Presse-Freiheit auf tiefstem Stand seit mehr als 10 Jahren. 全世界の報道の自由は10年超で「最悪の水準」に在る事が、この程米国の研究 所「フリーダム・ハウス」の年次報告書で発表された。同報告書によると、世 界で6人に1人が未だに自由に報道が出来ない国に住んでいる。一方ほぼ50%の 世界人口が、ジャーナリストの活動が制限されている「自由で無い」地域に住 んでいる。これらは厳しい法律、政治の介入、あるいはジャーナリストが妨害 されたり、その後殺害されたりしている事を、米国の研究所は記述している。 報告書は197ヵ国の報道の自由を調査。スイスは他の3カ国と共に6位、1位はス ウェーデンとノルウェーとオランダ。日本は42位でしかない。韓国は68位(部 分的自由の分類)。米国は30位。2014年5月3日の「世界報道の自由の日」に際 して独立機関「国境無き記者団(RSF)」は、世界の多くの地域で言論の自由に は今後も生命の危険が伴うことに思いを馳せた。「情報の自由無しに自由は無 い」と書いたポスターで、<RSF>はこの日人々に注意を喚起した。 (出典：2014年5月1日&2日付ブリック紙&persoenlich) The Freedom of Press on the whole world is on the <worst level> for more than 10 years according to the annual report published by the US-Research Institute <Freedom House> now. Based on the US-Report just only every 6th human on the world lives in countries, in which the press can report freely. Nearly 50% of the world population stay however in <not free> areas, where the work of journalists is restricted. That is said to happen for instance by strict laws, political interference etc. or journalists are even harassed, persecuted as well as killed, wrote the US-Institute. In the report 197 countries were investigated regarding to the freedom of press. Switzerland is ranked with 3 other countries on rank No. 6; as number one is ranked Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands. Japan is listed up (only) on rank No. 42. South Korea is ranked as No. 68 (category partly free). The USA is ranked as No. 30. On the <Worldwide Freedom of Press Day> of May 3, 2014 the independent organization <Reporters without Borders (RSF)> remind on the fact that the free expression of opinion is still dangerous to life in many places on the world. With a poster <No freedom without Freedom of Information>, the organization <RSF> reminds the people about that special day. Die Presse-Freiheit auf der ganzen Welt ist auf dem <schlechtesten Stand> seit ueber 10 Jahren gemaess dem jetzt veroeffentlichten Jahresbericht des US-Forschungs-Instituts <Freedom House>. Laut dem US-Bericht lebt nur noch jeder 6. Mensch auf der Welt in Laendern, in welchen die Presse frei berichten kann. Fast 50% der Welt-Bevoelkerung wohnen hingegen in <nicht freien> Gebieten, wo die Arbeit von Journalisten eingeschraenkt wird. Dies passiere etwa durch strenge Gesetze, politische Einflussnahme usw. oder Journalisten werden sogar schikaniert, verfolgt sowie ermordet, schreibt das US-Institut. Im Bericht wurden 197 Laender in Bezug auf die Presse-Freiheit untersucht. Die Schweiz liegt mit 3 anderen Laendern auf Rang No. 6; auf Rang No. 1 befinden sich Schweden, Norwegen und die Niederlande. Japan liegt auf der Rangliste (nur) auf Platz No. 42. Suedkorea ist auf Rang No. 68 (partly free). Die USA sind auf Platz No. 30. USA: 300 zu Unrecht zum Tode verurteilt worden. (Tue. 29.04.2014 Smi) 報道では長年無実でありながら米国の死刑囚監房に収監されている人々につ いて頻繁に報じられている。最近米国人女性デブラ・ミルク氏が23年後にフ ェニックス(アリゾナ)の死刑囚監房から釈放された。2013年米裁判所は、こ の女性に対する殺人事件の裁判で、「事実上証拠は無い」と判断した。これ までこれは特異なケースだと信じられてきた。米国のサミュエル・グロース 教授は30年の調査期間で、米国の全ての死刑判決のおそらく4%は冤罪だった と証明した！！これが意味するのは300人の人が無実で死刑の判決を言い渡 されたと言う事。この内わずか117人が実際に釈放された。この内ほぼ200人 の死刑判決を受けた人々はそのまま生涯禁固刑に処せられた。これ等の人々 は法制度の欠陥で「忘れられた」と新聞は書いている。 (出典：2014年4月29日付ブリック夕刊紙) In media is often reported about people, which were jailed innocently for years in a death row of a US-prison. Recently, the US-American woman Debra Milke was released from jail after sitting 23 years in a death row in Phoenix (Arizona). In 2013, a US-court said that <there is virtually no evidence> for a murder trial against the woman. So far it was believed that these happenings were isolated cases. A study by the US-Professor Mr. Samuel Gross over a period of 30 years proved now that probably 4% of all death sentences in the USA are <judicial errors>!! This means that 300 people were wrongly sentenced to death. Of those convicted just only 117 people were indeed again set free. Regarding to nearly 200 convicted people the death sentence was just simply changed into a lifelong prison penalty. Those people became therefore the <Forgotten> of a failed legal system, wrote the newspaper. In den Medien wird haeufig von Menschen berichtet, welche jahrelang unschuldig in einer Todeszelle eines US-Gefaengnis festgehalten wurden. Kuerzlich wurde die US-Amerikanerin Debra Milke nach 23 Jahren in der Todeszelle in Phoenix (Arizona) aus der Haft entlassen. Im 2013 meinte ein US-Gericht <es gebe so gut wie keine Beweise> fuer einen Mord-Prozess gegen die Frau. Bisher glaubte man, dies seien Einzelfaelle. Eine Studie des US-Professor Samuel Gross ueber eine Periode von 30 Jahren beweist jetzt, dass vermutlich 4% aller Todes- Urteile in den USA <Fehlurteile> sind!! Dies bedeutet, dass 300 Menschen unschuldig zum Tode verurteilt wurden. Nur deren 117 Leute wurden tatsaechlich wieder freigelassen. Bei fast 200 Verurteilten wurde die Todesstrafe einfach in eine lebenslaengliche Gefaengnis- strafe umgewandelt. Diese Menschen wurden damit zu <Vergessenen> eines verfehlten Rechts-System, steht in der Zeitung. EU missachtet Waffen-Embargo nach China (PRC)? (Thu. 01.05.2014 Smi) 1989年北京で民衆蜂起に対する暴力的弾圧(天安門事件)があって以来、EUに は中国への武器売却に関する一般的輸出禁止措置が実施されている。EUの防 衛企業は禁輸にもかかわらず、2002年から2012年までに30億ユーロの中国向 け輸出許可を得ている。欧州委員会に依ると、2012年には武器又は武器対応 物資総額1億7,300万ユーロが中国向けに許可された。ストックホルム国際平 和研究所<Sipri>によると、中国の武器輸入の約18%がフランス、英国、ドイ ツから輸入されている。専門家によると、係争海域(尖閣諸島)の中国の戦艦 はドイツとフランスのエンジンで動いている。日本は昨年中国の小型快速線 のディーゼル・エンジンがドイツ企業MTU社製である事を突き止めたようだ。 アナリストは、この海域の殆ど全ての中国の軍用船はドイツの技術を装備し ていると言う。EUの管理は、民生品を軍事目的に転用出来る所謂「軍事・民 生両用品」について「非常に緩い」とリマリック大学(アイルランド)の誰か が言った。軍事利用可能な製品もそうした目的を申告していなかった事が言 及されている！香港の「漢和アジア・ディフェンス・レヴュー」のアンドレ イ・チャン氏によると、中国海軍は「欧州の技術無しに」動き回る事は出来 ない。(出典：2014年5月1日付バーゼル紙オンライン版) Since the violent suppression of a national uprising in Peking in the year 1989, the EU (European Union) implemented a general (export) embargo for arms supply to China. Despite that embargo, EU-arms manufacturers received licenses for exports to China amounting to 3 billon Euro from 2002 to 2012. According to the EU-Commission, supplies of arms or weapons-grade material amounting to a total of 173 Mio. Euro was licensed to China in 2012. According to the Peace- Research-Institute Sipri in Stockholm, about 18% of the Chinese arms imports are originated from France, Great Britain and Germany! According to experts, Chinese warships operating in the disputed sea region (Senkaku islands) are powered by German and French engines. Japan is said to have discovered last year that a Chinese frigate (warship) was equipped with diesel engines of the German company MTU. Analysts say that nearly all Chinese military warships operating in that sea area are equipped with German technology. The EU-controls of so-called <Dual-Use-goods>, which can be utilized either for