China: Agrarland ist stark verschmutzt (verseucht). 中国政府は330万ヘクタールの農地が、耕作出来ない程重金属と他の化学物質 で汚染されている事を認めた。この数字は「国土資源部」の副大臣が記者会 見で発表したもので、これは農地のおよそ2％に相当する。しかし研究者は中 国の農地面積の20％は確実に酷く汚染されていると見積もる!!これまで中国 では土壌汚染について語られる事は稀だったが、現在米やその他の汚染され た農産物が発見され、この為認知度が高まった。政府は確かに土壌汚染を調 査したものの、結果は発表せず国家機密だと宣言している！中国農民は既に 長年水に含まれる鉛と他の汚染物質の苦情を申し立てているが、懸念は高い カドミウム値に対しても同様で、この物質は癌を引き起こす可能性がある。 [WSNH: こうした汚染にも関わらず日本が多くの食品をこの国から輸入してい ることが理解出来ない。殆どの場合、消費者は商品が何処で栽培されたのか 生産されたのか包装に見つける事は容易ではない。] (出典：2014年1月3日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) The Chinese Government admitted that about 3.3 Mio. hectares of agricultural land were so strongly contaminated by heavy metals and other chemicals that there nothing could be cultivated anymore. The figures were informed by the Vice-Minister for <Land and Resources> at a press conference; that shall correspond to about two percent of the agricultural area of China. Researchers estimate however that indeed up to 20% of the agricultural area in China could be considerably contaminated!! So far it was little spoken about contaminated fields in China; now, contaminated rice and other polluted agricultural products were discovered and the awareness about it has increased. The Government has in fact investigated the soil contamination, the results were however not published, but declared as State Secrecy! Chinese farmers have already complained for a long time about lead and other noxious matters in the water; there is also anxiety about high cadmium levels because that substance could release cancer. [WSNH: It is incomprehensible that Japan imports such a lot of foods from the country despite of the contamination. The consumer has to search often for a long time on the wrapping in order to know where the product was cultivated or manufactured.] Die chinesische Regierung gab zu, dass zirka 3,3 Mio. Hektaren landwirtschaftlicher Boden so stark mit Schwermetallen und anderen Chemikalien verschmutzt sei, dass dort nichts mehr angepflanzt werden koenne. Die Zahlen gab der Vize-Minister fuer <Land und Ressourcen> an einer Pressekonferenz bekannt; dies soll zirka zwei Prozent der Landwirtschafts-Flaeche von China entsprechen. Forscher schaetzen jedoch, dass in der Tat bis zu 20% der landwirtschaftlichen Flaeche in China erheblich verseucht ist!! Bisher wurde in China wenig ueber verseuchte Aecker gesprochen; da jetzt verseuchter Reis und andere kontaminierte Landwirtschafts-Produkte entdeckt wurden, ist das Bewusstsein dafuer gestiegen. Die Regierung hat zwar die Boden- verseuchung untersucht, die Resultate jedoch nicht veroeffentlicht, sondern zum Staats-Geheimnis erklaert! Chinesische Bauern klagen schon laengere Zeit ueber Blei und andere Schadstoffe im Wasser; Besorgnis gibt es ebenfalls wegen hoher Cadiumwerte, weil dieser Stoff Krebs ausloesen koenne. Donkey meat is said to be eaten in China as snack; fox meat however shall not be on the menu. The authorities in the Chinese Province of Shandong had discovered the contamination. Wal-Mart wants to co-operate with the authorities and all critical meat products shall be subjected to an optional DNA-Test. In October 2011, there was already a scandal at Wal-Mart regarding to wrongly labelling pork meat as organic product. Eselfleisch wird in China als Snack gegessen, Fuchsfleisch hingegen sei nicht auf der Speisekarte. Die Behoerden in der chinesischen Provinz Shandong haetten die Verunreinigung festgestellt. Wal-Mart wolle mit den Behoerden zusammenarbeiten und alle kritischen Fleischprodukte freiwillig einem DNA-Test unterziehen. Im Oktober 2011 haette es bei Wal-Mart einen Skandal gegeben weil faelschlicherweise Schweinefleisch als Bio- Produkt angeschrieben worden sei. US-Dollar compared to the previous year