Immediately after the nuclear power accident in Fukushima, he continued to support the nuclear power; some time later, he changed his mind and was suddendly against the nuclear power. Gleich nach dem Atom-Kraftwerk Unfall in Fukushima unterstuetzte er die Atom-Kraft weiterhin; einige Zeit spaeter wechselte er seine Meinung und war ploetzlich dagegen. Nachher veraenderte er seine Meinung wieder und er unterstuetzte die Wieder- Inbetriebnahme des <AKW Oi>. Seine politische <Vereinigung> <<Osaka Ishin no Kai>> moechte er in eine politische Partei umwandeln. Tanigaki Sadakazu von der <LDP> warf Hashimoto-san vor, seine Ideen erinnerten an <<Hitler und Mussolini>> (Zitat). In Osaka sprechen die Leute vom <<Hashismus>> wegen den provozierenden Spruechen von Hashimoto-san. Japan's Atom-Ausstieg nur ein Versprechen? (Sat. 15.09.2012 Smi) 野田政権の内閣が日本は2040年までに核エネルギーから撤退する決定を発表 した。更に政府は原子炉の運転制限期間の40年も観察したいと言ったが、い ずれにせよ現在ある50基の原子炉の3分の2を2030年までに停止させなければ ならない。しかし同政府は現在停止中の原子炉を再稼働出来ると宣言した！ 環境NGO「FoE」の広報担当者は、「原発停止」は即時可能だと話す。野田さ んは新しい原子力規制委員会の委員長に、長年原子力村で仕事をして来た田 中俊一を任命した。野田さんはこの人選で、基本的に原子力の維持を意思表 示したかったようだ！掲載紙の解説者によると、野田さんは脱原発を真剣に 考えている訳では全く無い。現時点の民意の圧力に沿っただけで、これが民 主主義への突然の賛同と見做す訳にはいかない。野田さんは単に政治生命を 維持しようとしているだけだ。近い内に行われる選挙戦の間、日本の政治家 は約束した事を守る義務を感じる事はない。野田は、特に米国又は自国の産 業界から突然圧力がかかるといつも言いなりになると言われている。自国民 からの圧力で政策が顧みられる事はこれまで無かった!!日本国民の「最も重 要な手段」は、日本の原発に対して訴訟を起こす事で、原告側の弁護士代表 は河合弘之弁護士。（出典：2012年9月15日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Cabinet of the Noda Government announced that it had decided to make the nuclear pullout by 2040 in Japan. Besides, the Government said that it wanted to observe the restriction of the operational life of the nuclear reactors of 40 years too; due to that two third of the existing 50 reactors would have to be taken out of operation up to the year 2030. The Government declared however that presently not operated nuclear power reactors could be <restarted> again! A Japanese spokesperson of <Friends of the Earth> said: <<a nuclear pullout would be possible as per immediate>>. Noda-san appointed with Tanaka Shunichi as Head of the new nuclear regulatory authority, a person who had made his professional career in the field of the <Nuclear Power Lobby>. Noda-san seems to show with that step that in fact he would like to hold on to the nuclear power energy! According to the newspaper comment, Noda-san makes believe that <honestly>, he does not want the pullout from the nuclear power. At present, he is said to only give in because of the public pressure; but that shouldn't be considered as a sudden approval of democracy. Noda-san shall only try to survive politically. In the soon coming election campaign, politicians in Japan are said to make <<promises>>, which they however never feel obliged to keep. <Noda> is said to have always given in to political pressure, especially from the USA or from the own Industry. The pressure coming from the own citizens, the politics so far had never considered!! The most <important> instrument of the Japanese citizens are legal prosecutions against the Japanese nuclear power plants; the leading lawyer of the plaintiffs is Kawai Hiroyuki. Das Kabinett der Regierung Noda verkuendete, es habe beschlossen, Japan werde bis 2040 aus der Atom-Energie aussteigen. Zudem wolle sich die Regierung an die Beschraenkung der Laufzeit fuer Atom-Reaktoren von 40 Jahren halten; damit muessten zwei Drittel der bestehenden 50 Reaktoren sowieso bis im Jahr 2030 stillgelegt werden. Die Regierung erklaerte jedoch, dass derzeit nicht in Betrieb