At the traditional <Friday-Demonstration> (2012/06/29), 200,000 citizens participated; they had gathered outside of the residence of the Japanese Minister President Noda Yoshihiko in Tokyo and they full-throated protested against the nuclear power energy. Media reports called the impressive citizens rally (protest) as the biggest manifestation since the 1960-sixties in Japan. The worried citizens held posters in the air with the slogan <<NO to a NEW- Start>>, <<the nuclear era is over>>. A 62-years old Japanese said: << Another nuclear accident will be the end of Japan!!>>. Noda-san recently commanded that the nuclear reactor No. 3 & No. 4 are to be restarted. Citizens-Organizations call since March 2012 on a weekly base for demonstrations; initially, there were only a few hundred citizens, but in the meantime there are tens of thousands and more and more people are coming! An der traditionellen <Freitag's-Demonstration> (2012/06/29) beteiligten sich 200 000 Buerger, welche sich vor dem Sitz des japanischen Ministerpraesidenten Noda Yoshihiko in Tokyo versammelten und lautstark gegen die Atom-Energie demonstrierten. Medien bezeichneten den eindruecklichen Buerger-Protest als die groesste Kundgebung seit den 1960-ziger Jahren in Japan. Die besorgten Buerger hielten Plakate in die Hoehe mit den Aufschriften: <<Nein zum Neu-Start>>, <<Das Nuklear-Zeitalter ist vorbei>>. Before departure, the people can register on a new <Online-Platform> of the Foreign Ministry with the name <Itineris>. Thanks to that registration they can be contacted immediately by the Swiss authority through <SMS> in case of an armed conflict or a natural disaster in their target (foreign) country. The new service is also for Swiss living abroad and for foreigners with residence in Switzerland. On the platform the personal data, travel route, contact data and names of fellow-travelers have to be registered; that data is protect by password. The Swiss authorities want to contribute that their citizens can enjoy the holidays <in total calm and within the scope of the expectations>. Rechtzeitig auf die Sommer-Ferienzeit bekommen Schweizer Buerger eine neue Gratis-Dienstleistung vom Schweizer Aussenministerium, wenn sie sich fuer Ferien-, Geschaefts- oder Besuchs-Reisen fuer kuerzere Zeit im Ausland aufhalten. Vor ihrer Abreise koennen sich die Personen auf einer neuen <Online-Plattform> des Aussenministeriums mit dem Namen <Itineris> registrieren, damit sie beispielsweise bei einem gewaltsamen Konflikt oder einer Naturkatastrophe im Zielland, sofort durch das Schweizer Aussenministerium via <SMS> kontaktiert werden koennen. Die neue Dienstleistung ist ebenfalls fuer Schweizer welche im Ausland wohnen und fuer Auslaender, welche in der Schweiz leben. The new vehicle has now a length of 4.61 meteres and that has an impact not only on the volumina of the rear trunk, but also on the design. The loading space can be extended of up to 1,750 liters depending on the arrangement of the seat rows; as 7-seats car, the capacity is already 232 liters. Newly, Toyota uses now so-called <Lithium-ion batteries> that are smaller and lighter than the old batteries. The average gasoline consumption is only just 4.1 liter. The <Prius+ Wagon> can be purchased already as from Swiss Francs 40,500; on that price a <Eurobonus> (discount) of CHF 3,700 is already included. Erster <Vita-Parcours> fuer Kinder eroeffnet. There are free and publicly accessible forest-courses, where all over Switzerland everybody can run and to gymnastic exercises. The <forest-course> shall support the bodily fitness and be a healthy, reasonalbe leisure actitvity. Along the <Vita-Parcours> there are different boards installed on which it is explained by picture and text, which exercises can be done at that spot. For the first time Switzerland-wide, a special <Vita-Parcours> for children was created; it is for children at the age of 3 to 10 years, on which 15 special gymnastic exercises should be done. The first children <Vita-Parcours> is located at the forest in the town of Baden (AG), should the concept be proved of value then stepwise all over Switzerland <Vita-Parcours> could be equipped for children. Schnell-Abschaltung von Schweizer AKW Goesgen. (Sun. 01.07.2012 Smi) スイスのゴェスゲン（カントン・ゾロトゥーン）原発は昨晩一時的に停止さ れた。欠陥ダイオードが原子炉を緊急停止させた理由だ。この事件で放射能 は排出されずに済み、原発は安全な状態に保たれている。外部から蒸気の自 動噴出が見え且聞こえたようだ。故障した機器は交換され、全ての安全装置 が点検された。原子力監視機関<ENSI>は直ちに事故の報告を受けた。修理の 後<ENSI>は、安全性に技術的な問題が無いと、原子炉の再稼働を許可した。 日曜日の早朝同原発は再び発電を始めた。 （出典：2012年7月1日ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Swiss Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) Goesgen (Ct. SO) was temporarily shut down yesterday evening. A defective diode caused a so-called <trip-out> (emergency shut-down) of the nuclear power reactor. Regarding to that incident no radioactivity leaked and the NPP was in a safe condition; from the outside, it could be watched and heard that automatically steam was blown off. The defective instrument was replaced and all safety systems were inspected. The <Swiss Federal Nuclear Safety Inspectorate> (ENSI) was immediately informed about the incident. After the repairing, <ENSI> gave the permission to restart the nuclear reactor because there were no technical safety concerns. On early Sunday morning, the nuclear power plant restarted its electricity production. Das Schweizer Atom-Kraftwerk (AKW) Goesgen (Kt. SO) wurde gestern Abend voruebergehend heruntergefahren. Eine defekte Diode loeste eine so-genannte Schnell-Abschaltung des Nuklear-Reaktors aus. Bei diesem Vorfall trat keine Radioaktivitaet aus und das AKW befand sich in einem sicheren Zustand; von aussen war sicht- und hoerbar, dass automatisch Dampf abgelassen wurde. Das defekte Instrument wurde ersetzt und saemtliche Sicherheits-Systeme ueberprueft. Die Atom- Aufsichtsbehoerde <ENSI> wurde sofort ueber den Zwischenfall informiert. Nach der Reparatur gab <ENSI> die Erlaubnis den Reaktor wieder anzufahren, da es keine Sicherheits-technischen Bedenken gab. Am Sonntagmorgen frueh nahm das AKW die Strom-Produktion wieder auf. Bern: Zuviel Gewicht, Patient geht ins Tierspital. 技術的理由に依って極端に体重の重い患者は特定の検査の為に、「インゼル ・シュピタール・ベルン（大学病院）」の指示でベルンの動物病院に送られ る。こうした対応は年に10件程発生しており、極度に肥満した患者は磁気共 鳴断層撮影装置（MRI）に入れられない。肥満度指数（BMI）が55以上の患者 は、台に上げる事が出来ずMRI装置も狭すぎる。超肥満の人間の為のMRI装置 は有るものの、購入するには数百万スイスフランかかる。ベルンの動物病院 には丁度合う装置があるので、正しく説明されれば患者は受け入れる。超肥 満の患者は頑丈なベットとトイレ、幅広の椅子が必要だと「インゼル・シュ ピタール・ベルン」のクルトゥ・レーダーアッハ医師はベルンのテレビ局「 テレベルン」に語った。 （出典：2012年6月30日右付ブリック紙オンライン版） Based on technical reasons, highly overweight patients are relocated for certain medical checks to the <Animal Hospital Berne> by order of the <Insel Hospital Bern> (University Hospital). That measure has to be taken about ten times a year because highly overweight patients do not match to be entered into the MRI-apparatus (magnetic resonance imaging). People with a <Body Mass Index> (BMI) of more than 55 cannot be lifted up to the table and then the tube of the <MRI> is too narrow for those people. There are MRI-apparatus for <very corpulent people>, the purchase of such an apparatus would cost however several million Swiss Francs. At the <Animal Hospital Berne>, such apparatus are available and the patients show appreciation when they are informed properly. For extremely corpulent patients also stronger beds, toilets and larger chairs are needed; that said Professor Dr. med. Kurt Laederach of the <Insel Spital Bern> to the Berne local TV-station <TeleBaern>. Aus technischen Gruenden werden stark uebergewichtige Patienten vom <Insel Spital Bern> (Universitaets-Spital) fuer gewisse Untersuchungen in das Tierspital Bern ueberwiesen. Diese Massnahme muss etwa zehnmal pro Jahr ergriffen werden, da sehr dicke Patienten nicht in den Magnet-Resonanz-Tomographen (MRI) passen. Menschen mit einem <Body Mass Index> (BMI) von mehr als 55 koenne man nicht auf den Tisch heben und dann sei die Roehre des MRI-Geraetes fuer diese Leute zu eng. Es gibt zwar MRI-Geraete fuer <sehr dicke Menschen>, der Kauf eines solchen Apparates wuerde jedoch mehrere Millionen Schweizer Franken kosten. Im Tierspital Bern sind die passenden Apparate vorhanden und die Patienten zeigen Verstaendnis dafuer, wenn sie gut informiert werden. Fuer extrem dicke Patienten braucht es zudem staerkere Betten, Toiletten und breitere Stuehle; dies sagte Prof. Dr.med. Kurt Laederach vom <Insel Spital Bern> dem Berner TV-Sender <TeleBaern>. ANA: Unzufrieden mit neuen Fenstern beim Dreamliner B787. 日本の航空会社「全日空」は新型航空機「ボーイングB787（ドリームライナ ー）」の新しい電子制御調光窓に満足していないと、全日空のスポークスマ ンがロイター通信に語った。全日空にとって特に長距離飛行の搭乗客の安眠 は重要。新しい窓は明る過ぎる為、再び従来のブラインドを設置することに なる。<B787>は窓が段階的に暗く出来る初めての航空機だが、実際のところ 窓が充分暗く出来ないようだ。米国企業「ボーイング社」は、全日空のこの コメントに答えたがらなかった。ボーイング社の日本の市場占有率はほぼ90 %と世界最大規模で、全日空と日本航空は大口顧客。 （出典：2012年6月25日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） The Japanese airline company <All Nippon Airways> (ANA) isn't satisfied with the new, electronically dimmable windows in the latest aircraft of the type <Boeing B787> (Dreamliner); that said a spokesperson of <ANA> to the agency Reuters. Particularly on long- distance flights, it is important for <ANA> that the passengers can have a restorative sleep. The new windows are too bright, that's why again the conventional (old) window shades shall be reinstalled. The <B787> is the first aircraft whose windows can be dimmed (darkened) stepwise; apparently the windows are however not dark enough. The US- company <Boeing> didn't want to response about the comment of <ANA>. The market share of <Boeing> in Japan is about 90% and it is the biggest worldwide; major clients there are <ANA> and <Japan Airlines> (JAL). Deswegen kann Propangas austreten und sich an einem offenen Feuer oder Funken entzuenden. Solche Geraete sollten ueberprueft und bei Bedarf umgeruestet werden. The easiest and fastest is by the way of Kyoto. The other one is to head for Tsuruga-City (Fukui-ken); first, we decided to take that route, because it is leading you through the beautiful Japanese countryside and basically, we enjoy slow traveling by local trains. Having a close look at the timetable, we found out that there was significant waiting time for connecting trains. In that case, we had arrived at Miazu in late afternoon. It is a pity, that the train system in Japan is too much centralized, so travelers haven't got appropriate cross-country train connections.
