(Thu. 24.07.2014 Smi) UNO warnt Israels Armee vor moeglichen Kriegsverbrechen. 国連人権理事会の特別会合がジュネーヴで開かれ、パレスティナ占領地区(ガ ザ)を独立の国際調査団に依って人権侵害が起きている可能性を調査する決議 を採択した。投票では29カ国が賛成し、17カ国が棄権、米国だけが反対した！ 日本は棄権した国の一つで、スイスには現在理事会での投票権が無い。国連人 権高等弁務官は、ガザでは16日間に147名の子供達が殺戮されたと厳しい言葉 で非難した。これ等の子供達にも他のいずれの国々の子供達同様生きる権利が あった。国連高等弁務官は子供の殺害は、イスラエル軍が攻撃の際「保護措置 の原則」を無視した事を示唆すると説明した。彼女は、そのような原則無視に 「戦争犯罪又は人道に対する犯罪に相当する」と警告した。これまでにガザの 戦闘地域では少なくとも803人のパレスチナ人が殺害されたが、イスラエル側 では32人の兵士と市民２人が死亡したと伝えられている。フランスの法律家は ガザの戦闘でイスラエルを戦争犯罪でデンハーグの国際刑事裁判所に提訴、同 氏はパレスチナ法務相の依頼を受けた。「アムネスティー・インターナショナ ル」もこれについて、ガザ戦闘地域での戦争犯罪人の容疑者リストは更に長く なる、と話した。(出典：2014年7月24日付バーゼル紙オンライン版) The UN Human Rights Council decided on a special session in Geneva to investigate possible rights violations by an independent international commission in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (Gaza). At the vote 29 states voted in favor, 17 made an abstention; only the USA voted No (against it)! Japan was among the states with abstention and Switzerland is presently not entitled to vote at the Council. The UN- High Commissioner for Human Rights said in clear words that in Gaza in 16 days 147 children were killed. These children had the right to live like in any other country too. The UN-Commissioner explained that the killing of children could indicate that Israel's army would disregard the <principles of proportionality and protective measures> on their attacks. She warned that the disregard of such principles could correspond to <war crimes or crimes against humanity>. So far at least 803 Palestinians were killed in the Gaza-war; on the side of Israel 32 soldiers and two civilians are said to have died. A lawyer from France took Israel to court at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Den Hague because of <war crimes> in the Gaza-war. He was authorized to do so by the Justice Minister of Palestine. <Amnesty International> spoke also about the fact that the list of possible war-crimes in the Gaza- war is becoming increasingly longer. Der UNO-Menschen-Rechtsrat (UN Human Rights Council) beschloss an einer Sondersitzung in Genf moegliche Rechts-Verletzungen in Gaza (Occupied Palestinian Territory) durch eine unabhaengige internationale Kommission untersuchen zu lassen. Bei der Abstimmung stimmten 29 Staaten dafuer, weiter gab es 17 Enthaltungen; nur die USA stimmten Nein (dagegen)! Japan war unter den Staaten mit Enthaltung und die Schweiz ist derzeit im Rat nicht stimmberechtigt. Die UNO Hochkommissarin fuer Menschenrechte sagte in deutlichen Worten, dass in Gaza in 16 Tagen 147 Kinder getoetet wurden. Diese Kinder haetten ein Recht zu leben, wie in jedem anderen Land ebenfalls. Die UNO- Kommissarin erklaerte, die Toetung von Kindern koennte darauf hinweisen, dass Israels Armee bei Angriffen <Grundsaetze der Verhaeltnismaessigkeit und Schutz-Massnahmen> missachten wuerde. Sie warnte, dass die Missachtung solcher Grundsaetze <Kriegs-Verbrechen oder Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit entsprechen koennte>. Bisher wurden im <Gaza-Krieg> wenigstens 803 Palaestinenser getoetet; auf der Seite von Israel sollen 32 Soldaten und zwei Zivilisten gestorben sein. Ein Anwalt aus Frankreich verklagte Israel wegen <Kriegs- Verbrechen> beim Gaza-Krieg vor dem Internationalen Straf-Gerichtshof (ICC) in Den Haag. Er wurde dazu vom Justiz-Minister von Palaestina beauftragt. <Amnesty International> spricht ebenfalls davon, dass die Liste mutmasslicher Kriegs-Verbrechen im Gaza-Krieg immer laenger werde. (Wed. 23.07.2014 Smi) 上海の納入企業「福喜食品」の腐った肉のスキャンダルが世界中の報道で大見 出しを飾っている。「福喜食品」は米食品グループ<OSI>の子会社で、20年以 上マクドナルドに納品している。殆ど全ての外国の「ファースト・フード・チ ェーン」が関係しているらしく、名前が挙げられた企業はケンタッキー・フラ イドチキン(KFC)、ヤム・ブランズ、ピッツァ・ハット、スターバックス他が ある。中国のTV局「ドラゴンTV」が隠しカメラでこのスキャンダルを発見した 。既に緑色や茶色になった肉が加工されているのを撮影。床に落ちた肉片も拾 われて機械に戻された。他にも趣味期限の切れた商品が梱包し直され、新しい 賞味期限が記載されていた。検査当局によると、こうした行為は個人的な行為 ではなく、同社が組織的に行っていた。北京の中国人民大学の教授は、今回の 発覚は氷山の一角と称した。日本では、日本マクドナルド、セヴン＆アイ・ホ ールディングス、ファミリーマートで「福喜食品」から仕入れた商品があった とメディアは報じた。日本マクドナルドは鶏肉をすべてタイから仕入れる事に したと発表した。