civil or military use, are <very lax> (easy), said somebody of the University of Limerick (Ireland). It is mentioned also that military useable goods aren't declared regarding to such purpose! According to Mr. Andrei Chang of the <Kanwa Asian Defense Review> in HongKong, China's navy fleet wasn't able to move forward <without European technology>. Seit der gewaltsamen Unterdrueckung eines Volksaufstandes im Jahr 1989 in Peking, besteht in der EU (Europaeischen Union) ein allgemeines Ausfuhr-Verbot (Embargo) fuer Waffenlieferungen nach China. Trotz diesem Embargo bekamen EU-Ruestungs-Unternehmen im Umfang von 3 Mrd. Euro Bewilligungen fuer Exporte nach China von 2002 bis 2012. Laut der EU-Kommission wurden im Jahr 2012 Lieferungen von Waffen oder waffen- faehigem Material von total 173 Mio. Euro nach China erlaubt. Gemaess dem Friedens-Forschungsinstitut <Sipri> in Stockholm stammen zirka 18% der chinesischen Waffen-Einfuhren aus Frankreich, Grossbritannien und Deutschland. Gemaess Experten werden chinesische Kriegsschiffe im umstrittenen Meeresgebiet (Senkaku-Inseln) mit deutschen und franzoesischen Motoren angetrieben. Japan soll letztes Jahr Diesel- Motoren der deutschen Firma MTU bei einer Fregatte aus China entdeckt haben. Analysten sagen, dass fast alle chinesischen Militaer-Schiffe in dieser Meeres-Gegend mit deutscher Technik ausgeruestet sind. ETH-Technologie fuer Kerosin aus Sonnen-Energie. 連邦工科大学ツューリッヒ校(ETHZ)の研究グループが、「EUプロジェクトのソ ーラー・ジェット」に使われているソーラー反応器を開発した。スイスの反応 器を利用して太陽光(太陽エネルギー)から灯油の生産を可能にしたのは初めて 。ETHZの再生可能エネルギー源を研究するアルド・シュタインフェルトゥ教授 率いるスイスの研究グループは、環境に負荷を掛けない太陽灯油を太陽エネル ギーと水と二酸化炭素ガスから生産する事に成功した。「EUプロジェクトのソ ーラー・ジェット」では、スイスとドイツとフランスの研究者が協力して研究 している。研究者は将来太陽エネルギーから灯油を生産して、二酸化炭素を全 く排出せずに済むようにしようとしている。ETHZの研究者の1人はこの太陽燃 料が30年から50年後には石油にとって代われるようになる事を夢見ている！！ (出典：2014年4月29日付スイス公共放送) A researcher group of the ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) has developed a solar reactor, which is applied in the <EU-Project Solar-Jet>. With the use of the Swiss reactor, it was for the first time possible to produce kerosene made out of sun-light (sun-energy). The Swiss group under Aldo Steinfeld, Professor for Renewable Energy Carriers at the ETH Zurich succeeded to make environment-friendly sun-kerosene made out of sun-energy, water and CO-2-gas. At the <EU-Project Solar-Jet>, researchers from Switzerland, Germany and France work together. The researchers want to make the production of <Kerosene made out of sun-energy> completely CO2-neutral in the future. A researcher of the ETH Zurich hopes that the <solar- fuel> will be able to replace the fuel based on crude oil in 30 to 50 years!! Eine Forscher-Gruppe der ETH-Zuerich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) haben einen Solar-Reaktor entwickelt, welcher im <EU- Projekt Solar-Jet> eingesetzt wird. Mit der Verwendung des Schweizer Reaktors konnte jetzt erstmals Kerosin aus Sonnen-Licht (Sonnen- Energie) hergestellt werden. Der Schweizer Gruppe unter Aldo Steinfeld, Professor fuer Erneuerbare Energie-Traeger an der ETH Zuerich gelang es umwelt-freundliches Sonnen-Kerosin aus Solar- Energie, Wasser und CO2-Gas zu produzieren. Im <EU-Projekt Solar-Jet> arbeiten Forscher aus der Schweiz, Deutschland und Frankreich zusammen. Die Herstellung von <Kerosin aus Sonnen-Energie> wollen die Forscher in Zukunft vollstaendig CO2-neutral machen koennen.
