The new company will manufacture the so-called <HVDC-Systems> (high-voltage direct current). The Swiss ABB is a worldwide leader in the field of <HVDC>; the co-operation has to do with the new energy-policy strategy (orientation) of the electricity market in Japan. Presently, there are nine regional electricity enterprises in Japan and they have a monopoly!! After the nuclear power disaster in Fukushima nearly four years ago, the Japanese people have (at last) clearly realized that a current exchange between the two regions of the country is almost impossible. At the East (single-phase) alternating current with a power frequency of 50 Hertz (Hz) is produced; at the West however, it is 60 Hertz (Hz). At that time, there was only one unit, which could convert the current frequency. With the stepwise deregulation of the Japanese electricity market from 2016 and the feeding-in of wind- and solar-energy, modern grids and innovative current systems are needed in Japan. For it, the Swiss <ABB> supplies the necessary <Know-how> and the latest technology. The two groups expect a good business because the nuclear-energy in Japan has lost the confidence of the Japanese citizens! Regarding to the new strategy, there is however still a certain risk; that (risk) is called <Premier Abe Shinzo>! <Premier Abe> is a supporter of the nuclear energy and he wants to restart many nuclear power reactors. Die neue Firma wird so-genannte <HVDC-Systeme> (high-voltage direct current) herstellen. Die Schweizer ABB ist weltweit fuehrend im Bereich von <HVDC>; die Zusammenarbeit hat mit der neuen energie- politischen Ausrichtung des Strom-Marktes in Japan zu tun. Derzeit besitzen in Japan neun regionale Elektrizitaet-Unternehmen ein Monopol!! Nach der Atom-Katastrophe von Fukushima vor fast vier Jahren wurde den Japanern (endlich) deutlich klar, dass ein Strom-Austausch zwischen den zwei Regionen des Landes fast nicht moeglich ist. Im Osten wird Wechselstrom mit einer Netz-Frequenz von 50 Hertz produziert; im Westen dagegen sind es 60 Hertz. Es gab damals nur eine Station, welche die Strom-Frequenz umwandeln konnte. Mit der stufenweisen Deregulierung des japanischen Strom-Marktes ab 2016 und der Einspeisung von Wind- und Sonnen-Energie braucht es moderne Netze und innovative Strom-Systeme in Japan. Dafuer liefert die Schweizer <ABB> das noetige <Know-how> und die neueste Technologie. Die beiden Konzerne erwarten gute Geschaefte, da die Atom-Energie in Japan bei den Buergern an Vertrauen verloren hat! (Fri. 12.12.2014 Smi) 日本の最も貧しい県の一つ秋田では、県民は安倍首相の政策に失望し疲弊して いる。東京では自民党の選挙スローガン「アベノミクス」は経済成長を既に達 成しているが、秋田では地元の自民党候補御法川信英はこれを言うことが出来 ない。ここの住民は、秋田経済は20年来縮小し今年は消費税増税でガソリン代 と肥料が値上がりしてすべてが更に悪化していることを知っている！湯沢市で は多くの商店が閉められ(永久に)、多数の家屋が老朽化している。いくつかの 漁村は消滅し、秋田県の人口はこの5年間で5%減少した。地元に仕事は無いと 毎月家に帰ってくる女性は言う。秋田県では自民党は女性に人気が無いが、主 に男性が自民党を支持している。毎日新聞は、自民党の御法川が「贈賄」で選 挙違反をしたと報じた！国際教養大学の根岸洋助教授は「日本の風景が滅びる 」更なる理由を特派員に説明した！！「極端な中央集権は政治や経済だけでな く人の心も支配する。」！教師は子供を東京か少なくとも北日本唯一の大都会 仙台の良い学校に行かせようとする。子供達の親でさえもそう言う。東京だけ に未来があるかのように。東京へ出た者は「東京がもう魅力的な街ではなくな っていても」戻っては来ない！［WSNH: 権力と税金を握る東京の中央官僚が、 地元住民の要望や意思に沿わない計画で地方を支配している事がしばしば報じ られている。］（出典：2014年12月12日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） In one of the poorest prefecture's in Japan in Akita, the citizens are disappointed and <irritated> about the politics of Premier Abe Shinzo. In Tokyo, the election-slogan of the LDP was <Abenomics> has already produced growth; in Akita however, the local LDP-candidate Minorikawa Nobuhide cannot tell that story. The citizens here know that the economy in Akita has contracted since 20 years and this year everything got even worse with the VAT-increase, the soaring prices for gasoline and fertilizer (Yen). In the town of Yuzawa, many shops are closed (for ever) and many houses are dilapidated; several fishing villages have become extinct and the population dropped by 5% in Akita-ken in five years. There are no jobs here, said a woman, who returns back <home> every month. In Akita-ken, the LDP-party isn't popular among women; mostly men support the LDP. The newspaper <Mainichi> reported that the LDP-Minorikawa does violate the election law by making <presents>! Negishi Yo, Assistance Professor at the <Akita