Deutschland: Mehr Strom-Export, trotz stillgelegten AKWs. ドイツの「連邦統計局」の情報に依ると、ドイツは「エネルギー転換」以来 初めて電力輸出が2011年度比で4倍に増加した！ドイツの8個所の原発が停止 されているので、その驚きは大きい。2012年の電力の輸出超過は22.8テラワ ット時で、既に過去6年ドイツの電力輸出量は純増している。電力輸出で2012 年ドイツは14億ユーロの黒字を計上。主要な購入先はオランダ（22.6テラワ ット時）、オーストリア（15.9テラワット時）、スイス（12.7テラワット時） 。ドイツ連邦議会の緑の党会派副会長に依ると、「再生可能エネルギー」の 電力は特に安価なので、欧州の近隣諸国に輸出が出来る！ （出典：2013年4月2日付アールガウアー紙） According to information by the German <Statistical Federal Office (Destatis), Germany has increased its power export by four times compared to 2011; that happened in the first year after the <Energy- Change>! That is even more amazing because eight German Nuclear Power Plants (NPP) were shut down. The surplus from the export of power amounted to <22.8 Tera-Watt-Hours (TWh)> in 2012; already in the previous six years, Germany exported net more power. Out of the trading with power, Germany produced in 2012 a surplus of 1.4 Bn. Euro. The most important buyers of German power were e.g. the Netherlands with (22.6 TWh), Austria with (15.9 TWh) and Switzerland with (12.7 TWh). According to the Deputy-Chairman of the <Green Party> of the German Parliamentary Group, the power is particularly low priced because of the <renewable energies> and therefore, it is imported by the European neighbor countries! The new law will apply initially only for men; the new rule shall be applied for women five years later. The new retirement age will be increased first to the age of 61 years, later to 62 years and from the year 2025 up to the age of 65 years. For enterprises it is compulsory to offer a continued employment for male employees, which are elder than 60 years old. Jobholders, which want to go into retirement before reaching the new age limit, will be paid the pension delayed in stages. Am 1. April 2013 trat in Japan ein neues Gesetz in Kraft, welches das Renten-Eintrittsalter stufenweise von 60 auf 65 Jahre erhoeht. Das neue Gesetz gilt anfaenglich nur Maenner; die neue Regelung soll fuer Frauen fuenf Jahre spaeter eingefuehrt werden. Das neue Rentenalter wird zuerst auf 61 Jahre, spaeter auf 62 Jahre und vom Jahr 2025 an auf 65 Jahre angehoben. Fuer Unternehmen ist es obligatorisch, maennlichen Angestellten, welche aelter als 60 Jahre sind, eine Weiterbeschaeftigung anzubieten. The remaining radioactive contaminated water will be pumped into another tank; it is said to be unlikely that such water had reached the sea. Already on Friday, one of the cooling-system for a spent fuel pit for used nuclear fuel rods near reactor No. 3 had dropped out for three hours. After an inspection, the system could go back to operation later; as reason for it, works on the technical system were supposed. In March, already once four cooling ponds had dropped out for 30 hours because a rat had caused a bypass at the switchboard. According to <Tepco> it takes about two weeks until the fuel rods would overheat without cooling. Im Maerz waren schon einmal vier Kuehlbecken fuer 30 Stunden ausgefallen, weil eine Ratte einen Kurzschluss in der Schaltanlage verursacht hatte. Vor Ort (in Shanghai) glauben die Menschen, dass es ein Zusammenhang geben koennte mit den <toten Schweinen>, obwohl dies die Behoerden dementieren. Derzeit sind 18 Menschen am Vogelgrippe Virus erkrankt; gewisse Gefluegel-Maerkte seien geschlossen und mehr als 20'000 Huehner, Enten etc. seien geschlachtet worden. Viele Anleger haetten angefangen die Aktien von chinesischen Fluggesellschaften zu verkaufen, aus Angst vor einer Grippe-Epidemie. Thanks to the new service the <Post> wants to profit even more from the <Internet-Shopping>. The service corresponds to customer needs, said the <Post> spokesman; besides, the number of parcels is increasing and the customer wants to receive it as rapid as possible. We were impressed by the fresh air, the natural sound of water and the green. We didn't eat since breakfast and were therefore hungry; fortunately there was a small restaurant and some shops along the road. Even though lunchtime had passed already, the kind Japanese lady owner prepared only for us two a delicious <Tororo-Soba>; an elderly neighbor woman was also there for small- talk. We had a rest and enjoyed the warm delicious meal before starting our worship at <Jakkoin Temple>; the head priest there is a nun (ama-derra). (T.H.)
