(Mon. 30.07.2012 Smi) 市民運動と無党派の市民が7月、東京で日本初の緑の党を設立した。公式名称 は「みどりのとう」。新党の手本はドイツの緑の党で、同党は挨拶を送り国 会議員の代表が設立行事に参列した。「日本緑の党」は即脱原発を求めてお り、エネルギー政策の他に教育と家族政策を党の方針に採用した。その他同 党は、米国が圧力を強めている <TPP (環太 平洋戦略的経済連携協定)> 参加 に反対している。（2012年7月30日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） Japanese Citizens originated from civic movements and non-partisan people have established the first <Green Party of Japan> in Tokyo in July; the official name is <<Midori no To>> (Greens Japan). The <Greens Japan> request the immediate pullout from the nuclear power; apart from the Energy-Policy, the education (school)- and family policy were entered in the Party program. Besides, the party is against a participation on the <TPP> (Trans-Pacific- Partnership), which is strongly pushed by the USA. Japanische Buerger aus Buerger-Bewegungen und Partei-Unabhaengige Leute haben im Juli in Tokyo die erste Gruene Partei Japan's gegruendet; die offizielle Bezeichnung ist <<Midori no To>> (Greens Japan). Das Vorbild der neuen Partei sind die <<Gruenen>> Deutschland's, welche eine Gruss-Botschaft ueberbrachten und mit einer Abgeordneten anwesend waren. Die <Gruenen Japans> fordern den sofortigen Ausstieg aus der Atom-Kraft; ausser der Energie-Politik, wurde die Schul- und Familien-Politik in das Partei-Programm aufgenommen. Sie sind zudem gegen die Teilnahme an der <TPP> (Trans- Pazifische Partnerschaft), welche von den USA stark voran getrieben wird. Hitzewelle im August in der Schweiz. (Tue. 21.08.2012 Smi) 2012年8月20日スイスの熱波は最高気温を記した。ヴァリスのシオンでは気 温が最高摂氏36.9度と2003年夏以来の高温に達した。ツューリッヒ市では摂 氏33度になり、河川や湖も暑さで水温が上昇した。レマン湖とツューリッヒ 湖の水温は25度まで上昇。スイスの過去最高気温は2003年の摂氏41.5度で、 それ程迄には達していない。 （出典：2012年8月21日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The heat wave in Switzerland reached a new climax on August 20, 2012; at the town of Sion (Sitten) in the Valais, a temperature of 36.9 degrees Celsius was recorded, the highest level since the major heat in summer 2003. At the City of Zurich, it was 33 degrees Celsius hot; the rivers and lakes were strongly warmed up by the heat. The temperatures of the water at the Lake of Geneva and Zurich increased to 25 degrees Celsius. The previous Swiss heat record of 41.5 degrees Celisus dated from the year 2003 was however not reached. Die Hitzewelle erreichte am 20. August 2012 in der Schweiz einen neuen Hoehepunkt; in der Stadt Sion (Sitten) im Wallis wurde mit einer Temperatur von 36,9 Grad Celsius der hoechste Wert seit der grossen Hitze im Sommer 2003 gemessen. In der Stadt Zuerich war es 33 Grad Celsius heiss; die Fluesse und Seen wurden von der Hitze ebenfalls stark aufgewaermt. Die Temperaturen des Wassers im Genfer- und Zuerichsee stiegen auf 25 Grad Celsius. Der bisherige Schweizer Hitze- Rekord von 41,5 Grad Celsius aus dem Jahr 2003 wird jedoch nicht erreicht. Zuerich: Ban Shigeru Holz-Buerogebaeude feierte Richtfest. ツューリッヒの出版社「タメディア社」の新社屋の棟上げ式が2012年8月24 日に行われた。この建物は日本のスター建築家坂茂の設計に依る木造建築で 、ネジや釘を使わずに建てられる。スイス企業「ブルーマー・レーマン」が コンピュータ制御で規格生産した木材の建築部材を納入、現地で組み立てた 。2013年5月には300名のジャーナリストが5千万スイスフランを要した新し い建物に引っ越す。（出典：2012年8月25日 付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The new office building of the publishing house <Tamedia Ltd.