Japan: Neues Zeitalter bei Wetter- und Klimaforschung. 日本の宇宙航空研究開発機構(Jaxa)が、気象研究に関して新システム「全球 降水観測計画主衛星(GPM主衛星)」に依る新基準を設定した。この衛星は今 後地球全体の降水を短時間の間隔で定期的に観察する事になっており、2014 年2月28日種子島からの発射が成功した。気象衛星<GPM>は標高407kmの軌道 を毎日およそ16回周り、毎回異なる部分の地球の表面を観察する。この新技 術は雨粒、雹、雪、氷晶等異なる種類の降水を識別できる。新しい詳細な情 報は天気予報で非常に重要になるだけではなく、農業、交通分野(竜巻警報) 等でも重要になる。このプロジェクトは米国のNasaと共同で運営し、衛星の 運行期間は3年の計画。(出典：2014年2月11日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The Japanese Organization for Space Research (Jaxa) has set new criteria (benchmarks) regarding to the weather- and climate research with the new system <Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM)>. The satellite, which is going to record regularly and in short intervals the precipitations worldwide was successfully launched in Tanegashima on February 28, 2014. The weather satellite <GPM> will orbit the earth in an altitude of 407 kilometres daily about 16 times; in doing so each time another area of the earth surface will be observed. The new technology allows to recognize the different kind of precipitations such as raindrops, hailstones, snowflakes, ice crystals etc. The new detailed information are not only very important for the weather forecast, but are also significant for the agriculture, the traffic (hurricane warning). The project is operated together with the US- Nasa and the satellite is planed for an operation period of three years. Die japanische Organisation fuer Weltraum-Forschung (Jaxa) setzt bei der Wetter- und Klimaforschung neue Kriterien (Benchmark) mit dem neuen System der <Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM)>. Der Satellit, welcher in Zukunft die Niederschlaege weltweit und in kurzen Zeitabstaenden regelmaessig erfasst, wurde in Tanegashima am 28. Februar 2014 erfolgreich abgeschossen. Der Wetter-Satellit <GPM> wird die Erde in einer Hoehe von 407 Kilometern und taeglich zirka 16 Mal umkreisen; dabei wird jedes Mal ein anderer Teil der Erd-Oberflaeche beobachtet. Die neue Technologie erlaubt es die unterschiedlichen Arten der Niederschlaege, wie Regentropfen, Hagelkoerner, Schnee- flocken, Eiskristalle usw. zu erkennen. Die neuen detaillierten Informationen sind nicht nur fuer die Wetter-Prognosen sehr wichtig, sondern ebenfalls fuer die Landwirtschaft, das Verkehrswesen (Wirbelsturm-Warnung) usw. von Bedeutung. According to the latest report by the Organization <AI> Israel's security forces shall have deliberately killed Palestinians and there shall be evidence of that. The 74-pages report of <Amnesty> wrote that since 2011 an overall of 45 Palestinians shall have been killed by Israel's troops; four of the dead persons shall have been minors. More than 8,000 people shall have been injured. According to <Amnesty> in no case the life of Israelis shall have been at risk. <Amnesty> accused Israel the <cold-blooded disregard of human life>! (Thu. 27.02.2014 Smi) 第二ドイツテレビ(ZDF)のヨハネス・ハノー記者が「福島の嘘、騙し、誤魔 化し、威し」というタイトルの興味深いドキュメンタリー番組で福島原発事 故からほぼ3年後の現状を報じた。映像はドイツ語と一部日本語の言葉で、 被災地双葉町の井戸川克隆元町長や京都大学の原子物理学者小出裕章氏等が 語った。ZDFの番組は、災害の影響は制御出来ていないようだが、日本政府 と東京電力は住民に原発事故の影響について嘘をついていたらしい、という 結論に至った様だ。政府は健康被害の限度を従来のキロ当たり100ベクレル からあっさり8千ベクレルまで引き上げてしまったらしいと報じた！放射線 主任教授は福島の講演で、引用「充分に笑えば放射線の害はありません。」 と話した。井戸川元町長は多くの皮肉で苦い思いを吐露し、安倍政権は「非 人間的」で、住民はまるで「馬鹿な人間」の様に扱われたと語った。泉田裕 彦新潟県知事は東京電力の圧力にもかかわらず、世界最大の原発の再稼働を 拒否している。同知事は「東京電力が何の責任も負っていない」事を知って いるようだと、テレビの批評欄に書かれていた。 (出典：2014年2月27日付フランクフルター・ルンドゥシャウ) With an impressive documentary film titled <The Fukushima-Lie, Cheating, Tricking, Threatening>, reported the ZDF-correspondent Mr. Johannes Hano about the situation in Fukushima nearly three years after the nuclear disaster. In the film in German and (partly) Japanese, the persons concerned on site such as the ex-Mayor of the Town of Futaba Mr. Idogawa Katsutake or the Nuclear Physicist Mr. Koide Hiroaki of the Kyoto University spoke in interviews. The documentary of the <ZDF-report> shall have come to the conclusion that the consequences of the disaster are <out of control>; Japan's Government and the company <Tepco> are said to tell a lie to the local people about the consequences of the nuclear disaster. It is reported that the Government shall have increased the dangerous to health limit from formerly 100 Becquerel (Bq) per kilo simply to a new limit of 8,000 Becquerel (Bq)! The Chief Professor of Human Radiation effects shall have said in speech in Fukushima quote: <If you only laugh sufficiently then the radiation will do you no harm>. Ex-Mayor Idogawa-san felt bitter about such a lot of cynicism and said that the Government of Abe-san is <inhuman> and the citizens are treated like a <silly people>. The Governor of Niigata-ken, Mr. Izumida Hirohiko has rejected the restart request of the biggest nuclear power plant of the World despite pressure by <Tepco>. He is said to know that <Tepco has taken over no responsibility>, is written in the TV-critic article. In einem eindruecklichen Dokumentar-Film mit dem Titel <Die Fukushima- Luege, Taeuschen, tricksen, drohen> berichtet der ZDF-Korrespondent Johannes Hano ueber die Lage in Fukushima fast drei Jahre nach der Atom-Katastrophe. Im Film auf deutsch und japanisch kommen die Betroffenen vor Ort zu Wort beispielsweise der ex-Buergermeister der Stadt Futaba Mr. Idogawa Katsutake oder der Atom-Physiker Koide Hiroaki von der Kyoto Universitaet. Der Film des <ZDF-Berichts> kommt zum Schluss, dass die Folgen der Katastrophe <ausser Kontrolle> seien; Japans Regierung und die Firma <Tepco> wuerden die Menschen ueber die Folgen der Atom-Katastrophe beluegen. Es wird berichtet die Regierung habe die gesundheits-gefaehrdenden Grenzwerte von bisher 100 Becquerel pro Kilo einfach auf neu 8'000 Becquerel erhoeht! Der Chef-Strahlen- Mediziner habe in einem Vortrag in Fukushima erklaert Zitat <Wenn Sie nur genug lachen, dann wird die Strahlung Ihnen nichts anhaben koennen>. Ex-Buergermeister Idogawa ist ueber soviel Zynismus verbittert und sagt die Regierung Abe sei <unmenschlich> und die Menschen wuerden wie <dummes Volk behandelt>. (Sat. 01.03.2014 Smi) Schweizer Studenten studieren lieber im Inland. EU側の学生交換プログラム「エラスムス・プラス」の一時中止は、スイスで 特定の人々が気をもんでいる。しかし、外国留学は多くのスイス人学生にと って文化交流にしかならず、実際の勉学には僅かな意味しか無い。スイスで は学費は60％が親が負担するか学生が自分の稼ぎで賄っている。「ボローニ ャ」システムの下では、学生はスイスで早目に学士や修士の学位を取得しよ うとしている。加えてスイスの大学(連邦工科大学等)は欧州比較でトップク ラスなので、スイスの学生は国内で質の高い大学を見つけられる。読者投稿 には、ツューリッヒ大学ではわずか274人の学生しか「エラスムス」プログ ラムの恩恵を受けていないのに対して、年間1,000人以上のドイツ学生がス イスの大学に来ている。こうした外国人学生はしばしばスイスの大学で追加 の入学試験を受けなければならず、「EUの学士号」はスイスの修士課程には 不十分のようだ！！他の読者投稿には、スイス人学生は外国ではパーティー ばかりしていたので、スイスに戻ってくると沢山の学術研究材料に追いつか なければならなかった、と書かれていた。[WSNH: 日本の学生が高額過ぎる 留学特に米国に、殆ど強要されている事態は理解を超える。日本の官僚は大 抵米国に留学し、その後米国の利益の為に日本で働かされ利用されている。] (出典：2014年2月28日付/2014年3月1日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) Because of the temporary stop of the student exchange program <Erasmus plus> from the side of the EU, there was some excitement in Switzerland from certain parties. An academic year abroad severs for many Swiss students only as a cultural exchange and it is often of less importance than the actual study. In Switzerland, the academic studies are financed at a level of 60% by the parents or by the own employment of the students; based on the <Bologna> system, it is said that the students prefer to achieve quickly a Bachelor- or Master diploma in Switzerland. Besides, the