Gefaengnis-Statistik 2013: 74,3% sind Auslaender. 2013年9月4日付連邦政府統計局の最新統計は、スイスの刑務所が満員になっ ている事を示している。集計期日の成人収監者は7,072人だった。このうち 5,258人(74.3％)が外国人で、2012年の数字は未だ73.9％だった。拘留外国人 は「犯罪観光客」又はスイスに住所が無い人々と報告されている。特に国境 カントンのジュネーヴでは75％以上が犯罪観光が疑われる再拘留。刑務所に 空きを作る為判決を受けた外国人を母国に送還するのは困難と言われている。 こうした犯罪者を母国で刑に服せる様にする為には、対応する条約が必要で、 これはEUを通じてしか出来ないとカントンの法務官僚は言う。集計日の収監 率は100.30％だった。(出典：2014件1月27日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙 オンライン版＆ブリック紙) The latest statistics of the <Federal Office of Statistics (BFS)> from September 4, 2013 showed that the Swiss prisons were overcrowded; per due date 7,072 adults were detained. Thereof 5,258 (74.3%) were foreigners; in July 2012, the figure showed a rate of only 73.9%. Regarding to the detained foreigners it is said that they are often so-called <Crime-Tourists> or persons without residence in Switzerland, was written. Particularly at border Canton Geneva, more than 75% of the remand prisoners are said to be assumed <Crime- Tourists>. It is said to be difficult to deport convicted foreigners to their home countries in order to empty the prisons. In order that these people can serve their prison sentence at home, appropriate agreements are needed and those are only available with the EU, said the President of the Swiss Cantonal Justice Ministers. Davon waren 5'258 (74,3%) Auslaender; im Jahr 2012 zeigte die Zahl erst 73,9%. Bei den inhaftierten Auslaendern handle es sich haeufig um so-genannte <Kriminal-Touristen> oder um Personen ohne Wohnsitz in der Schweiz, wird berichtet. Besonders im Grenz-Kanton Genf (Geneva) seien mehr als 75% der Untersuchungs-Haeftlinge vermutete <Kriminal-Touristen>. Es sei schwierig, verurteilte Auslaender in ihre Heimatlaender abzuschieben um die Gefaengnisse zu leeren. Damit diese Personen ihre Gefaengnis-Strafe zu hause absitzen koennten, brauche es entsprechende Vertraege und diese gebe es nur mit der EU, sagte der Praesident der Justitz-Direktoren (KKJPD). It is said that <Bitcoin> was developed by an anonymous programmer in 2008. With the aid of citric acid, the Japanese researchers programmed the cells of mice again back to a kind of embryonic status. These cells could then develop again into nearly any kind of cell type, wrote the researchers in the British professional magazine <Nature>. So far particular genes or proteins were needed for the back-programming. Regarding to the research success it is spoken about a <new era of the stem cell research>, according to a researcher of the London's Kings College. He described the method (approach) of the researcher group revolutionary. Diese Zellen koennten sich nachher wieder in fast jeden Zell-Typ entwickeln, schreiben die Forscher in der britischen Fach-Zeitschrift <Nature>. Bisher brauchte es besondere Gene oder Proteine fuer die Rueck- Programmierung. Vier Jahre Gefaengnis fuer Buergerrechtler Xu Zhiyong. 中国の法律家で公民権活動家の許志永氏が、国内で贈収賄を公に批判した為 に、懲役4年の刑を言い渡された！同公民権活動家は「秩序騒乱罪」でこの 判決を下されたが、人権活動家のグループは裁判を「見せしめ裁判」だと非 難した。同活動家は2012年、市民と共に「新公民運動」を創設した。同氏の 弁護士は、許氏は無実で「市民運動では常に平和的で理性的」に行動してい たと話している。許氏は、治安判事に「中国社会は過去10年間で進歩を遂げ たが、独裁制度は未だだ」と話したらしい。国際社会は中国当局者のやり方 を強く非難、中国の指導者は増収賄と闘いながら、同時に国家はこれと闘う 公民権活動家を有罪にすると言われている。これは明らかな矛盾！ (出典：2014年1月27日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The Chinese lawyer and one of the most famous civil-rights activist in China, Xu Zhiyong was sentenced to four years in prison because he criticized the corruption in the country openly! The activist was sentenced for the <disturbance of law and order>. Human-Rights groups condemned the trial as a <show trial>. The activist is co-founder of the <New Citizens-Movement>, which was established in 2012. His advocate said, Xu was innocent, he is said to have worked <always peacefully and rationally> in the citizens-movement. Xu shall have said to the magistrates, <the (Chinese) society had made progress in the past ten years, the dictatorial system however hasn't>. There was strong international criticism about the action of the authorities in China; it was said that the Chinese leadership wanted to fight the corruption and at the same time, the State however sentenced civil- rights activists, who committed themselves against the corruption. This is said to be a clear contradiction! Der Buergerrechtler wurde wegen <Stoerung der oeffentlichen Ordnung> verurteilt; Menschenrechts-Gruppen verurteilten das Verfahren als <Schauprozess>. Der Aktivist ist Mit-Begruender der <Neuen Buerger-Bewegung>, welche 2012 gegruendet wurde. Sein Anwalt sagte, Zhiyong sei unschuldig, <er habe immer friedlich und besonnen in der Buerger-Bewegung> gearbeitet. Zhiyong habe den Richtern gesagt, die <(chinesische) Gesellschaft habe in den letzten zehn Jahren Fortschritte gemacht, jedoch nicht das autoritaere System>. Es gab starke internationale Kritik am Vorgehen der Behoerden in China; es wurde gesagt, die chinesische Fuehrung wolle die Bestechung bekaempfen, und gleichzeitig verurteile der Staat jedoch Buergerrechtler, welche sich gegen die Bestechung einsetzten. With the alternative wind energy plant 30% to 50% of the current demand of a high-rise building could be covered based on estimation. It is described as a kind of local wind energy use, which is considered to be interesting. The project is financially supported by the <Climate Foundation Switzerland> and the <Climate Fund of the City Works of Winterthur>. The German company <FU Systems Windkraft> shall have sold so far about 220 conventional wind plants; private home owners with solar plant shall have purchased it in order to use also the wind power for the production of electricity. At the USA, the company <Urban Green Energy (UGE)> installs miniature-windmills on the top of buildings. The Swiss <Windrail> plant shall cost CHF 2,500 (ca. Es handelt sich um eine Form der lokalen Wind- Energie-Nutzung, welche als interessant beurteilt wird.
