Schweiz: Plastik-Muell wird zu Heizoel. (Sat. 20.07.2013 Smi) スイス企業「ディースオイル」が2007年からプラスティック屑から燃料油を 生産している。この種の装置では世界初の実験装置で成功裏に試験を終えた 。既存の工場は全自動で運転監視にはわずか二人の職員で済む。1kgのプラス ティック屑から同社は1リットルの油を生産、問題無くガソリンに精製も出来 る。同スイス企業は初めての商業生産用工場を2014年ドイツで運転を開始し 、建設費用は2,400万ユーロで年間15,000トンのプラスティック屑を処理出来 る。工場を更に外国とレマン湖畔（エトワ）で計画している。将来同社は洋 上に漂う「油生産工場」（船上工場）の操業も視野に入れており、これで海 洋に漂うプラスティック屑を現場で処理できる。オランダの研究者の計算で は、725万トンのプラスティック屑を海で吊り上げる事が出来るようになり、 72.5憶リットルの油を生産出来る。これは3,300万戸の一戸建て住宅に1年間 供給出来る燃料の量！！スイス企業「ディースオイル社」は販売価格を1リッ トルにつき55ユーロ・セントと計算しており、海洋プラスティック屑の再生 は採算が取れると言われている。<UNESCO>は洋上のゴミの絨毯は、塵パッチ の独立国だと説明している。 （出典：2013年7月20日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Swiss enterprise <diesoil> has successfully produced fuel oil made out of plastic waste since the year 2007; the worldwide first pilot plant of that kind has successfully completed its test. The existing factory is operated fully automatic and it needs only two employees to supervise the operation. Out of one kilogram (1 kg) of plastic waste, the Swiss company produces one liter of oil; that oil could be refined without problems into gasoline too. The Swiss company is going to start the operation of its first <commercial> factory in 2014 in Germany; the construction cost 24 Mio. Euro and it can process 15,000 tons of plastic waste a year. There are further factories in abroad and at the Lake Geneva area (Etoy) under planning. In the future, the Swiss company intends to operate even a floating <oil production plant> directly on the sea; with it the company could handle the floating plastic waste on the Oceans directly on site. A researcher from the Netherlands calculated that 7.25 Mio. tons of plastic waste could be <fished out> from the sea; out of it a total of 7.25 billion liters of oil could be produced. With that 33 Mio. one-family houses could heated one whole year!! The Swiss company <diesoil> counts on a sales price of 55 Euro-Cents for one liter; the recycling of plastic waste on the sea is said to be <profitable>. The <UNESCO> has declared the <waste carpet> on the Oceans to the independent State of <Garbage Patch>. Das Schweizer Unternehmen <diesoil> macht seit dem Jahr 2007 erfolgreich Heizoel aus Plastik-Abfall; die weltweit erste Pilot -Anlage dieser Art hat ihren Test erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die bestehende Fabrik laeuft vollstaendisch automatisch und es braucht nur zwei Mitarbeiter um den Betrieb zu ueberwachen. Aus einem Kilo (1 kg) Plastik-Muell stellt die Schweizer Firma einen Liter Oel her, welcher sich ohne Probleme ebenfalls zu Benzin raffinieren liesse. Die Schweizer Firma wird die erste <kommerzielle> Fabrik im 2014 in Deutschland in Betrieb nehmen; der Bau kostet 24 Mio. Euro und sie kann jaehrlich 15'000 Tonnen Plastik-Muell verarbeiten. Es sind weitere Fabriken im Ausland und am Genfersee (Etoy) im Planung. In Zukunft moechte die Schweizer Firma sogar eine schwimmende <Veroelungs-Anlage> (Schiff als Fabrik) direkt auf dem Meer betreiben; damit koennte der schwimmende Pastik-Muell auf den Ozeanen vor Ort zu Oel verarbeitet werden. Ein Forscher aus Holland berechnete, dass 7,25 Mio. Tonnen Plastik-Abfall aus dem Meer <gefischt> werden koennten; damit liesse sich 7,25 Mrd. Liter Oel herstellen. Damit koennte man 33 Mio. Einfamilien-Haeuser ein ganzes Jahr lang heizen!! Die Schweizer Firma <diesoil> sieht einen Verkaufspreis von 55 Euro-Cents pro Liter; die Wieder-Verwertung von Plastik-Muell aus dem Meer sei <profitabel>. The news about the selling on of <their personal Suica-Data> was said to be received by Japanese in Tokyo rather indifferently. On the <Chip> of the <Suica-Card>, age and gender of the card holder are registered; presently already 81 Mio. of that <Smart-Cards> are in circulation. Only with the <Suica-Card>, daily 43 Mio. transactions