stehende Atom- Reaktoren wieder <angefahren> werden koennen! Eine japanische Sprecherin von <Friends of the Earth> sagte <<ein Atom-Ausstieg> waere sofort moeglich. Noda-san ernannte mit Tanaka Shunichi als Chef der neuen Nuklear-Aufsichtsbehoerde jemand, welcher seine berufliche Laufbahn bei der <Atom-Lobby> machte. Noda-san scheint damit zeigen zu wollen, dass er im Grunde an der Atom-Kraft festhalten moechte! Gemaess dem Zeitungs-Kommentar wolle Noda-san den Atom-Ausstieg <ehrlicherweise> gar nicht. Momentan gebe er nur dem Druck der oeffentlichen Meinung nach; dies sei auch kein ploetzliches Einverstaendnis zur Demokratie. Noda-san versuche lediglich politisch zu ueberleben. In der baldigen Wahlkampf-Zeit machten Politiker in Japan <<Versprechen>>, an welche sie sich jedoch kaum gebunden fuehlten. <Noda> habe politischem Druck, insbesondere seitens der USA oder von der eigenen Industrie immer wieder nachgegeben. Dem <Druck> der eigenen Buerger sei bisher nie gefolgt worden!! Das <wichtigste Mittel> der japanischen Buerger sind gerichtliche Klagen gegen die japanischen Atomkraft-Werke; der leitende Anwalt der Klaeger ist Kawai Hiroyuki. Now, the Japanese airline company is back again with the <second-largest> going public of the year 2012; thanks to it, nearly 6.5 Bn. Euros were earned at the Stock Exchange. The financial restructuring requested <major sacrifices> from all parties, particularly also from the employees. With a resolute <Quality-Strategy> the company reached the turnaround; mentioned were among others the implementation of new seats, new WC's, new Menus and at last a high service quality. Provided that the <Quality> is met, the passengers are willing to pay the <appropriate price> for that. Unlike other airline companies <JAL> didn't look for success in the field of the <cheap mass business>; last, <Japan Airlines> made a profit of more than two billion US-Dollars and is now again among the most <profitable> airlines of the world. Erst noch im Jahr 2010 musste die japanische Fluggesellschaft <Japan Airlines/JAL> Konkurs anmelden und war damit einer der groessten Zusammenbrueche in der Wirtschafts-Geschichte Japan's. Jetzt ist die japanische Fluggesellschaft mit dem <zweit-groessten> Boersengang des Jahres 2012 wieder zurueck; damit wurden an der Boerse beinahe 6,5 Mrd. Euro eingenommen. Die Sanierung verlangte von allen Beteiligten <grosse Opfer>, insbesondere auch von den Mitarbeitern. Mit einer entschlossenen Qualitaets-Strategie erreichte die Gesellschaft die Wende; erwaehnt werden dabei neue Sitze, neue WC's, neue Menus und endlich eine hohe Service-Qualitaet. Sofern die Qualitaet <stimmt>, sind die Passagiere einverstanden dafuer einen <entsprechenden Preis> zu bezahlen. Anders als andere Fluggesellschaften suchte <JAL> seinen Erfolg nicht im <billigen Massengeschaeft>; zuletzt machte <Japan Airlines> einen Gewinn von mehr als zwei Mrd. A group of doctors under the lead of Dr. Tobias Reichlin at the University Hospital of Basle have tested their formula on 872 patients, who visited an emergency hospital unit due to chest pains. Regarding to 77% of the persons, the formula showed with a high safety level whether they suffered from a heart attack or if they just had muscular pains. The formula bases on the blood parameters of a heart protein, the <Troponin>, which is besides the electrocardiogram (ECG) used for the diagnosis of heart attacks. Thanks to the formula, three out of four patients do not need a longer monitoring and additional blood tests.
