Katastrophen-Risiko: Welt-Risiko-Bericht 2013. The index indicates the risk of the individual country to become a victim of a disaster due to a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, floods etc.; regarding to the 15 countries with the <highest risk> worldwide, Japan is ranked as <number 15>. Japan has to live with the fate that an earthquake can anytime occur (!). The country with the <highest risk> is <Vanuatu> located in the South Pacific; on the index Switzerland is ranked as <number 156> and therefore has one of the lowest risk's. Das Institut fuer Umwelt und menschliche Sicherheit der <Universitaet der Vereinigten Nationen> (United Nations University, Institute for Environment and Human Security) untersuchte im Auftrag des <Buendnis Entwicklung Hilft> das Katastrophen-Risiko fuer 173 Laender weltweit. Der Index zeigt das Risiko der einzelnen Laender Opfer eine Katastrophe zu werden infolge eines Natur-Ereignis beispielsweise wegen Erdbeben, Ueberschwemmungen usw.; bei den 15 Laendern mit dem <hoechsten Risiko> weltweit liegt Japan auf <Rang No. 15>. Japan muss damit leben, dass die Erde jederzeit beben kann (!). Das Land mit dem <hoechsten Risiko> ist <Vanuatu> im Sued-Pazifik; auf dem Index belegt die Schweiz <Rang No. 156> und weist damit eines der niedrigsten Risiken auf. (Mon.16.09.2013 Smi) Fukushima unter Kontrolle?: Wer sagt die Wahrheit? 2013年9月25日付「インターナショナル・ポリシー・ダイジェスト誌」のコ メントに書かれた表題は、引用すると「日本の安倍晋三はオリンピック開催 国になる為に嘘をついたのか？」と書かれている。同オンライン誌に依ると、 同首相が今週オランド大統領と国連で話した時、安倍首相はフランスに福島 の原子炉2基の廃炉支援を依頼したらしい。ブエノスアイレスの国際オリンピ ック委員会での安倍首相の演説が反発を誘発した。ここに彼のコメントがあ る、引用：「フクシマについて、お案じの向きには、私から保証をいたしま す。状況は、統御されています。東京には、いかなる悪影響にしろ、これま で及ぼしたことはなく、今後とも、及ぼすことはありません。(官邸ホーム ページ日本語引用)」東京電力の技術部門の最高責任者ヤマシタ・カズヒコ 氏は当時、引用：「東京電力が福島を制御し続ける能力を持つようになれる とは信じていなかった」と語った。この発言は安倍晋三首相と矛盾し、これ は大変異常な事だ。その後直ぐこの発言について、東京電力の広報担当者は 記者会見で訂正した。しかし東京電力の広報担当者は、湾から公海に汚染水 が漏れ続けているのを認めざるを得なかった。厳密に言えば、彼も安倍首相 と見解が違った(!)。 （出典：2013年9月16日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） The headline in the comment of the <International Policy Digest> of September 25, 2013 was quote: <Did Japan's Shinzo Abe Lie to Get the Olympics?>. According to that Online report Abe-Premier apparently shall have asked for help from France for the decommissioning of two Fukushima nuclear reactors when he talked with President Hollande at the United Nations (UN) this week(!). The speech of Abe-Premier at the <International Olympic Committee (IOC)> in Buenos Aires provoked protest; here is his statement, quote: <<Some may have concerns about Fukushima. Let me assure you, the situation is under control. It has never done and will never do any damage to Tokyo>>. The highest (top) technology chief of <Tepco> Yamashita Kazuhiko said then, quote: <that he didn't believe that <Tepco> will have the ability to keep the situation (regarding to <Fukushima I>) under control. With that statement his contradicted Premier Abe Shinzo and that is very unusual. Only a short time later, <Tepco> however corrected that previous statement with its own press release. The <Tepco-Spokesman> had however to admit that permanently <water> out of the bay was flushed into the open sea; strictly speaking also the <Tepco- Spokesman> contradicted with it Abe-Premier (!).