> in Zurich celebrated its roofing ceremony on August 24, 2012. The building of the Japanese Star-Architect Ban Shigeru, made of wood, was assembled without screws and nails. The Swiss company <Blumer-Lehmann> supplied the computer-operated, customized timber work panels and assembled the items on site. 300 journalists shall move in the new building in May 2013, which cost amounts to 50 Mio. Swiss Francs. Das neue Buerogebaeude des Verlags <Tamedia AG> in Zuerich feierte am 24.08.2012 sein Richtfest. Das Gebaeude des japanischen Star- Architekten Ban Shigeru, hergestellt aus Holz, wird ohne Schrauben und Naegel zusammengesetzt. Die Schweizer Firma <Blumer-Lehmann> lieferte die computer-gesteuert, massgefertigten Holzbau-Elemente und steckte sich vor Ort zusammen. USA: Trotz Duerre Ethanol-Produktion mit Mais. (Sat. 11.08.2012 Smi) 国連食糧農業機関（FAO）の事務局長が米国に直ちに一時的にエタノールの 生産を止めるよう求めた。市場を鎮静化させてトウモロコシをより多くの人 や家畜の栄養源として供給出来るようにする為。同事務局長はエタノール生 産をすればトウモロコシ不足がより深刻になると米国を批判した。極端な旱 魃で米国はトウモロコシが13%、大豆が12%生産量が減ると言われている。そ れでもオバマ政権は「エタノール・ロビー」に反対する意志を全く示さない。 （出典：2012軒8月11日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The President of the <Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)> requested the USA to immediately stop temporarily the production of Ethanol in order to relieve the pressure on the markets and to make available more corn for the nutrition of man and beast. He blames the USA to even worsen the lack of corn with the Ethanol production. The extreme drought in the USA is said to shorten the crop for corn by 13% and for soy by 12%. There are however no signs that Obama-Government will act against the <Ethanol-Lobby>. Der Praesident der Welt-Ernaehrungs-Organisation (FAO) forderte die USA auf, die Herstellung von Ethanol sofort voruebergehend zu stoppen um damit die Maerkte zu entlasten und mehr Mais fuer die Ernaeherung von Mensch und Tier erhaeltlich zu machen. Er wirft der USA vor mit der Ethanol-Produktion den Mangel an Mais noch zu verschlimmern. Die extreme Duerre in den USA fuehre bei der Ernte zu 13% weniger Mais und 12% weniger Soja. Es gibt jedoch keine Anzeichen, dass die Regierung Obama gegen die <Ethanol-Lobby> vorgehen werde. (Sat. 01.09.2012 Smi) 野田首相は大飯原発の3号機と4号機の再稼働は暑い夏の大阪周辺には必要だ と説明した。「関西電力」はこの時期原発無しでは17%の電力不足になると主 張した。実際には大飯原発の電力は不要で、関電はこれを知っていた。原子 炉2基の運転再開後、関西電力は8基の石油とガスの発電所を経費節約の為に 運転を停止させた!!関西電力は必要な電力を「西日本」の電力会社から融通 してもらえる事も出来た。これまで関西地方では誰も多くの原発を抱える福 井県の事を顧みることは無かった。大阪の人々は、福井で原発事故が起きれ ば1,500万人の飲料水の水源である琵琶湖が放射能に汚染されると分かって、 突然態度を変えた。明通寺の中嶌哲演住職によると、若狭湾の原発は福島よ りも遥かに危険!!（出典：2012年9月1日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） http://www.cho.ne.jp/~myotsuji/annai.html Prime Minister Noda justified the restart of the nuclear power reactors No. 3 & No. 4 at <Oi> that this action was necessary for the Region of Osaka during the hot summer. <Kepco> even claimed that without nuclear power electricity there would be a power shortage of 17% during that period. In fact, the electricity of <Oi> wasn't needed, <Kepco> knew that. After the two nuclear power reactors were again in operation, <Kepco> shut-down eight fuel- and gas-fired power plants in order to save money! If required <Kepco> could have received electricity supply by <Western-Japan> power enterprises too. So far, nobody in the Region of <Kansai> paid attention to the Prefecture of Fukui, location of the many nuclear power reactors. Since the people in Osaka know that a nuclear power plant accident