Universitaet Zuerich: Fuehrend bei virtueller Autopsie. 「ツューリッヒ大学法医学研究所（IRM）」は、犯罪学の分野の「ヴァート プシー」 と称される「仮想剖検」の処理方法では世界最先端。この新手法 に依って、60%から80%の犯罪に依る死因を特定出来ると同研究所のリーダー は言う。「ヴァートプシー」は法医学の画像を使って、非常に正確で視覚的 な「三次元デジタル化」が実現出来る。体内の検証結果を証拠書類にする為 に、コンピュータ断層撮影（MSCT）と磁気共鳴映像法（MRI）の画像処理が使 われる。表面スキャナーで、傷が生前に加えられたもの（怪我等）なのかも 発見出来る。この様なハイテク手法は、警官が犯行現場と証拠品をコンピュ ーターの三次元画像でイメージ出来る。或る米国人が暫く前迄、「ヴァート プシー」を「ヨーロッパ人のたわ言」と言っていた。その後この用語は米国 犯罪シリーズ「CSI-マイアミ」でも使われた。IRM研究所のコースでは、国際 的な大反響を喜んでいる。 （出典：2013年2月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The <Institute of Forensic Medicine> at the University of Zurich (IRM) is a leader worldwide in the field of criminalistics with the procedure of the <virtual autopsy>, the so-called <<Virtopsy>>. Thanks to that new kind of method 60% to 80% of the cause of death regarding to criminal cases can be diagnosed, said the Head of the IRM- Institute. At <Virtopsy> the forensic imaging is used, in doing so a very precise, optical <3D-digitalization> is applied. For the documentation of the results in the <inside of the body>, image-guided procedures by Computer-Tomography (MSCT) and Magnetic-Resonance- Tomography (MRI) are used. With a surface-scanner actions on alive injured persons can be detected (e.g. assault). With such <High-Tech> methods, site of crime and material witness can be imaged in <3D> at the computer for the police. An US-American called <Virtopsy> some time ago still as <European bullshit>; in the meantime, the term is even used in the US-crime story <CSI-Miami>. The courses at the IRM- Institute enjoy a great international interest. Das <Institut fuer Rechtsmedizin der Universitaet Zuerich (IRM)> ist auf dem Gebiet der Kriminalistik mit dem Verfahren der <virtuellen Autopsie> der so-genannten <<Virtopsy>> weltweit fuehrend. Dank dieser neu-artigen Methode koennen 60 bis 80% der Todesursachen bei Kriminalfaellen festgestellt werden, sagt der Leiter des IRM- Institutes. Bei <Virtopsy> kommt die forensische Bildgebung zum Einsatz, wobei eine sehr genaue optische <3D-Digitalisierung> durchgefuehrt wird. Zur Dokumentation der Resultate im Innern des Koerpers werden bild-gebende Prozesse der Computer-Tomographie (MSCT) und der Magnet-Resonanz-Tomographie (MRI) eingesetzt. Mit einem Oberflaechen-Scanner lassen sich Taten auch bei lebenden Verletzten nachweisen (z.B Koerper-Verletzungen). Mit solchen <High-Tech> Methoden lassen sich Tatort und Tat-Hergang fuer die Polizei am Computer drei-dimensional (3-D) abbilden. Ein US-Amerikaner bezeichnete <Virtopsy> vor einiger Zeit noch als <European bullshit>; inzwischen wurde der Begriff sogar in der US-Kriminal-Serie <CSI- Miami> verwendet. Schweiz: Selbstversorgung mit erneuerbarer Energie moeglich. 連邦工科大学ツューリッヒ校のアントン・グンツィンガー教授と彼の技術者 集団による最新の研究で、スイスは再生可能エネルギーを自給自足出来る事 を示した。彼の研究は2010年のデータを基にした新しいシミュレーションで、 脱原発は追加のガスと蒸気発電所無しに達成出来る。同教授は太陽光と風力 発電の開発をスイス政府が計画したエネルギー戦略よりも早く執行するよう 求めている。二つの原子力発電所「ミューレベルクとベッツナウ」の代わり に、今後10年で4ギガワット発電出来る太陽光発電の設置が必須。他には風 力発電も迅速に開発する必要がある。エネルギー転換に関して、同教授は国 民経済に対するリスクは認識していない。再生可能エネルギーは例えば新し い原子力発電所より高くは無い。同教授にとって更に重要な事は、スイスが 緊急時外国に依存せずに自力でエネルギーを発電出来る事で、電力網の独立 に依ってスイスは電力市場で政治的な苦悩を抱えずに済む。グンツィンガ― 教授は既に1994年「タイム誌」の「100人の未来のリーダー」の1人に選ばれ ている。