Abe-Regierung beschliesst Milliarden Konjunktur-Programm. 安倍晋三首相の政府は、広範な経済対策1,750億ユーロを発表した。これで 日本が経済危機からの脱出を目指す。この対策で安倍晋三は60万人の新規雇 用を創出し、恒常化したデフレと円高を阻止する意向。経済対策は半分以上 が東京の中央政府から支払われ、残りの額を地方自治体と民間企業が請け負 う。同首相は2013/2014年度の経済成長を2%に押し上げると説明した。約350 億ユーロは地震と津波の復興に充てられ、老朽化した基盤整備にも使われる。 日本企業は300億ユーロの資援を受け、特に農業、医療、エネルギーの研究開 発を求められている。[WSNH: 日本には持続可能な計画と日本企業と国民に資 する投資が望まれる。（例えば環境、再生可能エネルギー、林業、中小企業） 。これらの負債と利息は日本の納税者が負担しなければならない。だが、こ の金は東京の官僚の手に渡してはならない。] The Government of Minister President Abe Shinzo has presented its extensive economy-program amounting to the sum of 175 Bn. Euro; with that the Japanese economy shall be taken out of the crisis. Thanks to that, Abe Shinzo wants to create for instance 600,000 new working places and the chronic deflation and the high Yen currency shall be battled. The economy-program will be paid by more than half by the Central Government in Tokyo; the remaining amount shall be taken over by municipalities and the private sector. For the Fiscal Year 2013/ 2014, the Minister President forecasted an economic growth of 2%. With about 35 Bn. Euro the reconstruction in the earthquake-, Tsunami- and Nuclear Power Plant disaster affected regions shall be supported; the money shall be used also for the renovation of tunnels, bridges and other <overaged> infrastructure. Japanese enterprises shall be supported by 30 Bn. Euro; particulary promoted shall be the Agriculture, Health and Energy sector within the scope of research and development. The money should however no more given into the hands of the <Tokyo-bureaucrats>.] Die Regierung von Ministerpraesident Abe Shinzo stellte ihr umfangreiches Konjunktur-Programm in der Hoehe von 175 Mrd. Euro vor; damit soll die Wirtschaft Japans aus der Krise geholt werden. Damit will Abe Shinzo beispielsweise 600'000 neue Arbeitsplaetze schaffen und die chronische Deflation und den hohen Yen-Kurs bekaempfen. Das Konjunktur-Programm wird zu mehr als der Haelfte durch die Zentralregierung in Tokyo getragen, die restliche Summe sollen Gemeinden und der Privatsektor uebernehmen. Fuer das Haushalt-Jahr 2013/2014 erklaerte der Ministerpraesident ein Wirtschafts-Wachstum von 2%. Mit rund 35 Mrd. Euro soll der Wiederaufbau in der Erdbeben-, Tsunami- und von der Atomkatastrophe betroffenen Region unterstuetzt werden; das Geld wird ebenfalls fuer die Renovation von Tunnels, Bruecken und weiterer <veralteter> Infrastruktur verwendet. Japanische Unternehmen sollen mit 30 Mrd. Euro unterstuetzt werden; besonders foerdern will man ebenfalls die Landwirtschaft, Gesundheit und Energie in der Forschung und Entwicklung. It is said to be a <record sum> based on a class-action lawsuit in the US-automobile sector. Due to that deal, <Toyota> can eliminate a very <bad for reputation and bad for business> lawsuit; the <plaintiffs> justified their action by <possible> safety deficiencies on <elder> Toyota car types. In contrast to the <argument of the plaintiffs>, no technical errors could be proved on the criticized system at the Toyota vehicles. In fact, investigations showed that the own mistakes of car drivers had led to the accidents; only isolatedly, not well adapted car mats or adhesive gas pedals could have been jointly responsible for the incident. Despite that, Toyota had to agree finally on a settlement; one single <plaintiff> is said to receive mostly not more than 200 US-Dollar based on that settlement. Toyota must pay to the US- attorneys of the plaintiffs a fee of 200 Mio. US-Dollars and 27 Mio. US-Dollars as expense allowance. The real <winners> are therefore the US-attorneys! Damit kann <Toyota> eine sehr <Ruf- und Geschaefts-schaedigende> Klage beseitigen; die <Klaeger> begruendeten ihre Vorgehen mit <moeglichen> Sicherheits- maengel bei <aelteren> Toyota-Modellen. Im Gegensatz zur <Behauptung der Klaeger> konnten bei den Toyota-Fahrzeugen keine technischen Fehler im bemaengelten System nachgewiesen werden. Vielmehr zeigten Untersuchungen, dass eigene Fehler der Autofahrer zu den Unfaellen fuehrten; nur vereinzelt koennten nicht gut passende Fussmatten oder klebrige Gaspedale fuer den Vorfall mit-verantwortlich gewesen sein. Toyota musste schlussendlich trotzdem einer Einigung zustimmen; ein einzelner <Klaeger> bekommt meistens nicht mehr als 200 US-Dollar aus dem Vergleich. Toyota muss den US-Rechtsanwaelten der Klaeger ein Honorar von 200 Mio. US-Dollar und 27 Mio. US-Dollar Aufwands- Entschaedigung bezahlen. Die wirklichen <Gewinner> sind deshalb die US-Rechtsanwaelte! The German solar plants produced an overall amount of 28 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity; the energy change is therefore moving forward. There is still a strong demand for <ecological electricity>, which is purchased from the producers based on assured prices. The production costs for the electricity generated by the own solar plants amount presently only to 15 to 18 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh); the own consumption of solar electricity has become increasingly attractive for Private and Business. The <normal> electricity tariff (price) for citizens is at about 25 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh) and the tendency is on the increase. Presently, Germany covers about 5% of the power requirement by photovoltaics; up to 2020 it shall be 10% and up to 2030 it has to be at least 20%. With the software <<Wavelet Turbulence>> of the ETH- Professor, vulcanic eruptions, fireballs and explosions in films can be performed particularly well. That software was so far used in more than 20 <Hollywood large-scale productions> such as in the films <Avatar>, <Kung Fu Panda>, <Sherlock Holmes> and so on. Professor Gross is also Director of the <Disney Research Zurich> office. Der ETH Zuerich Professor Markus Gross wurde zusammen mit drei Kollegen fuer die Entwicklung einer speziellen Software mit einem so-genannten <Tech-Oscar> (Scientific & Technical Award) der <<Academy of Motion Picture Arts>> ausgezeichnet; die Verleihung des <Oscar> wird am 09. With that nomination Abe Shinzo showed his <deep bow> in front of the financial sponsors coming from the nuclear industry, as the correspondent reported. Besides, Abe-san appointed two former nuclear power politicians as members of his advisory group. Members of the new <Abe-Government> spoke in public to restart the closed down nuclear power plants. Regarding to several projected or under construction standing nuclear power plants, they don't want to take a decision for the moment. The newspaper of the Nuclear Industry, <<Yomiuri>> described the results of the <nuclear safety authority> regarding to the active seismic faults under the nuclear power plants Tsuruga and Higashidori as <<premature conclusions>>. An operation of that nuclear power reactors on that locations wouldn't be allowed then any longer. Abe Prime Minister supports the nuclear power energy because the <LDP> is co-financed by the electric power companies; however nearly 80% of the Japanese citizens are against the nuclear power energy. The large majority of the Japanese citizens is not going to move away from its refusal of the nuclear power energy, as the correspondent expressed. Mit dieser Ernennung zeigte Abe Shinzo seine <tiefe Verbeugung> vor den Geldgebern aus der Atom-Wirtschaft, wie der Korrespondent berichtet. Abe-san holte zudem zwei ehemalige Atom-Politiker in seine Berater-Gruppe. Mitglieder der neuen <Abe- Regierung> aeusserten sich oeffentlich, die still-gelegten Atom- Kraftwerke (AKW) wuerden wieder in Betrieb gehen. Zu mehreren geplanten oder in Bau befindlichen AKW's will man jetzt noch nicht entscheiden. Die Zeitung der Atom-Wirtschaft <<Yomiuri>> bezeichnete die Ergebnisse der <nuklearen Sicherheitsbehoerde> betreffend aktiven seismischen Bruchlinien unter den AKW's Tsuruga und Higashidori als <<voreilige Schluesse>>. Before the temperature at the University-rooms were at 24 centigrade Celsius. With a reduction of the temperature by 3 centigrade Celsius up to CHF 25,000 per year can be saved on heating costs (according to the ETH Zurich). According to the <<Young Green Lucerne>> a lower temperature is not only more ecological and economical, but it improves the power of concentration of the students. At the Universities in Zurich that is practiced already for a while; at night and on weekends, when the rooms are not used, the temperature is only at 15 to 18 centigrade Celsius in winter.
