Besides the man requested to speak with journalists; after about twelve hours the hostage-taking was finished without bloodshed by the police and the man was arrested. Zudem verlangte der Mann mit Journalisten zu sprechen; nach zirka zwoelf Stunden wurde die Geiselnahme durch die Polizei ohne Blutvergiessen beendet und der Mann wurde verhaftet. At the conference, important decisions about the future of the European carrier rockets (Ariane), the International Space Station as well as the relationship between the <ESA> and the <EU> were taken. (Thu. 22.11.2012 Smi) ドェッティンゲン（カントン・アーラウ）に在るベッツナウ第2原発で、水 曜日の午後原子炉を緊急停止させた。「連邦原子力安全監視機関」のその後 の発表によると、許容範囲を超えた放射能漏れは無かった。事故原因は、原 発の中でも原子力と関係の無いボイラー供給部分の周辺に在った。<MADUK>シ ステムという原発周辺の自動放射線量排出管理の観測網では、放射線量の上 昇は見られなかった。類似の事故は2012年3月23日に起きており、当時の原因 は原子炉ポンプの障害だった。ベッツナウ第2原発は1972年に運転が開始され た。（出典：2012年11月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） At the Swiss Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) <Beznau> located in the commune of Doettingen (Canton of Aargau), a so-called <trip-out> (emergency shut-down) at the reactor block No. 2 had happened on Wednesday afternoon. According to information by the <Federal Nuclear Safety Inspectorate (ENSI)>, there was <no improper release of radioactivity>. The reason for the failure was based in the function of the feeding system for the steam generator, which is located in the non-nuclear section of the nuclear power plant. The system <MADUK>, a monitoring network regarding to the automatic dose output control in the environement of nuclear power plants showed no increase in radioactivity. A similar incident had already happened on March 23, 2012; then the reason was based in a failure of a reactor pump. The nuclear power plant <Beznau 2> was taken into operation in the year 1972. Beim Schweizer Atom-Kraftwerk Beznau, welches sich in der Gemeinde Doettingen (Kt. Aargau) befindet, kam es am Mittwoch-Nachmittag zu einer so-genannten <Schnell-Abschaltung> im Reaktor-Block No. 2. Gemaess einer spaeteren Mitteilung des <Eidgenoessischen Nuklear- Sicherheits-Inspektorat (ENSI)> kam es dabei zu keiner <unzulaessigen Freisetzung von Radioaktivitaet>. Der Grund fuer die Stoerung lag in der Bespeisung des Dampf-Erzeugers, welcher sich im nicht-nuklearen Teil des Atom-Kraftwerks befindet. Das System <MADUK>, ein Mess-Netz zur automatischen Dosis-Leistungs-Ueberwachung in der Umgebung der Kern-Kraftwerke zeigte keinen Anstieg der Radioaktivitaet. Einen aehnlichen Zwischenfall gab es bereits am 23. Maerz 2012; damals lag die Ursache in einer Stoerung bei einer Reaktor-Pumpe. Long Island: Parrish Art Museum aus Holz mit CH-Architekten. (Thu. 22.11.2012 Smi) 国際的に知られたバーゼルの建築事務所「ヘルツォーク・ド・ムーロン」が 再び印象的で珍しい建築作品を創作した。ロングアイランドに在る米国のこ の地域で最も古いアートミュージアム「パリッシュ・アートミュージアム」 の増築だ。2006年同ミュージアムは8千万米ドルで増築を計画していた。米国 の経済危機が影響し、最終的にスイスの建築家は予算2,620万米ドルで提案し た。材木を沢山用いた新設部の「アート納屋」はこの地域と調和し、時代の 精神にも合うやや質素な造り。家畜のいないこの納屋は、長さ187メートル、 巾が28メートル、高さが10メートルで、内部は多くの木の梁が見え、沢山自 然光が入る特色を備えている。ミュージアムにはカフェ、ショップ、オフィ ス、展示場があり、今月開館する。 （出典：2012年11月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The internationally famous Swiss architects <Herzog & de Meuron> from Basle have built again an impressive and unique masterpiece. It is spoken about the new building (expansion) of the <Parrish Art Museum> on <Long Island>, the oldest art museum in that US-region. In the year 2006, the management wanted to spend even 80 Mio. US-Dollar for the extension building of the museum; the economic crisis in the USA however showed impact and finally, the Swiss architects presented a project with a budget of 26.2 Mio. US-Dollar. The new construction an <Art-Barn> built with lots of timber fits outstandingly in the environment and corresponds to the new spirit of the time with a little bit more modesty. The <Barn> without cows, has a length of 187 meters, is 28 meters wide and 10 meters in height; the building with lots of visible wooden beams and lots of natural light is an architectural specific feature. The museum with coffeshop, shop, office space and exhibition was inaugurated this month. Die international beruehmten Schweizer Architekten <Herzog & de Meuron> aus Basel erstellten wiederum ein eindrueckliches und einmaliges Meisterwerk. Es handelt sich um den Neubau (Erweiterung) des <Parrish Art Museum> auf <Long Island>, dem aeltesten Kunst-Museum in dieser US-Region. Im Jahr 2006 wollte man fuer einen Erweiterungs- Bau des Museums noch 80 Mio. US-Dollar verwenden; die Wirtschaftskrise in den USA zeigte jedoch Wirkung und am Schluss legten die Schweizer Architekten ein Projekt mit Budget von 26,2 Mio. US-Dollar vor. Der Neubau eine <Kunst-Scheune> mit viel Holz passt hervorragend in die Gegend und entspricht dem neuen Zeitgeist mit etwas mehr Bescheidenheit. Die <Scheune>, ohne Kuehe, hat eine Laenge von 187 Meter, ist 28 Meter breit und 10 Meter hoch; das Gebaeude mit viel sichtbaren Holzbalken und viel natuerlichem Licht ist eine architektonische Besonderheit. Schweizer Bundesgericht schuetzt sogar Nussbaum. 