are executed; with the <Suica> the <Subway- and Suburban railways> are paid and one can also make shoppings with the card. For the Japanese <Suica> is <<benri>> (convenient), the violation of the privacy of the customers is <not yet visible>, meant the journalist. Normally, the <privacy> however is a <<holy matter>> for the Japanese, particularly in the field of money, is written in the article. That is said to be the reason why there is still no <Tax- Number> in Japan! [WSNH: The headline at the online paper <Sueddeutsche Zeitung> was as follows: <Here in Tokyo, do not ask, do not annoy.>] Gemaess dem Schweizer Zeitungs-Artikel hat das Karten-Unternehmen, welches die Kunden-Daten fuer die <Suica> Karte [Super Urban Intelligent CArd] besitzt, anfangs Juli 2013 angefangen, die <persoenlichen Daten ihrer Kunden> zu Marketing-Zwecken weiter zu verkaufen!! Mit diesem Vorgehen verstoesst die japanische Firma gegen das <Gesetz zum Schutz der Privat-Sphaere> in Japan; dies selbst dann, wenn die Daten <anonymisiert> sind. Premier Abe Shinzo wird in diesem Zusammenhang zitiert, <Abe Premier habe explizit bemerkt, solche Daten sollten zur Ankurbelung der Wirtschaft besser verwertet werden (!)>. Die Japaner in Tokyo haetten die Meldung, dass <ihre persoenlichen Suica-Daten> verkauft wuerden, eher gleichgueltig (gleichmuetig) aufgenommen. Auf dem <Chip> der <Suica-Karte> sind Alter und Geschlecht des Karten-Inhabers registriert; derzeit sind schon 81 Mio. dieser <Smart-Cards> im Umlauf. Nur mit der <Suica-Karte> werden taeglich 43 Mio. Transaktionen abgewickelt; mit der <Suica> wird die <U- und S-Bahn> bezahlt und man kann damit ebenfalls einkaufen. Fuer die Japaner ist <Suica> <<benri>>, die Verletzung der Privat-Sphaere der Kunden ist ja <nicht sichtbar>, meint der Journalist. Normalerweise ist den Japaner jedoch die <Privat-Spaehre> <<heilig>>, besonders im Bereich des Geldes, steht im Artikel. Dies sei der Grund, dass es in Japan noch keine <Steuer-Nummern> gebe! (Tue. 23.07.2013 Smi) 2013年の6月末から7月初め迄スイスは熱波に見舞われ、今週気温は30度以上 上昇した。週末のスイス建国記念日（2013年8月1日）の気温は摂氏36〜37度 まで上昇するらしい。カントンや地域に依って森林火災の危険があり、スイ スの建国記念日には、既に戸外での花火の禁止が検討されている。これまで ほんのわずかの雷雨があり、特に山岳部で起きている。しかし日曜日の夜は 所に依って強い雷雨が平野部でも予想されている。現在スイスに止まってい る暑い空気はスペインと北アフリカから風で運ばれて来た。太陽の光はオゾ ン値も上昇させている。土曜日の夜は所に依って気温が摂氏23度を下らず、 熱帯夜と言われている。 （出典：2013年7月23日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） Since the end of June and the beginning of July 2013, Switzerland is caught by a heat wave and the temperatures are going to increase up to more than 30 degrees Celsius this week. At the weekend ahead of the Swiss National Holiday (August 1, 2013), the temperatures are expected to go up to 36/37 degrees Celsius. In some Cantons or Regions, there will be soon a danger for forest fires and the authorities already think about a ban of making fire outdoors. So far there were only isolated thunderstorms, which happened mainly at the mountain area; for Sunday evening, however partly strong thunderstorms are expected also for the flatland. The hot air, which presently controls Switzerland, is originated in winds coming from Spain and North Africa; due to the solar irradiation, the ozone levels have increased too. In the night on Saturday, the temperatures didn't drop below 23 degrees Celsius; in such as case, it is spoken about <Tropical Night>. Am Wochenende vor dem Schweizer National-Feiertag (01.08.2013) sollen die Temperaturen bis zu 36/37 Grad Celsius erreichen. In einzelnen Kantonen oder Regionen besteht bald Waldbrand-Gefahr und fuer den Schweizer National-Feiertag wird bereits ueberlegt, Feuer im Freien zu verbieten. Bisher gab es nur vereinzelt Gewitter, diese ereigneten sich vor allem in den Bergen; fuer den Sonntag-Abend werden jedoch teilweise starke Gewitter auch fuer das Mittelland erwartet. Die heisse Luft, welche derzeit die Schweiz beherrscht, kommt mit Winden aus Spanien und Nord-Afrika; wegen der Sonnen-Einstrahlung steigen ebenfalls die <Ozonwerte>. Bald virtuelles Wandern in der Schweiz dank Google? 