(Tue. 26.03.2013 Smi) 第14回「ラリー・モンテカルロ2013」[エコ・ラリー]で日本車が、「ハイブ リッド車と代替燃料」部門で1位から3位までを、又「電気自動車」部門では 1位と2位を占めた。ハイブリッド部門の勝者は「トヨタ・プリウスII」で運 転者は素人だった。2位はホンダ・シヴィック（バイオ・ディーゼル）で、3 位は又もやトヨタの「ヤリス・ハイブリッド」。電気自動車の勝者は1位と2 位共に「三菱 i-MiEV」。 （出典：2013年3月26日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） At the 14th <Rallye Monte Carlo 2013> [Eco-Rally], Japanese automobiles reached the top rankings from No. 1 to No. 3 in the category [Hybrid and alternative fuels] and in the category <Electric- vehicles (EV)>, the Japanese were ranked as No. 1 and No. 2. The winner in the category <Hybrid> was the car <Toyota Prius II> and that even with an amateur driver. Ranked as No. 2 was the car <Honda Civic (Bio-Diesel)> and ranked as No. 3 was again another Toyota, namely <Toyota Yaris Hybrid>. Regarding to <Electric Cars>, ranked as No. 1 and No. 2 were twice a <Mitsubishi i-MiEV> car. Am 14. <Rallye Monte Carlo 2013> [Oeko-Rallye] belegten Japanische Automobilie die Spitzen-Raenge 1 bis 3 in der Kategorie <Hybrid und alternative Kraftstoffe> und in der Kategorie <Elektro-Autos> erreichten die Japaner die Raenge 1 bis 2. The head of the section of the <National Economic Supply> explained in an interview with the newspaper <Swiss Farmer> that the Swiss <Department for National Economic Supply> (BWL) has recognized that in the future more often at times supply shortages will happen regarding to certain products in the field of the supply of Switzerland with commodities as well as foods and animal feed. Overall the supply of the country will become more difficult and the <risk-landscape> (risk map) had changed! The Swiss <BWL> confirms that due to the worlwide competion in the supply and the increasingly complex logistics in the supply, there will be often a shortage and that will happen <without major advance warning>. Regarding to nutrition, the situation will become <even more serious> because of the worldwide increased demand for foods. According to the chief, Switzerland is however prepared for such a situation; the <Swiss compulsory stock> on crop, rice, sugar, cooking oil and cooking fat will be sufficient for four months! Der Leiter der <Sektion Landes-Versorgung> erklaerte in einem Interview mit der Zeitung <Schweizer Bauer>, dass das <Bundesamt fuer wirtschaftliche Landes-Versorgung (BWL)> [National Economic Supply] im Bereich der Versorgung der Schweiz mit Rohstoffen sowie Lebens- und Futtermitteln in Zukunft oefters zeitweise Engpaesse bei einzelnen Produkten sieht. Insgesamt wird die Versorgung des Landes schwieriger und die <Risiko-Landschaft> habe sich veraendert! Das <BWL> stellt fest, dass wegen der weltweiten Konkurrenz in der Beschaffung und der immer komplexeren Logistik in der Versorgung haeufig Verknappung entstehen werde und dies <ohne grosse Vorwarnung>. Betreffend Nahrungsmittel wird sich die Lage bei den Lebensmitteln wegen der weltweit steigenden Nachfrage <noch mehr verschaerfen>. Gemaess dem Leiter ist die Schweiz jedoch darauf vorbereitet; die <Schweizer Pflichtlager> an Getreide, Reis, Zucker, Speiseoele- und Fette genuegen fuer vier Monate! Die Lage wird zudem laufend ueberprueft; letztmals musste die Schweiz im Jahr 1974 auf die <Pflichtlager> (Not-Vorraete) zurueckgreifen. Einbruch-Alarm wegen Staubsauger-Roboter. When the police entered the appartment and checked up, the found no burglar on the spot, but a <programmed> vacuum cleaner robot was in fact working. That mentioned the police in their media report. Particularly striking is the crime rate at the category asylum-seekers with a plus of nearly 40%. Regarding to the non-permanent resident population (e.g. tourists, cross-border commuters or illegal stays) the increase of crime was around 14%. Partly the strong increase of the <Foreign-Crime Rate> was linked (explained) by the <Arab Spring> and then as a consequence the increased number of applications for asylum by <young men>. Such people want to <get money> rapidly and therefore commit often a crime; that is said to have been found at the Cantons. Kt. Zuerich: Kommt Obligatorium fuer Solar-Zellen? (Tue. 26.03.2013 Smi) カントン・ツューリッヒの議会は将来住宅の持ち主に、太陽エネルギー、地 熱、風力エネルギーの利用を義務化する修正案を決議した。同紙によると、 ツューリッヒ市でおよそ60%の温水と20%の暖房を住宅の屋根に設置した太陽 光パネルで発電出来る。家主協会はこの法律に反対して争う意向。各自治体 は法律のもとに特定の地区で代替エネルギーの利用を指示出来る。