The goods, it is mostly the popular Lindor- chocolate balls were stolen from a warehouse near the city of Milan. It is said to be the biggest chocolate robbery in the history, wrote a newspaper. Already in October two men were arrested by the Italian police; they carried out truck transports and thereby they have stolen part of the cargo. Yet the end of November the police discovered in a warehouse near the City of Rome 20 tons of Lindt praline hidden at the cold storage rooms. The market value of the discovered 2064 boxes of chocolate is said to amount to 2 Mio. Euro, newspapers in Italy reported. Now, at a warehouse near the City of Naples 50 tons of Lindt chocolate (Lindor) were found; according to the police, the value of the chocolate amounts to about 1,5 Mio. Euro. Die Ware, es handelt sich mehrheitlich um die beliebten Lindor-Kugeln (Lindor-Chocolate balls) wurden aus einem Lagerhaus in der Naehe von Mailand entwendet. Es soll sich um den groessten Schokolade-Raub in der Geschichte handeln, schrieb eine Zeitung. Bereits im Oktober wurden zwei Maenner durch die italienische Polizei verhaftet; sie fuehrten die Lastwagen-Transporte durch und haben dabei einen Teil der Ladung gestohlen. Schon Ende November fand die Polizei in einem Lagerhaus in der Naehe von Rom 20 Tonnen Lindt- Pralines, versteckt in den Kuehlraeumen. Der Marktwert der entdeckten 2064 Schachteln Schokolade betrage 2 Mio. Euro, berichteten Zeitungen in Italien. Jetzt wurden in einem Lager in der Naehe von Neapel 50 Tonnen Lindt Schokolade (Lindor) gefunden; laut der Polizei betraegt der Wert der Schokolade zirka 1,5 Mio. Euro. The Rating- Agency <Fitch> threatens Japan with a down-grading of the credit worthiness; the country is said to be put under an intensified monitoring (Rating Watch Negative). <Fitch> will decide later whether the country is going to lose the note <A+> in the middle of 2015 at the most. The transfer of <certain secrets> can now be punished with prison of up to 10 years. Authorities and governmental departments can now determine by themselves, which information should be declared as <secret>. These <secrets> could be shut away for up to 60 years. There is said to be no independent supervisory authority, critics complain. Journalists, which encourage to the disclosure of secret information can be punished with prison of up to 5 years. That is regarded to be an attack on to the Freedom of Press in Japan. Media, which are critical about the Government have felt increasingly more pressure, said a representative of the newspaper labor union. There were also taken lawsuits against the law regarding to a violation of the Constitution. Japan is on a turning point, said the Nobel-Prize-Winner Oe Kenzaburo and critics warned that <Wars start with Secrets>!! After the disaster of Fukushima in 2011, the Organization <Reporters Without Borders> recorded an increase of the violation of the freedom of the media, as it wrote. Es fehle eine unabhaengige Ueberwachungs-Behoerde dazu, beklagen Kritiker. Journalisten, welche zur Herausgabe von geheimen Informationen ermuntern, werden mit Gefaengnis mit bis zu 5 Jahren bestraft. Dies wird als ein Angriff auf die Presse-Freiheit in Japan betrachtet. Medien, welche kritisch gegenueber der Regierung sind, bekommen immer mehr Druck zu spueren, sagte ein Vertreter der Zeitungs-Gewerkschaft. Es wurden gerichtliche Klagen wegen Verfassungs-Verstoss gegen das Gesetz eingereicht. The Englishmen have tested several artificial turf football pitches in Eastern Switzerland in autumn and they judged it to be <by far the best turf>. In the meantime, 1,300 square-meters of artificial turf were ordered; it will be implanted at a hall directly next to the famous <Emirates Stadium> in London. It is the first time ever that Swiss artificial turf will be installed in England. The so-called <Appenzell-turf> was developed in co-operation with the <Empa> in St. Gallen, a research institute of the Swiss ETH (Material Science and Technology). It was the goal to manufacture the most ideal football-turf. It corresponds to the natural turf and is made of polyamide in the core as well from skin- friendly polyethylene outside. The Swiss artificial turf will be delivered in January 2015; the delivery will be done by truck and ship. Inzwischen wurden 1'300 Quadratmeter Kunstrasen bestellt; dieser soll in einer Halle direkt neben dem beruehmten <Emirates Stadion> in London eingepflanzt werden. Es ist das erste Mal ueberhaupt, dass in England Schweizer Kunstrasen installiert wird. Der so-genannte <Appenzeller Rasen> (Appenzell turf) wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der <Empa> in St. Gallen, einem Forschungs-Institut der ETH (Materials Science and Technology) entwickelt. Bush, the ex-US Defense Minister Donald Rumsfeld and the ex-US Vice-President Dick Cheney in connection with the <CIA- Torture-Report> by the US-Senate. The Swiss prosecutor accused the <Anti-Terror-Policy> of the Bush-Administration in public for years. Dick Marty is the author of the report about the secret prisons of the CIA located in Eastern Europe published in 2007. The Swiss requests the criminal prosecution of the politically responsible persons in the USA regarding to the CIA-torture practice and a compensation to the victims. The torture of the CIA falls under the <Anti-Torture- Convention> of the United Nations (UN), which was ratified by the USA in 1994. Should no criminal prosecution be started in the USA, then other countries could to do so, said Amnesty International Switzerland. The UN-Special rapporteur Mr. Ben Emmerson declared that the CIA-agents and the US-politicians must face the juridical responsibility for their crimes within the cope of the CIA- interrogations.
