Fragwuerdige Investitionen in Japans Infrastruktur? 日本の安倍晋三現政権は「デフレ脱却」という現下の専門用語を好んでいる 。「アベノミクス」に依っておよそ1,000億スイスフランが基幹整備に投資さ れる。この巨費は僅か15ヶ月間の投資で、景気浮揚を図ろうとしている。し かし日本と外国の専門家は、そのような対策は長期的な成果をもたらさない と警告している。これは負債を更に増やす事になると専門家は言う。諸外国 との比較では、日本のインフラは既に充分整備されている。日本の国土の広 さが世界でわずか61位に比して、日本の道路は120万kmと世界5位!ドイツはこ れを僅か50%超えるのみ。更に日本には68,000か所の橋梁と、ほぼ1万か所の トンネル、250両の高速鉄道車両と空港が98個所ある。法政大学の五十嵐敬喜 教授は、日本の人口が減少し高齢化するのに「何故これ以上道路や他のイン フラに投資するのか」と警鐘を鳴らす。最終的にはインフラを利用する道路 を走る車が減り、歩く人が減る！批判者はこれらの金が浪費され、無駄に投 資される事に不安を覚えている。例えば、2010年に開港した「茨城空港」は 東京から北にわずか80kmに在って、総工費2億2千500万ドルを要したが、現 在1日6便しか就航していな い!! （出典：2013年3月3日付キャッシュ・オンライン紙） The actual Japanese LDP-Prime Minister Abe Shinzo loves his actual technical term <<Release from Deflation>>; with his <Abenomics- Solution> he intends to invest about 100 billion Swiss Francs into the infrastructure of the country. That enormous amount is only just for 15 months; with it the economy shall be leveraged. Japanese and foreign experts however warn that such measures wouldn't bring success in the long run. That will increase the burden of debts further, the experts say. A comparison with other countries shows that the infrastructure in Japan is already well developed. Regarding to the surface Japan is ranked only as number 61 among the biggest countries; with a network of 1.2 Mio. road-kilometers Japan is however ranked as number 5 of the World! Germany disposes of only about 50% of it. Further Japan has 68,000 bridges, nearly 10,000 tunnels, 250 bullet trains and 98 airports. Professor Igarashi Takayoshi of the <Hosei University> warns <why will be again invested into roads and other infrastructures> if the Japanese Population is decreasing and getting elder. Ultimately, that means less vehicles (cars) on the roads and less people, which use the infrastructure! Critics are afraid that the money will run out and that money will be invested meaningless. As example was mentioned the in 2010 opened <Ibaraki Airport> only just 80 km north of Tokyo; it cost 225 Mio. US-Dollars and today, there shall be just only <<6 flights>> handled per day!! Der jetzige japanische LDP-Premier Abe Shinzo liebt seinen aktuellen Fachbegriff <<Befreiung von der Deflation>> (Release from Deflation); mit seiner <Abenomics-Loesung> will er zirka 100 Mrd. Schweizer Franken in die Infrastruktur des Landes investieren. Diese riesige Summe ist fuer nur gerade 15 Monate vorgesehen; damit soll die Konjunktur in Schwung gebracht werden. Japanische und auslaendische Experten warnen jedoch, solche Massnahmen wuerden langfristig keinen Erfolg bringen. Dies werde die Last der Schulden weiter steigen lassen; sagen die Experten. Ein Vergleich mit anderen Laendern zeigt, dass die Infrastruktur in Japan bereits gut ausgebaut ist. Bezogen auf die Flaeche liegt Japan nur auf Rang 61 der groessten Laender; mit einem Netz von 1,2 Mio. Strassen-Kilometer belegt Japan jedoch Rang 5 der Welt! Deutschland verfuegt nur ueber zirka 50% davon. Weiter hat Japan 68'000 Bruecken, fast 10'000 Tunnel, 250 Hoch-Geschwindigkeits- zuege und 98 Flughaefen. Japan: Medien machen Vorverurteilung. (Thu. 07.03.2013 Smi) 日本人「ユウスケ K.」が最近、様々なケースで脅迫の電子メールを送信し た容疑で警察に逮捕された。同容疑者は過去に一度犯罪事件に巻き込まれた が、彼は当時無実だと訴えていた。推定無罪の原則は日本の報道機関では通 用しないらしい！日本で容疑者になると、報道機関が早まった判断を下す。 今回の場合、報道機関は彼の「名前、職業、住所（地区 /階）、写真」を公 開した。逮捕者の動機は、過去に当局から苦しめられた不公正に復讐しよう としたと引用された。