For Professor Noguchi it is obvious too, that the Country needs more money. The tax authority (treasury) however should first claim (collect) those taxes and dues, which are owed, but are not paid!! Only later, it is allowed to increase the taxes for those citizens, which paid their taxes honestly. According to estimations, Japanese evade 85 billion Swiss Francs annually on value-added taxes (VAT) and turnover taxes. Different experts warn that with the <VAT-Increase> the tax fraud in Japan will even increase. Besides, in Japan only <<one third>> of all companies pay enterprise-taxes; thereby the Japanese State (country) is annually defrauded (cheated) by an overall amount of about 120 billion Swiss Francs on taxes. The payment moral of the enterprises regarding to the contributions to the social insurance system is bad too. The expected additional receipts, which the <<new law>> should produce, were mostly already distributed (used) by Prime Minister Noda; among others for a new pension scheme. Prime Minister Noda had been pressured accordingly by the opposition party <LDP> by an <ultimatum>!! Professor Noguchi ist selber ebenfalls klar, dass der Staat mehr Geld braucht. Die Steuerbehoerde (Fiskus) solle jedoch zuerst jene Steuern und Abgaben einfordern, welche geschuldet, aber nicht bezahlt werden!! Erst spaeter duerfe man die Steuern fuer jene erhoehen, welche ihre Steuern korrekt bezahlten. Gemaess Schaetzungen hinterziehen die Japaner jaehrlich 85 Mrd. Franken (CHF) an Mehrwert- und Umsatz-Steuern. Verschiedene Experten warnen, dass mit der <VAT-Erhoehung> der Steuer-Betrug in Japan sogar noch zunehmen werde. In Japan bezahlen zudem nur <<ein Drittel>> aller Firmen Unternehmens-Steuern; damit wird der japanische Staat jaehrlich um insgesamt zirka 120 Mrd. Franken (CHF) an Steuern betrogen (geprellt). Die Zahlungsmoral der Unternehmen betreffend der Beitraege an die Sozial-Versicherungen ist ebenso schlecht. Die erwarteten Mehr- Einnahmen, welche das <<neue Gesetz>> bringen soll, hat Premier Noda mehrheitlich bereits schon verteilt; unter anderem werden diese fuer ein neues Renten-System verwendet. The 27-years old and 172cm sized Japanese is going to take over a leading role at the Zurich Volleyball-Club; it is the first time, that a player from Asia plays at the Zurich club. Hashimoto Naoka is originated from Okayama City and played last at the volleyball club <JT Marvelous> in Nishinomiya (Hyogo-Ken) in the Japanese Top-league, the <V.Premier League>. She was a member of the Japanese female junior national team and participated on the World Championship in 2005. She described her training at home in Japan as almost military like and very hard. Der Spitzen-Club im Schweizer Frauen-Volleyball, der Verein <Volero Zuerich> verpflichtete kuerzlich die erfahrene Japanerin Hashimoto Naoko mit einem <Einjahres-Vertrag>. Die 27-jaehrige und 172cm grosse Japanerin wird beim Zuercher Volleyball-Club eine Fuehrungsrolle uebernehmen; beim Zuercher Club spielt damit erstmals eine Spielerin aus Asien. The race leads over a distance of 4,800 kilometers from the West- to the East Coast of the USA. At his first participation, the Swiss from the Canton of Appenzell reached the goal in eight days, six hours and 29 minutes. Last year's winner Christoph Strasser (Austria) arrived at the finish as second with a deficit of three hours. Reto Schoch is the second Swiss, which has won the hardest bicycle race of the world; 2006 and 2009, the Swiss Daniel Wyss was victorious. At the category women, a Swiss national too, Mrs. Trix Zgraggen was the winner in an unbelievable time of 10 days, 13 hours and 59 minutes. Der 31-jaehrige Schweizer Sportler Reto Schoch war der schnellste <Radfahrer> (Biker) beim legendaeren Fahrrad-Rennen <Race Across America (RAAM)>. Das Rennen fuehrt ueber eine Strecke von 4 800 Kilometern von der West- zur Ost-Kueste der USA. Bei seiner erstmaligen Teilnahme erreichte der Schweizer aus dem Kanton Appenzell das Ziel in acht Tagen, sechs Stunden und 29 Minuten. Als zweiter kam der letztjaehrige Gewinner Christoph Strasser (Oesterreich) mit einem Rueckstand von drei Stunden ans Ziel. Reto Schoch ist der zweite Schweizer Sportler, welcher das haerteste Rad- Rennen der Welt gewann; 2006 und 2009 siegte der Schweizer Daniel Wyss. Neues (Oeko-) Verkehrsabgaben-Gesetz im Kt. ZH. カントン・ツューリッヒの有権者は2012年6月17日、新しい自動車税法を 58.3％の賛成で承認した。