[WSNH: 安物のファーストフードを食べる消費者は、商品の 品質が食品基準に満たない可能性を受け入れなければならない。] (出典：2014年7月23日&25日付ブリック紙) A scandal about <rotten/moldy meat> at the Chinese supplier company <Husi Food> in Shanghai (China) makes headlines in the media worldwide. <Husi Food> is an affiliated company of the US-Foods-Group <OSI> and supplies already for more than 20 years products to McDonald's. Nearly all major foreign <Fast-Food-chains> are affected; mentioned were among others Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Yum Brands, Pizza Hut, Starbucks etc. The Chinese TV-channel <Dragon TV> had disclosed the <rotten/moldy meat-scandal> by the use of a hidden camera (Video-Link). The TV showed pieces of meat, which was already <green and brown>, but despite it was further processed. Meat dropped on the floor was again put back into the machines. Besides, out of date products are said to be re-packed and labeled with a new date of expiry. According to the investigative authorities, it isn't the action of an individual, but the enterprise itself had organized it. A professor of the <People's University> in Peking described the disclosures only as the <Tip of the Iceberg>. In Japan the enterprises McDonald's Holdings (Japan) Ltd., Seven & I Holdings Co. Ltd., Family Mart Co. Ltd. had purchases products from the company <Husi Food Co. Ltd.> in Shanghai, media reported. McDonald's Japan informed that they are going to purchase chicken meat only in Thailand. Polen verurteilt wegen geheimen CIA-Gefaengnis. (Fri. 25.07.2014 Smi) 「欧州人権裁判所」がポーランドに対して、テロの容疑者をCIAの秘密の監獄 に違法に収監したと判断した。「ヒューマン・ライツ・ウォッチ」によると、 米国CIAの収容所はポーランド北東の飛行場にあった。この判決でこの件では 初めて一国に判決が下された。欧州人権裁判所の判断は、ポーランドに拷問の 禁止と非人道的な扱いに違反した共同責任を認めた！！スイスの政治家で元 検察官のディック・マーティ氏が2005年欧州委員会の依頼で調査を指揮した。 調査は困難だった。マーティ調査官はこの判決に「テロとの闘いという名目で 全てを許した政権の横暴に対する司法の勝利」というコメントを出した。ポー ランドでこのスイス人は「国家の敵」とまで見做された。この間に彼の報告書 に書かれていた全ての情報が確認されたが、当初彼を信じる者は誰も居なかっ た！ポーランドは二つの訴えに対して其々10万ユーロの損害賠償を支払わなけ ればならない！！ディック・マーティ氏に依ると、米国の諜報機関CIAはポー ランドの政治家だけでなく、ドイツ、イタリア、フランス、ルーマニア、ブル ガリアの政治指導者達にも沈黙を強いていた！！これ等の政府は今日に至るま で真実の公表を拒んでいる！！(出典：2014年7月25日付SRFスイス公共放送) The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) convicted the country of Poland for illegal imprisonment of terrorism suspects in a secret CIA- Prison. According to the organization <Human Rights Watch>, the US- prison of the CIA was located on an airport in the North-East of Poland. With that court decision a country was convicted for the first time in that matter. For the ECtHR-Court Poland has made itself co- responsible regarding to violations of the prohibition of torture and inhuman treatment!! The Swiss politician and ex-prosecutor Dick Marty conducted the investigations by order of the Council of Europe in the year 2005. The investigation was difficult. The investigator Marty commentated the verdict as a <Victory of Justice against the despotism of Governments, which allowed themselves everything in the name of the war against terrorism.> The Swiss was even considered to be a <public enemy> in Poland. In the meantime however all information in his reports had been confirmed. Initially, nobody had however believed him! Poland has to pay to the two plaintiffs each 100,000 Euro as compensation for immaterial damage!! According to Dick Marty the US- secret service CIA had not only <brought to silence> the political leaders in Poland, but also in Germany, Italy, France, Rumania and Bulgaria!! Those Governments shall still refuse up to this day to disclose the truth!! Der Europaeische Menschenrechts-Gerichtshof [European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR)] verurteilte das Land Polen wegen der illegalen Inhaftierung von Terror-Verdaechtigen in einem geheimen CIA- Gefaengnis. Laut der Organisation <Human Rights Watch> befand sich das US-Gefaengnis der CIA auf einem Flughafen im Nord-Osten von Polen. Mit diesem Urteil wurde erstmals ein Land in dieser Sache verurteilt. Fuer das ECtHR-Gericht machte sich Polen mit-verantwortlich fuer Verstoesse gegen das Folterverbot und unmenschliche Behandlung!! Der Schweizer Politiker und ex-Staatsanwalt Dick Marty fuehrte