(Fri. 25.07.2014 Smi) 福島の原発事故周辺に生息する日本猿に、放射能に依る「血液異常」が見られ るとメディアは報じた。日本猿の血液異常の検査は東京の「日本獣医生命科学 大学」の羽山伸一教授率いる研究者グループが実施した。研究者達はこの程調 査結果を専門誌<Scientific Reports>に発表した。原発事故の影響を92頭の日 本猿で調査、その内61頭は原発事故現場からおよそ70km離れた福島市周辺の猿 。他の猿は400km離れた下北半島(青森県)の猿。福島の猿には筋肉に含まれる 放射性セシウム濃度が1kg当り78〜1,778ベクレル含まれている事を研究者達は 突き止めた。下北半島の猿には放射性セシウムは検出されなかった。福島の猿 の血液の値が悪い事が明確に示され、例えば血球、ヘモグロビン等の数が少な い。研究者は免疫システムの低下を示唆する。この調査は放射能が人間の健康 に及ぼす影響を理解するのに役立つ。(出典：2014年7月25日付ターゲス・アン ツァイガー紙＆インターネット報道) http://touten2010.exblog.jp/20056080 Media reported that Japanese monkeys (macaque), which live in the region of the destroyed Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in Fukushima had <bad blood values> (abnormalities) due to the radioactive radiation. The investigations regarding to the blood abnormalities at the Japanese macaque were conducted by a researcher group under Professor Shin-ichi Hayama of the <Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University> in Tokyo. The researcher published their results recently at the professional journal <Scientific Reports>. The researcher investigated the consequences of the Nuclear Power Plant disaster on 92 Japanese monkeys (Macaca fuscata); 61 animals were originated from the region around Fukushima-shi, about 70 kilometers away from the destroyed NPP-plant. The other monkeys lived on the peninsula Shimokita (Aomori-ken) about 400 kilometers away. Regarding to the monkeys from Fukushima, the researchers found radio-cesium values in the muscles with a concentration of between 78 and 1,778 becquerel (Bq) per kilogram. Referring to the monkey from Shimokita however no radio-cesium was found. Besides, the monkeys from Fukushima had significantly worse blood values; for instance a lower number of blood cells, hemoglobin etc. The researchers describe that as a sign of a weakened Immune System. The study shall contribute to understand the impacts of radioactive radiation on the human health. Die Untersuchungen zu den Blut-Anomalien bei den japanischen Makaken fuehrte eine Forscher-Gruppe unter Professor Shin-ichi Hayama von der <Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University> in Tokyo. Die Forscher veroeffentlichten ihre Ergebnisse kuerzlich im Fach-Magazin <Scientific Reports>. Die Forscher untersuchten die Folgen der AKW- Katastrophe an 92 Japan-Affen (Macaca fuscata); 61 Tiere kamen aus der Region um Fukushima-Shi, zirka 70 Kilometer vom zerstoerten AKW entfernt. Die uebrigen Affen lebten auf der Halb-Insel Shimokita (Aomori-ken) zirka 400 Kilometer weit weg. Bei den Affen aus Fukushima fanden die Forscher Radio-Caesium-Werte in den Muskeln in einer Konzentration zwischen 78 und 1'778 Becquerel pro Kilogramm. (Wed. 16.07.2014 Smi) カントン・ツークの高校生ダリオ・ディットゥリが「青少年交換プログラム」 の語学研修でオハイオ州の南レンジ・オハイオ高校の授業を受けていた。彼の 予想に反して学校の授業はつまらないだけで、殆ど宿題も無かった！その為彼 はする事が無かったと17歳の男子生徒は書いている！！或る日彼は食堂でピザ が振舞われるという校内放送を聞いた。そこでジョンソン・コントロールズの 職員が「創造的エネルギー挑戦点火」コンテストについて話をした。彼はただ 退屈だったので、コンテストに参加する事にした。エネルギー発生のテーマで アイディアとヴィジョンを学生が提案するというものだった。エネルギーは運 動で生まれると教えてくれたツークの良い化学の先生のお陰で、彼は自分のア イディアで「エコ・エネルギー・シューズ」を開発した。日常の動きでエネル ギーを生産する事は可能になる。彼は対応する理論で試作品を作り、プロジェ クトのプレゼンテーションをした。コンテストには全米から15,000人以上の学 生が参加した。最初彼は<National Energy Foundation> から電子メールで参 加部門の優勝を知らされた時、殆ど信じられなかった。彼はテレビ局のインタ ビューを受け、ワシントンD.C.の「国家エネルギー効率フォーラム」に招待さ れた。(出典：2014年7月16日付ツーク・週刊紙) The Swiss student Dario Dittli from the Canton of Zug was on a language stay in Ohio (USA) within the scope of a <Youth Exchange> program. There he attended the classes at the <High School South Range Ohio>. Contrary to his expectations, the tuition at the school was however just only boring and virtually almost no homework was given!! Therefore, he had simply nothing to do, writes the 17-years old Swiss male!! One day, he heard through the school laud speaker that at the school lunchroom free Pizza was offered. There a staff of the company <Johnson Controls> spoke about the contest <Igniting Creative Energy Challenge (ICE)>. Because the student simply felt boring, he decided to participate on the contest. It was about providing ideas and visions regarding to the subject of energy generation by the students. Thanks to his good chemistry teacher in Zug, who explained the students that energy is <movement>, the student developed his idea (project) of the <Eco Energy Shoe>. Based on its own daily movements, it should be possible to produce energy. He built a prototype with the relevant specifications and presented his project. More than 15,000 students from the USA participated on the contest. First, he almost couldn't believe that he had won the contest in his category when he received an E-Mail from the <National Energy Foundation>. TV- stations