According to the organizers of this citizens' initiative, which are among others supported by the world-famous Nobel Prize Winner Oe Kenzaburo, up to the middle of July 2012, 10 million signatures should have been collected. According to the organizers 80% of the Japanese population are for the abolition of the nuclear power. It is requested among others the demolition of the switched off nuclear power plants and a development of the renewable energy sources. Gemaess den Organisatoren dieser Buerger-Initiative, welche unter anderem vom welt-beruehmten Nobel-Preistraeger Oe Kenzaburo unterstuetzt wird, sollten bis Mitte Juli 2012 10 Mio. (Thu. 07.06.2012 Smi) 日本の少女グループ「AKB48」の新しいリードボーカルを決める「民主選挙」 は、日本で政治家の選挙よりも注目を集めている。「AKB」のファン10万人が 数週間のキャンペーンとテレビ討論を経て、新しいリードボーカルに23歳の 大島優子を選んだ。同グループに所属するメンバーは約90人の少女と若い女 性で、人気次第でスポットライトを浴びたり、影にまわったりする。今まで はプロデューサーの秋元康氏がAKBのメンバーをオーディションで選んできた が、ファンはそれに抗議し、新企画として「民主的総選挙」が生まれた。投 票用紙が入っている新しいシングル「真夏のsounds good」を買うことにより 、誰もが選挙に参加できる。同シングルは発売初日に117万枚を売り上げた。 日本のメディア評論家の濱野智史氏氏は、この現象を、日本の若者は、日本 の政治を長期に渡って牛耳ってきた「男性」に幻滅しているためだと説明し た。日本の若者は、日本の政治が変わるとは思っていないが、「AKB48」を変 えることができると信じている。ファン達は「音楽産業」が決定するのでは なく、自分達で決定したいと思っている。（2012年6月7日付けBlick.chより） The <democratic election> of the new <front-woman> (Lead-Singer)of the Japanese girls band <AKB48> made more headlines in Japan as any political leadership change in that country. Hundreds of thousands of fans of <AKB48> elected the 23-years old Oshima Yuko as new <front- woman> of the group after a lasting for weeks campaign and TV- discussions. The band consists of about 90 youthful girls and women, who depending on their popularity can step in the limelight or then return to the shadow. So far the founder Akimoto Yasushi appointed the members of <AKB48> through so-called <Castings>; the fans however protested against that approach and now a <democratic election> was born as new idea. Everybody could participate on the election with the purchase of the latest <Single> <<Manatsu no Sounds Good>>, which had a <ballot paper> enclosed. Already on the first day of the sale, 1.17 million pieces were sold; the Japanese music critic Hamano Satoshi explained the phenomena(hype)that the youth felt helpless in the face of the <Men>, which dominated the Japanese politics for years. The Japanese youth doesn't believe that it can change the Japanese politics; they had however confidence to be able to change <AKB48>. The fans wanted to decide by themselves and not to be dictated by the <Music-Industry>. It is said that the reason for that is the increasing petty crime in the City; regarding to the criminals it is said that they are for instance people originated from the French metropolitan area of Lyon, crossing over the Swiss border. <Geneva Tourism> is worried, that this year about up to 15,000 guests less might visit; the director general is further alarmed how rapid bad experiences are spread through social networks. Weltrekord: 120 Tonnen Schweizer Lokomotive.(Wed. 06.06.2012 Smi) 成功しているスイスの会社「シュタドラー・レイル」社は、同社のスイス工 場で、ブラジルの顧客のために120トンのアプト式機関車2台を製造した。世 界最大かつ最強の機関車を披露する際、「シュタドラー・レイル」社のオー ナーは、顧客にスイスのカウベルをプレゼントした。6,800馬力の全長19メー トルの機関車は、「サントス」港への鉄鉱石の輸送に使用される。シュタド ラー・レイル社は、合計7台の同様の機関車を製造することになっている。 （2012年6月6日付けBlick.chより） The successful Swiss enterprise <Stadler Rail> built in their Swiss factory the first two 120 tons heavy cog wheel-locomotives for their buyer in Brazil; the new Swiss locomotives are therewith worldwide the <biggest and strongest> vehicles. On the occasion of the presentation, the owner of <Stadler Rail> handed over a Swiss cowbell to the buyer. The 19 meters long locomotive with a horsepower (PS) of 6,800 PS is used for the transport of iron ore to the harbor of <Santos>. The Swiss enterprise will build an overall of seven such locomotives. Schweizer Beamte benuetzen Dienst-Fahrrad.(Tue. 05.06.2012 Smi) ヴィンタトゥーア市（ツューリッヒ）の職員は環境に関して模範的。職務で 自転車を使っているのだ。同市はこれまで職員用に150台の自転車を所有し ていたが、更に40代の電気自転車と20台の普通の自転車を購入した。同市は 自転車の利用で模範的な地位を築き、移動手段の費用を下げ、大気中の汚染 物質の負荷を軽減させ、同時に職員の健康増進を目指している!!2009年には 12,500回業務で利用したが、これは業務移動の30％に相当する。これまで自 転車の利用頻度が最も高かったのは、市警察と「シュピテックス（訪問看護） 」だった。自転車に依る公共サーヴィスは、市当局の移動戦略の恒久手段に なってくる。「プブリ・バイク」と言われる自転車モデルは、スイスの他の 都市でも実践されている。 （出典：2012年6月5日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Swiss civil servants of the City Administration of Winterthur (Zurich) are exemplary regarding to the environment; for business trips within the scope of their function, they use bicycles. The City of Winterthur had so far a fleet of 150 bicycles for the civil servants; now additionally 40 electric bicycles (e-bikes) and 20 ordinary bicycles were purchased. The City of Winterthur intends to play a role model based on the use of the bicycle; the aim is to reduce the cost for the mobility, to decrease the air pollution burden and at the same time promote the health of their civil servants!! In the year 2009, 12,500 business trips were made by bike; that are 30% of the (total) business trips. The bicycles are mostly used so far by the City Police and the <Spitex> (hospital external aid); the service with the bicycles shall become a permanent element of the municipal mobility strategy. As so-called <Publi-Bike> is that bicycle model also in other Swiss Cities in operation. Die Schweizer Beamten der Stadt-Verwaltung Winterthur (ZH) sind vorbildlich betreffend der Umwelt; fuer Dienstfahrten im Rahmen ihrer Funktion benuetzen sie das Fahrrad. Die Stadt Winterthur hatte bisher eine Flotte von 150 Fahrraeder fuer die Beamten; jetzt wurden noch 40 Elektro-Fahrraeder und 20 gewoehnliche Fahrraeder angeschafft. Die Stadt Winterthur will mit der Benutzung des Fahrrads eine Vorbild- Funktion einnehmen, die Kosten fuer die Mobilitaet senken, die Luftschadstoff-Belastung reduzieren und gleichzeitig die Gesundheit der Beamten foerdern!! Im Jahr 2009 wurden 12 500 Fahrten gemacht, dass sind 30% der Dienst-Fahrten. Am haeufigsten wurden die Fahrraeder bisher von der Stadtpolizei und der <Spitex> (Spital externe Pflege) verwendet; das Angebot mit den Fahrraeder soll ein fester Bestandteil der staedtischen Mobilitaets-Strategie werden. Japan: Regierung im Griff der Atom-Industrie? (Fri. 08.06.2012 Smi) 「グリーンピース・ジャパン」の佐藤潤一事務局長によると、金曜日の野田 佳彦の決定を、結論は「原発産業がどれ程深く政権に食い込んでいるか」を 示した。「グリーンピース・ジャパン」は、数百万人の健康と安全に関する 問題だと言う。佐藤さんは専門家と政治家ではない人々が原発の安全性を判 断するよう求めている。佐藤さんに依ると、専門家は大飯原発を安全ではな いと判断しており、改善されるべき点は未だ残されている!!東京の政府建物 の前では原発の反対者が抗議し、野田さんの決定に激しい批判を浴びせた。 野田佳彦の考えでは、大飯原発の3号機と4号機は再稼働される。政府は原発 の安全性を確保する為に適切な対策を講じたと野田は言った。政府は「福島 の様な事故」は防ぐ事が出来ると言っている。 （出典：2012年6月8日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） According to the head of <Greenpeace Japan>, Sato Junichi, the decision taken by Noda Yoshihiko on Friday, shows quote: <<how deep the Government is stuck in the pocket of the nuclear power industry>>. According to <Greenpeace Japan> it is about the handling of the health and safety of millions of people. Sato-san requests that experts and not <politicians> should decide about the safety of the nuclear power reactors. According to Sato-san experts consider the <Oi> nuclear power plant reactors as not safe, because the essential improvements shall not have been made!! Opponents of the nuclear power energy protested outside the residence of the Government in Tokyo and expressed strong critics regarding to the decision of Noda-san. According to the opinion of Noda Yoshihiko, the reactors number 3 & number 4 of the nuclear power plant <Oi> shall be connected again to the power network. The Government would take appropriate measures in order to ensure the safety of these reactors, said Noda-san. The Government said that it could prevent <<a disaster like that in Fukushima>>. Sato-san verlangt, dass Experten und nicht <Politiker> ueber die Sicherheit der Atom-Reaktoren entscheiden sollten. Gemaess Sato-san halten Experten die <Oi-AKW-Reaktoren> fuer nicht sicher, da erforderliche Verbesserungen nicht vorgenommen worden seien!! Gegner der Atomkraft protestierten vor dem Sitz der Regierung in Tokyo und aeusserten starke Kritik am Entscheid von Noda-san. Gemaess der Meinung von Noda Yoshihiko sollten die Reaktoren No.3 & No.4 des Atomkraft-Werkes <Oi> wieder ans Netz angeschlossen werden. Die Regierung wuerde geeignete Massnahmen ergreifen, um die Sicherheit dieser Reaktoren zu gewaehrleisten, sagte Noda-san. Luzern Universitaet: Besser Englisch als US-UNIs.(Fri. 08.06.2012 Smi) 信じ難い程の快挙：ルツェルン大学法科の学生が英語圏の国の学生よりも優 れた英語を話す！この事は、米国ワシントンの「米州人権模擬裁判大会」の 結果が示した。この国際大会で、法科の女学生ガブリエル・サラザーが1位に 選ばれて「英語最高弁論者」のタイトルを獲得した。女学生デジレー・ディ ートゥリンは「英語弁論者」の部門で3位になった。これに依って、ルツェル ン大学グループは素晴らしい成績を収めた。世界36カ国から113ティームが この競技に参加した。約200名の審判が候補者たちの能力を何回ものラウンド に亘って評価した。米国の一流諸大学も参加していた。 （出典：2012年6月8日付けブリック紙） Unbelievable and sensational; students of the University of Lucerne, <Faculty of Law> speak better English than students in English- speaking countries! That show the results at the competition <Inter- American Human Rights Moot Court> in Washington/USA. At that international competition the law student Gabriel Zalazar reached the ranking number one and was awarded the title <<Best Oralist in English>>. The female student Desiree Dietlin gained the ranking number 3 in the category <<English oralists>. The group of the University of Lucerne showed with that results an impressive performance; overall 113 teams out of 36 countries participated on the competition. About 200 magistrates appraised the capabilities of the candidates over several rounds; leading US-Universities participated too.