die Ermittlungen im Auftrag des Europa-Rats im Jahr 2005. Die Untersuchungen war schwierig. Der Ermittler Marty kommentierte das Urteil als <ein Sieg der Justiz gegen die Willkuer der Regierungen, welche sich im Namen des Kriegs gegen den Terror alles erlaubt haben>. In Polen wurde der Schweizer sogar als <Staatsfeind> betrachtet. Inzwischen sind jedoch alle Informationen in seinen Berichten bestaetigt worden. Anfaenglich habe ihm jedoch niemand geglaubt! Polen muss den zwei Klaegern je 100'000 Euro Schmerzen-Geld zahlen!! The <CAC-Commission> looks after the food safety worldwide and with its guidelines, standards etc. protects the health of the consumers. The presidency (chair) of Codex Alimentarius (CAC) Commission will be presided by Switzerland for the coming three years. Elected as Chairperson was the Swiss lawyer Mrs. Awilo Ochieng Pernet in Geneva. She is committed to safe and fair foods already for 15 years. From 1993 to 2013, she worked at the Federal Office of Health and since 2014 she heads the department of <multilateral relations> at the Federal Office for Food Safety (BLV). The lawyer is since 2011 CAC-Vice-President. Switzerland belongs to the founding members of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. Japan is also member of the Codex Alimentarius (CAC) since 1963. (Tue. 08.07.2014 Smi) 神戸の理研に依ると、小保方晴子氏はSTAP細胞の再現実験をヴィデオカメラの 監視下で2014年11月まで行うよう指示された。理研と小保方さんの上司は再現 実験の結果の成功を今になって突然再び望むようになった。これは独自調査で 指名した関係者にも不備があり、理研の自己利益の為！独立委員会は小保方さ んの上司笹井芳樹教授と同教授の2人の同僚に退任を求めたが、是までのとこ ろ実現していない。週刊誌「アサヒ芸能」は「笹井ギャルズ」の記事を書いて いる。この記事は、笹井教授が彼の研究室に若い女性を集めて、メディアの関 心を惹こうとしていた事を示唆している！日本のバイオ研究の著名人である坂 田恒昭大阪大学教授は「研究が検証出来なかったのは普通の事で、こうした成 功は僅か20〜30%の確立しかない。」と言う。致命的だったのは理研とメディア が小保方さんに関して大騒ぎをした事。日本の大学には博士課程に問題が有る と言われている。研究者の中に「研究日誌」を書く事を学んでいない場合が有 ると。これは名前を伏せるよう希望した或る学術研究者が語った事。日本では 、準政府機関では大抵「天下り」が指導的立場や理事の要職を占めている。こ の用語は退官した官僚に使われ、政府機関の上級職が高給を得る職。この役職 は殆ど働かずに済むが、名誉職で決定権を持つ、とジャーナリストは書いてい る。多くのそうした元官僚は必要な専門知識が無い、と記事には書かれている 。[WSNH:小保方さんはNHKのパパラッツィ記者達に追いかけられ怪我をした。 NHKは謝罪をしなければならなかった！](出典：2014年7月8日付ターゲス・ア ンツァイガー紙＆バーゼル紙オンライン版) According to the Riken-Institute in Kobe, Obokata Haruko was instructed to repeat the STAP-cell study under supervision (video- camera) up to November 2014. The Riken-Institute and superiors of Obokata-san suddenly hope now that the (new) experiment will be successful. That happens out of self-interest because an independent investigation assigned also a fault to the persons concerned! The independent commission wanted to request the resignation of Obokata- san's Professor Mr. Sasai Yoshiki and two of his colleagues; however so far nothing has happened. The Weekly-Newspaper <Asahi Geino> wrote in an article about the <Sasai gals> (Sasai girls). The report implied that Professor Sasai shall occupy in his laboratory young women in order to get more attention by the media! Professor Sakata Tsuneaki (University of Osaka), a personality in the Japanese Bio-Research field said that <it is normal that studies cannot be verified. That succeeds only in 20 to 30% of the cases, he said>. Fatally shall have been the yelling (hype), which Riken and the Media had made about Obokata-san. Japanese Universities are said to have a problem with their postgraduates; certain researcher shall have never learnt to manage a <Laboratory-Journal>. That said an academic, which doesn't want to be quoted by name. Quasi-governmental institutions in Japan are often managed by <Amakudari> or they belongs to the Board. The term is used for retired public servants, which obtain well paid elderly jobs by the Government. In that function, they shall have to work little, however they could represent and decide, wrote the journalist. Die Wochen-Zeitung <Asahi Geino> sprach in einem Artikel von den <Sasai gals> (Sasai girls). Professor Sasai beschaeftige in seinem Labor junge Frauen, damit er von den Medien eher beachtet werde! Professor Sakata Tsuneaki (Universitaet Osaka), eine Persoenlichkeit in der japanischen Bio-Forschung, sagte, <es sei normal, dass sich Studien nicht ueberpruefen liessen.