過去数年7回も修正法案は住民に拒否された。今 回の新法は「エコロジー化」とも言う自動車税で、今後大型車の税金が高く なり、一方小型車と燃費の良い車の税金は安くなる。古い法律では馬力だけ が課税計算の対象にされていたが、車の重量が道路に負荷をかける主要な原 因になっている。今回の新自動車税は50％を馬力で、もう50％は重量で計算 される。省エネ車（例：ハイブリッド車）の所有者は80％までボーナス（控 除）で報われ、電力だけで動く自動車税は無税になる。 （出典：2012年6月18日付 ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The voters of the Canton of Zurich have approved a new vehicle tax law with a majority of 58.3% YES votes on June 17, 2012; in the past years, seven times modifications on the law were rejected by the people. The new law brings a so-called <ecologization> of the vehicle taxes (dues); in the future, owners of heavy car pay higher taxes, whereas for lighter and gasoline-saving cars less taxes will be paid. Regarding to the old rules, only the cubic capacity (CC) was considered for the calculation of the vehicle tax; thereby the weight of car is mainly responsible for road damage. The new vehicle tax is calculated 50% based on the cubic capacity (CC) and 50% according to the weight. Owners of economical cars (such as hybrid vehicles) will be awarded with a bonus (discount) of up to 80%. Vehicles operated solely on an electric drive (eV) will be fully free of the vehicle tax. Die Stimmbuerger des Kantons Zuerich haben am 17.06.2012 ein neues Verkehrsabgaben-Gesetz mit 58,3% JA-Stimmen angenommen; in den letzten Jahren wurden sieben Mal Aenderungen zum Gesetz vom Volk abgelehnt. Das neue Gesetz bringt eine so-genannte <Oekologisierung> der Auto-Steuern (Abgaben); in Zukunft bezahlt man fuer schwere Autos mehr Steuern, waehrenddem fuer leichtere und Benzin-sparende Autos weniger Auto-Steuern zahlen wird. Bei der alten Regelung wurde nur der Hubraum (PS) fuer die Berechnung der Auto-Steuer beruecksichtigt; dabei ist das Gewicht eines Autos hauptsaechlich verantwortlich fuer Strassenschaeden. Die neue Auto-Steuer wird zu 50% nach dem Hubraum (PS) und zu 50% nach dem Gewicht berechnet. Besitzer von sparsamen Autos (z.B. Hybrid-Fahrzeuge) werden mit einem Bonus (Rabatt) von bis zu 80% belohnt; Fahrzeuge, welche allein mit einem elektrischen Antrieb fahren, sind von der Verkehrsabgabe (Steuer) befreit. (June 2012Smi) スイスだけでなくヨーロッパでも最も古い太陽光発電装置が今年30周年を迎 える。1982年5月13日にその装置は送電線網に接続され運転されてきた。以来 この装置は絶え間なく電力を供給しており、全期間を通して20万キロワット 時にもなる。この太陽光発電装置は「南スイス応用科学・芸術大学」の屋上 に設置されているが、30年を経た今も良好な状態で稼働している。スイスで は1950年代既に太陽光パネルが開発されていて、もっと古い装置も未だスイ スに現存している。（出典：2012年2号WWZ誌） The oldest photovoltaic plant of Switzerland and in Europe celebrates this year its 30th anniversary; on May 13, 1982 the plant, which is connected to the public electricity network, went into operation. Since then the plant supplied practically without interrupt permanently electricity; over the whole period of years, it was about 200,000 kilowatt-hours current. The photovoltaic plant is installed on the roof of the <University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI)>; even after 30 years, the plant still works properly. In Switzerland, already in the 1950 years, solar cells were developed and there are even elder existing plants in Switzerland. Die aelteste Photovoltaik-Anlage der Schweiz und in Europa ist dieses Jahr 30 Jahre alt; am 13. Mai 1982 wurde die Anlage, welche an das oeffentliche Strom-Netz angeschlossen ist, in Betrieb genommen. Seither lieferte die Anlage praktisch ohne Unterbruch dauernd Strom; ueber die ganze Zeitdauer sind dies zirka 200 000 Kilowatt-Stunden Strom. Die Photovoltaik-Anlage ist auf dem Dach der Fachhochschule der italienischen Schweiz (SUPSI) installiert; sogar nach 30 Jahren funktioniert die Anlage weiterhin gut. In der Schweiz wurden jedoch bereits in den 1950er Jahren Solarzellen entwickelt und es bestehen noch aeltere Anlagen in der Schweiz.