本人に本当に罪があるなら、裁判所で判断されるべき だが、日本では報道機関が判断を下すと長らく言われている。2012年8月警 察は4人の男性を彼等のコンピュータから「脅迫の電子メール」を送ったと 逮捕したが、自供でこの4人は行為を認めた。しかし警察は4人を直ぐに釈放 して謝罪した。彼等は警察で自白を強要された模様。この男性達は「コンピ ュータ・ヴィールスの被害者」で、その事を知らなかった。 （出典：2013年3月7日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Japanese citizen <Yusuke K.> was recently arrested by the police because he shall have dispatched threats by E-Mail on different occasions. The alleged offender was involved in a criminal case in the past and he says that we was innocent then. For an accused person the presumption of innocence is applied; that seems to be regarded differently by Japanese Media! Who is under suspicion in Japan, such a person is said to be prejudged by the Media. In the actual case, the media published the person's <name, job, residence (City district/ floor) and photos. The arrested person was quoted that he wanted to take revenge to the authorities by his action because he had suffered injustice in the past. Whether the man is really guilty, the court has to decide; the media in Japan have however already made their verdict for a long time. In August 2012, the police arrested four men for having dispatched <E-Mail threats> from their computers; at police questioning, the four persons admitted their crimes. The police however had to release the Four again rapidly and apologize to them. The confessions are said to have been <extorted> by the police. The men were the <victims of a Computer-Virus> and they didn't know anything about that matter. Der japanische Buerger <Yusuke K.> wurde kuerzlich von der Polizei verhaftet, weil er verschiedentlich Drohungen per E-Mail versandt haben soll. Der mutmassliche Taeter war frueher einmal in ein Strafverfahren involviert und er sagt, damals unschuldig gewesen zu sein. Fuer einen Beschuldigten gilt die Unschulds-Vermutung; dies scheint bei Japanischen Medien anders zu sein! Wer in Japan verdaechtigt werde, der werde von den Medien vorverurteilt. In diesem Fall veroeffentlichten die Medien seinen <Namen, Beruf, Wohnort (Stadtteil/Stockwerk) und Fotos>. Der Verhaftete wird zitiert, er habe sich mit seiner Tat wegen der frueher erlittenen Ungerechtigkeit bei den Behoerden raechen wollen. Ob der Mann tatsaechlich schuldig ist muss das Gericht entscheiden; die Medien in Japan haben das Urteil jedoch schon lange gesprochen. Im August 2012 verhaftete die Polizei vier Maenner wegen dem Versand von <E-Mail-Drohungen> ab ihren Computern; im Verhoer gaben die vier Personen die Taten zu. Die Polizei musste die Vier jedoch rasch wieder freilassen und sich bei ihnen entschuldigen. Die Gestaendnisse seien ihnen von der Polizei <erpresst> worden. Die Maenner waren <Opfer eines Computer-Virus> geworden und hatten nichts gewusst. During his leadership, <SONY> produced red figures (losses). A top salary collects particularly the <CEO> of the company <Renault-Nissan>, Mr. Carlos Ghosn with an amount of about 9.8 Mio. Swiss Francs at present. Mr. Ghosn justifies his top salary with his argument that other Japanese companies are managed poorly because the <Top-Managers> don't earn enough! In Japan, salaries are considered to be a private matter and are mostly not made public. Toyoda Akio of <Toyota> receives the <seventh part> of <Mr. Ghosn's salary> and Ito Takanobu of <Honda> about the same