Swiss Universities (ETH etc.) are in an European comparison on the top, therefore Swiss students can find at home a high University quality. Based on a letter to the editor, just only about 274 students could profit from the <Erasmus> program at the University of Zurich whereas more 1,000 German students annually came to study at Swiss Universities. Often these foreign students had to make an additional entrance exam because the <EU- Bachelor> diploma shall have been insufficient for a Master diploma course in Switzerland!! Other readers letters show that Swiss students often just only made <Party> abroad and back in Switzerland they had to catch up lots of academic study material! [WSNH: It is incomprehensible that Japanese students are nearly forced to attend an expensive academic study stay abroad, particularly in the USA. Japanese bureaucrats have often studied in the USA; later on they are used respectively exploited for the US-interests (purposes).] Wegen des vorlaeufigen Stopps des Studenten-Austausch-Programms <Erasmus plus> seitens der EU gab es in der Schweiz Aufregung in gewissen Kreisen. Ein Studienjahr im Ausland dient fuer viele Schweizer Studenten nur dem kulturellen Austausch und ist oft fuer das eigentliche Studium von geringer Bedeutung. In der Schweiz wird das Studium zu 60% von den Eltern finanziert oder durch eigene Erwerbs- taetigkeit der Studenten; basierend auf dem <Bologna> System, wollen die Studenten deshalb lieber rasch ein Bachelor- oder Master-Diplom in der Schweiz erlangen. Zudem sind die Schweizer Universitaeten (ETH, usw.) im europaeischen Vergleich an der Spitze, sodass die Schweizer Studenten im Inland eine hohe Universitaets-Qualitaet vorfinden. Gemaess einem Leserbrief kamen an der Universitaet Zuerich gerade etwa 274 Studenten in den Genuss des <Erasmus> Programms; anderseits kommen jaehrlich ueber 1'000 deutsche Studenten an Schweizer Universitaeten. Oft muessten diese auslaendischen Studenten eine zusaetzliche Aufnahme-Pruefung machen, da das <EU-Bachelor> Diplom ungenuegend sei fuer ein Master-Studium in der Schweiz!! Andere Leserbriefe zeigten, dass Schweizer Studenten im Ausland oft einfach <Party> machten und zurueck in der Schweiz, viel Studien-Stoff nachholen muessten! The holdings (assets) in US-Treasury bonds, which were kept by China amounting to only 1.27 trillion US-Dollar; that corresponds to a reduction of 47.8 billion US-Dollar or 3.6% compared to the previous month. That is the biggest reduction since December 2011; international investors kept per the end of December 2013 a total of assets amounting to 5.79 trillion US-Dollar, that is 78 billion US-Dollar or 1.4% more than at the beginning of the month. Foreign investors had about 48.8% of the tradable outstanding US- Government Bonds in their holdings at the end of 2013; the overall volume amounted to 11.9 trillion US-Dollar. According to the China economist of the Royal Bank of Scotland, China wants to <reduce its dependency on Treasuries> (view Bloomberg Video Link). This week the poisonous Smog exceeded the limit of 500; according to the WHO a value limit of up to 10 is still healthy. According to a study in the magazine <The Lancet> annually 300,000 to 500,000 Chinese die due to the Smog in China and the life span is reduced on an average of 5.5 years! The number of cases of cancer has increased extremely rapid for years; from 2002 to 2011, the number of lung cancer cases has doubled in Peking based on a report by the Health Ministry. In Peking the alarm level <Orange> was called out; the people don't understand why the alarm level doesn't stand on the level <Red>!
