinichi of the <Meiji University>. He says that <such verdicts> are a precondition for a promotion!! At <higher courts> in Japan ex-Bureaucrats however have the majority; those jurists judge firmly <Government-loyal>, writes another journalist! Das mutige Gerichts-Urteil und die Roboter-Bilder erinnern die Japaner an die <nicht kontrollierbaren Risiken> der Atom-Energie in Japan. Die Strahlen-Dosis (Radioaktivitaet) im Reaktor von Fukushima betraegt 9,7 Sievert pro Stunde; diese toetet einen Menschen in einer Stunde. Gerichts-Praesident Higuchi Hideaki vom Bezirksgericht Fukui begruendete sein Urteil gegen den Neustart mit mangelnden Sicherheits-Standards und der Erdbeben-Sicherheit. Der Standort des Takahama-AKW ist stark Erdbeben-gefaehrdet und es gab hier schon riesige Tsunami!! Higuchi-san sprach schon letztes Jahr ein Gerichts-Urteil gegen den Neustart von AKW-Reaktoren beim AKW Oi aus.