International University> explained to the correspondent further reasons why <Japan's countryside (province)> is ruined!! He said that the <extreme centralism dominates not only the politics and the economy, but it is also in the heads of the people>! Teachers push good high-school students to go to Tokyo or at least to Sendai, the only large city in the North. Even the parents of the children think the same way. It seems <as if there is only in Tokyo a future>. Who goes to Tokyo doesn't return even though <Tokyo is no more an attractive City>! [WSNH: The concentration of power and public (tax) money in the hands of the <Bureaucracy> in Tokyo can lead to projects in the province, which do not meet the need and will of the local population, is often reported.] In einer der aermsten Praefekturen Japans in Akita sind die Buerger enttaeuscht und <gestresst> von der Politik von Premier Abe Shinzo. In Tokyo lautet der Wahl-Slogan der LDP, <Abenomics> habe schon Wachstum produziert; in Akita kann der lokale LDP-Kandidat Minorikawa Nobuhide diese Geschichte nicht verkuenden. Die Buerger hier wissen, dass die Wirtschaft in Akita seit 20 Jahren schrumpft und dieses Jahr wurde alles mit der VAT-Erhoehung, den gestiegenen Preisen fuer Benzin und Duenger (Yen) noch schlimmer! In der Stadt Yuzawa sind viele Geschaefte geschlossen und viele Haeuser sind baufaellig; etliche Fischerdoerfer sind ausgestorben und die Bevoelkerung ging um 5% zurueck in Akita-ken in fuenf Jahren. Es gibt keine Arbeit hier, sagt eine Frau, welche jeden Monat <nach Hause> kommt. In Akita-ken ist die LDP bei den Frauen nicht beliebt; hauptsaechlich die Maenner unterstuetzten die LDP. Die Zeitung <Mainichi> berichtete, LDP- Minorikawa verstosse mit <Geschenken> gegen das Wahlgesetz! Negishi Yo, Assistenz-Professor an der <Akita International University> erklaerte dem Korrespondenten weitere Gruende, weshalb <Japans Landschaft> zu Grunde gehe!! Er sagte der <extreme Zentralismus beherrsche nicht nur die Politik und die Wirtschaft, sondern er sei auch in den Koepfen der Menschen>! Die Lehrer draengten gute Mittelschueler nach Tokyo zu gehen oder wenigstens nach Sendai, der einzigen Gross-Stadt im Norden. Sogar die Eltern der Kinder sagen dies ebenfalls. Es scheint <als gaebe es nur in Tokyo eine Zukunft>. Wer nach Tokyo gehe, komme nicht zurueck, obwohl <Tokyo keine attraktive Stadt mehr ist>! Japan: Tiefste Wahlbeteiligung seit Ende 2. Compared to the Lower House elections of 2012 that means a drop by 7%. The victorious LDP-party has again lost sympathy in the population; the typical <LDP-voter> is said to be above-average old, male and lives in the province (countryside), analyzed the report. A group of lawyers have again already submitted a lawsuit against the elections. The <higher weighting> of the votes in the low-populated prefectures <violates Japan's constitution>. The <highest court> of Japan has already the last and the next-to-last elections condemned as <unconstitutional>!! Even LDP-deputies spoke about a <election about nothing>. With the election, Abe Shinzo intended to secure two additional Government-Years, said the opposition. At the same time, Abe-san is wasting (tax-) money and time with the election, they explained. The Japanologist Gerald Curtis of the Columbia University said that the election result was <not a vote of confidence for Abe- san and the LDP, but a vote of non-confidence against the opposition>. The analysis meant, Japan was doing <Abenomics> already a long time before the <Abe-people> called the economic policy by that slogan. The slogan <Abenomics> might soon disappear and Japan's economy will continue to languish. Eine Gruppe von Rechtsanwaelten hat bereits wieder eine juristische Klage gegen die Wahlen eingereicht. Die <hoehere Gewichtung> der Stimmen in den bevoelkerungs-armen Praefekturen <verstoesst gegen Japans Verfassung>. Das <oberste Gericht> Japans hatte bereits die letzten und vor-letzten Wahlen als <verfassungswidrig> verurteilt!! Sogar LDP-Abgeordnete sprachen von einer <Wahl ueber Nichts>. Mit der Wahl wolle sich Abe Shinzo zwei zusaetzliche Regierungs-Jahre sichern, sagte die Opposition. Gleichzeitig verschwende Abe-san (Steuer-) Geld und Zeit mit der Wahl, erklaerten sie. Der Japanologe Gerald Curtis von der Columbia University erklaerte, das Wahl-Resultat sei <kein Vertrauens-Votum fuer Abe-san und die LDP, sondern ein Misstrauens-Votum fuer die Opposition>. (Thu. 18.12.2014 Smi) スイス国立銀行(中央銀行)は意表を突くマイナス金利を導入してスイスフラン 安に導く意向。