as Mr. Toyoda. <Manager-Salaries> such as paid in the USA and in Europe, are <indecent> for Japanese people. With it the previous highest score of 14,198 points of October 11, 2007 (before the financial crisis) was exceeded. It said to be <Party-Mood> at the financial markets; the Japanese <Nikkei-Index> stands on a level of 12,283.62 points, the highest score since September 2008 (before the crash due to the financial crisis). Due to the extreme loose monetary policy of the Central Banks, investors are said to go into the equity market, because other investments (such as Government Bonds) were less interesting due to the low interest rates. There are however voices (opinons) that warn about an exaggerative euphoria; a collapse (crash) at the equity markets might always be possible. The Euro-debt crisis, the automatic cuts of the US-State Budget, the Italian Government crisis etc. presently seem not to worry the investors. Es herrsche <Party-Stimmung> an den Finanz-Maerkten; der japanische <Nikkei-Index> steht mit 12'283.62 Punkten auf dem hoechsten Stand seit September 2008 (vor der Talfahrt wegen der Finanzkrise). Wegen der extrem lockeren Geldpolitik der Zentralbanken, gingen die Investoren in den Aktienmarkt, da andere Anlagen (z.B. Staatsanleihen) wegen der tiefen Zinsen weniger interessant seien. Es gibt jedoch Stimmen, welche vor einer uebertriebenen Jubel-Stimmung warnen; ein Einbruch an den Aktienmaerkten sei immer moeglich. Die EURO-Schuldenkrise, die automatischen Kuerzungen der US- Staatsausgaben, die italienische Regierungskrise usw. scheinen die Investoren derzeit nicht zu beunruhigen. Japan: Zehntausende protestieren gegen Atom-Energie. 福島原発事故2年目の記念日2013年3月11日を前に、日本では数万人の市民が 脱原発を訴えるデモ行進をした。抗議は特に「親原発」の自民党首相安倍晋 三に向けられた。事業者、科学者、ボランティア等の人々が演説をした日比 谷公園の抗議集会の後、大勢のデモ隊は国会前を行進し、「脱原発」の署名 を国会議員に手渡した。月曜日まで（2013年3月11日）日本全国150か所で脱 原発集会が開催される。市民は安倍首相に国内全ての原発停止を求めた。ノ ーベル文学賞受賞者大江健三郎も参加、大江さんは「広島、長崎、福島を再 び繰り返させない為に闘いたい」と話した。大江さんは今後も原発再稼働を 阻止する為に出来る事は何でもする積り。脱原発の大規模デモは台湾でも行 われ、更にフランス、ドイツ、スイス（ベルン）でも実施された。 （出典：2013年3月9日/10日付けノイエ・ルツェルナー・ツァイトゥング紙 オンライン版/スイス公共放送） On the second anniversary (commemoration day) of the nuclear disaster of Fukushima on March 11, 2013 (3/11), tens of thousands of citizens have protested in Japan for a nuclear power phase-out. The protest was directed particularly against the <nuclear power friendly> Japanese LDP-Prime Minister Abe Shinzo. After protest events at <Hibiya-Park> in Tokyo, where businessmen, scientists and volunteers etc. made speeches, a large protest march walked in front of the Japanese Parliament; a petition <against the nuclear energy> was handed over to the members of parliament. Untill Monday (2013/03/11) up to 150 anti- nuclear events will take place all over in Japan. The citizens requested Prime Minister Abe to shut down (decommission) all nuclear power plants in the country. Literature Nobel Prize Winner Oe Kenzaburo participated too. Oe-san said, <<He wanted to fight against all those that do so as if Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Fukushima never had happened>>. Oe-san is going to do all he can do in order to stop the restart of further nuclear reactors. A major Anti-Nuclear Power Demonstration took place in Taiwan; further protest rallies were held in France, Germany and Switzerland (Berne) Zum 2.