「グーグル・マップ」の「ストリート・ヴュー」に似た機能を、現在同米国 企業が開発した「カメラ・リュックサック」（トレッカー）でオフロードの トレッキングコースをカメラで撮影する。特別仕様のリュックサックは特殊 なカメラ装置を搭載しており、重さは18kgある。グーグルはこれを観光当局 や大学等の団体にだけ貸与、当該団体はそれを自ら背負ってフィールド・ワ ークをする。撮影された画像はグーグルがその後「360度の画像」に纏め、 最終作品にするには数カ月かかる。試験プロジェクトはグランド・キャニオ ンで、ツェルマット、フリムス・ラークス等様々なスイスの観光地が強い関 心を示しており、グーグルに申請する意向。データ保護に関しては、グーグ ルとスイスの観光地は共に当然の事として、記録したトレッカーの顔は画素 化される事になっている。しかしグーグルの地図情報は今のところ実際の登 山で利用出来るものではない。 （出典：2013年7月27日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） Similar to the function of <Street View> at <Google Maps>, the US- enterprise has now developed a so-called <Camera-backpack> (Trekker), with which <off-road> hiking trails and its environement can be captured by camera. The special backpack is equipped with a particular camera system and has a weight of 18 kilograms; <Google> loans it out however only to organizations such as tourism authorities, Universities etc. The organizations have to carry the <Trekker> by themselves on the field work. The pictures (images) are composed to a so-called <360-degree view> by <Google> later; until the final product is ready, it will take still a couple of months. The (US) <Grand Canyon> was used as pilot project; different Swiss holiday resorts such as Zermatt, Flims-Laax etc. showed a major interest in it and intend to make an application to <Google>. With regard to the protection of privacy, it is said that it is clear for <Google> and the <Swiss resorts> that the faces of captured hikers have to be <pixelated>. The map-material of <Google> is however not yet suitable for the <real> hiking. Aehnlich der Funktion <Street-View> bei <Google Maps> hat das US- Unternehmen jetzt einen so-genannten <Kamera-Rucksack> (Trekker) entwickelt, mit welchem <off-road> Wanderwege und ihre Umgebung mittels Kamera erfasst werden koennen. Der Spezial-Rucksack ist mit einem besonderen Kamera-System ausgeruestet und 18 Kilogramm schwer; <Google> leiht diesen jedoch nur an Organisationen, beispielsweise Tourismus-Behoerden, Universitaeten usw. aus. Die Organisationen vor Ort muessen den <Trekker> jedoch selber herum tragen. Die Aufnahmen (Bilder) setzt <Google> dann spaeter zu einer so-genannten <360-Grad Ansicht> zusammen; bis das Endprodukt vorliegt dauert es dann noch einige Monate. Als Pilot-Projekt diente der <Grand Canyon>; verschiedene Schweizer Ferienorte wie Zermatt, Flims-Laax usw. zeigen grosses Interesse und wollen sich bei <Google> bewerben. Betreffend Datenschutz sei es fuer <Google> und die Schweizer Ferien-Orte selbstverstaendlich, dass die Gesichter von erfassten Wanderer <verpixelt> werden muessten. He has now nominated Caroline Kennedy, a person without diplomatic education and without being able to speak Japanese, for the post of US-Ambassador in Tokyo; his nomination however still needs the confirmation by the US-Senate. The predecessor John Roos, a wealthy lawyer from the <Silicon Valley>, was also active as fund-raiser for Obama. The President of the (US) <Economic Strategy Institute> commentated the nomination for Tokyo as folllows: <Kennedy as well as Roos didn't command about the necessary stature (qualification) for that post>. He said further that <In Tokyo persons are needed, which are well schooled in the country and in the files (agenda). For the ambassador posts in London, Rome and Berlin <Obama-fund-raisers> were nominated too! The British <Guardian> commented that as a <shameless nomination> and an <affront against Great Britain>. An ex-US Ambassador called that development as a <devaluation of diplomacy>; he meant that maybe even <someone from the street> could do that duty.
