As host country of the United Nations (UN), the USA are obliged to permit all UN-representatives the entry even if the USA is in a conflict with the state of a UN-diplomat. The US-Congress has just recently passed a law, which prohibits the granting of UN-visa to persons, which are involved in spy- or terror activities and therefore are considered to be still a security risk. For the new law campaigned the <Friends of Israel> (Lobby) and the opponents of Iran in the US-Congress. The designated UN-ambassador denied the US-allegation that he had participated on the occupation of the US-Embassy in Teheran. He said that he had only collaborated as translator in the context of the negotiations for the release of the US-hostages. Fuer das neue Gesetz setzten sich die <Freunde Israels> (Lobby) und die Gegner Irans im US-Kongress ein. Der vorgesehene UNO-Botschafter dementierte den US-Vorwurf, er sei bei Besetzung der US-Botschaft in Teheran beteiligt gewesen. Er habe nur bei den Verhandlungen zur Freilassung der US-Geiseln als Uebersetzer mitgearbeitet. With the <George-Polk-Awards 2013> three journalists of the British newspaper <The Guardian> were honored for the disclosure of information supplied by the US-Edward Snowden about the disputed activities of the American NSA. With the famous US-Pulitzer Prize 2014 were awarded the newspapers <Washington Post> and <The Guardian>. The newspapers were honored for their achievements in the context of the disclosure of the drastic surveillance programs by the US-secret service NSA. Mit dem <George- Polk-Awards 2013> wurden drei Journalisten der britischen Zeitung <The Guardian> geehrt fuer die Veroeffentlichung der Informationen von US- Edward Snowden ueber die umstrittenen Aktivitaeten der amerikanischen NSA. Mit dem beruehmten US-Pulitzer-Preis 2014 wurden die Zeitungen <Washington Post> und <The Guardian> ausgezeichnet. Die Zeitungen wurden geehrt fuer ihre Anstrengungen im Zusammenhang mit der Enthuellung der drastischen Ueberwachungs-Programme des US- Geheimdienstes NSA. Die Journalisten dieser Zeitungen waren begeistert ueber diese Ehrungen. Es sei eine Wuerdigung des Mutes von Edward Snowden, eine Rehabilitation seines Zivil-Courage und seiner Bemuehungen, die Oeffentlichkeit ueber das <Tun der Regierung> zu informieren. Based on the study 19.4% of the agricultural acreage is contaminated with cadmium, nickel and arsenic. The authorities investigated the quality of the soil in a period of between 2005 and 2013. At the beginning, the results of the study were not published, but shut away for one year. Only just now, the authorities made accessible a five-pages summary on the Internet. Die Behoerde hatte die Qualitaet des Bodens in China im Zeitraum zwischen 2005 und 2013 untersuchen lassen. Zu Beginn wurde die Studie nicht veroeffentlicht, sondern ein Jahr unter Verschluss gehalten worden. Erst jetzt habe die Behoerde eine fuenf- seitige Zusammenfassung im Internet zugaenglich gemacht. Die Temperaturen gingen ebenfalls deutlich zurueck. Am Samstag-Morgen war es im Kanton Bern 2,8 Grad Celsius und im Kanton Zuerich wurden 3,8 Grad Celsius und im Kanton Basel (BL) 4,9 Grad Celsius gemessen.