「ツューリッヒの黄金湖畔」に在る自治体キュスナハト（ツューリッヒ）に 在る樹齢70年を超える胡桃の木は、歴史的記念物として保護されている。こ の木はイッチナッハ村の中心部に在る農家の住居と納屋の傍に立っていて、 全体が歴史的建造物になっている。「自然と記念碑保護委員会」の推薦で 2009年に「村の歴史的文化財」に指定されたが、地主の意志に反するものだ った。地主は自治体の決定に反対して裁判を起こし、個人の所有物への侵害 だと訴えた。地主は胡桃の木を切る積りは無いが、8,000平方メートルの土 地を後の利用の為に、すべての選択肢を保持しておきたいという意向。スイ スの「最高裁判所」（連邦裁判所）は、樹齢70年の胡桃の木を切らずにこの 土地に建物の建築は可能と、自治体の判断を支持する判決を下した。 （出典：2012年11月21日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Commune of Kuesnacht (Zurich) at the <Zurich Gold Coast> placed a more than 70-years old walnut tree under protection of historic monuments; the tree belongs together with a farmhouse and a barn to the local village center of <Itschnach> and the complex is a historical monument. The placement under the <village historical monument inventory> happened in the year 2009 based on recommendation of the <nature- and historic monument commission>, but against the will of the property owner. The property owner took (legal) action against the decision of the commune saying that the commune made an intervention in their private property. The owners didn't want to chop the <walnut tree>, but they however want to have all options for a later development of the surface with 8,000 square-meters. The <highest court> (Federal Supreme Court) of Switzerland has now made a verdict, telling that a building development of the property is also possible without chopping the 70-years old walnut tree supporting the decisioin of the commune!! Die Gemeinde Kuesnacht (ZH) an der <Zuercher Goldkueste> stellte einen mehr als 70-jaehrigen Nussbaum, welcher zusammen mit einem Bauern- Wohnhaus und Scheune, zum Ortsteil <Itschnach Doerfli> gehoert unter Schutz. Die Aufnahme in das Ortsbild-Inventar im Jahr 2009 erfolgte auf Empfehlung der <Natur- und Denkmalschutz-Kommission>, aber gegen den Willen der Eigentuemer des Grundstuecks. Die Eigentuemer klagten beim Gericht gegen den Entscheid der Gemeinde und sagten, dies sei ein Eingriff in das Privat-Eigentum. Die Besitzer wollten den <Nussbaum> nicht faellen, wollten sich jedoch alle Moeglichkeiten offen halten, fuer eine spaetere Nutzung der 8,000 Quadrat-Meter grossen Flaeche. Das <oberste Gericht> (Bundesgericht) der Schweiz faellte das Urteil, dass eine Bebauung des Grundstuecks moeglich sei, ohne den 70- jaehrigen Nussbaum zu faellen und gab damit der Gemeinde Recht!! The book of the young man became a <bestseller> in the USA and <major> US-newspapers such as the <New York Times> and the <Los Angeles Times> reported about the young author from Switzerland. The TV-program of the Swiss television <<Glanz & Gloria>> (glamour & glory) made a report about the <Zurich wonder child> too. He was on a public reading tour in the USA and he has already earned lots of money with his novel. The family of 7 persons lives in a hundred years old farmhouse slightly on the brink of the commune with view to the <Albis hill chain>. The <Junior> is going to started his music studies at the <Music Academy Zurich> in 2013; the film music for his book he has composed himself and <Hollywood> is said to have shown interest in the film rights. Instead of using the public transport system, we went by taxi there; we wanted to support the local taxi trade that suffered from the natural disaster in Tohoku. The kind taxi driver forgot to switch on the taximeter (counter), of course we paid him the right amount at the arrival. Already from the outside, the large unique wooden structure of <Sanjusangen-do> is impressive and it shows the Japanese skills of the past. The Japanese of today should rely more on their traditional craft and skills instead of importing low cost and low-grade foreign products. The Kannon's, all made of wood, originals of an age of 1,200 years. We spent 1.5 hours there; inside the hall silence and religious respect is requested.