（出典：2013年 2月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） An actual study of the <ETHZ-Professor> Anton Gunzinger and his engineer group shows that Switzerland can be self-sustaining with renewable energy. His study is based on new simulations with data from the year 2010; the nuclear phaseout can be achieved without additional gas- and steam power plants. He requests that the development of solar- and wind power is executed quicker than planned in the <Energy- Strategy> of the Swiss Government. As replacement of the two nuclear power plants (NPW) <Muehleberg> and <Beznau> a solar performance of 4 Gigawatts must be established in the next 10 years. Besides, the wind power must be developed quicker. Regarding to the Energy-Change, the Professor recognizes no economical risk; renewable energy isn't more expensive than for instance new nuclear power plants (NPW). Besides, for the ETHZ-Professor it is important that Switzerland can be independent from abroad regarding to the self-supply with electricity in case of an emergency. With an autonomic grid, Switzerland can avoid to get in difficulties also politically at the electricity market. Professor Gunzinger was elected by the <Time Magazine> already in 1994 as one of the <100 Future Leaders>. Eine aktuelle Studie des ETHZ-Professor Anton Gunzinger und seiner Ingenieur-Gruppe zeigt, dass sich die Schweiz mit erneuerbarer Energie selbst versorgen koenne. Seine Studie basiert auf neuen Simulationen mit Daten aus dem Jahr 2010; der Atom-Ausstieg sei ohne zusaetzliche Gas- und Dampf-Kraftwerke erreichbar. Er verlangt, dass der Ausbau der Solar- und Windkraft rascher durchgefuehrt werden muss, als dies die Energie-Strategie der Schweizer Regierung plant. Als Ersatz der zwei Atomkraftwerke (AKW) <Muehleberg & Beznau> muss eine Solarleistung von 4 Gigawatt in den naechsten 10 Jahren geschaffen werden. Zudem muss die Windkraft schneller ausgebaut werden. Betreffend der Strom-Wende erkennt der Professor kein volkswirtschaftliches Risiko; erneuerbare Energie ist nicht teurer als beispielsweise neue Atomkraftwerke (AKW). Fuer den ETHZ-Professor ist es zudem wichtig, dass sich die Schweiz im Notfall unabhaengig vom Ausland selber mit elektrischer Energie versorgen kann; mit einem autonomen Strom-Netz kann die Schweiz im Strom-Markt auch politisch nicht in Bedraengnis kommen. Kanton Bern: Volk entscheidet ueber Energie-Wende. 2009年11月13日の国民発議「ベルンの再生可能」で、「カントン・ベルン緑 の党」が、 未来志向のエネルギー政策を求めた。この政策はカントン・ベ ルンが2035年までに電力で、そして2050年からは暖房と温水を完全に再生可 能エネルギー源で賄うようにする事。確かな意味は、最終的には全ての石油 と天然ガスによる暖房を最終期限までに撤去しなければならないと言う事。 州議会の対案も同じ方向性だが、中間目標の定義はしていない。2013年3月3 日カントン・ベルンの住民はこれ等二つの議案について投票する。カントン ・ベルンは、「期限目標」と共に「再生可能エネルギー」に完全に切り替え るスイス初のカントンになるかもしれない。 （出典：2013年2月22日付ターゲ ス・アンツァイガー紙） With its <People's Initiative> <<Berne renewable>> dated of November 13, 2009, the <Green Party of the Canton of Berne> requests an energy policy, which is directed forward-looking (trend-setting). That means that at the Canton of Berne up to the year 2035 <electricity> and as from the year 2050 <energy for heating and hot water> should be produced completely out of renewable energy sources. The concrete meaning is that also all oil- and natural gas heating systems (NG) have to be removed by that deadline. The counter-proposal of the <Cantonal Parliament> goes into the same direction, however without defining interim goals. On March 3, 2013, the citizens of the Canton of Berne will decide in a vote about the two bills (laws); the Canton of Berne would be the first Swiss Canton, which would decide a full change onto <renewable energy> together with a <time target>. Mit ihrer Volksinitiative <<Bern erneuerbar>> vom 13.11.2009 verlangt die <Gruene Partei des Kantons Bern> eine Energie-Politik, welche auf die Zukunft ausgerichtet wird. Dies bedeutet, dass im Kanton Bern bis im Jahr 2035 Strom und ab dem Jahr 2050 Energie fuer Heizung und Warmwasser vollstaendig aus erneuerbaren Energie-Quellen stammen sollen. Konkret heisst dies ebenfalls, dass alle Erdoel- und Erdgas- Heizungen bis zu diesen Terminen verschwinden muessten. Der Gegenvorschlag des Kantons-Parlaments geht in die gleiche Richtung, ohne jedoch Zwischen-Ziele zu definieren. Am 3. Swiss Francs for a non-competition clause with an advisory mandate for the President of the Board of Administration of Novartis. The Zurich free-lance journalist Lukas Haessig had made public that compensation in favor of Dr. Daniel Vasella on his website <Inside Paradeplatz>. In the run-up to the vote of the so-called <Minder-Initiative> a wave of outrage regarding to the <amount of compensation> and its legality spread in the Swiss Media. In the face of that protest, Dr. Vasella decided not to keep that compensation, but to donate it for charitable purposes. His public critics however showed still no understanding, so that Dr. Vasella finally abstained from taking the compensation. The shareholders at the General Assembly voted with a large majority in favor of all requests. In an interview, Dr. Vasella reminded the Swiss of the fact that a worsening of the general framework and a national regulatory overkill, could endanger the Swiss Group Headquarter of Novartis located in Basle. Schweizer Franken fuer ein Konkurrenz-Verbot mit Beratungsmandat an den zuruecktretenden VR-Praesidenten von Novartis. Der freie Zuercher Journalist Lukas Haessig machte diese Entschaedigung zugunsten von Dr. Daniel Vasella auf seiner Webseite <Inside Paradeplatz> oeffentlich. There are more than 150 tanks with nuclear waste originated from a former plutonium factory; the tanks shall be totally obsolete and shouldn't be used anymore. The US-region is regarded today the most severely contaminated area of the Western hemisphere; at the site, two thirds of the US-nuclear waste is stored. Here, the first US-atomic bomb (A-bomb) was developed, which the Americans dropped on the City of Nagasaki. A book <Atomic Harvest> of 1993, reports about aborts, abnormality and strange children's diseases in that region. Then, contaminated water was discharged into the river; there were awful damage as a result of an obscure information policy. Today, on the site still about 200,000 cubic- meters of highly radioactive waste is kept there; according to the US- Government, the <decontamination> in Hanford shall take still up to the year 2052. Since the taking into operation, more than 100 years will finally have passed; presently a new plant will be built with costs of more than 10 Bn. US-Dollars. Thereby, the Government of Abe Shinzo cannot expect <major> support against deflation from that side. If the income of the Japanese consumers don't increase, then in Japan perhaps a so-called <bad inflation> could happen. That could become manifest in higher prices for the import due to the weaker currency Yen (JPY); such a development would damp down the economic growth instead of accelerating it. According to statistics by the <National Tax Agency>, a Japanese earned on the average 314,236 Yen (JPY) [about 2,500 Euro] per month in the year 2012.
