Japan: Eine Wahl gegen die DPJ und nicht fuer die LDP. 日本の選挙は自民党に地滑り勝利で政権復帰させ、野田総理の現政権を罰し た。勝利者である安倍晋三でさえ今回の選挙は自民党が勝利したのでは無く 民主党の敗北だったと認めた。自民党は約43%の得票を獲得、選挙制度のお 陰で自民党と公明党合わせて80%の議席を獲得した。日本の選挙制度は地元 組織の有る既存の大政党に有利。投票率は約59%と過去に比べて低い投票率 と報じられ、自民党の勝利に貢献した。民主党は福島事故の被災者の救援と 復興で批判された。この他、全ての大手メディアは自民党の政権与党民主党 に対する批判に報道の大部分を費やした。嘉田由紀子滋賀県知事と小沢一郎 の新党「未来の党」は、選挙戦の主要政策に脱原発を掲げた唯一の党でまず まずの成果を上げた。日本人は今回の選挙ではリーダーシップを求め、脱原 発のような他の重要課題は有権者にとって明らかに取るに足らない問題だっ たようだと言われている。今電力ロビーの圧力で自民党が原発を復活させる かどうかが議論されている。［WSNH: 選挙に矛盾は無かったのか？用心深い 市民とインターネットメディアはツイッターと写真で多くの投票所前に長い 行列が出来た事を報じ、更に沢山の投票所が事前の通告無しに可なり早く投 票を締め切ったと伝えられている。責任者が寝坊して（岐阜と秋田）遅れて 投票を開始した投票所もあった。日本は将来独立した国際選挙監視団が必要 なのではないか？］ （出典：2012年12月17日＆18日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） With a landslide victory the Japanese electors have brought back to power the liberal-democratic party (LDP) and have <punished> the present Government party of Premier Noda. As winner even Abe Shinzo admitted that the <LDP> hadn't won the election, but the <DPJ> had lost it. The <LDP> received about 43% of the votes and thanks to the election system, the <LDP> together with the <Komeito> Party was assigned 80% of the Parliament seats. The Japanese election system <favors> big <established> parties with local organizations. The voter turnout was reported to be about 59% and described as modest compared to previous years; that relativizes the election victory of the <LDP>. The <DPJ> was blamed for its failure regarding to the help for the affected people of the Fukushima disaster and with regard to the reconstruction. Besides, all <major> media have mostly adopted the criticism of the <LDP> against the <DPJ> Governments. The newly founded <Future Party> (Mirai no to) of Kada Yukiko (Governeur of Shiga-ken) and Ozawa Ichiro that where the only political party, which had declared the <Nuclear power phase-out> as the core election theme; they achieved a <respectable result>. The Japanese are said to have decided for the idea of <Leadership> this time, other <important> themes such as the <Nuclear power phase-out> were for the electors apparently <secondary>. It is now discussed whether a <Comeback> of the nuclear power will happen under the <LDP> due to the pressure of the <electricity lobby>. [WSNH: Did inconsistencies happen at the election? Vigilant citizens and Internet-Media reported with photos on Twitter about long electors-queues outside of polling stations; besides, it is said that <many> polling stations closed already much earlier without notice. Sporadically, polling stations shall have opened too late because responsible polling staff had overslept (Gifu/Akita). Does Japan need <independent> international election observers in the future?] Mit einem Erdrutsch-Sieg haben die japanischen Waehler die liberaldemokratische Partei (LDP) zurueck an die Macht gebracht und die derzeitige Regierungspartei von Premier Noda <bestraft>. Als Sieger gab sogar Abe Shinzo zu, die <LDP> habe die Wahlen nicht gewonnen, sondern die <DPJ> habe sie verloren. Die <LDP> bekam etwa 43% der Stimmen und dank dem Wahlsystem erhielt die <LDP> zusammen mit der <Komeito> Partei 80% der Parlaments-Sitze. Das japanische Wahlsystem <beguenstigt> grosse <buergerliche> Parteien mit lokalen Organisationen. Die Wahlbeteiligung wird mit rund 59% gemeldet