made an interview with the Swiss and he was invited to the <National Energy Efficiency Forum> in Washington D.C. Dort besuchte er den Unterricht an der <High School South Range Ohio>. Entgegen seiner Erwartung war jedoch der Unterricht an der Schule einfach nur langweilig und es gab praktisch keine Hausaufgaben!! Deshalb hatte er einfach nichts zu tun, schreibt der 17-jaehrige Schweizer!! Eines Tages hoerte er ueber den Schulhaus- Lautsprecher, dass es in der Mensa (Schulkantine) gratis (kostenlos) Pizza gebe. Dort sprach ein Mitarbeiter von <Johnson Controls> ueber den Wettbewerb <Igniting Creative Energy Challenge (ICE)>. Da es dem Student einfach langweilig war, entschied er sich am Wettbewerb teilzunehmen. Es ging darum, dass Schueler ihre Ideen und Vorstellungen zum Thema Energie-Gewinnung einbringen konnten. Dank seinem guten Chemie-Lehrer in Zug, welcher den Studenten erklaert hatte, dass Energie <Bewegung> sei, entwickelte der Student seine Idee (Projekt) mit dem <Eco Energy Shoe>. Durch die eigene taegliche Bewegung sollte es moeglich, Energie zu produzieren. Er baute einen Prototyp mit einer entsprechenden Beschreibung und praesentierte sein Projekt. The Japanese enterprises are said to have reduced their production so strong as last time on the occasion of the earthquake- and Tsunami disaster in March 2011! Based on a monthly view the fall amounted to 3.3% according to the Japanese Ministry of Economics. Economists had expected on the average a minus of 1.2%. It is said that the enterprises first intended to reduce their stocks; it is assumed that the industrial production would again increase in the next two months. The last time an increase of 0.7% resulted in May 2014. Japan's exports dropped also further. The reason is said to be a weaker demand from Asian countries and the USA. According to the Japanese Ministry of Finance, the exports dropped by 2% in June 2014 compared to the period of the previous year. For the first time in 15 months Japan's exports had dropped in May 2014; economists had expected an increase in June 2014. The weak development of the exports is said to endanger the economic-political objectives of the Government of Abe Shinzo! The Japanese Abe-Government has already down-graded their economical forecasts for the current year! According to the Abe-Cabinet, the exports develop less good than expected and the drop in demand after the increase of the value-added tax (VAT) in April is said to be stronger than expected. For the present fiscal year up to the end of March 2015, only an economic growth of 1.2% is expected! Die schwache Entwicklung der Exporte gefaehrde die wirtschafts-politischen Ziele der Regierung von Abe Shinzo! Argentina calls those US-Hedge funds as vulture or describes them as <vulture funds>. In the media, particularly the US- investor Paul Singer of the <Elliott Management Corporation> is mentioned; he is described as <ruthless grasshopper> and speculator. But also the 83-years old partially retired US-district judge Thomas Griescha was criticized for his verdict. His judgment fully supports the US-Hedge funds and prohibits Argentina the interest payments to the other creditors. Argentina shall have deposited for that purpose already 539 Mio. US-Dollar at the <Bank of New York>. Based on the issue of loans in US-Dollar, Argentina was subjected to the legal system of New York! A number of hedge funds started to buy out Argentina Government Bonds for <rock bottom prices> and for a fraction of its face value already before 2001. Their strategy was always to request the back payment of the face value at US-Courts. These hedge funds, Argentina calls them <vulture funds> were never interested in a financial restructuring! Had Argentina paid the three US-Hedge funds (Elliott etc.) 1.5 billion US-Dollars then the US-Hedge fund Elliott would have made a yield of 1,600%. According to observers that percentage figure is plausible. Elliott and the US-billionaire Paul Singer had applied that <business model> already in the past regarding to other States such as Peru. With a stake of 11 Mio. US-Dollar, he became then a payment of 58 Mio. US-Dollar. In the media, the methods of the <vulture funds> are described as ethically disputable and such actions endangered the international financial system!! Mit fragwuerdigen und problematischen Methoden haben drei US-Hedgfonds den Staat Argentinien in den Bankrott getrieben, dies schreiben verschiedene Medien. Argentinien beschimpft diese US-Hedgefonds als <Geier> oder nennt sie <Geierfonds>. In den Medien wird besonders der US-Investor Paul Singer von <Elliott Management Corporation> erwaehnt; er