今回の法 改正の提案は、ツューリッヒ州政府の緑の党の議員に依る議員発議が基にな った。（出典：2013年3月26日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Parliament of the Canton of Zurich (Zurich State Council) voted (approved) a modification of a law, which could oblige house-owners in the future to use solar-energy, heat out of geothermal energy or wind power energy. According to the newspaper at the City of Zurich about 60% of the hot water and 20% of the thermal heat could be produced by solar-panels on the roofs of houses. The association of the house- owners intends to fight against the law. The municipalities could based on the law dictate the use of <alternative energy> in certain local areas. The proposal for the modification of the law was launched by the Zurich Government based on a Parliamentarian Initiative of a councilor from the <Green Party>. It is discussed that e.g. restaurants and wholesalers should be obliged to recycle foods-remains (trashes). According to the wholesalers (supermarket chaines) <Migros> and <Coop>, 99% of the foods would reach their customers. Responsible for the <waste> are said to be primary the <<consumers>> (45% based on Foodwaste); the <Consumer Protection Organization> requests that the information about the life period on the products should be simplified. Regarding to certain foods (e.g. pasta) the date of expiry should be omitted. At the EU-States, the waste shall be even 40%. The Swiss Government reacts with its plan on the <People's Initiative> <<For a sustainable and resources-efficient economy>> by the <Green Party>. A recycling obligation exists in France since the beginning of 2012; the EU-Parliament wants to reduce the mountain of waste made of eatables by 50% up to 2025. 2014 shall be made the <European Year against the Waste of Foods>. The prolongation of the minimum life period date will be reviewed by <Migros>. Die Schweizer Regierung will mit neuen Vorschriften in gewissen Bereichen die <Verschwendung> von Lebensmittel / Esswaren verhindern; pro Jahr gehen zwei Mio. Es wird davon gesprochen, dass zum Beispiel Restaurants und Grossverteiler verpflichtet werden sollen, Nahrungsmittel-Abfaelle zu verwerten. Gemaess den Grosshaendlern (Supermarkt-Kette) <Migros> und <Coop> wuerden 99% der Lebensmittel ihre Kunden erreichen. Verantwortlich fuer die <Verschwendung> seien primaer die <<Konsumenten>> (45% Quelle Foodwaste); der <Konsumenten-Schutz> verlangt die Angaben der Haltbarkeit auf den Produkten zu vereinfachen respektive bei gewissen Lebensmitteln (z.B. Teigwaren) sei das Ablaufdatum wegzulassen. In den EU-Staaten betraegt die Verschwendung von Lebensmitteln sogar 40%. Die Schweizer Regierung reagiert mit ihrem Plan auf die Volksinitiative <Fuer eine nachhaltige und ressourcen-effiziente Wirtschaft> der <Gruenen Partei>. The information was made public by the US-special magazine <Federal Computer Week> this week; the co-operation is related to the field of <Internet Cloud> (database cloud). The order shall make <Amazon> to an important partner of the <US-Government>; strategically speaking, it will be called an enterprise, which is <too big to fail>! The <CIA> shall therefore remain technologically up-to-date and at the same time, it is regarded as a saving measure due to the massive pressure of the US-Congress onto the Civil Service. At the management (leadership) of <Amazon> sit former intelligence people; the British newspaper <The Register> mentioned the names of Mr. Stephen Schmidt, ex-FBI, now IT- Director at <Amazon>, Mr. Carl Moses, ex-FBI, now working at <Amazon Web Services> and Mr. Andrew Doane, who worked at a not mentioned US-intelligence service. <Amazon> was praised often and considerably by CIA-senior staff members in the past 2 years. Fortunately, there was one single free taxi on the site. The driver was friendly, but first slightly reluctant to drive us just several hundred meters uphill. There is in fact, a proper footpath directly to the top; by car a little detour is necessary. The driver was satisfied because we hired him for the next further place of visit, which was too far to go on foot. We left the luggage at the Ryokan <Seryo>; Inside of the Ryokan there is a beautiful Japanese garden, and it is located just next to the famous Sanzenin.