und als bescheiden gegenueber frueheren Jahren bezeichnet; dies relativiert den Wahlsieg der <LDP>. Der <DPJ> wurde Versagen bei der Hilfe fuer die Betroffenen der Katastrophe von Fukushima und beim Wieder-Aufbau vorgeworfen. Ausserdem haben alle <grossen> Medien die Kritik der <LDP> an den Regierungen der <DPJ> groesstenteils uebernommen. Die neu gegruendete <Zukunfts-Partei> (Mirai no to) von Kada Yukiko (Gouverneurin von Shiga-ken) und Ozawa Ichiro, welche als einzige Partei den <Atom-Ausstieg> zum Haupt-Wahl-Thema erklaerte, erzielte einen <Achtungs-Erfolg> (respectable result). Die Japaner haetten sich diesmal fuer die Idee <Leadership> entschieden, andere <wichtige> Themen wie der <Atom-Ausstieg> waren fuer die Waehler anscheinend <nebensaechlich>. Es wird darueber gesprochen, ob es unter der <LDP> aufgrund des Druckes der <Strom-Lobby> zu einem <Comeback> der Atomkraft kommen wird. [WSNH: Gab es Ungereimtheiten bei den Wahlen? Aufmerksame Buerger und Internet-Media berichteten mit Fotos z.B. auf Twitter von langen Waehler-Schlangen vor Wahlbueros; zudem wird gesagt <viele> Wahlbueros haetten ohne Ankuendung, bereits sehr viel frueher geschlossen. Vereinzelt seien Wahlbueros zu spaet geoeffnet worden, da Verantwortliche verschlafen haetten (Gifu/Akita). (Tue. 18.12.2012 Smi) 日本の次期首相になる安倍晋三は、醜聞で辞任を余儀なくされるまで2006年 9月から2007年迄の1年間首相の座に在った。新聞報道では更に、安倍さんは 在任中何の成果も上げる事無く対処も出来ずにいた。彼の内閣は僅か1年の間 に6人の農林水産大臣が替った。参議院選挙の大敗の後、彼は突然衰弱して辞 任したが、腹痛が原因だった。特派員の見方では、安倍さんは開票日の夜の インタビューでは「不安定」な様子で時折苦痛な表情を見せ、彼の胃腸は未 だ落ち着いていないように見えた。選挙戦で彼は現実の政治家としての別の 顔を見せ、日本の景気を回復させる意欲を示したが、その対策は利用目的が 疑わしい巨額の基幹整備事業と噂されている。岸信介の孫である安倍さんは 又超国粋主義者の顔も持つと記者は見る。岸信介は米国占領時代にA級戦犯容 疑者として3年間巣鴨刑務所に収監されていた。だが米国は彼を裁判にかける ことはせず、米国の利益の為に彼を利用した。1959年米国に謝意を表する為、 日米安保条約に反対する圧倒的な国民が反対する中、岸首相は国会で強行し た。岸は自民党の共同創立者と言われ、左翼連合に対抗する砦としてCIAの援 助で複数の政党を纏めて結党された。安倍晋三は祖父（岸）の崇拝者のよう だが、母親（岸の娘）が後ろで政治的野心の後押しをしていると言われてい る。（出典：2012年12月18日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The coming Japanese (LDP) Ministerpresident Abe Shinzo was already once for one year in office from September 2006/2007 before he had to resign due to scandals. In the newspaper report it was reported further that Abe-san shall have achieved hardly something during his period in office and appeared to be mostly unable to cope. His Cabinet <consumed> six Ministers of Agriculture in only one year. After a <major> defeat on the Upper House elections, he unexpectedly and enervatedly resigned; he justified that step with <stomach pains>. According to the opinion of the correspondent, Abe-san appeared <unstable> in interviews on the election evening and his face shall have occasionally shown an expression of pain; apparently, his stomach still leaves him no calm. During the election campaign, he showed his <second> face as <Real-Politician>, which intends to push the Japanese economy forward; his measures are said to be infrastructure projects of doubtful benefit with billions of amounts. As grandchild of Kishi Nobusuke Abe-san shows also the face of an <Ultra-Nationalist>, said the journalist. Kishi Nobusuke was treated by the US-occupying power as <A-class-war-criminal> and kept for three years at the <Sugamo- Prison>. The USA however never accused him (by law), but they used him (Kishi) for their own interests. In 1959, as thank-you to the