wird als <ruecksichtslose Heu-Schrecke> und Spekulant beschrieben. Aber auch der 83-jaehrige, teil-pensionierte US-Bezirks-Richter Thomas Griescha wird fuer sein Urteil kritisiert. Mit seinem Entscheid gab er den US-Hedgefonds vollstaendig recht und verbot damit Argentinien die Zinszahlungen an die uebrigen Glaeubiger. Argentinien soll das Geld dafuer in der Hoehe von 539 Mio. US-Dollar bereits bei der <Bank of New York> deponiert haben. Durch die Ausgabe von Anleihen in US-Dollar wurde Argentinien der Rechts-Ordnung von New York unterstellt! Eine Anzahl von Hedgefonds begann bereits vor 2001 Anleihen des Staates Argentinien zu <Billigst-Preisen> und zu einem Bruchteil des Nominalwerts aufzukaufen. Ihre Strategie war immer die Rueckzahlung des Nominalwerts vor US-Gerichten einzufordern. Diese Hedgefonds, Argentinien nennt sie <Geierfonds>, waren nie an einer Umschuldung interessiert! Haette Argentinien den drei US-Hedgefonds (Elliott etc.) 1,5 Mrd. US-Dollar bezahlt, dann haette der US-Hedgefonds Elliott damit eine Rendite (yield) von gut 1'600% gemacht. Laut Beobachtern sei diese Prozentzahl plausibel. Elliott und der US-Milliardaer Paul Singer haetten dieses <Geschaefts-Modell> bereits frueher bei anderen Staaten, zum Beispiel Peru, angewandt. It was more than a <tragic error>, which the USA tried to spread in the public. On the US-side several mistakes happened so that the civilian aircraft was shot down. The US-military system Aegis operated faulty and identified the Iran Air aircraft as military plane F-14; a second automatic US-system however recognized the Iran Air correctly as civilian airplane. The personnel on the US- warship tried several times to get in contact with the Iran Air, however only military channels and on the emergency frequency. Besides, the US-General Staff claimed that the Iran Air wasn't on a civilian flight route and had approached the US-ship. That was all fake (lied) and part of the US-strategy to describe the shooting as a legitimate defense-action!! US-President Reagan thanked Great Britain only four days later for their support of the US-presentation of the shooting. An investigation report came to the result that Iran Air never had transmitted <military signals> and that the US-warship was located in Iranian territory! George H.W. Bush, then US-Vice President said that he never would offer apologies in the name of the USA, whatever the facts are. Within the scope of an agreement at the International Court of Justice, the USA paid compensation of 61.8 Mio. US-Dollar in 1996. The USA however never accepted the responsibility for the shooting and never apologized to the State of Iran!! [WSNH: Had ever somebody spoken about sanctions against the USA at that time?] Am 3. Juli 1988 wurde der zivile Linienflug der Iran Air No. 655 von Teheran nach Dubai durch ein US-Kriegsschiff im Persischen Golf mit zwei Luftabwehr-Raketen abgeschossen. Dabei starben 290 unschuldige Menschen, darunter waren 66 Kinder und 16 Besatzungs-Mitglieder. Die US-Seite verbreitete zum Vorfall zuerst Luegen und versuchte die Fakten zu verbiegen, schreibt der Zeitungs-Artikel!! Es war mehr als ein <tragischer Irrtum>, welchen die USA in der Oeffentlichkeit verbreiten wollten. Auf der US-Seite fuehrten verschiedene Fehler dazu, dass das zivile Flugzeug abgeschossen wurde. Das US-Militaer- System Aegis arbeitete fehlerhaft und identifizierte das Flugzeug der Iran Air als Militaer-Flugzeug F-14; ein zweites automatisches US- System erkannte die Iran Air jedoch korrekt als Zivil-Flugzeug. Die Mannschaft des US-Kriegsschiff versuchte mit der Iran Air mehrmals in Kontakt zu treten, tat dies jedoch nur auf militaerischen Kanaelen und Notfall-Frequenzen. Der US-Generalstab behauptete zudem die Iran Air habe sich nicht auf einer zivilen Flugroute befunden und haette sich dem US-Schiff genaehert. Dies war alles falsch (gelogen) und war Teil der US-Strategie den Abschuss als berechtigte Verteidigungs-Massnahme darzustellen!! US-Praesident Reagan dankte nur vier Tage spaeter Grossbritannien fuer die Unterstuetzung der US-Darstellung zum Abschuss. Ein Untersuchungsbericht kam zum Ergebnis, dass Iran Air nie <militaerische Signale> gesendet haette und sich das US-Kriegsschiff zudem auf iranischem Hoheitsgebiet befand! George H.W. Bush, damals US-Vizepraesident, sagte er werde sich niemals fuer die USA entschuldigen, egal wie die Fakten seien. Im Rahmen einer Vereinbarung vor dem internationalen Gerichtshof leisteten die USA eine Entschaedigung von 61,8 Mio. US-Dollar im 1996. Die USA uebernahmen jedoch nie die Verantwortung fuer den Abschuss und entschuldigten sich nie gegenueber dem Iran!!