based on the temporary balance of the enterprise. The decline in profit amounts to even about 18% compared to the third quarter 2013. The figures at Samsung had disappointed the expectations of the market was reported. A falling demand for premium <Smartphones> as well as a stronger competitive pressure by <Apple> e.g. were said to be responsible for the decline in profit. Besides, Samsung is said to have distributed recently one billion US-Dollar (estimate) as <bonuses> to their staff on the occasion of the 20th birthday of the <New Management> strategy. In 2012 the Swiss acted as expedition leader; the 210-meters long ship <Chikyu> is a floating research laboratory. The project <The Nankai Trough Seismogenic Zone Experiment (NanTroSEIZE)> has the aim to understand the mechanism of Mega Earthquakes. Nearby the <Kii-peninsula> there shall be made drills down to 3,600 meters into the ocean bed; certain experts consider the project as the last chance for the earthquake prognostication! In Japan even some seconds advance warning regarding to earthquakes can save lives! Now, it was lately said that the forecasts were playing down the risk of a <Mega-Earthquake> for Tokyo; the agency <Kyodo> quoted anonymous experts on it. An earthquake in Tokyo could well have the magnitude 9 like the one of <Tohoku 2011>, these experts said. The responsible persons of the <Center of Disaster Management> had however considered the (Japanese) politics. The politics was afraid that <worse forecasts> would affect the <Olympic Games 2020>!! Der Schweizer ETH-Professor Michael Strasser war schon drei Mal bei den Forschungsreisen des japanischen Forschungs-Schiffes <Chikyu> im Rahmen der Erdbeben-Voraussagen-Forschung im Nankai-Graben vor der Kueste Japans dabei. Im Jahr 2012 uebte der Schweizer die Taetigkeit als Expeditionsleiter aus; das 210 Meter lange Schiff <Chikyu> ist ein schwimmendes Forschungslabor. Das Projekt <The Nankai Trough Seismogenic Zone Experiment (NanTroSEIZE)> hat das Ziel den Mechanismus Grosser Erbeben zu verstehen. In der Naehe der <Kii- Halbinsel> soll 3'600 Meter tief in den Meeresgrund gebohrt werden; gewisse Experten sehen das Projekt als letzte Moeglichkeit fuer die Erdbeben-Prognostik! In Japan koennen sogar einige Sekunden Vorwarnung bei Erdbeben Leben retten! Jetzt heisst es neu die Voraussagen verharmlosten das Risiko eines <Mega-Bebens> fuer Tokyo; die Agentur <Kyodo> zitierte dazu anonyme Experten. Ein Erdbeben in Tokyo koenne ebenfalls die Staerke 9 haben, wie jenes von <Tohoku 2011>, sagen diese Experten. On the commemoration of the independence of the City of Geneva, about thousand people celebrated that event; the ceremony was at the same the start of the activities within the scope of the 200-Years Jubilee regarding to the entering of the Canton of Geneva into the Swiss Confederation (Switzerland). As symbol for the 23 Swiss cantons artillery guns shot each 23 times into the air at dawn. At the end of the 18th century, Geneva was occupied by France and integrated into the <First French Empire>. After the defeats of the Napoleon Army, the troops withdrew and in 1814 the City-Republic Geneva was declared. The historic event will be celebrated with lots of activities, concerts, sports events etc. up to May 19, 2015. On that date, 200 years will have passed since the Canton of Geneva joined the Swiss Confederation (Switzerland). Zum Gedenken an die Unabhaengigkeit der Stadt Genf feierten zirka tausend Personen diesen Anlass; die Feier war sogleich der Beginn fuer die Aktivitaeten im Rahmen des 200-Jahr- Jubilaeum fuer die Aufnahme des Kantons Genf in die Eidgenossenschaft (Schweiz). Als Symbol fuer die 23 Schweizer Kantone feuerten Artillerie-Geschuetze je 23 Mal in die Luft im Morgengrauen. Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts war Genf von Frankreich erobert worden und in das <Erste Franzoesische Kaiserreich> integriert worden. Nach den Niederlagen der Armee Napoleons zogen sich die Truppen zurueck und 1814 wurde die Stadt-Republik Genf ausgerufen. Der historische Anlass wird mit vielen Veranstaltungen, Konzerte, Sportanlaesse etc. bis zum 19. Universitaet Tsukuba: Algen & Wasserpflanzen gegen Radioaktivitaet. The Japanese researchers identified 17 kinds of aquatic plants and algae, which could be suitable for the natural decontamination of the radioactive water on the ground of the Nuclear Power Plant Fukushima. In a study with 188 different micro-algae, aquatic plants and algae, the researchers discovered an algae trunk, which is capable to eliminate up to 90% of the cesium; it shall be the algae <Nak 9>. According to the researcher, there is still more time needed to put the research results into practice. First, it has to be investigated how a mass-cultivation of that algae is possible. Einer Forschergruppe an der Universitaet Tsukuba unter Fuehrung von Professor Shiraiwa Yoshihiro ist ein Erfolg gelungen im Kampf gegen das sehr radioaktive Wasser im Atomkraftwerk (AKW) Fukushima No. 1. Die japanischen Forscher identifizierten 17 Arten von Wasserpflanzen und Algen, welche sich fuer die natuerliche Entgiftung (Dekontamination) des radioaktiven Wassers auf dem Gelaende des Atomkraftwerks Fukushima eignen. In einer Studie mit 188 verschiedenen Mikro-Algen, Wasserpflanzen und Algen, konnten die Forscher einen Algenstamm entdecken, welcher faehig ist bis zu 90% des Caesiums zu eliminieren; es handelt sich um die Alge <Nak 9>. Gemaess dem Forscher braucht es noch einige Zeit bis die Forschungs-Resultate in der Praxis umgesetzt werden koennen. Luzern (Babel-Quartier): Aikido Kids-Projekt. (Mon. 30.12.2013 Smi) ルツェルンのバベル地区は特に移民(外国人)が多く住む人口の多い地区。70 カ国以上の人種が住み、子供達の多くが社会的に恵まれない家庭という背景 がある。この地区の子供達はこの程「合気道キッズ・プロジェクト」で学び、 彼等の争いや問題を平和的に解決出来るようになる。週に一回現在12人の小 学生が無料で防御が基本の日本の格闘技合気道の訓練を受けている。このプ ロジェクトはサニア・ヘルビヒ女史が創設、ルツェルン合気道学校(ヴィン チェンツォ·スキアヴォーネ)が支援している。青少年心理学者アラン・グッ ゲンビュール氏はこのプロジェクトを称賛し、引用「特にこの年齢の青少年 は如何に攻撃性とエネルギーを制御するか文化に学ぶ必要がある。」と話す。 (出典：2013年12月30日付20分紙) The so-called <Babel-Township> (Basel-/Bern street) in Lucerne is a ward where lots of people, particularly immigrants (foreigners) stay. There shall be more than 70 nationalities live; there are also lots of children often with a socially weak family background. Children originated from that ward shall now learn to solve their conflicts/ problems peacefully thanks to the <Aikido Kids Project>. Once a week, 12 primary school pupils get now free tuition in the Japanese martial art <Aikido>, which is a defensive art. The project was established by Mrs. Sania Helbig and it is supported by the Aikido School Lucerne (Vincenzo Schiavone). The adolescent psychologist Allan Guggenbuehl praised the project; he said: quote <Particularly boys have to learn at that age how to handle aggressions and energies in a civilized way>. Das so-genannte <Babel-Quartier> (Basel-/Bernstrasse) in Luzern ist ein Stadtteil, wo sehr viele Menschen, insbesondere Migranten (Auslaender) wohnen. Es sollen dort mehr als 70 Nationalitaeten leben; es gibt dort auch viele Kinder oft mit einem sozial schwachen Familien-Hintergrund. Kinder aus diesem Quartier sollen jetzt dank dem <Aikido Kids Projekt> lernen, ihre Konflikte/Probleme friedlich zu loesen. Einmal pro Woche erhalten jetzt 12 Primarschueler gratis Unterricht in der japanischen Kampfkunst <Aikido>, welche defensiv ausgerichtet ist. Das Projekt wurde von Frau Sania Helbig gegruendet und es wird von der Aikido-Schule Luzern (Vincenzo Schiavone) unterstuetzt.
