Any possible commemoration on the dead of that time shall be prevented already in advance. It was reported that the famous Chinese civil rights lawyer Pu Zhiqiang was arrested after a meeting of activists. The lawyer was accused of <fomenting unrest> and <quarrel> with the police. According to the human rights group <China Human Rights Defenders (CHRD)>, the authorities want to intimidate citizens, which would dare to commemorate the deadly suppression of the democracy movement 25 years ago. The participants of the meeting (lawyers, relatives of victims etc.) are said to have requested among others an independent investigation into the brutal military operation of that time. Dem Anwalt wird <Unruhe-Stiftung> und <Streit> mit der Polizei vorgeworfen. Laut der Menschenrechts-Gruppe <China Human Rights Defenders (CHRD)>, geht es den Behoerden um die Einschuechterung von Buergern, welche es wagen sollten an die blutige Niederschlagung der Demokratie-Bewegung vor 25 Jahren zu erinnen. Thanks to the Snowden- information, the Swiss Intelligence Service knew now where the Swiss authorities and administration had to be careful about the US- surveillance! According to the Swiss director, US-components (parts) in computer-systems will be replaced. The US-intelligence service (NSA) is said to have infiltrated in communication-systems in Switzerland by the way of hard- and software. The director of the Swiss FIS was partly astonished about the extent and depth of the US- surveillance as well as of the involvment of the US-industry!! Now, critical (business) sectors will be analyzed and if possible Swiss products will be used. In key areas, hardware will be replaced too. The consequences could be that more insular (sealed off) networks or computers are needed. Here it is about the prioritization of <Comfort versus Security>. Switzerland had studied a co-operation with the US- NSA, but had rejected the idea. The US-NSA is no appropriate partner for Switzerland, said the FIS-director in the interview. In the report 2014 about <Switzerland's Security>, 6 out of 85 pages deal with the consequences of the worldwide surveillance of the US-intelligence service NSA. Mentioned in that context is the co-operation of the USA with key-technology enterprises, which might probably endanger the safety of products. It is written that <data isn't endangered by hackers>, but by States, which surveilled the communication and infiltrated information-systems sometimes with the intention of espionage!! Dank den Snowden-Informationen, wisse der Schweizer Nachrichtendienst jetzt, wo die Schweizer Behoerden und Verwaltung vor der US-Ueberwachung aufpassten muessten! Laut dem Direktor wuerden US-Bestandteile (Komponenten) in Computer-Systemen ausgewechselt. Der US-Geheimdienst (NSA) sei ueber Hard- und Software in Kommunikations- Systeme in der Schweiz eingedrungen. Der Direktor des Schweizer NDB zeigte sich teilweise ueberrascht ueber den Umfang und die Tiefe der US-Ueberwachung sowie den Einbezug der US-Industrie!! Jetzt werden kritische Bereiche analysiert und falls moeglich kommen Schweizer Produkte zur Anwendung. Ebenfalls wird Hardware in Schluessel-Gebieten ersetzt. Die Konsequenz koennte sein, dass mehr abgeschottete Netze oder Computer noetig sind. Hier geht es um das Abwaegen von <Komfort versus Sicherheit>. Die Schweiz habe eine Zusammenarbeit mit der US- NSA geprueft, diese jedoch verworfen. Die US-NSA sei kein geeigneter Partner fuer die Schweiz, sagte der NDB-Direktor im Interview. The British Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin, famous under the name of <Charlie Chaplin>, was one of the most influential comic's of the 20th century. His last 25 years of life, Charlie Chaplin passed at the Lake of Geneva region. His mansion (villa) will be renovated and afterwards, an exhibition about his daily- and family life will be exhibited there. Aside of it, a new building will be constructed where his artistic life can be seen. The multi-media theater in it, is described as a highlight. The World of Experience of Charlie Chaplin (The Modern Times Museum) is provided with a surface of more than 4,000 square-meters and the project cost 64 Mio. Swiss Francs. Per year up to 300,000 visitors are expected and the opening will be in Spring 2016. Diese Woche wurde der Beginn der Bauarbeiten fuer das neue Charlie Chaplin Museum gefeiert. Zuerich: Projekt Straftaeter mit GPS-Fussfesseln. いわゆる「電子足枷」(電子監視装置)[EM]はスイスのカントンの中には既に 1999年から利用しているところがある。但しこの[電子監視装置]は20日から1 年までの懲役を言い渡された囚人にのみ適用されている。この程カントン・ツ ューリッヒは2014年秋から「電子監視計画」を開始し、犯罪者の現在置を監視 する。GPS監視で囚人の自宅監禁、立ち入り禁止等も管理する。ツューリッヒ の試験計画は犯罪者をスイス全国で監視する初めての試み。電子監視装置の費 用は1日約100スイスフラン(約1万円)と経済的。1日の収監費用は所に依って3 倍から7倍にもなる。5年計画のこの費用は740万スイスフラン。家庭内暴力の 場合、被害者も衛星で監視される。犯罪者が被害者の居住地域に近付くと警報 が鳴って警官が出動する。危険な囚人にGPS監視装置は使われない。ドイツ等 囚人の衛星監視が既に実施されている国がある。[WSNH: 日本でもGPS電子監視 装置をストーカーに利用出来れば警官が間に合うよう駆けつける事が出来る。 既に保護の遅れでストーカーに襲われた被害者が殺害されている。] (出典：2014年5月9日付20分紙) The so-called <electronic tag> (Electronic Monitoring) [EM] is in use in certain Swiss cantons already since 1999. The <Electronic Monitoring> is applied however only regarding to prisoners, which are sentenced to a jail sentence from 20 days to one year. In autumn 2014, the Canton of Zurich starts with a <Electronic Monitoring> project, which controls the prisoner with a GPS-dispatcher (satellite location) in real-time. With the GPS-monitoring, house detention, bans to enter an area etc. of prisoners can be controlled. The pilot project in Zurich is testing for the first time Switzerland-wide the <GPS- location technology> with regard to prisoners. The <Electronic Monitoring> cost about CHF 100 (ca. Yen 10,000) per day and is therefore economic. One day in prison, depending on the location cost three to seven times more. The costs for the 5-years project period is 7.4 Mio. Swiss Franc. With regard to domestic violence, the victims will be also supervised by satellite. In case the convict approaches the residential area of the victim, then an alarm will be triggered out and the police arrives. For dangerous convicts there is no <GPS- monitoring>. In certain countries, e.g. Germany satellite-monitoring of prisoners is already exercised. Mit der GPS- Ueberwachung lassen sich ebenfalls Haus-Arreste, Rayon-Verbote, usw. der Straftaeter kontrollieren. Das Pilot-Projekt in Zuerich testet erstmals schweizweit die <GPS-Ortungstechnologie> bei Straftaetern. Das <Electronic Monitoring> ist mit zirka CHF 100 (ca. Yen 10'000) pro Tag kostenguenstig. Ein Tag in einem Gefaengnis kostet je nach Ort drei bis sieben Mal mehr. Die Kosten fuer die 5-jaehrige Projekt-Dauer kostet 7,4 Mio. Schweizer Franken. Bei haeuslicher Gewalt werden die Opfer ebenfalls mit Satellit ueberwacht. Falls sich der Straftaeter der Wohngegend des Opfers naehert wird Alarm ausgeloest und die Polizei aufgeboten.