3年前スイス中銀は１ユーロ最低交換レート1.20スイスフラン を設定して高過ぎるスイスフラン対策をした。当時スイスフラン高はスイス経 済にとって脅威だった。ユーロ最低交換レートはこれまでスイス中銀によって 成功裏に防衛されてきた。石油価格の暴落、ロシアでルーブルの下落、欧米の 制裁が金融市場を極端な不安に陥れた。この為スイスフランは不安な投資家の 避難場所になり、固定レートのユーロ最低価格が圧力を受けた。2015年1月22 日から国立銀行の当座預金口座に懲罰金利0.25%の金利がかけられる。だが最 低限度の1千万スイスフラン迄は無利子。スイスの銀行はこの新しい対策の影 響は全く受けず、対象となるのは危機に際して迅速に資金を移動させるヘッジ ファンド等。欧州中央銀行(EZB)は2014年6月既に預金にマイナス金利を導入し ている。[WSNH: 日本では日銀が金融緩和政策を行い、大量の安い資金を株式 市場に流入させてバブルを引き起こしている。いわゆる黒田バズーカは経済に 更に資金流入させる！](出典：2014年12月18日付スイス公共放送SRFニュース) The Swiss National Bank (SNB) has surprisingly introduced negative interest rates; that measure intends to weaken the Swiss Currency (Swiss Franc/CHF). Three years ago, the National Bank (SNB) has fixed a minimum exchange rate of CHF 1.20 for one Euro; that was a measure against the strongly overvalued Swiss currency. The strength of the franc threatened then the Swiss economy. The Euro-minimum rate was so far successfully defended by the National bank (SNB). The collapse of the oil price, the loss in value of the Ruble (RUB) in Russia and sanctions of the EU and the USA have led to a strong uncertainty at the financial markets. The Swiss Franc (CHF) became therefore a <safe haven> for insecure investors and with it the fixed Euro stop-out price came under pressure. As from January 22, 2015, the cash on current accounts at the Swiss National Bank (SNB) will be charged (taxed) with a penalty interest (negative interest) of 0.25%. There will be however an exemption limit of at least 10 Mio. CHF. The Swiss Banks will hardly be affected by that new measure; in the focus are e.g. <Hedgefonds>, which quickly shift their money in time of crisis. The European Central Bank (EZB) has introduced negative interest rates on bank deposits already in June 2014. [WSNH: In Japan the loose monetary policy of the Bank of Japan caused the reaction that lots of <cheap> money flowed to the Stock Exchange where it triggered off a <Bubble>. With the so-called <Kuroda-Bazooka> even still more money will be pumped into the economy!] Die Schweizerische Nationalbank (SNB) fuehrt ueberraschend Negativ- Zinsen ein; diese Massnahme soll den Schweizer Franken (CHF) schwaechen. Vor drei Jahren hat die Nationalbank (SNB) einen Mindestkurs von CHF 1.20 fuer einen Euro festgelegt; dies war eine Massnahme gegen die starke Ueberbewertung der Schweizer Waehrung. Die Franken-Staerke bedrohte damals die Schweizer Wirtschaft. Den Euro- Mindestkurs hat die Nationalbank (SNB) bisher erfolgreich verteidigt. Der Zerfall des Oelpreises, der Wertverlust des Rubel in Russland und die Sanktionen der EU und der USA haben zu einer starken Unsicherheit an den Finanz-Maerkten gefuehrt. Der Schweizer Franken (CHF) wurde deshalb fuer verunsicherte Anleger zu einem <sicheren Hafen> (safe haven) und damit kam die festgelegte Euro-Kurs-Untergrenze unter Druck. Ab dem 22. Januar 2015 werden Guthaben auf Girokonten bei der Nationalbank mit einem Strafzins (Negativ-Zins) von 0,25% belastet. Es gibt allerdings eine Freigrenze von mindestens 10 Mio. CHF. Die Schweizer Banken sind von der neuen Massnahme kaum betroffen; im Fokus stehen zum Beispiel <Hedgefonds>, welche in Krisen-Zeiten Geld schnell verschieben. Die Europaeische Zentralbank (EZB) hat Negativ- Zinsen auf Bank-Einlagen bereits im Juni 2014 eingefuehrt. Der Abflug verzoegerte sich fuer die 250 Passagiere um 20 Minuten. Jetzt wurde die Frau fristlos entlassen wegen <Verstoss gegen das Luftfahrt-Gesetz>. Die Frau musste sie oeffentlich entschuldigen; der Chef von <Korean Air> (ihr Vater) entschuldigte sich ebenfalls im Fernsehen fuer das <dumme Verhalten> seiner Tochter! Korean Air gehoert zur <Hanjin-Gruppe>. Die grossen Familien-Unternehmen (Chaebol) benehmen sich in Suedkorea oft so, als ob fuer sie <andere Gesetze> gelten wuerden!! Die koreanische Bevoelkerung toleriert dies jedoch immer weniger. Der <Sturz der verwoehnten Tochter> weckt die Schadenfreude, steht im Zeitungs-Bericht.