USA, he pushed through the military alliance with the USA at the Japanese Parliament against the overwhelming opposition of the own population. Kishi is called the co-founder of the liberal-democratic party (LDP), which was formed by the support of the <CIA> as stronghold against the Left and created out of different parties. It is said that Abe Shinzo shall be an <admirer> of his grandfather (Kishi); in fact, however his mother (Kishi's daughter) shall stand behind the politicial ambition of Abe-san. Der kommende japanische (LDP) Ministerpraesident Abe Shinzo war von September 2006/2007 schon einmal ein Jahr im Amt, bevor er wegen Skandalen zuruecktreten musste. Im Zeitungsbericht wird weiter berichtet, Abe-san haette waehrend seiner Amtszeit kaum etwas vollbracht und meistens ueberfordert gewirkt. Sein Kabinett <verbrauchte> sechs Landwirtschafts-Minister in nur einem Jahr. Nach einer <grossen> Niederlage bei den Oberhaus-Wahlen trat er unerwartet und entnervt zurueck; begruendet hat er diesen Schritt mit <Magenschmerzen>. Gemaess Ansicht des Korrespondenten wirkte Abe-san in Interviews am Wahlabend <unsicher> und sein Gesicht habe manchmal einen von Schmerz gezeichneten Ausdruck gehabt; anscheinend laesst ihm sein Magen weiterhin keine Ruhe. Im Wahlkampf zeigte er sein <zweites> Gesicht als <Real-Politiker>, welcher die japanische Wirtschaft in Schwung bringen will; seine Massnahmen seien Infrastruktur-Projekte mit zweifelhaftem Nutzen in Milliarden-Hoehe. Als Enkel von Kishi Nobusuke zeige Abe-san auch das Gesicht eines <Ultra-Nationalisten>, meinte der Journalist. Kishi Nobusuke wurde von der US-Besatzungs-Macht als <A-Klasse-Kriegs-Verbrecher> drei Jahre im <Sugamo-Gefaengnis> inhaftiert. Die USA machten ihm jedoch nie den Prozess, sondern nutzten ihn (Kishi) fuer ihre eigenen Interessen. 1959, als Dank an die USA paukte Premier Kishi die Militaer-Allianz mit den USA gegen den ueberwaeltigenden Widerstand der Bevoelkerung durch das japanische Parlament. Kishi wird als Mitbegruender der Liberal-Demokratischen Partei (LDP) genannt, welche mit Unterstuetzung der <CIA> als Festung gegen die Linke aus verschiedenen Parteien gestaltet worden sei. Es wird gesagt, Abe Shinzo sei ein <Bewunderer> seines Grossvaters (Kishi); in der Tat stehe jedoch seine Mutter (Kishi's Tochter), hinter dem politischen Streben von Abe-san. Schweizer Nationalbank (SNB) eroeffnet Filiale in Singapur. スイス中央銀行（SNB）は2013年中頃に初めての海外支店をシンガポールに 開設する事を発表した。同支店は7人が勤務する事になっており、大半が現 在ツューリッヒで勤務している。アジアの現地支店で同行は為替の自己勘定 を管理出来るが現在４千億スイスフラン以上になっている。為替市場の監視 を24時間体制で行う為には、異なる時間帯に立地があるのは便利。SNBは2010 年から追加で日本円、オーストラリアドル、シンガポールドルを準備通貨と して保有しており、2012年初めからは韓国ウォンにも投資している。アジア の新拠点のお陰で、ツューリッヒの行員はもう夜勤をせずに済む。日本銀行 は海外支店を米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアに7か所設置しているが、現地取引 をしているかどうかは不明。 （出典：2012年12月18日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Swiss National Bank (SNB) informed that it is going to open its first branch abroad in Singapore in the middle of 2013. The office will have a staff of seven employees, which are mostly already working today at the SNB office in Zurich. With a branch on location in Asia, the bank can manage easier its foreign currency positions (portfolio), which amount to more than 400 billion Swiss Francs (CHF) in the meantime; for the foreign currency