in Fukui would contaminate the <Lake of Biwa>, the potable water tank for 15 Mio. people that attitude has suddenly changed. According to Nakajima Tetsuen of the <Myotsu Temple>, the nuclear power plants along the <Wakasa-Coast> are much more dangerous than in Fukushima!! Premier Noda erklaerte die Wieder-Inbetriebnahme von Atom-Reaktor Nr. 3 & Nr. 4 in <Oi> damit, dass dies fuer die Region Osaka waehrend dem heissen Sommer noetig sei. <Kepco> behauptete sogar, dass ohne Atom- Strom in dieser Zeit 17% Strom fehlten. Tatsaechlich wurde der Strom von <Oi> nicht benoetigt, dies wusste <Kepco>. Nachdem die 2 Atom- Reaktoren wieder in Betrieb waren, schaltete <Kepco> 8 Oel- und Gas- Kraftwerke ab um Geld zu sparen!! Bei Bedarf haette <Kepco> ebenfalls von <West-Japanischen> Strom-Herstellern Elektrizitaet beziehen koennen. Bisher kuemmerte man sich in der Region Kansai nie um die Praefektur Fukui mit den vielen Atom-Reaktoren. Seit die Menschen in Osaka wissen, dass ein Atom-Unfall in Fukui den <Biwa-See> (Biwako), die Trinkwasser-Reserve fuer 15 Mio. Menschen verseuchen wuerde, hat dies ploetzlich geaendert. Gemaess Nakajima Tetsuen vom <Myotsu- Tempel> sind die Atom-Kraftwerke an der <Wakasa-Kueste> viel gefaehrlicher als in Fukushima!! The <vertical take-off aircraft> of the US-military is described as unsafe and several accidents/incidents by that controversial helicopter-type aircraft were reported; besides, the aircraft makes lots of noise. Umstrittener Besuch von Suedkorea's Praesident Lee auf Takeshima. 李明博が韓国の大統領として初めて2012年8月、日本海に在る竹島を訪問し た。野田政権はこの行動を非難し、大変遺憾と表明してソウルから大使を召 還した。李の短いこの訪問について、韓国では異なる論評がされている。評 論家達は、あの訪問を演じて見せただけ等と批判している。李の任期は2013 年2月で終わり、様々な汚職の醜聞にまみれて困難な状況に在る。評論家は、 彼がこの事で諸問題から目を逸らさせようとしたと解説。竹島の領有権問題 に関して、日本の主権は歴史的に証明出来ると東京は主張、米国は両方に矛 盾した見解を示している。 （出典：2012年8月11日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） Lee Myung-bak visited as first President of South Korea the island of<Takeshima> located in the <Sea of Japan> in August, 2012. The Noda Government condemned that act and called it <extremely regrettable> and recalled its ambassador from Seoul. The short visit of Lee was commented differently in South Korea; among others, commentators blamed him for making a <Show> with that visit. Lee's term will end in February 2013 and he is in difficulties because of various corruption scandals. Critics explained that he intends to distract with that from these problems. Regarding to the dispute of <Takeshima>, those Japanese sovereignity can be historically proved by Tokyo, the USA made contradictory statements to both sides. Lee Myung-bak besuchte als erster Praesident von Suedkorea im August 2012 die Insel <Takeshima> im Japanischen Meer. Die Regierung Noda verurteilte diesen Akt und nannte ihn <extrem bedauerlich> und rief seinen Botschafter aus Seoul zurueck. Der Kurzbesuch von Lee wurde in Suedkorea unterschiedlich kommentiert; ihm wurde unter anderem vorgeworfen, er veranstalte damit eine <Show>. Lee's Amtszeit laeuft im Februar ab und er ist wegen verschiedener Korruptions-Skandale in Schwierigkeiten. Kritiker erklaerten, er wolle damit von diesen Problemen ablenken. Im Streit um <Takeshima>, dessen japanische Souveraenitaet Tokyo ebenfalls historisch beweisen kann, machten die USA widerspruechliche Stellungsnahmen an beide Seiten.
