Persons, which store their (private) data at so-called <Clouds> or users of <social networks> must be aware that their <private data> (personal data) could be reached by <foreign authorities>. Mentioned in that context were the US-enterprises <Google>, <Facebook>, <Twitter> or so-called <Dropbox> (Online-date storage); US-authorities have the right based on the US-law <FISA>, to request from those enterprises the delivery of personal data stored at their database. The Swiss Government points out that the data collection <without knowledge (agreement) of the affected persons> belongs to the practice of the intelligence service! The Swiss Governemnts says that due to the new technologies, there are a <great deal> of monitoring-possibilities; the responsibility is up to the user and he must be aware of the risks. A study by the <European Parliament> points also to the risks of surveillance by the US-law <FISA>. Im Rahmen der Beantwortung eines <Parlamentarischen Vorstoss> eines Nationalrats betreffend dem US-Gesetz <FISA> (Foreign Intelligence and Surveillance Act), warnt die Schweizer Regierung die Nutzer von <sozialen Netzwerken> vor besonderen Risiken. Personen, welche ihre Daten in so-genannten <Datenwolken> (Cloud) speichern oder <soziale Netzwerke> nutzen, muessen damit rechnen, dass ihre <persoenlichen Daten> (Personendaten) an <auslaendische Behoerden> gelangen. Erwaehnt werden in diesem Zusammenhang die US-Unternehmen <Google>, <Facebook>, <Twitter> oder so-genannte <Dropbox> (Online-Datensicherung); US- Behoerden ist es gemaess dem US-Gesetz <FISA> erlaubt, von diesen Unternehmen die Herausgabe von Personendaten aus ihren Daten-Speichern zu verlangen. Die Schweizer Regierung weist darauf hin, dass die Datenbeschaffung <ohne das Wissen der betroffenen Personen>, zum Verfahren der Nachrichten-Dienste gehoere! Die Schweizer Regierung sagt, dass sich durch neue Technologien, Ueberwachungs-Moeglichkeiten <in grossem Umfang> ergeben wuerden; die Verantwortung liege beim <Nutzer> (User) und er muesse sich der <Risiken> bewusst sein. The <Zurich reader's letter> claimed now that the amazing success of Chinese companies was often not based in their special skills, but that the reason was based in quote: <shameless copying of established products, because of low-salaries, bad working conditions and minimal investments in environmentally friendly technologies>. Therefore more responsible competitor companies <didn't survive> in large numbers, that was only logical, said the reader. The reader requested to the Swiss authorities to take measures that the Laws in the own country would be respected. The reader indicated to the luxury tax of 40% e.g. for watches imposed by the Chinese state. The reader proposed now to <impose> an <import surcharge> (duty) on <low-price products> from China or other countries, in case they wouldn't meet the minimum requirements regarding to production conditions. That could be done by referring to <unequal competition conditions>. Der <Zuercher Leserbrief-Schreiber> behauptet jetzt, dass der erstaunliche Erfolg von chinesischen Unternehmen oft nicht auf deren besondere Faehigkeiten zurueck zu fuehren sei, sondern, dass der Grund im Zitat: <schamlosen Kopieren von bewaehrten Produkten, bei Tiefloehnen, schlechten Arbeits- bedingungen und minimalen Investitionen in umwelt-schonende Technologien> liege. Deshalb wuerden verantwortungsvollere Konkurrenz- Firmen in grosser Anzahl <nicht ueberleben>, dies sei aus diesem Grunde nur logisch, meinte der Leser. Der Leser fordert die Schweizer Behoerden auf dafuer zu sorgen, dass die Gesetze im eigenen Land eingehalten werden. Der Leser weist darauf hin, dass der chinesische Staat beispielsweise fuer Uhren eine Luxussteuer von 40% erhebt. Der Leser schlaegt jetzt vor, <Tiefpreis-Produkte> aus China oder anderen Laendern, welche minimale Anforderungen in Bezug auf Produktions- Bedingungen nicht erfuellen wuerden, mit einer <Import-Abgabe> zu belasten. Headlines weren't made by the meeting with the US-President, but the reported alleged sexual harassment of a young US-Korean woman by the press spokesman <Yoon Chang-yung>. The young woman is said to have worked as a trainee. It is reported that the US-police were making investigations in that matter; President Park fired her spokesman and apologized to all affected parties. The North-Korean newspaper wrote further, quote: <<the South-Koreans are for the USA only <string puppets> and no US-Government representative had come to the airport to welcome President