market monitoring around the clock, locations in different time zones are useful. The SNB owns since 2010 additionally to the Japanese Yen, the Australian Dollar and the Singapore Dollar as reserve currencies; since the beginning of 2012 the SNB invested also into the South-Korean Won. Thanks to the new branch in Asia, the employees in Zurich don't need to work night shift in the future. The <Bank of Japan> has seven representative offices in abroad; in the USA, in Europe and in Asia. It isn't known whether trading is done at these locations. Mit einer Filiale vor Ort in Asien kann die Bank ihr Devisen-Portfolio von inzwischen mehr als 400 Mrd. Schweizer Franken (CHF) einfacher bewirtschaften; fuer die Devisenmarkt-Beobachtung rund um die Uhr sind Standorte in verschiedenen Zeitzonen nuetzlich. Schweizer Roethlin am <Lake Biwa Marathon> 2013. 38歳で欧州選手権保持者のスイス人ヴィクトール・ロェトゥリンは、キャリ ア形成の一環として2013年3月3日大津市で開催される「第68回琵琶湖毎日マ ラソン」に出場する。琵琶湖マラソンは初めての出場。日本での彼の目標は 三つの最高記録を達成する事にある。2008年の東京マラソンでは区間記録を 達成、タイムはスイス記録の2時間7分23 秒だった。「2013年東京マラソン」 の出場は、主催者が極端に早い走者を要求し資金面の要因もあり、今回彼は 参加を見送った。（出典：2012年12月18日付ターゲス・アン ツァイガー紙/ 2012年12月17日付ブリック紙オンライン版） The 38-years old European-Champion, the Swiss Viktor Roethlin will run his 25th marathon in his career at the <68th Lake Biwa Mainichi Marathon> on March 3, 2013 in the City of Otsu. For the Swiss athlete it will be the first participation on that marathon at <Lake Biwa>. It is his goal to run one of his <3-Top-Times> in Japan; at the <Tokyo Marathon> in the year 2008, he established a course record and running time of 2:07:23 hours, which was also Swiss Record. A participation on the <Tokyo Marathon 2013> wasn't considered by the Swiss this time because the organizers requested an extremely fast course and an engagement of the Swiss runner wasn't successful due to financial reasons of the organizer. Der 38-jaehrige Europa-Meister, der Schweizer Viktor Roethlin wird den 25. Marathon in seiner Laufbahn am <68th Lake Biwa Mainichi Marathon> am 3. Maerz 2013 in der Stadt Otsu laufen. Fuer den Schweizer Sportler ist es die erste Teilnahme an diesem Marathon am <Lake Biwa>. Es ist sein Ziel in Japan eine seiner 3-Spitzen-Zeiten zu laufen; am <Tokyo Marathon> im Jahr 2008 erstellte er einen Strecken- Rekord auf und mit einer Zeit von 2:07:23 Stunden lief er Schweizer Rekord. Eine Teilnahme am <Tokyo Marathon 2013> kam diesmal fuer den Schweizer nicht in Frage, da die Veranstalter ein extrem schnelles Rennen wollen und eine Verpflichtung des Schweizers ebenfalls aus finanziellen Gruenden fuer die Veranstalter nicht klappte. That historic water canal- system in <Nanzen-ji> temple is at the origin of the water supply system from <Lake Biwa>. Just in case of a disaster when the <Lake Biwa> would be contaminated with radioactivity by one of the nuclear power plants in Fukui then the people of Kyoto might be without potable water. We spent a good and quiet time looking around <Nanzen- ji> temple; then we moved ahead. The so-called <Philosopher's path>, is a charming footpath leading along a small river behind a quiet residential area. In that area is the <Honenin-Temple>; in the meantime, we had a break enjoying a <Matchia Set> including traditional sweets. There are crafts-shops and individual houses have been turned into small cafes.