Park>>. The fired spokesman said, he <hadn't done anything wrong> and he made <cultural differences> responsible for the <misunderstanding>. In an interview with the <Washington Post>, Mrs. Park shall have complained about Japan and was said to be disappointed. It is the aim that with the money, banks grant more credits, the enterprises would invest more and the Japanese economy would then grow; finally the salaries and the prices would increase too! So far only the Japanese exports have profited by the weak Yen; the <Exports> however haven't increased <real>, was reported. The <Abe-Government> however keeps secret to the Japanese citizens the <fact> that the <major part> of the profit-increase, particularly regarding to the Japanese automobile- or electronic groups <hasn't happened> due to higher exports!! The reason is rather based in the profit made abroad, which has turned out to be higher due to the weak Yen. The repatriated profits back to Japan, e.g. at <SONY> have suddenly increased in value. The Japanese exports however count <only> for 16% of the Japanese economy!! At the home country (Japan) there are no signs of an upturn; even though they have <full cash boxes>, the industry does hardly invest in the own country (Japan)! The salaries aren't increasing neither, in contrast gasoline, paper and cement became more expensive!! As long as the Japanese haven't more, but less money in their pocket, there will be no change. One third of the citizens have only a job as <temporary workers> and they live on the edge of the living wage. It is a <problem> that <young Japanese> do hardly participate on the election. So far only foreign <investors>, particularly <Hedgefonds> have largely profited of <Abenomics>!! It is however generally known that such <investors> will rapidly withdraw their money again. Now it was made public that the US-Hedge-Fonds Manager Daniel Loeb (Third Point) intends to <break up> (split up) the <SONY> Group. <Loeb> is described as an <aggressive, critical shareholder>. LDP-Premier Abe Shinzo lobt seine (eigene) <Abenomics>-Politik unermuedlich, aber inzwischen nehmen die Bedenken gegen die <Geldschwemme> im Inland (Japan) und im Ausland zu. Es waere das Ziel, dass die Banken mit dem Geld mehr Kredite vergeben wuerden, die Unternehmen mehr investierten und die japanische Wirtschaft damit wachsen wuerde; am Schluss sollten dann auch die Loehne und Preise steigen! Bisher sollen nur die japanischen Exporte vom schwachen Yen profitiert haben; die <Exporte> seien jedoch <real> nicht gestiegen, wird berichtet. Die <Abe-Regierung> verschweigt den japanischen Buergern jedoch die <Tatsache>, dass der <groesste Teil> der Gewinn- Steigerung, besonders bei den japanischen Automobile- oder Elektronik- Konzernen <<nicht>> wegen hoeheren Exporte passiert ist!! Vielmehr liegt der Grund bei den Ausland-Gewinnen, welche wegen dem schwachen Yen hoeher ausgefallen sind. Die Loehne werden ebenfalls nicht erhoeht, dagegen werden Benzin, Papier und Beton teurer!! Solange die Japaner nicht mehr, sondern weniger Geld im Sack haben, gibt es keine Wende. Ein Drittel der Buerger haben nur Arbeit als <Zeitarbeiter> (temporaer) und sie leben am Rande des Existenz-Minimums. Es ist ein <Problem>, dass <junge Japaner> kaum waehlen gehen. Bis jetzt haben nur auslaendische Anleger, besonders <Hedgefonds> von <Abenomics> gross profitiert!! Es ist jedoch bekannt, dass diese <Investoren> ihr Geld rasch wieder abziehen werden. Der Grund dafuer soll ein Nudelgericht gewesen sein, mit welchem <zwei Gaeste> unzufrieden waren; sie sollen die Bezahlung der Rechnung von je 10 Euro verweigert und darauf hin das Lokal verlassen haben. Spaeter traf der getoete Nozawa-san wieder auf die zwei Maenner, worauf er nochmals die Bezahlung der Rechnung verlangte. Darauf hin sollen die <zwei> so stark auf den Kopf des Opfers eingepruegelt haben, dass Nozawa-san wenige Stunden spaeter im Krankenhaus starb. Die zwei <Tatverdaechtigen> wurden von der Polizei befragt, jedoch nicht verhaftet!! It is said that nearly <every> (!) figure of economic growth of the Government had to be <adjusted> later! The newspaper <Nikkei> even admits that measured <in US- Dollar>, a drop (!) of 14% of the economy has to be expected for the current year!! The present <growth> (!) in Japan is according to Muto Hiroaki of <Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management Co.> explained as follows: There has been a stronger demand for consumer goods, which is justified <psychologically> due to <Abenomics>.
